Their pizza was out of the world. another favourite is the butterscotch banana pudding.
They had wide variety of yummilicious desserts and main course.
We’ve had lunch here in Gabbiano. The service was great, the staff was attentive and friendly. All the food that we’ve had was amazing — the Foie Gras was definitely my favorite.

Excellent service with Live Music and Great Food.... we had the opportunity to try their Thursday BBQ Night special that included a variety of dishes. A wide spread of almost 7 to 8 stations including the BBQ stand that the chef keeps stocking up with hot and delicious skewers. It's a Perfect place to hangout with your family and friends... Indoor or Outdoor seating, option is yours. Outdoor seating allows you to opt for Shisha, watch the live band and enjoy a meal under the stars. Canal view is the best too...

Had lunch here, the food was great with excellent quality. They have an excellent service crew. All I could say is it’s worth it. The only problem is menu online is not updated as of now. Hopefully this will be updated soon. Thanks again looking forward to dine here again soon.
We had a wonderful experience at Gabbiano’s a few days ago. We have lots of things happening with our large group of friends so when we all need to get together, we generally reserve a place in Gabbiano’s restaurant. The food is always plentiful and the management staff is always gracious but its the service that always makes our events worth booking with you and keeps us coming back for more....The service is always the best! Because we are always treated with respect, kindness, and in a professional manner we will continue to use Gabbiano’s as our place of choice for our events! Thank you Gabbiano’s!!
very friendly staff, good food, and great ambience.. i have been there a few times and i really enjoyed my every visit to this place.. its a little expensive but they have happy hour offers also sometimes..
Great place for weekend out with friends for chill & drinks, The place is just awesome nice outdoor sitting by the water front side the staff are very friendly and courteous, great food and drinks options available, some recommend items try the delicious pizza fresh from the oven. Prefect venue during cooler days.

The Rave:
Tucked on the ground floor of the hotel right in front of Belgian Beer Cafe, Gabbiano Italian restaurant made itself famous for their daily Italian Meat night from 6-11pm, with an unbeatable deal of AED 119 only! Yes..that's unlimited carnivorous fix--daily! That's a serving of grilled striploin, tenderloin and chicken (for as much as you can) plus 1 side dish of your choice. This is something I will definitely come back for!
The Recommendations:
•The Gorgonzola Cheese Salad is an explosion of flavours and freshness tossed together: mixed greens, figs, walnuts & gorgonzola cheese!
•The stone oven baked Make-Your-Own Margarita Pizza, lets you choose toppings so you don't have to fight about whether pineapple is a yes or no to a pizza. Leave this issue bet Gordon Ramsay and his haters and just enjoy the kind you want.
•The Risotto was custom made as per my request to add wild mushrooms apart from the asparagus and peas. Perfectly al-dente, supple, fluid and creamy with slightly soupy consistency but also one with body. Their risotto..rocks!
•The Braised Short Ribs in Barolo Wine is a best seller (as I was told) and agreeably, it is one of the most succulent short ribs I have ever tasted. Tender and wine-braised, the pull-apart meat is a comforting fix for your carnivore cravings!
•The Classic Tiramisu was too much to digest after trying all of the above dishes. But it's a perfect after dinner indulgence with dark bold cocoa and espresso flavours mixed with rich layers of mascarpone cheese.

One recognizable trait amongst all of Gabbiano's service staff is that they make you feel as if you had been their regular guest. They are very accomodating and entertaining. I've seen how they greet and addressed some guests by their names as in "Good Evening Mr. Greg, you're late for your dinner tonight sir!" Chef Norbin comes every so often despite being busy, to check on our table whilst Danish, Erikson, Rakel and Arlene have all been cheerful, chatty and adept with product knowledge.
The Rating:
It's a hidden gem. One that you need to discover for yourself. Despite Al Maqta road's rerouting scheme, the drive to Gabbiano is worth it. Good value for money. Great food. Grand cozy ambiance. "Conosco i miei polli.”

I had my dinner here on a friday night and im so glad that not a lot of people were there. The ambiance was very cozy and relaxing.
The antipasti that comes with the unlimited steak I ordered was a lot, and i love the chicken liver pâté' it was so flavorful, i also enjoy the sundried tomato. I also love their italian breads! It was perfectly baked!
For the steak? I only like the ribeye, altho I had to tell the chef to lessen the salt on the meat because it was a lil salty and the sauce was salty too.
The striploin was too meaty and some people may like that. The tenderloin was also good it was perfectly cooked medium rare and very tender.
Great place with nice ambience and service. Food was excellent, specially the Unlimited Italian Meat Night for only AED 99 is really a good deal. 😊
The service was excellent and the ambiance was great. Antipasti was amazing with fresh baked bread and a large selection of vegetable. Main was to suit with the steak to be one of the best I have ever had. Desert was excellent, great end to a fantastic meal.
The restaurant is nice, where they have a lot of promotions during the week. The most popular is the unlimited drinks it could be a wine or a beer together with 4 types of pasta. Which is very popular on thursday nights!!!! the food is good, tasty..
The place has a very modern rustic look. Outside seating available during the winters. The food was good although it lacked Flavor in some instances. We ordered pizza, pasta and the salmon and only one of the pizza's actually was worth it. The salmon was bland, specifically to be placed on a bed of onions. Wine selection is limited to the wine from the winery with the same name and a few other options.
