A small place offered very delicious and authentic Chinese cuisine that I truly enjoyed every dish, a service bit slow because they prepare each orders upon ordering that’s why it’s so fresh and hot when they served it. I ordered dumplings and noodles and both dishes are mouthwatering. Good job to the team, I will definitely see you again.

This place is absolutely amazing! Love love love each and every dish. We had ordered chicken and shrimp soup dumplings, wontons in red chili oil, chong xing noodles and dan dan noodles. The dan dan noodles and soup dumplings were to die for. Great bubble tea as well!
I’ve fallen in love with Authentic Chinese food ever since I first came here and now go here atleast twice every month.
A small, family run cafeteria that serves some really delicious and flavourful food with good portions. My usual order is Veg pan fried bao (AED 20), Red Chilli Oil Wonton (AED 28) - this is a must order dish because we use the gravy of the wontons in every other dish for more flavour, Garlic Egg Fried Rice (AED 24) and Spicy Beef Fried Rice (AED 28).
This will forever be one of my favourite places to go to in Abu Dhabi.
Chong Quing noddles.
Excellent food, very fresh noddles with a very flavorful chicken soup. This was really spicy but it can be adjusted to anyone spicy level.
This is literally the best Chinese restaurant in Abu Dhabi. Small and cosy atmosphere with excellent food. My recommendations are the spicy beef fried rice, pan fried shrimp and chicken Bao buns as well as the scallop and onion noodles. The decor is cute and I love the customised cutlery! I’ve been frequenting here for well over a year 😊

A gem of a place to try authentic chinese dish . I have been looking for a place in Abu Dhabi that serves sichuan style dishes..spicy & flavorful balanced. A small cafeteria with not many seats but it feels as if you are in a warm family's company.
I ordered red chilly oil wanton( beef filling) , so beautiful to look at and just taking the first bite- i could feel taste bud explosions, just heavenly. I was playing a bit safe as it was my first visit, so i ordered chicken garlic fried rice.
I finished the entire plate in one shot all by myself. Loved every morsel..it was sooo good. My tummy is happy.

Panda Bao Bao is a sensational hole in the wall restaurant which serves up some pretty amazing food predominantly in the Sichuan province style.
The restaurant is tiny and does not seat more than 14 people, but it is absolutely worth the wait if you are planning on dining in, but be warned though that the restaurant has no ambiance to speak of.
The food has bold flavors, particularly the pungency and spiciness resulting from liberal use of garlic and chili peppers, as well as the unique flavor of Sichuan pepper. The food is authentic and is not modified to suit expat palates, so if it is an authentic experience you're looking for, then this place is great.
For starters we ordered the Chicken and shrimp Sumai and the seaweed salad. The Sumai were essentially steamed dumplings and they were excellent. My only gripe is that there is no dipping sauce, and you are expected to use the fiery hot chili sauce or the soy sauce on the table. The salad was crisp and bursting with flavor.
For the main course we tried the popular Dan Dan noodles, which were spiced noodles and a hearty beef noodle soup which was also extremely flavorful.
We also ordered the garlic egg fried rice and a steamed chicken dish. The egg fried rice was extremely garlicky in a good way, and the steamed chicken was fall of the bone tender in a spicy sauce.
We tried their famous bubble milk tea and found it to be just O,K.
The staff are friendly, but they could perhaps do with a waiter that speaks good English to help with recommendations.
All the food and the noodles are made from scratch, but yet service is not slow.
Be wary if you are allergic to sesame seeds or sesame oil as a lot of the dishes are doused in it, though we did ask them to avoid it in a dish and they did as my daughter is allergic to sesame seeds.
The place is tiny and does not have a washroom or toilet that I could see.
Prices are reasonable, but not cheap and they have daily specials which are definitely worth trying. I would go back to try their brisket noodle soup.

Given the lack of more authentic Chinese eateries in Abu Dhabi, we were pretty excited to try this place. We ordered noodles, bao and chicken feet. For what it is, food is pretty decent. Also 5 star for free bubble tea.

Ordered there Bobba Milk Tea and Red Bean Bao Today for a quick afternoon cravings. The Milk tea is in generous jar. Not too sweet but it is definitely delicious. The Bobba are chewy and plenty. The Red Bean bao are with a light, fluffy boa bun, still steamy hot. The Red Bean filling has few pieces of peanuts and it is with right balance of sweetness, it smooth and yeah very delicious. I recommend these pairing for your future craving. 😋

Good to know that there’s an authentic Asian restaurant along airport road. The foods were really mouth watering and worth every penny. They even make their own noodles which is really nice.
The best restaurant if you're craving for Chinese food! Try the spicy Chong Qing noodle together with any dimsum, bao and milk tea. While waiting you may also have a view of their kitchen.
I superb like their milk tea! It's not too sweet and tastes like authentic milk tea from Taiwan 🇹🇼. Also their bao bao and soup 🍜 were very tasty. All are so authentic and handmade foods. I'll surely keep coming back and always highly recommended to my friends.

Having lived in China for more than 5 years before moving here, I really appreciate authentic Chinese food. This is proper southwestern Chinese flavor and style. I personally recommend the Dan Dan noodles as well as the Sichuan red chili oil chicken. Great prices as well, especially during Ramadan!

Authentic chinese cusine. A bit too expensive. Well presented. Looks yummy too. The dim sums were good. The fries rice and noodles was okay.not great. The bubble tea was horrible.

We’re so happy to have stumbled across this place because Abu Dhabi’s Chinese cuisine seems lacking in the authenticity department. 🇨🇳 Panda Bao Bao is legit as they come. Its owner, staff and recipes come straight from the Far East.Because it’s authentic Chinese, the flavors are bolder than what many are used to. 💪 Get ready for a spicy kick in your main course and a savory touch to your dessert. The chonqing noodle is the self-evident blend of flavor wedged between two chopsticks. The black fungus salad is heftier than it looks, largely thanks to its sesame marinade. The bao bao were perfect— a mild taste that’s complemented by the punchy dip that comes with it. The egg roll puffs were our favorite. So sweet and squishy! We were surprised to hear that part of the ingredients included salted duck egg! 🦆 We’d never have guessed given how mild and sweet they are.
I was just passing by, walking to my home in al wahda area when I noticed this small restaurant. Tried one of the best sellers and it’s a hit for me. I can only try one since I just came from dinner with friends and i am still full, but just curious about this place. I’ll definitely comeback to try more.

A Chinese Cafeteria with a panda theme.
This place is literally just on the other side of the street from my home. I tried the food here when they were newly opened and the food was not memorable so I did not even write a review.
My friend invited me to get Milk Tea here so I decided that a "redemption" round was in order since this place was really cute.
And I was not disappointed.
The Milk Tea I ordered was without the pearls so it was not that sweet but for me, the level of mild sweetness is just fine. I also love their cup packaging because it can be recycled. Overall I recommend the tea, it is creamy and refreshing.
We also ordered 2 items as snacks.
The Chicken and Shrimp Soup bao aka Xiao long Bao was the bao I was dreaming of. Previously when they first opened, the soup bao I ordered was soupless and bland but this baby was an improvement. Broth was seasoned lightly but I was wishing there was more of it. The chicken was tender and shrimp was fresh as was the ginger taste. Dough was okay as well. A vast improvement really.
Golden Egg Sauce Bao ( I like to call it a custard bao) still tasted good as the first time I ate it with gusto. Flavor was reminiscent of a salted egg but replace the salty taste with sweet creaminess + an orange fluffy dough.
I have no complaints with their cute decor and utensils but I guess the issue would be their table capacity. For they only have a few tables.
Customer service was good as well. The guy who took our order was nice and polite.

The wanton dimsum chili is nice, and it has peanuts 🥜 so careful if ur allergic.
The bao is ok from outside is like a siopao and inside dimsum
Conclusion: im not really into all the foods here so far but maybe next time ill try their shrimp siomai or something else.
The price is half of my favorite indo/thai place but would still like that place more

Small little place on Airport Road near Wahda Mall with cool exterior and a very small interior with just a few tables.
It's a mom and pop affair with a menu focussed mainly on the Ban, Noodles, Fried Rice and some vegetable items.
We got the Chong Quing Noodles the Dan Dan Noodles and their Spicy Beef Fried Rice.
The noodles were really nice and the fried rice was very good.
I feel they should add a few beef and chicken items to the menu to compliment the Fried Rice options.
Service is a bit haphazard and they could be a bit more friendly.
Also the listing on Zomato says they accept credit cards which turned out to be false. They should get a card machine ASAP

I don't even like Chinese cuisine that much. But this place has addictively good Chinese food. Thanks to Sweatha Monichen for taking me to this gem of a place. The food is delicious and it feels homely. Red chilly oil wonton and garlic egg fried rice were just spectacular. I didn't really like the Pan Fried Bao though but hey! I don't like chinese 😂.

The best Chinese fast food in Abu Dhabi. Bao Dim sums are delicious!!! Delivery is very quick but the only thing to improve is the place itself as it is kind of old and with very few chairs and tables.
Wow! Tasty, fresh, homemade! Everything we ordered was delicious. For the starter we ordered chicken and shrimp bao bao very generous quantity fresh and piping hot. Then we had wonton noudles soup yum! Handpulled noodles flavoursome and I asked for it to be spicy which was perfect me and we also ordered beed salad that was good too! All in all the place felt like I am eating in someone’s home very laid back and authentic and tiny! Loved it and will return for some more 👏
So my wife's been waning to try out this place for a while now. And it did not disappoint. We got the steamed beef bao. The chicken pan fried bao. And the Chong Qing noodles. All were ordered for take away. Great flavours on all. Though the noodles and the beef bao topped the chicken. Definitely give this cute little restaurant a try.
I will be going back to try other stuff on the menu very soon.
A tiny great spot to enjoying a truly Chinese spot , only few seater and they made everything fresh as soon we order they start rollin the dough of bao and xiao long bao , we ordered dandan noodle ( nutty noodles with some pok choy , veggies but I felt they put too much msg 😂 gotta numb my tongue for a while) steamed chicken feet with fermented soya beans and peanut which reminds me of home 😭, xiao long bao (steamed dumplings with soup ) , golden yolk bun (must try , its melted salted egg yolk with touch of sweetness from carrot , ugh heaven!), Chinese doughnuts (another fav!) , and last their special pan fried bao with some nets of scallion and crispy things and served upside down ! Everything was perfect and hope they got bigger place to accommodate the customers!

Panda Bao Bao has won my heart for all the right reasons with their food! ❤️ Stubbled upon this place by chance while heading to another restaurant nearby but I've been going back ever since. Their Chong Qing noodle is my favorite of their menu and it's absolutely comforting 🥰 the noodles are so soft and not heavy at all. Portion sizes are great for sharing too. The pan fried chicken and shrimp baos were amazing along with the chilli sauce served on it's side and I'd recommend trying them! Beef fried rice was also really good. I can't pick anything negative.
I love how consistent they are with their flavours every time I've visited. It is indeed a hidden gem in the city ❤️and I'm soo glad I found them out. The place has a very cute ambience with only very few seating but it's already catching up with a lot of people from different backgrounds as I can see and full over the weekends. I'd suggest going there for early dinners if you plan a visit.

Timely delivery and great food - what more is there to say. The chilly wontons are my go to dish - plump wontons, Awsome soup with the right heat and mix of veg and peanuts - give them a try

This place is so cute with all panda ornaments everywhere and even the crockeries have panda designs. We ordered chicken and shrimp sumai and chong qing noodle. They serve big size Sumai which is good for 3-4 bites maybe. One serving is 6pcs and good for sharing. The flavor is good and the texture is nice as well. Though i dont like the taste of the noodle. It has after taste that lingers in the mouth even if you drink loads of water! Maybe ill try different noodle next time instead. Serving takes a while, the guy who serves bring one piece fo crockery at a time. And they cannot serve both orders in one go. You can finish the first dish that was served before the other order comes. Timing and dispatch of food needs improvement though. Another set back is that you need to bring cash as they dont accept card payment.
Food is so good and yummy as usual but I asked for extra utensils and ONLY get one chopsticks! How am I suppose to share with friends outside the house with one only? And the vinegar was upside the one & leaked all over the bag. Please secure the sauce properly

The Red Chilli Oil Wontons were really flavourful and spicy. The Chong Qing noodles was lovely but could do with more chicken. That's aside it was a flavourful experience.

Who doesn’t love Pandas? Even if Pandas have under eye circles we don’t want to earn, their cuteness isn’t limited to Korean beauty products but as a business image. Panda Bao Bao is a small space with six tables which accommodates around 16 persons. Fresh Soya Bean Milk for 8 AED. The fresh soya was served after 15 minutes (maybe more than that) and what my friend Liya expected is a cold drink. The delay is a valid excuse because of this adorable cup and a fresh hot healthy drink.
All is good, however, there were only 3 sweet baos instead of 6 that were listed in the menu!
I love dim sums and am willing to go quite out of my way for good ones. My search for good dim sums took me to Panda bao bao last weekend. The place is smaller than you expect with only 4 tables. The server is polite but may sometimes have trouble understanding English, however it is the food that’s really the winner. The pan fried bao are really the best I have tasted, while I loved the vegetarian version my husband preferred the chicken ones. The egg and garlic fried rice also met our approval and was polished off in no time. The chicken and shrimp shuimai was also good but I have to say I preferred the softness and crunchiness of the pan fried baos. The chonquing noodles are unique and while may not appeal to everyone, will be liked by spice loving authentic palates. Parking is an issue as is getting a table.
This is the first time in UAE I've had such authentic Chinese food, the Chongqing noodles is amazing! The shop is small but cozy, the waiting staff was very friendly. They even sell their homemade chili oil in jars, I was so tempted to buy one home!
You can tell they've also spent quite some effort on branding and decor. Last time we went, the wall had tiny little panda chopstick holders all over.
Decent authentic Chinese food. Enjoyed the fried rice, vegetables and steamed dumplings. The chicken and corn soup could have been seasoned more as well as being a bit thicker. But it was still delicious. Keep it up.
