Waking up early in the morning first come on my mind what I’m going to eat or cook. While browsing on my Facebook I saw the Ramadan Promo of Kusina Restaurant. I decided to take order instead of cooking. So I ordered this Ramadan Promo for AED 81.00 only it includes Pansit, Siomai, Fresh Lumpia and Coca Cola.
A humble restaurant with food they could brag. Hands down you have the best kare-kare and bagoong I have ever tasted in the UAE. Sauce is just as thick as it should be. Peanut flavour comes through. Beef and offals, perfectly tender and not even chewy! Vegetables are blanched just right and you can easily tell that the restaurant is using very fresh pechay because of the crisp! I love it! Today is the second time I ordered from your restaurant, the first time since last year. Thank you for delivering hot food with fresh rice even at the time of COVID-19; a time so depressing, having kare-kare today with yummy bagoong brought me back to being home with my family. Thank you, not only for the yummy food, but for the nostalgia.
Meals are tasty, Portions are good, and the staff are attentive and nice. Looking forward to order again.
Since it's winter time, I've been craving for Bulalo ala Tagaytay and theirs did not disappoint! Meat is very tender with my favorite gelatin-like parts, loaded with vegetables and soup tastes great, not bland nor salty! Their vegetable chopsuey was surprisingly tasty too. I'm not much of a vegetable eater but I liked their recipe for this. Both portions are enough for 2 people. Special mention for the 5/5 garlic rice too! Keep it up! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Superb cooking for the pancit palabok. The chicken platter was good, it almost tasted like the KFC original recipe.
we ordered kare-kare and laing and it met our expectations if not exceeded it. the kare kare beef was so tender it just melts in your mouth and the laing was not lacking in coconut milk as well. will be ordering again for sure!
I tried this restaurant and It was good. The serving size is good enough. I will try also another menu next time.
I ordered for delivery last time, their fried chicken it taste like home, their sotanghon soup even if it’s delivery still the presentation the taste was great. Well done for the chef!

Palabok and fried chicken combo is my favorite here. I always place my order online and they promptly accept the order. The food comes perfectly hot when delivered. The palabok is not too dry nor not too saucy. Just the way I like it. Best thing is it is well seasoned but not salty, topped with loads of good things such as immitation crab meat, shrimp, chicken, vegetables, crispy bits of chicken skin cracklings. I would like to applaud this restaurant for having a better tasting crispy fried chicken compared to KFC and Poppeye’s. The gravy that comes with it taste good too and in right amount too. 😋😋
Kusina is my main or 1 of my main go-to places for great Filipino food. Their menu has a good balance of regional Filipino favorites. A must try for foodies wanting to experience really good Filipino food.
Ordered Longsilog and Chicken Sotanghon for lunch yesterday. They tasted good together. They did not forget the condiments, chilli garlic sauce and lemon, so I enjoyed my meal. Delivery was fast, it only took like 20 minutes.

For dine in: same as stated above, location a bit far or difficult to find and no/few parking.
This is not the first time I ordered here at Kusina and all the time they manage to satisfy my cravings for filipino dishes specially on my lazy days. Most of that I ordered are cooked well, made from fresh veggies (as I have tried their Pinakbet which is very good) and the servings is hefty. Aside from being reasonably priced, I haven’t encountered my food being delivered late. The four times I ordered, all food came very hot which is a big plus.
I hope you continue to give very good service and food at all times.
I never eat Kare-Kare before, but after me and my roommate tried their Kare-Kare, I can't stop craving for it and ordered for the 2nd time today together with their sinigang na hipon. I will try their other Filipino dish next time.

Kare kare here is my favorite. I think it’s the best tasting one here in Abu Dhabi. It’s creamy and perfectly seasoned. I just hope they will only use pure beef for the meat. (Not a fan of tripe).

the noodles ordered was a bit oily but still very yummy! have not tried the prawn dish as bringing it back for dinner. good delivery and good service.

This was my first online order for Kusina. I ordered the chicken platter with pansit. Delivery came on time. There was a follow up call from the establishment to confirm order. The pansit was cooked well. It was soft and savory. Generous amount and was good to share with 4-6 person.

The place is quite hidden and far from the main street and needs a bit of renovation though but still recommended. .
This is one of my favorite filipina restaurants the food is really amazing even though it is not that perfect but they serve really good meat and seafood sarab!!!
We each selected three different pastas from the menu and were pleased with all three. Pretty good to have rave reviews on nine items on the menu! My guests were pleased and we will definitely repeat the experience.
Delicious and affordable food. Must try! But please improve the delivery service, I used to order by Zomato App. Thus, the food tastes good. 😊

UPDATE: Now Kusina Restaurant has online zomato delivery. This made us enjoy more their food while waiting at the very comfort of our home. Their delivery was on time and the food was properly packed. I ordered pansit palabok, lumpiang shanghai, an my all time favorite calamares. Palabok was very tasty and it captures the homegrown taste. But i hope they put more toppings to give more texture and more flavor. Their calamares never fades. It was still the best calamares in town and still my favorite. The lumpiang shanghai was just ok. We felt it a bit starchy inside. Perhaps they should put more minutes frying it so it'll be cooked thoroughly, but nonetheless the taste was fine. But i highly recommend to try their food for those who want to try the authentic filipino cuisines.

If you guys looking for calamari/calamares they got the best in town for me. Its soft, tender, flavorful. I also like the taste of their palabok but they need to add more stuffs in it.check it out guys
While craving for a hot noodle soup the zomato lead me to this pinoy resto located at the back of dunia and al mariah. The resto has a modest size that can roughly accommodate 30 people, its has value meal and serves made to order foods for party needs. While there i ordered a lomi that took roughly 10min to serve the noodle is noticably well done, the noodle soup is not the typical pre-heated type and vegetables in it are noticably crunchy...effort was evident in the taste. Serving was in a large bowl that can be shared by 2-3 persons (yes I ate it all).
Besides having a clean and conversant staff it has a cable network showing pinoy programs. Management could expand to accommodate a larger people.
The place is worth the try and deserves another visit.
