The staff are very friendly. Like the cakes there. A Good place to have simple lunch or dinner. The food is fast simple and marked with calories. Good reference for those who are on diet.

Pumpkin soup was so, so GOOD! Ordered also Chicken Tikka Masala which was also tasty meal. Delivery was really fast and food was just what I wanted! :) Definitely will order again!

Great for lunch. Many kinds of salads and healthy food, with the amount of calories clearly stated. Great also for a coffee (and you can smoke in the tables outside).
We ordered:
•Foul: was nice, the bread size is small, but cute.. the jar they used was very nice.
•Carrot Cake: tasty but small, maybe good as a treat size!
•Brownie: tasty, light, and even sliced into couple of pieces which is really nice!
Overall the experience was good and will try other things in the future.
•An advice: wish if you sell the skinny muffins by pcs for home delivery.

First time ordering breakfast from Skinny Genie. The poached eggs were fantastic! Really loved the taste and the quantity - perfectly filling for a busy office morning. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they deliver in glass containers instead of plastic, good job for that, extra points from my side. But on the other hand, I took the delivery from your staff in front of my office, went upstairs, sat down to eat and only then got another call from your delivery to tell me I am required to pay additional 4 aed for the glass container. Why wasn't that written anywhere while ordering? Why wasn't it charged to my card with the rest of the order? Why wasn't I notified immediately when I took the bag, and not 5 min later when I was already eating? Not happy with this at all. Your driver said I am entitled to 5 aed discount on my next order since I paid for the glass container. Where does this discount apply on Zomato exactly? Would appreciate to hear any kind of feedback. Gave 4* only because of this unpleasant situation, poached eggs deserve a 5* definitely.

The concept i a bit different here. All their food is pre-prepared and kept in the chiller, with labels mentioning th calorie count and all. You take your food and give it to th staff, for them to heat and present it in plates. Food tastes great, portions are decent, and surprisingly filling. Seating area is a bit small, but very cozy. Service is great! The staff told us that a branch will be opened in Khalidiya soon, which will make sense for people living in the city.
They are about to save my life. I am trying to loose weight however i am not good at food prep. Im driving every weekday between Dubai- Abu Dhabi, i have workouts after work,as well. So, I am ending up with no power and time for cooking. And in this point, Skinny Genie step in with their healthy and tasty food (delivered with glass jars👍). Now I can monitor the calories im consuming and getting the results of my workouts. Thanks a lot for your existance!

I’ve ordered from Skinny Genie I’d say around 20 times now and honestly I have not been disappointed once. The food is great, very tasty and best of all it is satisfying, yet made healthily. A lot of restaurants only make very fatty or oily food options, so seeing Skinny Genie come up on the delivery list was a dream. I’d recommend the chicken and mushroom risotto (I was skeptical of a quinoa risotto - but was pleasantly surprised!), the chicken curry is lovely and not heavy whatsoever! Every time I order I’m frantically searching for the guacamole dip.. it really is yummy and tastes so fresh. The mango cheesecake was also great. The cute glass pots and jars are something I haven’t seen before and come in handy for reuse - much better idea than providing plastic and I’d happily pay a bit extra for it!
The menu is brilliant. So good to see lots of healthy nutritious food available for all requirements. The delivery was fast and efficient. I had the Skinny Genie Club and loved it. Will definitely order again!

A hidden gem that serves healthy gluten free and dairy free foods. Relaxing place with super friendly staff. The gluten and dairy free pumpkin cake is a must to try.

Skinny Genie is a cafe that opened rather recently in Masdar City, and its all about healthy, conscious eating habits. Its the kind of restaurant you’ll be grateful for having in your neighbourhood when you embark on a diet, because it makes things so much easier. Ambience: Its a rather small cafe with some indoor and outdoor seating. The ambience is bright, open and sunny, with an earthy vibe with all the wooden furniture. I do wish they had more space to afford greater privacy, but you’ll enjoy the pleasant vibe nonetheless. Great place to waste away a lazy afternoon.

Skinny Genie is a new twist to healthy gluten-free eating. You can choose from a selection of salads, wraps, mains and desserts, decorated in glass jars before your choice is put on a plate and heated. I tried the chicken mushroom quinoa risotto and the fresh Omani shrimp. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food. I'm not a huge risotto person (don't kill me!), but their risotto was full of flavors. The shrimp were also the perfect texture. My friend ordered the chicken tikka masala, which wasn't bad. Overall a refreshing new spot with good service, it is likely to be popular for lunch.
Healthy and delish food. Some dishes are great but they have few of each so you don't always have the freedom to choose your dish. Prices are okay but some are overrated.
Love the food. Good way to deliver food in Glass jars which keeps its freshness and doesn’t alter the taste.

Overall, I am impressed with Skinny Genie. Great take on making gluten free and healthy food interesting and flavourful.
All the food that I ordered came in a glass jar. Reuse the jars at home. Or, next time you eat at Skinny Genie, take them back and receive a voucher for its cost.
The shakshouka wrap was good. I was happy to see it on the menu. The only thing that it needs enhancing on... is adding maybe a bit more cumin/ paprika/salt. It will be a hit, atleast with me :)
The salad quantity and quality of the produce was great. The avacado pureed along with lemon olive made up for a nice dressing. The semi- sundried tomato was one of the best I have had. I would suggest a little bit more of the sundried tomatoes and parmesan in the salad pls. The intense sweet tart flavour of sun dried tomatoes is perfect to balance the kale and shredded chicken breast.
The only thing missing from my salad order were the croutons that was on the list. However, there was a piece of multi grain brown bread...which was out of this world delicious. It was soft and fresh and loaded with flavour. I added some butter to it and wham! I was elevated :)
Moving along to the dark chocolate fondant. It was just the way i like it. Not too sweet but rich dark chocolate with soft center.
I see a lot of interesting pastries, desserts and healthy snacks on the menu which I cannot wait to try.

As for desserts, the dairy free pumpkin brownie cake or the chocolate brownie are so so so good! 😍😍😍😍
