very nice place for a get together, decent food, superb music, excellent service , special mention to Roni (Pritam) for making us super duper comfortable, the cocktails choice is limited and they were passable, the beer tower was worth , but definitely a great place to hang with friends
Great Ambience but most of all , StarsNBars has the most friendly staff. Santiago is an awesome guy, attentive and super nice! Going back to this restaurant because of him! Kudos!

We loved the nachos platter and the steak. Braised ribs were flavorful but the meat was a little hard but I am sure the chef can work on it. The waffle taco dessert is a must. It was yummm.

Our server Jamaica was very sweet. She went out of her way to make sure we had a good time. Drinks are good although meal portions are too small. Ordered the mini tacos which were the size of a pea!
We visited Stars'n'Bars for their California Dreamin' brunch and we had such a good time. The brunch is super affordable and comes with three courses and great selection of dishes to choose from as well as unlimited drinks. It was four of us and we were all stuffed.
I tried the Beyond Burger which was delicious and nachos which were super cheessy (yasss!) and filling. Also their NY Styled Brownie Cheesecake is to die for.
Overall, we had a great time. The venue is conveniently located at La Mer with beautiful views on the beach and city, they have a great atmosphere and decor. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxed and cool brunch option around Dubai!
Fantastic gem at La Mer. Service from Stefan and Milton is warm, friendly, definitely a highlight. Stars n Bars serves easily the best fajitas I’ve had in Dubai in the three years I’ve lived here. Top Tip: order extra tortillas with your meal as the fillings on the standard dish are so abundant, you’ll need extra tortillas to finish it up! Meal was so large I had no space for the strawberry cheesecake tacos which I’m dying to try - they sound absolutely enticing.

I especially visited this to taste their charcoal burger. It was the mightiest and juciest beef burger i ever had. I enjoyed pink lemonade a lot with my burger.
It is basically a bar so expect alcoholic drinks on menu. You need to ask or explore menu for non alcoholoc drinks.
Environmemt here is very cool. If you need a quite time then visit in afternoon.

We always wanted to come here and eventually we did.
Upon arrival we were approached by a very sweet lady who guided us to our table and yes all social distancing protocols were in place.
We were given menus and our waiter was excellent in reading us.When ever we needed him,he was there and most of the time he gave us the space we required.Top Notch service right here.Loved the little conversations and this is the reason I will return.
Our meal was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite.
I would recommend this place to everyone,Even if your skeptical on going out,these guys have everything under control!
Celebrated my birthday here and loved the atmosphere of this place. It’s a great place to spend your weekend night with friends with some great live music. Staff is very helpful. Food was amazing as well we tried few of their dishes recommended by the staff and it was so good I would definitely come back again.

A super lively casual dining restaurant with the atmosphere of a pub on the first floor. You will find really fun and energetic live music on weekends. We have always found the live band to be good as we have been here multiple times.
You can go there with friends to have a fun time on the first floor or you can find a relatively quiet space downstairs for the family crowd. Their service is good and energy at this place is great to unwind. Great selection of beer & drinks. The bar food was really tasty too.

An amazing restauranr with lovely service, great ambience and yummy food. Tried their happy hours and it was great. They also have a small area for kids whixh is a blessing. The service from Dennis was fantastic. Ordered their burgers and fish and chips. Both were fantastic. Their cocktails in their happy hpur menu was delicious. Will definitely visit them again

We went to Star n Bars (for the second time) to celebrate a friends pre birthday surprise. We ordered their Nutella Cheesecake slice (which btw was HEAVENLY!!!) so we could surprise our friend for his birthday. Our server for the night was Pinah who was kind enough to serve the complimentary cake and to top it of, gave us a free round of lemon tequila shots. We LOVED his gesture and his service
and this is definitely going to be our go to place now.
This place really bring in the feeling of happiness in ppl. The place is cool and very LiT and the atmosphere is very positive and lively. It takes you away from the city. Food is really very nice and good. The staff is friendly and really take cares of you. In all a happy place to spend your night with your family ones over your fav. Drink and food.

Me and my friends went to Stars and Bars in La Mer last wednesday and it was one of the coolest bars we've ever been. The ambiance was good, food was great. It's a great place to go if you just wanna chill, with just the right music, not boring just enough that you can chit chat with your friends. We were seated at the bar counter, Shanu and Antonio were two of the best bar tenders ever. They were friendly and made sure we were having a really good time.
I will definitely come back and also recommend this place to my friends. :)

I Always Enjoy Stars & Bars staffs are friend and its like american based sports bar would highly recommend this place.
If you are alone then its a best place as bar tenders will be with you all the time and you'll have a wonderful time i had made many friends there.
Nice place by the beach in LA Mer, the area upstairs offers quite a nice view.
Food is quite good too and not too expensive.

After diner, me and my friend decided to grab few drinks. The hostess is very friendly and nice. They have chill ambience. I ordered aperol, and they served it fast in less than 5 minutes. Need to try their food next time.

Love this place, great food, friendly staff and fab atmosphere. I especially recommend the pulled beef burger. If upstairs is a little busy, downstairs is always quiet.

Been there a few times, I love the overall experience. I tried the Chicken Parmigiana, it was a nice dish - extremely fulfilling actually. A beautiful place to have a pleasant meal & a drink. The outdoor view to the beautiful La Mer is truly pretty.

@starsnbarslamer has a really nice chilled out vibe. When you do go, get a table on the upper floor's outdoor section (in the cooler month's), you're in for a treat. Picture this - you're perched overlooking the beach, just beyond the numerous lights & neon signs of La Mer with the awesome retro chart music playing in the background, it's really hard not to love this place. .

I’ve been a few times and gladly enjoyed the Brewdog IPA on offer during their happy hours (until 8pm). Last time I was there we decided to have a meal as well. I ordered the 12 hours slow cooked BBQ Brisket with mashed potatoes. The brisket was excellent, with a wonderful peppercorn crust and juicy meat. It wasn’t smoky enough for me but it was awesome nevertheless. The mashed potato with the julienned sweet potato was a nice accompaniment. I would recommend the food for sure.

Been here twice! I love this pub. The crowd is good on Wednesday nights. The pizza, nachos, quesadillas are just amazing. They have ladies night every Wednesday too. Staff are attentive and really helpful.

Great fun, luckily one of the only places at la mer that serves alcohol - great sports vibe, loads of outdoor seating. Service was great, atmosphere was excellent - food and drinks menu was extensive and I would happily go back - on the entertainer as well which always helps.
Awesome place to hangout on Thursday’s.. love the ambiance and the staffs are very friendly... cocktails and selection of beers are great.. 5 stars for DJ Paul Rees... his selection of music is awesome... I should say he is one of the best DJ in town .. and the Band Carl and the Reda Mafia is outstanding..
Recently been there, i can say for sure is the most happening place in La Mer. Nice ambiance, have live music too at night and food is delicious. Cooperative staff as well. Must mention is the live singing. An awesome singer and band they have, being a fan of music made me change the review score from 4-5.

The food is mainly Tex Mex and the selection suffices with some decent range of tacos, nachos and sliders. The truffle fries of various varieties are worth trying as well.

A valentine date with my wife and the bar was top notch . Gone there to enjoy but got awesome dubai skyline views , a perfect cocktail and great service . We enjoyed only drinks so cant comment on food firsthand but the sight was very pleasant .

Great food , great drinks great service & great views. It's rare to go to an American casual restaurant which is crowded on a weekday & get served delicious food which tangles the taste buds.
For appetizers we relished down charcoal grilled corn , Mac & Cheese balls , buffalo dynamite chicken, flashed sashimi & beef salapico skewers. My favorite out of all these were the flashed sashimi , the buffalo dynamite chicken & charcoal grilled corn . The flashed sashimi along with their lime & ginger sauce gives an out of the world experience . Its so good! I loved the buffalo dynamite chicken is cheesy & comes with a nice dynamite sauce on the side.
For the main courses we had one of the best short ribs - the 12 hour slow cooked short ribs some with smashed sweet potatoes. The short ribs are super soft & is bursting with flavor. I am going to surely order this again when I visit Stars N Bars.
For desserts we ordered a milk cake which was finished within 2 minutes. It's that good!
If you are wondering we got to have any drinks? Yes , we did! I like a thirsty camel downed a girly drink coffee toffee which woke me up after a long day .The drink is made with a nice shot of espresso. My second drink was a S N B old fashioned which is bourbon based. For beer loves they have IPA craft beer served.

I really liked the place and the service no doubt about it...good crowd, this place is located in la mer you will have variety of drinks but limited food options more of snacking and drinking place. The ambience is good too you can visit it during the day or evening, I would recommend to visit for sure!!

The food, the drinks, the vibe, the view of La Mer Beach and Burj Khalifa skyline, the quick and efficient service are all fantastic!
I highly recommend either Grilled Prawns or Charcoal Grilled Corn or Flashed Sashimi as starters. The mains could either be BBQ Brisket (oh so fork tender as it was slow cooked for 12hours!), or Slice of New York (if you can decide between burger or pizza, not a problem as they fused those 2 into this dish!).
They have an interesting and long list of drinks. I had craft beer from Scotland and a zombie tiki cocktail.
Dessert? The milk cake was sublime!

Just posting a review to share that meat lovers pizza is the best pizza I ever tasted! this pizza suits its name so well plus the cheese and fresh dough! it is a bit pricey but worth it! I will definitely munch this piece of heaven again.
If you happen to be in La Mer and wondering where to crash for drinks, just walk into this waterhole! With a lovely view of La Mer, the roof seating is a real charmer, especially on nights when they have fireworks. There is a decent spread on the menu - both food and drinks, but overall it's heavy on the pocket - unless you have Entertainer :) Service was slow, despite having a lot of servers scurrying around. We were seated outside on the upper deck and the view was great as usual. Be prepared to face the chilly winds if you visit during Dec - Feb. I'd recommend a jacket and some friends to share a beer!

The place is awesome. Went here for ladies night with friends. We ordered pizza and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was amazing and gooe. I loved the pizza crust but one major setback, it lacked spices. Service was okaish. Food and drinks amazing. Good vibes. Perfect for winters. Outdoor seating is also avaliable.
Favorite place in Dubai!! I have been to this place so many times and I keep going there again and again! Why? Because it's just an amazingly chill place. The food is fantastic and oh yeah what better than an Asahi right? Also, love the arcade machines for their huge game choices! Hadouken!

Required a place to entertain and have dinner with a visiting friend from Singapore. Showed her around La Mer and this restaurant seemed interesting so I booked for dinner. When we arrived the place had a really good vibe plus they had a band ( did great covers and had a good playlist)! Our group ordered chicken wings, quesadilla and fajitas .I highly recommend to visit Stars N Bars perfect place to cap off the stressful work week. Special mention to Milan who served us our meals with superb customer service...and thank you for his superman-like powers returning my hand bag when I forgot. 😀
