The chicken 🐓 and crab 🦀 #XiaoLongBao are lip smacking💕💕now there is a typical way of digging into this goodness which I learnt on my trip to Shanghai where u need to pinch the soup dumpling and suck the soup out of it else you just get into the mess coz if u eat them instead of pinching then the soup is all over your face 🤣🤣🤣 travel really teaches us so much👍👍

First time trying this restaurant & I’m in love! Its already on my list of top Asian cuisines. I loved everything, the sweet & sour chicken was delicious. The mixed stir fried noodles was perfect as well as vegetable spring rolls. Even their drinks, strawberry and passion fruit mojito were so good! I loved everything about this restaurant, lovely service very attentive staff. Will definitely visit again!!! :D
Great food as always! I love their crispy skin chicken and lava rock shrimps. Can’t count how many times I have ordered from them. The foods are always well packed and delivered in a timely manner. Sometimes I get a compliment food too! Thanks ☺️
This is the most authentic Chinese I’ve ever tried in Dubai! Every dish tasted so good. Dumplings are the best to try and also their wok fried rice! I’ve decided to only have Chinese here forever!! Love it

The food at the restaurant was really tasty, I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for good Chinese food in Dubai Mall. The ambience of the restaurant was very aesthetic.
The lighting inside the restaurant was really good, we got some great pictures as well.
What made our experience really good was the staff, they were really sweet and jolly, a shout out to Mr Kenneth for making sure we had everything.

We went to celebrate my friend's birthday and we had a great time, the staff has taken really good precautionary measures in such times and have been extremely helpful, especially Mr. Kenneth. The food was great! I'm not a fan of kung pao chicken but I absolutely loved theirs!

Huge portions and authentic Chinese food . We ordered prawn wantons, beef stir fry, crispy chicken with steamed jasmine rice . It was delicious and spot on . The staff was very helpful and friendly to make us comfortable and choose according to our preference.

I have recently dined-in here for 2 consecutive days and ordered pretty much the same thing for both days. 😹
I really loved the Prawn Wontons, it is packed with different flavors that goes really well together. I also loved the Basil Chicken, it was a surprise for me actually, did not expect it to be flavorful but it was also delicious. This dish comes in a nice decorative pot. Goes well with their XO Fried Rice.
Their service was great as well, we were served by Rene. He is a nice guy, and really took care of our table.
Price-wise is also great as have availed Gold offer.
Lastly, will always come back to this place. ✨
Our first visit to this place and it was a good experience. The place was quiet and peaceful. Our server was kind and the service was excellent. The food was good. The meat was really soft and the sauce was really great which added to the taste. Would definitely recommend this place for chinese food lovers!!
the place is well lit, and practiced proper distancing and disinfecting protocols. food is great (although the serving for the brisket aint much for sharing but thats just nitipicking), very good chinese restaurant. the employees are accommodating and can give you good recommendations in ordering.
kenneth served us and he should be given a raise for his excellent customer service. we appreciate his patience and he appears to know a lot about the food varieties the establishment offers - which makes it highly likely were going to return to this restaurant.

I am huge fan of pan-asian food so we keep trying such places. The ambience and decor is very creative and colorful which lifts up the mood. we ordered rock lawa shrimps, chicken pot stickers and kung pao chicken. The shrimps were crispy yet saucy and pot stickers were really juicy though they looked bland. Kung pao wasnt as great. Its nice dine out place to stopover while shopping.
After very long found this place I loved their food. It was delicious fresh and tasty. Though the serving portion was less but other than that food was really good and I loved the ambiance was really nice. I would love to visit again 🙂
The Wontons are amazing with the peanut sauce. The fried rice (need to try the mixed) is flavorful and filling.

One of our favorite asian spots currently. Always consistent, quality ingredients, clean/clear flavors and flawless service. Their lunch menu is unbeatable in all of Dubai Mall and otherwise their portions are huge and they accept Zomato Gold and Entertainer BOGO.
The nicest staff always warm and friendly. Food is fantastic I'm always coming and I've never had one bad meal. It's my favourite restaurant to visit and good value. Brenda is my favourite my of staff we love her xx

The place is extremely cozy, with aesthetic interiors. Highly recommend the Chicken Xiao Long Bao, it was to die for. Our main course included the Crispy Chilli Chicken, and Shanghai Stir Fry noodles, both of which were delicious! For the cost of each meal, you do get quite a large quantity. All in all, a must visit restaurant for Chinese cuisine lovers.

Welcome to New Shanghai, the house of Chinese cuisine in The Dubai Mall. A visit here is like having a feast or it seems like a festival. The entire team is so well trained in taking care of their guests in hospitality with a great smile on every face including the chefs. No wonder what they make and serve tastes too good. Garry took care of the entire floor and Rene made sure every table was attended to with great pleasure.
The first impressions of the starters was too good and they maintained it well from the Appetizers to Mains and Desserts. We ordered a range of their world famous starters and Dumplings.
Lava Rock Shrimps is very highly addictive crispy Shrimps in their magical sauce. The Shrimps were quite big in size as well as portion.
There is not a single occassions or feast in Shanghai without enjoying their Dumpling.
Crunchy Chicken Wontons, Prawn & Chicken Stickers, Truffle Chicken Xiao Long Bao,
Crab Chicken Xiao Long Bao, Truffle Chicken Xiao Long Bao everything we had was amazing in taste. The hot and steaming Garlic flavored Broth inside Dumplings is heavenly.
Garlic Butter Prawns and Wok Veg Fried Rice with Spring Onion Cheese Pancake was our main course. We also added their Spicy Chilli sauce which gave a touch of spiciness if you like it higher on the spicier side.
Their Desserts is a celebration, do not miss their special Shaved Ice Mango and Salted Caramel Toffee Banana. You will never get these anywhere except New Shanghai.

Happy to see friendly staff and supervisor was always looking to give us the best experience. Last I came to know that their Exe. Chef or Director (or someone key) comes from PFChangs. We love all of new shanghai's menu. Especially xiaolongbao, pan fried crab and chicken buns and spicy wonton. Best and juiciest xiaolongbao in town. Truffle xiaolongbao from seasonal menu is so delicious... you can eat tons of those.

Last night our server was Ian. He was very attentive and esp. with our queries regarding Zomato Gold. He was explaining attentively and we felt like we were lucky to have purchased this.
Reason why we felt happy and while eating the feeling was great! We wanted to order again Rainbow Crispy Beef but want to explore another menue item so Food he suggested was Szechuan Beef and we loveeed it. Second time as well to eat their Crispy Duck and quality and taste is still the same sooo tasty!
I hope they open more branches. I really love this restaurant, staff and their food!
