Used the offer to buy two buns and get one free.. we already had lunch and went there just to eat their hot buns.. we normally like them without any topping as I feel topping mask the real taste.. as always served hot and crispy.. for us the bun is like a snack and it can’t be lunch or dinner as it’s not filling.. Dubai mall has a nice outlet where u can sit out and enjoy the view around.. give it a try for sure

Walk into @papparotiuae and you will truly feel like you are inside the 'World of Buns'. Well, a bun is a bun, BUT not with this one. #papparoti buns have a little crispy exterior and is extremely delicate, soft and buttery inside which is accompanied by your choices of gooey and warm toppings. Ordered lunch from here to work, got the fettuccine pasta with grilled chicken, tasted fairly good , portion is quite good too.
Just nothing to love about this place, especially their buns!! So soft and buttery. Incredible and keep up the quality. I'll keep coming for sure. Also, love the toppings on offer like the Nutella and hazelnut.

Papa Roti and their bun was one of the novelties for me. They have created a new category with their unique product bun. I generally choose their combo as bun plus tea or coffee. For bun my choice is Nutella and hazelnut. This location in Dubai Mall is near the ice rink and it’s mostly crowded.
While shopping at the Dubai Mall, had to stop at this famous place called Pappa Roti which is one of my favorite places for a nice cup of piping hot tea along with the yummy bun.
We had ordered Turkish coffee (emirati style) & ginger tea long with their signature plain pappa buns.
Ginger tea was absolutely perfect with less of milk & l’il bit stronger in flavor as I had ordered it to be that way..Turkish coffee was nice too with a lot of flavors like cardamom & saffron..loved the aroma of it & the coffee was served with some dates. The buns were freshly baked & were just perfect..they were crisp & fluffy from outside while soft from the inside..loved the plain flavor as it’s not very sweet & it melts in your mouth..definitely recommend this place to enjoy a cup of hot tea/ coffee along with the signature buns👍🏻
My most favourite dessert in all of Dubai! The plain papa roti is the best! However, you can have it with Nutella and as you want! It reminds me of the maska bun I had in childhood! Absolutely in love with this!

While we were shopping stopped at this cute little place making something really tempting.
Pappa Roti looked interesting to me and we decided to try it out as we were really hungry for our evening snack. I enjoy trying out new food.
These hot Buns topped with delicious Nutella was nice but I guess it's little expensive.
Also had Coffee with it. It's an ideal place for breakfast or a quick snack.

A huge fan of these buns filled with butter. After lunch, we had these for dessert and we decided to have something different than their classics. We went with the Saffron and Pistachio. Both were a real delight, especially the Pistachio.

Loved the bun. Be it simple classic one or with nutella vanilla or the different flavours they have. I love the last bit of the bun , comes with a taste of butter. A perfect pair with hot chocolate , tea or latte or cappuccino
Ordered bun with cheese and cardamom tea.bun was best but cardamom tea was average. Then Mr. Jonathan(Manager) specially made tea for me which was the best.after seeing service there i will surely come back.

I have fond memories of this place because my fiancé made me have these buns before an exam. The warm buttery- melt in your mouth- delicious buns 😍 made me forget about my exam and actually about everything else 👻. I’ve tried the Nutella buns and these weren’t great and I’ve stuck to the original ever since 😊
Have been here a couple of times. They have heavenly buns which are delicious and melt in your mouth as well as amazing, aromatic coffee. I highly recommend this place.
Have visited couple of times to this place. It's one of my favourite places in Dubai Mall to have Chai and Bun. The Mexican buns they offer are amazing, soft it melts in your mouth. They have variety of buns to taste. My favourite is The original simple regular bun with Karak tea or ginger tea. Best bun in Dubai. Whenever my friends or family visit Dubai from India I definitely bring them here.
While I have been to many of the pappa roti's outlet, this one seems the best one yet, the place serves bun which are wicked crispy on the top which is usually missing in most of the outlets, in this i ordered a almonds, nutella bun and the classic lotus bun, the lotus bun as usual is a pure bliss to eat but this time around the crispyness of bun coupled with the nuts and made it even better.
In the beverage department a cappucino blended ice was ordered, it was a nice blen probably better than some coffee houses around the corner.
Would always love to go to the place and highly recommend it to each and everyone.
Staff are all polite and friendly. Awesome customer service for Diana & Marlon. They remember me & my husband's favorite and usual order whenever we go sit in the cafe.☕️🍪 The brewing coffee aroma and the fresh bun's baking in the oven simply wakens up our sleepy souls. Their coffee has a signature taste that is so different from the usual coffee shops around that's why we keep on coming back for real good taste. We always make sure stopping here is part of our Dubai Mall itinerary.
The service on this outlet is bit slow but then as usual the buns are good but not as fresh as the downtown outlet. The people are busy due to the crowd but then more attention would be better
When we moved to Dubai 6 years ago. I always wondered what this place was and why was it always packed. Me and my hubby would walk past it wondering what are these buns everyone is having when finally we decided to give it a try only to become their number one fans! We totally loved the crispy melt in your mouth buns. As soon as you take a bite you can see the warm butter oozing out. You can have it in different flavours although my favourite is the original one along with papa milk tea. We almost visit the place once a week.

Sitting here and sipping the ginger tea with milk and having little bites of the bun...the plain bun..fresh out of the oven...warm and crisp outside and when you break it it crumbles and when that goes into your mouth the melted butter and the slightly sweet and salted taste just fills you with total Happiness.... the tea reminds me of the adrak chai at the dhabas...just love love love it...

These Buns are a delicious mystery to indulge in. They have a crunchy exterior with a pillow-y interior and that buttery centre as you dig in, is just mere foodie bliss. Papparoti taking “buns in the oven” to a whole new level. I usually prefer the classic with no toppings, but, that shouldn’t stop you from adding their fast-selling Chocolate-Hazelnut and Lotus dripping. This is a scrumptious hogging after quite a lot of walking at the mall.

We ordered – a plain classic signature bun, although there are various sweet / savoury options with added chocolate, Nutella, fruit etc. available. The bun itself was served warm, and lived up to the hype! It was crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside with various filings in different areas of the bun such as butter, a sweet filling and another I can’t recall now. Overall this is a must try
I have been meaning to eat here for a while now.. And so finally the day came.
The place was full but thankfull we didnt have to wait much. We had the milk tea, latte and buns with a topping of Nutella and other with Lotus. The bun was crunchy and the toppings didn't make it too sweet. Service was swift and curtious.

I have posted reviews on Pappa roti earlier and would love to post again as I will never get bored of this place - their buns are spectacular even tough they come frozen all the way from malaysia but each bite is so fresh and tasty!
The popular place which is popular for their BUNS. Its really good and freshly baked . We tried buns and cappuccino which was really good but we did not liked their saffron late which was lacking of saffron flavour taste like only milk with sugar . Staff are really good and helpful . Quick service and friendly environment . Highly recommended for their BUNS .
I was in papa roti this evening with my family.. l am person who gave up coffee and tea.. this place serves caffeine free drinks like milk shake fresh juices and flavored milk.. I tasted this saffron tea which was amazing.. was not very sweet and very aptly flavored and very refreshing.. I loved the bun combo too where I chose lotus biscuits and my son chose Nutella bun.. both were awesome. Before I used to visit this place for their buns but hereafter am gonna visit this place for this saffron milk.. I give 100 stars for saffron milk.
Their Signature Bun is the only thing that has to be definitely tried. Worth every bite and penny. Great taste, nice ambience, quick service, value for money.
This cafe is in between the walkway beside the Skating rink. No particular ambience or interiors to speak of- smart and simple seating arrangements. The main and only attraction is the Roti. And that's enough.
The supervisor is extra efficient and helpful. The serving staffs are a bit indifferent though.
The menu is same everywhere. With the Roti, different combinations of coffee, tea, shakes and desserts.
The roti is 12 dhs. The combo with coffee is around 25 dhs. You can put toppings of various kinds with an extra payment of 5 dhs each.
I took honey and cheese toppings on the Roti. Both tasted lovely. I specially like the butter at the base of the Roti.
Coffee was decent.

Although it is just a bun! However the master mind behind marketing and expanding this brand made it up to the big league brands.
Brands like PappaRoti is not anymore about the product or service. However, it is about planning and executing.
In spite of the amazing bun which is still consistent in terms of quality, however the service needs to be upgraded a little bit more to match the brand promise.
My rating should have been 5/5 of this branch, but the fact that not all stores are under one umbrellas where some are franchised, my recommendations to the management is to hire a business development who can take this brand to the next level.
So many exciting ideas can be done to all stores; Dubai mall has the largest footfall due to its location and can’t be taken as a benchmark; I am talking about the one facing the ice ring and not the one of the second floor which is not doing that great.
If until now you did not visit this branch please do and enjoy the amazing taste of that bun who took Dubai by storm when they first open.

I wasn't expecting the Bun to be so delicious. It was soft and fresh with Hazelnut at the top. It was Tasty.
Price is Okay , but they should provide at least a drinking water which is again chargeable.
I went in afternoon timing so service was equally good because of less crowd.
So nice place to chill after shopping or having a walk on the mall .

Tried the plain one and the chocolate hazelnut bun. Both were really soft and delicious however, they are quite buttery and heavy. We didn’t expect chunks of butter in the plain one which was a bit much but overall the taste was pretty good. The cappuccino served with it was delicious and not too heavy either. Was the perfect blend of milk & coffee.
When it comes to have a Bun with coffee then this place is one of our first choice. Recently tried Elderflower iced tea, peach tea with bun combo. Nice nice and simply nice. Buns are delicious and freshly made.

Wow, is all that i can say for the simplicity of the food and the the awesomeness of its taste. A must try if you like trying something new the bread with melted butter actually just dissolves in your mouth, leaving uou craving for more
Piping hot bread with a crisp outer crust and soft inside with melted butter at the centre. The toppings add to this delicious treat. My favourite topping is nutella. Make sure you choose kadak chai as an accompaniment. It's one of the best kadak chais of Dubai. This outlets quite capacious and service is impressive too.

Very good place to sit and talk. Music was a bit louder in a certain area; we were lucky to be seated by the entrance which was a bit quieter. My bread and double shot cappuccino were good. The waitress was a bit too much on table visits - it is not bad but they need to take it easy on that, as some guests just want to talk and rest after a long day of walking around the mall.
My usual. I love the normal buns from Papa roti, it's delicious just the way it is. It just melts in your mouth and leaves this sweet/salty, buttery taste. [AED 12] a must try!

Signature bun with cafe latte and another we ordered for nutella almond bun with chocolate frappe, a perfect snack to start the evening before shopping. Loved the buns, It was scrumptious and literally melts in the month.

Serving their soft and ever so delicious buns with a variety of toppings, Papa Roti makes the cut to my top 3 places for desserts. Their buns are unique in all aspects, the softness , the taste, it just stands out. The different toppings available add to the experience. Having visited this place quite a few times now, I have tasted almost all of their buns. My favorite being the Cheese one! Strawberry and Toffee are some others you could try, and the white/dark chocolate would be apt for chocolate lovers. The quality of their buns, might takeaway the limelight from their other specialities like shakes! They serve great shakes as well! One could label them as a tad bit overpriced, but the quality of the shakes make up for it. The staff is sweet, and the decor is simple. Located conveniently at the heart of Dubai Mall, its an easy spot. I'd encourage all the sugarheads out there, to give this place a try atleast once!

Always tried the Chocolate Topped Signature Bun and for a change, I tried the Lotus Biscuit Topped Signature Bun.
Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, with the lotus syrup topping bringing in more flavour, it was really delicious.
Great ambiance.
A .5 reduction in the rating due to the rude, impatient waitress. She probably had a long, tiring day however, a smile would suffice.

Don't let the word Roti in the name confuse you. It doesn't have much to do with the Indian bread-Roti.
I had my first even Pappa Roti at the Dubai Mall (We got a take way pack of 10 buns) and the words after my first bite were "Ummmmmhhhh"!
Back in India I wouldn't even consider paying as much as 12Dhs for a mere bun but at Pappa Roti, it was definitely worth it! The golden brown buns are super crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. These buns are best eaten hot! You encounter the best part of the bun after a couple of bites- the buttery filling. You will find most Pappa Roti outlet crowded at any time of the day. I am looking foward to trrying out their Bun +coffee combo soon! Sure to love that too.

They have made a few changes on the menu and for the best. My favourite combos here are Hot milk/Hot Cardamom Milk Tea with plain buns or Nutella buns. Gets a little noisy over weekends since its an open restaurant but once the buns are served, you couldn't care less ;)

I was thinking how good can a Bun get but then decided to try it anyways as it was a must try in Dubai. So we ordered the Lotus Bun, One with Nutella and Hazelnut and the signature tea. The Bun was made to perfection, Crispy and the right amount of flavour. I personally loved the Lotus where the flavour of peanut butter was comprehending well with the Bun. It is a must try in Dubai.

I had to give this place full. Ambience may not be the best, but the food surely is. The bun appears to be hard at first, but it's got a nice biscuity texture. As you cut through it is very soft and once you pop it in your mouth it melts instantly. The center has something waiting in store for you, it's the rich and buttery. It's got a hint of salt the fits perfectly with the sweetness.
We ordered for the Lotus Bun and the Bun with Chocolate Ice cream. I've written about the bun in great detail, but their Ice cream is really good too. It's got a slight bitterish taste which compliments the sweet chocolate sauce and the gently folded chocolate shavings.
If I could give a review beyond 5 stars, I would give it to this.
The hot chocolate was just perfect. Not too hot and not too bitter. Just perfect. And the nutella and hazelnut bun was to die for.
It was cherry of the whole trip to Dubai.
