Great food, good service. Got a call to say one item wasn't available and suggested a replacement at same cost.Green chicken charcoal is our favorite. Burgers and chips are great value too. We are regular eaters at Eat & Drink. best place for value for money tasty food.
Dropping by for a take away BBQ chicken dinner with all the usual extras is pure nostalgia as I used to drop by back in the early 90's when they were serving shawarma's outside! We'd stop off in the car and watch the preparation of our beloved local sandwich and fresh juice. Shawarma's back in those days were just AED 2 and I think juice maybe AED 4 or 5! Today the roads have changed to a modern built up area and there's no more outside serving, now replaced with a delicious cabinet of rotisserie chicken! Love this restaurant for it's consistent tastes and dedication to serving the local community since 1982! Dubai has changed but this little restaurant is still the same - almost! Bravo to Eat and Drink!
Saw mixed reviews on Zomato about this restaurant so thought of giving a try .. Don't expect any beautiful ambience or hygiene .. It is even below average but service and food is good ..Now I came to know why this restaurant is loved by many ..

First surprise was price and second was taste .. Wowww food .. Cheap and best .. Starting from the soup , good soup .. Grill was served with hummus , Salad , Khubus bread .. Proper arabic style grill .. For the one who prefer taste over hygiene can try this restaurant ..

As we all know, It is an affordable restaurant for charcoal. They will provide good charcoals with reasonable price without compromising on quality. I love their hummous, it is also very fresh n tasty.

Love to order from here. The shawarma, fried rice, noodles and the special juices. Always our lunch feasts and and evening snacks at work. Pocket friendly. Tasty. 😋😋😋

One of the cheapest restaurants in jumeirah beach side.. their chicken pepper charcoal is very good and cheap.. worth the money u pay for.. friendly staffs and good ambience..

Placed an order for two main dish - Chicken Charcoal Pepper and Mix Grill EDR Sp. Hummus and salad included when ordering dish
Starting with Mutton Soup, they offer this along with dish and its Free - recommend, typical thick soup with proper ingredient added and adequate for two people.
Chicken Charcoal Pepper - Good* well grilled and spicy taste of pepper, the name it say so. OK
Mix Grill EDR Sp. - Excellent * dish marinated properly and well grilled. It includes mutton kebab, Chicken Kebab, Mutton tikka, Chickeb Tawook, Chicken wings arayes & chops. Must say this dish is recommended.
If VERY tasty food and a very cheaper price is what you are looking for. This is the one . Yes, near Safa area this is the best economical joint you can rely on. The food is extremely tasty. I have tasted their, Hummus with meat, Plain hummus it tastes near perfect. Their charcoal chicken is very delicious. Most of their menu items are very tasty.
Shawarma is decent, not bad I would rate 3.5 out of 5 for their shawarma. Thier grill chicken is good as well. Their biriyani is again so -so you can eat it if you are so hungry. Dining in, I personally wouldn't prefer as its a small place, not a great ambiance. But take away, they are the best. Most of the evenings we order food from them. Anywhere near Jumeirah 3 they supply food.
Overall Value for money. Also, choose the menu items that are best with them, you will be delighted.
One should visit this restaurant, if their sole purpose is great food. The food here is really delicious, but the ambience is undesirable. Really noisy and chaotic environment, and poor service. The staff members were courteous, but a little clumsy while assigning seats for us, as well as while serving food.
We ordered Tabulah (A type of salad), Chicken Soup, Sheesh Tawook, Chicken Tikka, Khubus and Hummus, Mutton Arayes, Chicken Burger and Nuggets. The food was of exceptional quality. I loved the Mutton Arayes and Tabulah.
However, I would prefer home delivery from this restaurant, rather than dining in. Good food at highly economical rates.
Great place to just pick up a quick snack...you csn either order from your car or sit inside and grab a bite..they also have a great variety in chinese..
One of he cafeteria type eateries on jumeirah road where you can pick up food from late night . We usually have their sandwiches , juices , and tea. Quite decent in taste and good value for money .

If you are craving grilled chicken (machine) or as we call it in Emarati arabic language "dyay makina", then Eat n drink is the place to order from.
For AED25 you get one full grilled chicken, hommus, salad and lebanese bread, not to forget the pickles.
Value for money, very tasty and never get bored of it.
Eat & Drink is a great example of how any brand in any category can innovate and differentiate itself from competitors when it's getting tough out there :).
Something that started out as an out and out Arabic fast food eatery has now expanded to multiple cuisines. Granted they aren't offering any top notch culinary experience but everything they offer tastes pretty decent. Be prepared for street style food, which is heavy on grease.
They serve an extensive menu, which offers some great Vegetarian variety too so everyone in the group is covered. They are quite reasonably priced, hence great value for money, which has always been there USP.
I called this place life saver !!! I was hunting to eat somthing Grill at 2:30 or maybe more late. Only the Junk Joint was open and i was loosing hope and after big hunt i found this place and finally found the Charcoal Instant Chicken : )
We recently started having Kunafa a lot from here. Yes the juices, Shawarma and Sandwiches are really great.

I don't really understand why this place has such a low rating. We come here frequently just to have the lamb and spicy chicken sharwarma and it is always great. It is actually the best non-fancy sharwarma I had in Dubai. The other dishes like hummus, salad, noodles, fried rice are ok too but my favorite is the sharwarma. The fresh juices are quite nice too. You don't come here for the interior or service but for the food. There is always a queue of cars waiting to take away...

Their Chinese is really good it's Indian Chinese and they Arabic grills is also very yummy.
Where else can u order a whole roast chicken with hummus bread salad and chips for less than 25 dhs!!! Amazing!! Always a good choice of food if you need cheap and cheerful!
True comfort food. Stick to the regular food and you won't be disappointed. Felafel, hummus and a shawarma. If you grew up in the dubai you would love the food here. The taste has not changed and they've stuck to their true flavour.
Always stop by here if visiting jumeirah for the mix grill. Its to die for. Love the mutton soup...its very rich. The hummus and the khubus is just so yummy yu can eat it alone. They have a nice not so pricy menu. Location is good too.
