Nestled in a corner of mercato mall jumeirah, this is one cozy outlet of shake shack.Tender juicy burgers are melt in the mouth and the shakes are divine! They had an offer on shakes buy 1 get one which was really worth every penny.the red velvet shake is to die for..Their hotdogs are really good too..the only issue I have is that the burgers are gourmet sized..they end in 3 to 4 bites..burgers this good should atleast be sizeable enough to fill the tummy..if you have it with their oh so divine cheese fries and shake it will be sufficient, but if you plan to have a single burger, you might just have two as its too less to fill ur tummy..overall great food at a nice peaceful restaurant
Lunch today @shakeshackme tasted as good as it looked! The signature burgers - Shake Burger single and Smoke Shake with veal bacon and spicy peppers single were YUMMERS! A lunch well done indeed.
I love the burgers at shake shack which is why i can never give them a bad review. But I really wish the size of the burgers would increase just a little bit. I mean for the prize the portion is the burger is a bit too small. This has been my problem with shake shack for a while now, wish it changed!

So we ordered chick n shack this was really juicy and crispy with sliced jalapenos
& their angus beef burger which my husband really loved
The icing on the cake was the guava lemonade which despite sizing up got finished in no time

This branch is my go to when I’m craving some Shake Shack goodness. Absolutely in 😍 with their strawberry milkshakes - thick and perfect for a hot summer day.
I prefer their fried chicken burgers to the beef burgers as it is more flavourful, the beef burgers are delicious but I would recommend the Chick’n Shack to a first timer.
Service was great, the branch was not too crowded and the food was served within 10 minutes of placing the order.
The new hot dog 🌭 at shake shack was pretty enjoyable and filling. Only 25 AED and toppinged out to our enjoyment

I was a big fan of the Shack Burger for years, but for the past 2 years I can’t have enough of their cheese hotdog I usually order it plain with a side of cheese fries and soft drink!
All the items were unparalleled. The price may seem slightly high, but once you taste the food, you will find it very very appropriate. Industry leading tastes. And that's why shake shack is so popular. The handspun creamy milkshake was so so welcome in this scorching heat. Also the red velvet shake had buttery smooth delicate taste. Even the cheese hot dog was awesome.
I will highly recommend. And not only for the great packing.

A little on the expensive side, but completely worth it! Shake Shack have only one burger with Chicken as the filling, rest are beef/fish. But this Chick'n Shack burger is so so so yummy! It's basically Chicken breast with lettuce, herb mayo and pickles (which I usually avoid) and also I usually go for the Cheese fries which are so delicious! They also have Cheese fries with 🥓 bacon! This burger joint is something that should be tried atleast once cause it's really worth the money! Shake Shack have seven outlets in Dubai. 🔆👅❤️ This place is not really for the Vegetarians out there, but the Chicken lovers should definitely try this burger out!
Without a doubt this place serves the best burgers.Being a vegetarian it’s always been hard to find a place that serves a good burger that gives 💯 satisfaction.
My personal recommendation would be to try the ‘shroom burger’ ( veg )

Schezwan Burgers are out!
Chinese New Year 2020 comes in with the new Schezwan dishes. I gave the Schezwan Burger (chicken) a try and it was quite good.
Hot Dogs have always been amazing so apart from the burgers (schezwan and meat free burger), I tried their best seller hot dog and ended the meal with Concrete (ice cream dessert) and Peanut Butter Shake.
Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate was the highlight in this cold, wintery weather!
I like the ambience of this outlet. It feels airy and spacious.
They also have a small area for kids to play.
The Shack Stack burger was delicious.
The Chickn Shack was good too.
Interesting drinks like fifty which is half ice-tea and half lemonade.

Best Branch of Shake Shack! The Manager is a superb guy takes care of every customer's need. Highly recommend this place ! best burgers in town
Probably among the best burgers I have ever had. Came from the airport, checked in to the hotel, and drove straight to the closest Shake Shack I could fine. I was so hungry that I ate a Double Patty Shake Burger, and a single patty one as well. The burgers were sublime, and there wasn't even a hint of toughness in the meat. It was so well done, exactly how I like it.
All in all, a superb place to have the best burgers in town.
The crew are friendly and they suggest what their best sellers are. They anticipate your needs. The menu is a delight for foodies like myself, sometimes free taste is also pass around the dining area.
What an absolutely delightful staff! To say they were friendly and conversational would be an understatement! Would definitely recommend this branch because somehow the people there enhance the flavors! Big shoutout to the wonderful staff! They were lively and loved their job in a way we all aspire to.
So the food is pretty good but I am writing this review to say a HUGE thank you to the staff. My 4 year old son was so excited about getting a hot dog and as he tried to pick it up, he dropped it on the floor. When I informed the staff, they said they would replace it for him without charge... honestly I didn’t expect that and I am so so so grateful to them for that kindness. I will definitely be making this my new spot to take the kids when having a special treat. THANK YOU again :) you made our day
I rarely leave reviews but with my recent experiences here I had to add a comment. I’ve made some orders before and I’m always smiling, but the staff at the counter don’t appear as friendly as they normally should, no matter how the previous customer was. But one charming gentleman always smiled, and was always so helpful, and most surprisingly, he remembers customers and I noticed they remember him too. Andy at the Mercato branch is a true example of how the others should aspire to be. I deal with thousands of people and I have worked in customer service myself so Im very aware of what I’m talking about, I hope Andy is seriously noticed by the higher management and recognized for his amazing attitude that I hardly see others in his field have.
Good burgers. Expensive , yet good burgers. Would probably not visit this place again soon as it took off a really heavy chunk from my wallet , however it did delight my heart to have such a tasty and filling burger along with some great chocolate milkshake. The perfect mix as one could imagine.

After Ramadan I was craving a tasty Burgers and Shake Shack was my choice and I it was perfect choice , I always order their classic Beef and chicken burgers with their awesome fries .. this branch was big with seatings overlooking the outdoors ...little pricy but worth it

Shroom burger is downright one of the best vegetarian burgers I’ve had- the portobello mushroom oozes cheese and is absolutely delish!Also the curly fries with cheese is great. Shakes are pretty good too but the shroom burger is definitely the winner!

Most people might find it little bit expensive but their burgers are surely worth the price! They have the most yummy bread in their burgers and their patties are really nice! I love their Shack burger and Smoke Shack, their Brewed Iced Tea and also their cheese fries!
One of the best burgers in town is right here.. The classic burgers are a must try.. They serve perfectly cooked patty of meat with flavorsome sauces & crispy fries .. the restaurant ambience is pretty chilled out so it’s great place to hang out. The service was fine.

First time eating at a famous american burger-joint named Shake Shack in Dubai. Surprised by the massive interior, it almost looks like a fancy dining restaurant. I ordered their famous Chicken burger snack and the holiday inspired Hazelnut shake. Tastewise is that it kinda tastes similar to that of the other popular american burger brand although their chicken meat is more tasty. I like that their shake is thick and creamy. nothing to complain about. Service is pretty good. Staff are always smiling and helpful.
To night went to try there new sandwiches that were recently added to their menu and it's even limited.
We visit shake shack often and try their limited, each limited have it's great taste.
Their portion is quite small but it's make you full.They have cheese fries that's a must to try.

We love shake shack! The burgers are consistently excellent. Great quality. This branch in particular is a favourite because it is usually less busier than other outlets. And the red velvet concrete is always a nice treat. One of the best burger chains around. Recommended.

Was craving for @shakeshackme for so long. Always wanted to have it on weekends, but as this is a very popular food chain, it is mostly very busy and crowded.
So while checking @zomatouae i found a branch of shake shack at mercato mall, jumeirah.
So finally i decided to go there and have shake shack in peace.🤣 No doubt the branch was incredible, very less crowded and with wonderful staff.
Having a toddler i love the staff who is baby friendly.
Coming to the food!
Not a red meat lover, so there were only two options to go for.
We ordered * hot chick'n *chick'n shack *french fries *lemonade
Both the burgers had a crispy coating, full of flavours and the chicken was juicy and soft, taste was divine. So far there buns were really soft and i guess the best in town. Hot chick'n was spicy enough, topped with jalapenos , the best spicy burger i even had. Not a big fan of spices but yes i can tolerate it very well. Infact i liked it.
Chick'n shack was equally good.
French fries were fresh and crispy.
Lemonade! Sweet and tangy, giving a nice cooling effect, after having a hell lot of spicy burger. This was much needed. 🍹
Shake Attack was the star of the show. Cudnt even cant what things were inside. Icecream was amazing.

I love this place! Nothing beats the BBQ burger! The best. They also have a vegan burger which is kinda cool for all vegans out there. Staff are accommodating as well.

This is one of my favourite burger places in town. Tucked in a quiet corner of Mercato Mall, this branch of Shake Shack is good place for a peaceful lunch!
My all time favourite is the Shackmeister with caramelized onions!!
I usually visit the Dubai mall branch which is busy so the next time I want to enjoy a quiet place, i know where to head :)

Went to try a shake at the Shake Shack and did not come back disappointed.
Tried the classic hand spun strawberry shake - heaviness overloaded filled with tonnes of calories and extremely delicious and filling...
Also tried the Red velvet ice cream laden with red velvet cake blended in vanilla custard - again amazingly delicious..
The restaurant wasnt too crowded and staff was helpful and courteous. Pricing is a bit on the higher side - I'm coming in again to try out the other stuff in the restaurant...

On a food tour during the Dubai Food Fest, we got a chance to try out Shake Shack.
The burgers are made with potato buns and that makes the burgers really yummy. My favourite were the Smoke Shack and Herb Mayo Veal Bacon Fries.
Their Red Velvet Concrete is a must try.
Super delicious burgers, super friendly staff, super cool interior, a different yet delicious cheesy fries and a “Black and White” milk shake, which is actually a vanilla milk shake with a hint of chocolate. Everything was good about the place. Totally loved the ambience. Would definitely visit again.

Ordered 2 hot chicken burgers which had huge pieces of spicy chicken which were really filling.
The cheese fries were a delight with overdose of cheese which was yummy.
Along with that the shack attack just completed our meal with overdose of chocolate layered with chocolate pearls and sprinkles.
The ambience was quite refreshin with good interiors as well.
Tried the Shakemeister burger, cheese fries, lemonade and red velvet cake. Really good burgers. Quite pricey though. But will definitely come back for the delicious burgers and fries.

For beef burgers this is it. They have tasty burgers but the quantity is less. You can try it. Their sauces are good and their cheese fries.

The cheese fries where good too but didn’t taste good once it got cold.
50/50 is just such a great mix of lemonade and ice tea. And I love them both alone.

A perfectly done meat, great tasting bun, quality cheese, light lettuce and some sauce that’s all, sounds so simple right 😊 if you find some crunchy mushrooms in between, it’s awesome. In love with the place and this branch has huge sitting area, very welcoming staff and excellent burgers. This time we ordered shack meister and chicken 🍔... Amazing amazing. Crinkle cut fries 🍟 are highlight of this place. Lovely ambiance. Staff was very friendly especially with my three year old and also gave him complimentary vanilla ice cream which was very 😋 yummy. Overall, love this place and love to go again and again

As we went on a holiday afternoon, the place was not too full. They have a really good space and ambience. The employees are also quite welcoming.

The burgers- amaazing, cheesy, filling, and yummy. Both are beef burgers and we ordered with double patties.
Lemonade - classic and cliche.
Shack Attack - we ordered it as it had a quite catchy name and was eager to know what it is, but didn't like it much. Though the name says concretes, the one we got was tooo gooey and not like what we have seen in pictures. And also because this one was too much chocolate which we didn't like either.
Maybe will try the red velvet custard next time.
Surely will visit again for the yummy burgers!!
One of my favorite burgers is the smoke shack from shake shack, I usually have it with chilli cheese fries and their pink lemonade. I would highly recommend any of their burgers.
Shack burger was pretty damn good. Tasted clean and like real food not something that I can say about some many other fast food places. A tad bit on the expensive side though.

I love the way they manage allergens such as Gluten to prevent contamination. As they don't have GF buns, I get my own toast and toaster and combine it with lettuce wrapped burger to have a great, safe and fresh GF gourmet burgers!
They dedicate a trained staff to prepare the meals without allergens and they also wipe the table to ensure clear environment!
Special thanks to Mercato branch manager Andy for his personal attention and involvement during my visit to the branch!
Will definitely come back and highly recommend it to my fellow celiacs.
