This review is for the ambience and the shocking and appaling condition of the restaurant.
The staff and the food are both good! But you would lose your appetite if you the condition of the place.
We went for lunch yesterday and I could not believe that the management /owners are so indifferent. If a municipal inspector would see this, there's bound to be major repercussions.
Think peeling paint everywhere, AC NOT WORKING, some equipment not working therefore limited items on menu, EXPOSED electrical board with all wires visible - right behind the billing counter!
The walls damaged due to what I hope was water damage (but pretty sure it was some other such unpleasant source.)
This is for the owners/management -
I believe this location is doing well and making money. You must reinvest your earnings to do the basic maintenance of the place!
The food you serve is good, the staff are earnest - the regular and new clients deserve a restaurant with good food but also a good and clean ambience.
Nothing fancy needed, just the basic upkeep and maintenance, it will be worth it!

Bought kulchas from Chatori Gali, Al Barsha-1. Turned out to be of pathetic quality (raw and uncooked). When we called up the outlet, they did not pay attention to what we told them.
Will not buy from Chatori Gali again. Waste of money

I have been to this place in April together with a friend of mine. I was familiar with the location but I never visited it before. It was good to give it a try. We have taken some Thali and it was superb. The staff was very helpful regards to my questions bout the dishes. If you are near Barsha you should try this location.

Last week I finally got a chance to try out Chatori gali located in the heart of Sharjah. Paking seems to be an issue but that is really not the case as you have loads of RTA available parking spaces in the vicinity. This was my first visit to this outlet which is why I could not conatin my excitement levels. The restaurant was neat, clean and all the staff members were wearing masks & gloves along with sanitizers placed across each table for the welfare and safety of the guests. We started with Chatpata Chaat items like Papdi Chaat and Raj Kachori. We could feel that the Chaat were fresh and super yum ( Ofcourse it couldnt match the Mumbai Roadside taste but was pretty close to it) . Then we decided to order Bharwaan Aloo and Hare Bhare Kebabs as Starters. I felt the Aloo in the Bharwan Aloo was too hard adnd that they could imrove on it but the Hare Bhare Kebabs was too yum. The server suggested us to go for Badam Milk shake and lime water for our drinks. I have to say that this was one of the best Badam Milkshakes I've ever come across.
For Mains we had Kadhai Paneer and Daal Makhani as we were already getting full. The paneer peices were soft, fresh, succelent & juicy. By this time we all were quite full and had no place to try their desserts out which looked quite tempting . We ended our dinner with Masala tea which was soothing and satisfying .

I would recommend you to try this place out .

A known place for good vegetarian food. Tried quite a few items. The aloo tikka was amazing and loved the sauce it was served with. Also do try the dahi kabab, really moist and different. Under main course i tried the dal Makhni and malai kofta and really enjoyed the both. Authentic taste. Finally the dessert, the Jalebis from chatori gali are quite famous and I have liked them since long. Overall good food if you are looking out for vegetarian options
Pal
Huge variety of menu and huge portions but slow service and quite heavy food. Jalebis are best!

For Today’s lunch we decided to go to Chatori Gali .. it was our first visit after pandemic and we all were super careful. But restaurant was neat and clean and all the staff members were wearing masks and gloves. We were made sit smilingly and given hand sanitizers to sanitize our hands. We started with samosa chaat which was made fresh .. as my daughter could not eat spicy, staff proposed to get some fries and soup for her which she happily agreed. We then tried their tawa aloo chaat and it was really Dilli style and too addictive.
For food we had paneer tikka which was super tasty and dal makhani and shahi paneer. Their paneer was very soft and one of our fav there. Dal was cooked well and had al the spices to make it fragrant. But surprisingly food was not spicy which was a relief for us as most of the Indian outlets had spicy food. By this time we all were quite full and satisfied but how could we leave without our fav jalebi. As usual it was made fresh, was crisp and tasty and we finished the whole plate. Please try their jalebi for sure. All and all it was a treat for us after around 3 months. Thank you Chatori Gali was such good good and hospitality.

Chatori Gali
The name itself says it all. Chatori or chatora means a person who is super fond of eating. And Gali means Lane. So Chatori Gali literally translates to, a lane full of delicious food. Well, here it’s not a lane but a Restaurant full of lip smackingly delicious dishes. I have been there many times. Love everything on the menu.
We had Aloo Tikki Chaat which was crispy and delicious.
Bedmi Aloo, sumptuous to the core. Prepared in typical Delhi style. Loved it.
Patile wale Matar Kulcha. They were amazingly delicious.
And the cherry on the top was my personal favorite, because of which I go to Chatori Gali often, JALEBIS. Crispy, Thin, wafery, drenched with sugar syrup, hot Jalebis are heaven. I am still drooling over them. I highly recommend to eat their Jalebis.
I won’t be exaggerating if I say that they have the best Jalebis in the whole city of Dubai!!
Faisal
One of the best Jalebi...in the entire UAE I believe.

Ordered palak kofta today. Came with 2 small koftas. My wife had one and I had one. Miserable quantity. Full of palak gravy...stingy on koftas. When I called restaurant to complaint they said this is quantity the owner has set.

Dear Chatori Gali,

You are the best Indian restaurant I have ever been to. I’m actually a non - veg lover but this place made me put my vegetarian 🌱 senses on. The staff were very friendly and the ambience was pleasant. The Jalebi was so sweet and the rabdi was delicious 😋 The dal Makhni was my favorite and even the paneer. Shahi thali was full of flavor and overall it was just tasty 😋 Keep up the good work!

Worst order ever and the most expensive pakode i ever ate in my life. The prices are rocket high and quality is worst. Plz don't order Pakode from this place. They have charged me AED 36 for pakode and it was not fresh at all and the quantity was surprising. The pakode was not even worth 5 AED. The Samosa chaat was ok but again the quantity was not fair as per their charge. I have attached pics as well for better understanding. Never ordering again anything from this place.

Good place for veg lovers, awesome selection of north veg food, we had makai ki roti and sarson ka saag, and appetizers.

Seating was easily available on Thursday evening, parking can be tricky best is to park at MOE since it is across the mall.

The best thing about the place is the crunchiest Jalebi which is made fresh, we had it with rabdi and it was awesome, will not mind to come back only for the jalebi.

Cost for 4 ppl around 220 AED.
Paras A
We actually went for jalebi and rabri but ended ordering veg sandwich (was ok) and tawa aloo chaat. The later didn’t look like chaat but wasn’t actually bad. We just expected a bit diff.

Jalebi n rabri was good and really filling!
Dipesh
Yes restaurant is slightly overpriced but most of the items in menu taste super amazing. Vivek is always welcoming & very helpful. Don't know why they stopped serving breakfast otherwise it was very pocket friendly.
Vikash Agarwal
One of the worst food quality we ever had in Dubai. Chaats were too spicy with no taste. The makke di roti was not at all value for money. We left most of the food we ordered.

There Bedmi poori and Aloo sabzi is just amazing 😉Also do try there Thali it’s yummmm

Over priced, less quantity, try to avoid if possible. Poor management

Had been to the outlet. The options for the price is OK.Overall experience was just about fair.Service and quality can improve too.Should be more attentive to the customers needs.Did not enjoy the buffet on a Friday lunch. It was a waste of effort.

Food is fresh and tasty. Although service is very poor. Waiter was playing with cellphone while we call him twice and he did not listen. It should be in little more professional way.
Shraddha Surendra
Come here only for Jalebis. The chaat and everything else in the menu can be given amiss. They use whole lot of rock salt in their food and their chutneys are just not delicious enough to keep you from wanting more.
All the stars are for the jalebis exclusively.
Shanu Jaiswal
An awesome cozy comfortable place with lovely home cooked food...worth the money for the thali and off course not to forget the hot , crispy thin and juicy JALEBIS😋😋 Chatori Gali

We have eaten here earlier and it was decent. Decided to order food today at home for jalebi, chole bhature, onion kachori, parathe, karak tea and cold coffee. Jalebi box was open without any tape unlike other boxes which for me means it was eaten. Food arrived after more than 1 hour and 15 mins and multiple follow up calls. The food was cold and of very disappointing quality. I will definately not order from them again.

Giving two stars just because of the staff, I visited this place almost after three years. My last experience was not that good but only thing I liked was daal bati, this time we decided to try this again but phew.. disappointed. Daal was so tasteless, bati was very less in quantity not even two batis were there, and it was hard to break into pieces. I don't think it was worth the price even.
One more thing happened at the same time which was the manager who started shouting on staff which was not looking good at all. So after this experience I have to think twice before going to this place. It's not just the food only but the atmosphere and behaviour also matters a lot.

If taste is a priority over health, rush to this place. Very, very desi with the flavours and very wide range of dishes. Don't like their fusion attempts though, as they taste little bit of everything and absolutely nothing. That said, the regular desi affair is very good. They do notch up above the other regular desi joints in terms of quality and taste. Also serve their food quite well with decent accompaniments. The sweet rate is a bit too sweet, except the jelebi, which is one of the best in Dubai. Highly recommended for a proper North Indian desi outing. A bit pricy though.

The food is good but when they served ras malai it turned out to be spoilt without any fuss I askedthe server To change it to gulabjamun by just saying it's spoilt and I would like to have it replaced to this he told me the milk today was thick that is why u feel it's spoilt.... (I work in the pastry department as if I would never notice spoilt milk ) when I settle the bill he tells me to take another gulab jamun because the rasmalai is expencive and He had already placed it in the system so I'll be charged more ...... poor service and unapolegitic handling of situation by the staff at chatori gully
Ankush Ojha
For indian snacks, this place is good.
But want to improve in service offered by them
Taste of Chole bhature is good with gulab jamun so delicious and tasty ever.

19/07/19

Stopped over for dinner as I frequently visit the area and always wondered about this restaurant's taste. Here's my two cents about the experience .

We ordered masala papad, papdi chaat, pani puri and chole batooray. To start off, the order was brought in piece by piece. We were expecting the papad followed by papdi chaat etc but we had the chaat first then the pani puri and eventually got the papad.

Unfortunately by then we were already very unimpressed by the taste. The papdi chaat we had was spicy and probably the recipe wasn't the same as we are accustomed to around Indian restaurants. The pani puri turned out to be a disaster as well as both the green and red water turned out to be spicy with the puri not filled up properly. Our taste buds were in for a beating as the masala papad despite being nice made things more uneasy to a level that we inquired if the cholay can be cancelled but was informed that it's ready to be served. We packed everything remaining on the table and left feeling uneasy. The place doesn't have proper a/c and for its size and spicy food a cooler does no justice! The only consolation is the cholay were actually not bad at all or probably our expectations were hit so bad that we ended up liking perhaps the average.

The menu had alot of options but all of the cocktails were not available. We wanted pav bhaji which wasn't available either and instead of the drink we wanted we were offered to select between juices. Very disappointing visit.

Food: 1/5 (only because of cholay)
Ambiance: 2/5
Service: 3/5
Cost: 0/5 (not worth a penny)

Overall rating : 1

Not going back there!

Terrible customer service.

First timer here, restaurant looked nice. Food was good, nothing to complain of. Authentic flavors, reminded me of home. But the staff were downright rude & ignorant. I and my husband had gone for a brunch, entered at about 11.00. Asked the waiter if breakfast was still served, to which he said YES. Ordered the items from the 'breakfast menu' (by showing from the menu, the items we wanted) and it took about half an hour to serve, but the food was fresh and we weren't in a rush, so that was okay anyways.

Once done, when we were about to pay, they charge us with the lunch price. Though it wasn't a major price difference, we still inquired the reasons behind it and the cashier got quite dirty from then. Despite of the waiter agreeing it was his mistake, the cashier didn't care to apologize or be polite, he straightaway accused us of fighting for pennies.

I went with the flow and was about to agree to pay for the lunch but then mentioned I'd write on zomato and other social media about this experience, he started apologizing and asked us to pay the breakfast price! Funny how they care about reviews and not the real customer experience!

Never coming back, purely because of the attitude of the cashier.

Took almost 1 hour 45 minutes for the delivery to reach. Obviously by the time the order came, the chaat was not in the good shape except for gold gapeee. As always zomato customer care was not helpful. I even tried to cancel the order but could not do so as I was constantly being told the order will there in 5 to 10 minutes. The food came after 45 minutes of the initial 5-10minutes promise. Very disappointed with the restaurant and also zomato customer care. I really wonder at times why I even try to use zomato. To add the cherry on top zomato charges for delivery- you pay to make sure you food comes late

Very bad restaurant...Visited the place with high expectations but was utterly disappointed on seeing the lazy attitude of the staff..The place is very small and since it was weekend, hence it was fully crowded...The staff were not doing anything to manage the crowd and were not properly attending the customers...The guy who was sitting at the counter was the biggest disappointment...He was only playing with the mobile and doing nothing to manage the crowd or staff...That guy was so engrossed in his mobile that when I went to pay him at the counter, he did not take the money as he was busy chatting in his mobile...Only after calling him thrice, he took money from me and gave me the receipt...I don't know why people visit such places where the staff doesn't know the basic ettiquette of treating customers...I will never visit this place again ..

The place is very small with only 8 tables that’s why it looks very busy and crowded. They have cooler and no ac so you wount get the cool experience. Food is average as compared to price . It’s funny they use a yellow plate which is a very cheap quality and shakes when you eat . Overall you can give a try once . Paneer Kadai ,2 tandoori roti , dum biryani , hara bara Kabab was for 98 AED including some flies to entertain you.

Visited Chatori Gali on the recommendation of a few family and friends. We tried Samosa chaat, Chole Bhatura and Jalebis all of which were tasty and in sufficient quantity. Chole Bhatura has the authentic North Indian taste and Jalebis were also crispy. Some people who may not like a lot of curd over Samosa chaat should inform beforehand. Overall a good experience and Recommended!

Situated in Al Barsha in busy area. Not too good ambience but very neat. Their sweets display is very tempting & invites us to come in and dine.

We had the Aloo Chana Chat which was very tangy with Chat Masala sprinkled on it. The Desi Nachos was quite a big portion. Children will love this. The Dal Makhani and Punjabi Chole is their speciality. Dont miss this.

Pocket friendly restaurant.

They serve veg food...the service is good...i love thali..the paratha is too soft and garlic naan is also best..in dessert i love ras malai and jalebi..

Absolutely bad experience, soggy fries , it was kept with some water or other drinks , called the restaurant, they don’t accept this and claims this is how it is , if this is how it is then good luck

Hopped in , thanks to wife’s street treat. Average expectation and above average food , good for a quick snack. Mains for a street place seem tad bit expensive (say 10-15%) but probably we were at Barsha, May be Karama has a different pricing strategy .

Location: walk away from mall of Emirates exit 1.

Pure Veg food.

They serve chat and Indian food.

I tried their best ghar ki thali.
The parata is amazingly soft and the baigan ka bharta.. Topped my list of baigans I have had till date.

Pani puri... They have 2 kinds of puri... Must try.. It's one of the best in Dubai.

Over food is great experince will surely visit more.

Highly recommended.

Service standards a bit low, as they know that the customers are yet going to come back for the food, but for sure it could get better.

Value for money thali with appetizing appeal, good for both health & taste , truely homestyle specially the pickle that comes along and gatte ki sabji recommended

Chatori Gali is a good place if you wish to have good Indian good. Its purely vegetarian and breadth of their menu is relatively small. However the food tastes really well and the staff is super courteous. Also they make best Jalebi in Dubai - its super thin and crisp. loved it

We were around Bursha,Saw its sign which attracted us to eat some thing light. Aloo puri was delicious. We got packed Jelabi which are crunchy and delicious.

Went there after a long time. Although I still love their Jalebis 😋, the food quality and dine - in experience has deteriorated.
Saw tons of cockroaches near the hand wash area! 😡 Hopefully they don’t visit the kitchen.

The thin and crispy juicyjalebis are amazing snd one of the best in dubsi
These are too fine and delcate and beautifully made by expert hands
Highly recommended jalebi in town
Chatori Gali

Found this place called Chatori Gali and decided to give it a try.

Food:
Order the veg thali from here. Honestly, the serving is too much for 1 person. There are so many dabbas. There is sabzi, roti, rice, dal, raita, a gravy and a yummy ball of Gulab Jamun.
The thali is fine and all items tasted good.
The Gulab Jamun was just awesome! The best one I've had till now.

Service - It arrived on time. But the parcel had a leakage and soiled the paper bag.

Chatori Gali is best in barsha for pani puri and other chaat or veg if you wanna try out.. you can trust and hog over here!! Good service and located near main road but only problem is with the parking but for barsha residents like me I can walk anytime I wish you guys make pakode especially in rainy season other than that it’s really good I love dahi puri here

Order delivery time is too much— upto two hours. Plus food isn’t that great. Prices are too high looking at the quality of food preparation .

This outlet is located close to Mall of the Emirates.
It serves mostly North Indian vegetarian dishes.

This is the only place here I could find Bedmi Pooris. Freshly fried jalebis are another attraction.

The food is a bit spicy , can’t match the Delhi food. But still it’s worth a visit.

A bit more focus on Ambience and cleanness would make it a better experience .

I swear to god the best jalebis I’ve eaten since I moved to Dubai!! Very authentic and crispy and heavenly. This is. A regular order at my work place too ✌🏼

As the weather in dubai is lovely these days so thought to visit this place for some quick bites ... its a pure veg restaurant ... the ambiance is not promising but the food was really good ... tried there papari chaat and gol gappas they were very tasty ...
Shanti Ranjitham
Very bad service. They are reheating food and serving, i just missed taking a photo and video of that. And the best part was we were kept waiting to get poha, they made it look like it was being prepared but i later saw them put it in the microwave for two mins and that was served in our table..
Now i will always double check on the food if i ever go back to this place again
Hara bhara kebab under their tandoor was not again cooked on tandoor, it was deep fried burnt 🥵 pieces that was served.
Food is absolutely delicious here. I ordered through Zomato. And the best part is their packing. I have never seen such beautiful boxes.

Must try- aloo tikki, gol gappe chat, sev puri.

They have corn kebab and hara vara kebab , good in position size.

In main course go for their dum biriyani. It’s really amazing. Spicy a bit. But food quality great.

Don’t try to miss your meal by jalebi and Gulab jamun. Thank u Chatori gali Team.

A great punjabi ambience in the restaurant, looks more like a dhaaba. The chaats were good, pav bhaji & veg sandwich lacked a bit of flavor! Otherwise the experience was a good one for a first timer.

This review is only about the Jalebis they serve and I can without any second thoughts or any doubt claim that they have one of the best fresh Jalebis served in Dubai
I had catering from Chatori Gali at my house for a small party. I was shocked and disappointed ....instead of less spicy and non spicy (as I had requested), the food was very spicy. Paneer kathi roll had NO paneer in it. Menu item missing....and what not. Overall a sad experience :(

My favorite dish from Restaurant - Gatte ki Sabji with 3 Wheat Parathas; the rich flavor and gratifying taste makes this dish one of the best from Menu. Hot & freshly made Ajwain Parathas with Red chilly Chutney goes perfect with Gatte ki Sabji. Highly recommend!

Ordered Thandai on the occasion of Holi along with 15 of my colleagues and after anxiously waiting to drink it and remember the Holi celebrations back home, it was such a disappointment!
We ordered Thandai and we we got is Rasmalai blended with Milk which is nowhere near to how Thandai tastes.
We would have appreciated, we were told that they didn't have it and not just sent us something which is yellow in color and looks like it, but in taste it's poles apart.
Sowmya Balan
Ordered The Badam Thandai at work along with other colleagues. But was disappointed on how it turned out. It tasted exactly like ground Rasmalai mixed in Badam Milk, no trace of Badam whatsoever. Have always loved eating food and mithaai from here and to have an experience like this is not so pleasant.

Horrible delivery service and the worst ever aloo tikki!!Kept following up with them for more than an hour but to no avail!!order at your risk

The photo is self explanatory everyone!! This kind of hygienic standard is unacceptable. So please think many times. The immediate reply of the staff was " it happens sometimes". That's some confidence they have!
Visited this veg indian restaurant on a Friday evening the ambiance was not that promising, but with the very little sitting arrangement they were doing the service very well. We order Jambo Puri , Chole bhatore, one tali, the big poori was surfer with 3 sabji all were good. The Chile Bhatore was one of the best in town, even the thali was quite good. Missed out the signature sweet dish the jalwbi.

Test- 4/5
Ambiance-3/5
Service-4/5

Overall-4/5

Superb preparation at their SHJ outlet. Fortunately met owner Mrs. Preeti of the restaurant today on Friday who was taking care personally. If you r lover of Jalebi and Rabri. Then you don’t have a place other than Chatori Gali. Superb.

I’ve been here thrice but the rampaging houseflies, and a small cockroach making its stately way around the corner of the table on my last visit put me off further visits. Having said that, their jalebi is crisp, thin and luscious and if they can clean up their act I’d love to return.

Horrible and shocking experience. I have never seen a more unprofessional restaurant.. Please do not order from this place.. 2 hrs and they couldn't deliver my order.. Finally had to cancel after my children suffering

Best food ever!yummy methi chutney and even yummier gajar gobhi achaar .shahi thali is superb and jalebi is the icing on the top.however the waiters are bad rather not warm .also hygiene is zero but if you wanna enjoy some authentic north indian food do visit this place

Chatori gali reminds me of chandni chowk in delhi.Till now i have tried their samosa and jalebi and trust me both are mouth watering. The filling of the samosa has a perfect blend of spices with a little hing of tanginess from the aam chur and i love it.The tamarind and mint chutney/dips are always fresh and goes very well with the hot spicy samosa.Their jalebis are thin and crispy and goes well with chilled yogurt.a must try.

Was there back in September 2017 with my extended family. Having Indian cuisine in a foreign land is always a pleasure to me.
Loved the Punjabi food and obviously the dessert. (Jalebi) 😍😋

Awesome food and good quantity for reasonable price. We had ordered for samosa pav, desi nachos, kadi pakoda, dum aloo kashmiri with some masala rotis and laccha parathas. Really enjoyed my food here, definitely coming back. Service was abit slow. Rates were very reasonable.

The worst ever veg thali experience I have ever had here in Dubai over last 7 years.
Most horrible quality food .its a limited thali without any repeatation of food (not mentioned anywhere in the menu chart)with exceptional price.
Unheigenic ,untidy ,shabby interior with flies visible on the food ,needs thorough pest control .
Tiny sitting arrangements with shabby furniture .
They dont accept cards ,only cash - not mentioned anywhere .
The staffs are very unprofessional ,reluctant ,untidy ,arrogant ,unwelcoming .it seemed they felt disturbed and tired of getting customers .they dont reply to my queries and if at all, with mouth filled with pan masala s .too much delay in service which is not expected when a pre fixed thali is ordered .
To my utter surprise,I noticed that the staffs are carrying the the waste disposal bags to dump outside by carrying them in between the customers food table .some of those waste bags have touched my thali too .they dont have any back doors to dispose them I guess .
In spite of taking the orders for me and my dad for the thali with a different choice of vegetables, but deliver wrongly as expected .
They even told us to change our seats when we were about to begin the dinner only because to cater a big group of customers
Lastly they have given me my copy of bill after I asked it and that too retrieved from the waste bin without being delivered to me ,the photo of which is attached herewith.
I was so shocked and frustrated by the quality of service that frankly not in a mood to share any more pics .
I ,therefore strongly not recommending to choose this restaurant as your dining destination .

I ordered for the first time from chatori Gali as well as zomato but really disappointing service from Zomato as well as the food (jalebi)from chatori Gali. Zomato didn’t allow me to order anything below 70 dhs where in from the restaurant side there was no minimum order. On top of that it charged me 10 dhs delivery charges and also arrived after more than an hour. When I asked Zomato they mentioned that the restaurant had a lot of order and that’s why they delayed my order. My order was only sweet and savoury which was ready like Hale Jalebi, rabri, samosa etc. There was nothing which needed to be cooked.
The reason of delay was given that the restaurant had lot of people who were dining in and also home delivery orders. If the restaurant can’t cater to a small order then why do they accept home delivery. Even the Jalebi which looked really nice was cold and it was fried more than required which left a bitter taste in the mouth.
I’m really upset and disappointed with not only Zomato but also with chatori Gali for such unprofessional service.
I have always ordered from Deliveroo and they definitely are much better.
This is for the first time and last time I ordered from them.

Had very bad experience on Friday morning breakfast.. had to wait almost an hour to get simple chai and paranthe order. I had been to this place for lunch, dinner and they are good but don't spoil your Friday morning breakfast here.

Placed a delivery request at 11:43am, they cancelled my order at 1:45pm. They called me 5 times, as they were having location issues and then didnt fulfill the order. Horrible customer service!

Terrible service. We ordered lunch in the office and the food arrived after two hours later. Food was cold and the rajma had spilt. We called them to complaint and the person answering the call was very rude instead of apologizing.

We ordered last night & found the food of very average quality. Also the food was delayed & one of the items which was paid for wasn’t delivered.
So not a good experience & won’t order from them next time.

The food overall is good and spicy as Indian like. Soya Chaap is amazing. But I feel the consistency I. Food does not remain the same .. sometimes it’s finger licking, sometimes it’s not at all good. The use of oil is too much.

Absolutely disgusted. 2 paratha takes 60 min to come and then comes without salt and when you ask for pickle....there is none. Attitude is like ....I am doing a favor by serving the customers. If a restaurant runs out of pickle early in the morning then god save their planning

This restaurant is close to mall of emirates. Their food is overpriced , once in a while you can visit and eat. Best part I like is their JALEBI, which is actually good to taste.

Do not order from here. They called me 45 minutes after to let me know that the dishes I ordered were unavailable and then the said it will take another 50 minutes to deliver. Got hung up on as well. Worst service I have ever recieved.

The place is small and doesn't have much of an ambience. We went there hoping the food would make up for the place.
It's a hit miss . While some items are delicious the others can be passed.
The jalebi, chilla and Palak chaat were great.
Gatta Saag was less in quantity with the roti served with it. Pav bhaji was average.

We went here on a Thursday evening, and had to wait for 20 minutes to get a table (which is okay, but later on understood why we had to wait this long). Once we were seated, we waited for 10 minutes for someone to realize they had to give us a menu. We waited another 15 minutes for someone to come and take our order. The food overall wasn’t too great, but taste is subjective, so I wasn’t too upset about that. We then waited another 10 minutes for someone to make eye contact with our table so that we could ask for the bill. The main issue has been the lack of service here. Having multiple orders piling up and a full restaurant is completely okay, but not having any contact with any of the waiters unless someone comes to serve food at the table is totally unacceptable. This was probably why we had to wait so long for a table, because the waiters just didn’t bother checking up with the customers. By the end of the meal, we were completely upset with our experience, and it was not just our table. The people on the table next to us were complaining, the people sitting before us were complaining about the delayed service as well. When I went to pay the bill, I asked to speak to the manager (who was standing right next to me, which I didn’t know). I complained to the cashier, and all this time, the owner clearly heard me (I later found out she was standing next to me), but didn’t even bother to come and clarify anything with me. My overall experience was completely terrible, and it was made much worse when I found out the owner heard me complaining (and genuinely upset), but chose not to bother with it at all. Safe to say, I will not be visiting here again, not because of the food, but because of the overall attitude of the people working there.

unprofessional service. it's strange how places like this can exist in Dubai. what a waste of time. it's no wonder that they have to pay for reviews.

Pathetic place to eat with very high prices, an ordinary india fast food which one can get easily get in any part of Dubai. Chole bhature at aed 18 and aed 30 but available aed 30
Only, then why the did you put it on menu, to confuse customer??
Ac doesn’t work well, it’s so hot inside with their open kitchen and lady reception doesn’t have etiquette to talk with costumers.
Please visit if you want to spoil your mood before the meal arrive which take hours with the lame excuses of we opened late today, on their site, opening time is mentioned 11 am whereas they open at 12 at noon.

Chatori Gali has the best JALEBI's available in Dubai. Seriously freshly made and so crispy. And such impeccable taste. Totally satisfies your taste buds. Generally desserts are ordered once you are done with the main course but here we always order the Jalebi first. It's so damn good. Another speciality of this place is the Makki ki roti & sarson ka saag which is only available during the winter season. How anxiously we wait for the weather to get better here in Dubai so we can enjoy this amazing combo. For drinks go for the freshly squeezed ganne ka juice. For vegetarians this place is such a good option.

I ordered food from Chatori Gali. They mentioned that it will be delivered in 1 hour. And even after 1.5 hours did not received the food. After waiting that I cooked food and eat. And consistently followed up about order status and cancellation didn’t get the answer. After following up with Zomato support team I get to know they can’t cancel the order as it is on the way. So I have to receive the order even it delivered after two hours. Worst experience even after ordering I have to cook and eat.

Taste at its best! Undoubtedly best place for the typical North Indian food! From Gol Gappe to Jalebi, everything was delicious :) Cheers Chatoris!
