We didn't even know there was a Karachi Darbar around before we ordered from this place recently. Went for their chicken biryani which came with raita, gravy and salad. It tasted good, mellow on masala much like Pakistani biryanis.
My Favorite place for Nihari, Peshawari and Karahi chicken. No ones does
better pakistani cuisine then Karachi Darbar
Karachi Darbar is the best place for Pakistani and Indian Cuisine. They also deal with Chinese cuisine
They have great variety of food at a very reasonable rate .
Their Haleem and Karhai are scrumptious .
Totally recommend those of you who wanna have some pakistani food .
They have many branches all over UAE .
A forever favorite breakfast for Keema paratha with raita and chai! I grew up eating it and i can't wait for you to have it again! It's that good.
In these trying times with budget constrains Karachi Darbar is one of the best option for an economically priced delicious food
We ordered Haleem it was cooked with a perfect blend of masala giving it an authentic taste garnished with ginger and fried onion
Located in Al Nahda this restaurant of Karachi darbar serves Pakistani cuisine. Whenever i crave for Pakistani cuisine i visit Karachi Darbar. Not only the restaurant is clean but also they served some really tasty food. Ambience is pretty simple.
This time we ordered home delivery. We tried few of their signature dishes with the famous tandoori rotis, hot, generous size and and went well with the mutton gravy and also the chicken gravy. The tandoori chicken served here are also very droolworthy, the pieces of chicken is very well marinated.
Don't waste your time and money else where, this is the only destination to be at , taste, value for mony.
I live in that area and usually eat from there . The food there is unbelievable . I loved their butter chicken , haleem and biryani .
The quintessential Pakistani delicacies are best served at this place!
Their Nihari is to die for ! If you haven’t eaten their Nihari then either you are vegan or you haven’t lived!
However i won’t be caught dead trying Chinese here... no thanx!
what was ordered :
Karachi dharbar mutton biriyani
the mutton biriyani is what they specialises in and the biriyani was indeed good .
the biriyani was garnished well and the masala went well with basmati rice , the mutton was tender and easily could be eaten with a help of a spoon , the taste was nice and the biriyani was filling .
It had chutney and pickle sides which went well with the biriyani too
Woow this food was amazing, had dall, paneer and mutton, all so tasty. We will come back very soon. The location is fine, simple and the food is very well done.
Delicious Biryani with lots of spice ( its add on).Raita and Salad. Charges are very reasonable and you can enjoy the quantity with quality.
Go-to place for chai & parathas (aloo & keema are to die for)
Also, their haleem & naan combo has been a favorite childhood favorite but make sure you dine in!
Tip: always have chai in their cup/saucer it just tastes better.
I have not tasted Pakistani dishes, so my husband told me we would have dinner in Karachi Darbar.
And I would say it is nice.
We ordered for Peshawari Mutton Kadai and Mix grill with Rotti.
Peshawari mutton curry; mutton was soft and nice with spicy gravy.
Mix grill; was really tender and juicy.
Roti I am sure there is no need for an explanation.
I love to try variety dishes. So....
Next time I would like to try Nihari, as I have read many review abt the same.
Had the chicken Kadai and Mutton Magaz
Both the chicken kadai and the Mutton magaz (brain) were not very spicy - had the usual Pakistani paratha with it.
The kids loved both the gravies whereas for us adults it needed a bit more spice.
Salad and raitha cost you extra so think before you order whether you really need it.
Heard their breakfast paratha are good need to try it out sooooon .
My husband and I love to go here for breakfast. They have yummy halwa! Haleem! Chana! Roti! And they give this complimentary vermicelli with milk type dessert which is also super yum! My baby also munches on a bit of everything!
Buttered Chicken , roti was always our favorite to order.lit was so fresh and tasty.the roti was crispy. Their parota was so soft. The price was just enough.

It is one of the most beautiful restaurants you can have food in it. With the variety of tastes between Indian, Pakistani, Chinese, hot!! Chilli and mild you will gain an experience you will never forget. It is good on your pocket too. From 2 to 100 AED...
Ordered Mutton Kadhai the taste was delicious i really liked the presentation of the dish which was served in a traditional way in Kadhai the Raita is a must try.....
Superb food, I thoroughly enjoy visiting with my friends. Food quality is never compromised and variety of dishes to try. I specially love the biriyani
The KD name has been around more than 20 years amongst asian / pakistani food circuit of dubai. Breakfast picks remains the various parathas served, paya, keema, chana dal at a very affordable price. Their mutton / chicken biryani, haleem, nihari and behari kabab are the best amongst their excellent menu options... worth visiting.
There are few pakistani food restaurant which i like, one of it is this restaurant. This time ordered for their famous chicken tikka. Which was served on-time. Chicken was succulent and tasty. Then tried mutton Afghani, Pieces were not very good but the gravy was very tasty. Love having it with the hot rotis.
pros: fresh, quick service, quantity, quality, wide range of variety, reasonable rates.
cons:
Fabulous paya and paratha for breakfast. With tea added total bill came to just 13 dirhams !
KD is an institution in Dubai by itself and never goes wrong especially with its breakfast if one loves oily, heavy Pakistani food !
Sometimes before we sleep we do think what to have for breakfast and this is the place that comes on mind.
Hot paratha and keema.... uffff what a feeling. Really ok be of a kind.
And to end with you need to have tea.
It gets crowded on Friday morning.
Was late to click a picture... planned to take it before having the meal... lol
Order a delivery at home. Previous experience was not very good with other branches, but for this branch, it was surprisingly good. Ordered mix grill, good quantity and food fresh and tasty. The meat and chicken both very succulent, soft and pleasant taste. Will definitely try again
Have tried Karachi darbar a lot of times and the thing I like about them is their breakfast. I have never enjoyed their all day menu, the curries are pretty average, only thing worth on that menu is the mutton seekh kababs. But their breakfast is something which has impressed me and has been consistent always. The haleem, Kheema, nihari is all so delicious and taste great with their parathas. Their sweet Lassi is amazing and quite a big portion. Overall it's a mixed feeling due to the great breakfast and a so so full day menu quality. Service is prompt. Portion sizes are decent. Pricing is slightly on the upper side for part of the menu.

Hungry and want to have a yummy breakfast ? Low on budget ?
Then this is the place , in only 4 Dhs you can have a Keema Parattha: filling ,tasty and pocket friendly.
Amazing Haleem and rumali roti i had here since i came to dubai. Biriyani is also cooked in authentic way. Love to order every time, never disappointed yet.
Loved their kebab karhai, butter chicken was ok kind of sweet. Ordered mutton Biryani, but wasn't quite happy with it. Loved their ambience and their service. It's economical and we only go there when we don't have other options. It is karachi darbar but being a khiite, it's nothing like karachi
I visit here often just to try their camel meat which they called Namkeen. Its scruptious, succulent, juicy and pretty filling. At only AED 18 this is the cheapest and best camel meat you can find in UAE
Excellent malai kofta. 👍🏼 Thank you Karachi Darbar.
I still remember the walk to this place about 3 years back. The place was bustling with activity. I was staying with a friend in Bur Dubai and was not in mood of eating Veg for the 5 days i was there. So i checked with him and headed out to find this place. The Smell...
It was a daily affair for us and within a couple of days with some 4 visits at hand, i think the waiters there were hooked on to what we liked.
I still remember the Tangri that we had. It was an instant hit and was a regular in all our mix of orders. Considering i still search for the same taste and smell in India. A little too difficult. I think the nearest that would have happened was at Al-Bake (NFC, Delhi).
Had a variety of dishes with roti and biryani as well.
Overall a nice place, a little late in the night stroll down and sit outside in the breeze and eat your heart out.
Tasty malai kofta! I like theirs better than any other I have tried so far. The egg noodles were just ok. Probably wont re order it. They do provide with a lot of food though.
Malai Kofta was delicious and so was the schezwan egg fried rice. Tried both for the first time from here and they did not disappoint. 👍🏼
Our usual place for going on a lunch with colleagues. This restaurant knows no introduction in UAE. Known for their rich pakistani tastes are certainly a treat to the taste buds.
Its quite close to my home and had some guests. Ordered nihari and daal channa with naan . Both tasted gud would like to try biryani some other time ....
One of the best haleem I have ever ate! I never used to eat it before until I tried their Shahi Haleem. Butter naan is good too.
My husband & I loves to dine in at this restaurant ..simply because they're offering a varieties, delicious and reasonable prices for their foods or menus.....We likes their Mutton Kadai match with roti, mint and veg salads...Parata, daal and chai also the biryani chicken ...and of course ..the Fallooda.
Perfect quality as always and fast delivery. The paneer tikka masala was great, as well as, the daal fry. Did not enjoy the hot n sour soup and chicken spring roll. They lacked flavor. However, will be back again for other items.
Had mutton biriyani , haleem and rotis . Opted a take away . As always was served quickly . Biriyani tasted yum as always with well done mutton and delicious flavour . Haleem was good too .
I love this place to have Pakistani dishes.
Mutton sheek kabab is my favourite, so juicy they are.
Ambiece is not soo good, always packed.
They dont accept card, only cash payment.
My first visit to this place , on strong recommendation of some vegetarian friends 😂😂😂they love the aloo palak n dal , which was ofcourse ordered n loved by all ..we ordered chicken handi boneless , suffient quantity n freshly made but oil ! they serve mint raita which is fab , also their roomali roti is much better bet than tandoori one ! seating and ambience is very average but ofcourse the price is too reasonable fo such good food 😊
All time favorite.
4.5/5 for taste
3/5 ambience
4/5 service
It is almost packed with people's.
Offers great Pakistani cuisine
Tikka. Kebab Karahi and Aalu paratha with Chana is must try
Nice food with reasonable prices and alot to choose from the menu. Best part is having Desi food with nice variety and quality. Best dishes with spicy food.
My top picks - mutton Biriyani, KDR mixed grill, bihari boti kabab. The curries are a bit too oily for my liking. Affordable prices, and can be found all over uae.
