They didn't have shoulder piece that I have ordered. They called to apologise, change fit to alternative with a same price and also packed my order with lot of extras like delicious semolina desert and spinach salad and some other tasty items. Not the best meat in town but was very juicy and fell off the bone.
I Tried Chicken madhbi, kunafa and everything was very tasty.
The food had all the right ingredients and was not too spicy.
The menu is decent and not overpriced.

We got our order verg quick (quicker then the estimated time arrival) with the food still being warm and delicious ofc! Their meat and chicken mandi is recommended, it was fresh with no bad smell at all.
I've got to say, I was a little skeptical when ordering from this restaurant. The meals were very fairly priced so I was afraid the quality would not be as good as the price. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The rice was delicious, the salsa was amazing, the yogurt and cucumber made me never want to stop eating, and the tabouleh was the best tabouleh I have had in Dubai. On top of that, the food smelt great and the portions were very generous! What a wonderful little place! I will definitely be ordering from here again!
The food has always been delicious here. The Mandi's, sheesh Tawook, Saj, Manakish! All great!! Delivery on time. Have not tried their new menu yet, but I miss their Shawarma.
My Suggestion- Please bring the shawarma back!!
One of the best mandi places i have ever tried to be honest and whenever i crave madbi its the right place to go to and the business bay location is very nice and clean and the view is also beautiful by the water canal their price isnt expensive at all and also tried the kunafa it was okay but not bad also i will definitely visit again
This is a good place with soothing calm and quite environment with a beautiful view of Dubai Canal.
Seating arrangement is very well payed out with floor sitting space is very generous.
Food quality and quantity is good only lacking is the salad which is extremely less in quantity and onion is also not present.
Service of the staff is beyond expectation which is very professional and warmly welcomed.
Good place which is a must retry option.
I LOVE THIS PLACE !
It has the world's best Lamb Haneeth ! I was totally on a diet where I was avoiding rice, and this place overturned the diet on the spot. The Lamb Haneeth is unbelievable here, and there is nothing else needed if you actually go here to eat. Their menu has more stuff that traditional mandi restaurants, and I have tried several dishes here including the Arayes, Hummus, Grilled Chicken, Lamb Tikka and Salta Fahsa. I have not been disappointed in any one of those dishes at this place.
They do have good Kunafa as well - but it is not the best. The Suleimani tea they serve after the food is one of the best around town as well. Take a stroll down the canal walk after filling yourself up with the best haneeth, with a nice cup of tea in your hand - thats all a person like myself ever wants.
The food is quiet nice as well as the staff and the customer service only the delay in delivering orders is affecting a bit the experience .

We’re actually a regular customer in the office but I haven’t gotten around to giving them a review. I tried delivery to my home for the first time for dinner last night and it was all good.
I usually order the chicken Mandi or Madfoon (also tried their Madbhi but still prefers the former), and last night we also tried the mutton Mandi and loved it. So far, their tomato side dish (still don’t know what it’s actually called) is among, if not the best I’ve tasted so far.
I am ordering from Tibba restauran maybe twice a week,
The mandy is really nice there and the basbousa is amazing.

Chicken Mandi was superb. Chicken was very soft and spice was perfect. Rice was also good. Soup along with the Mandi was also good.
This place just has very good mandi, madfoon, mathbi. A lot of flavour in the rice and the meat is very well seasoned. Recommended if you're living in the business bay area.

The rice was flavourful and the chicken was really well cooked and soft. Also they have Kunafa (12 AED) here but just the cream one, it was delicious though.
They have lunch and dinner meals where you'll get Mandi's and few other options for 15 AED to 17 AED which is a big money saver.

We ordered Mutton Mandi, Mutton Madfoon and Chicken Madhbi.
For starters, we were served with their Mutton soup. I really enjoyed the entire meal here especially since I am myself a fan of Mandi.
Mutton Madfoon was possibly one of the best I’ve had.
Service was also timely, would definitely recommend Tibba Restaurant if you are craving for some good Mandi.

I finally visited this restaurant for some mandi. My friends had raised the expectations way too high - they were regulars and wanted me to tag along for my first mandi experience. They have both inside and outside seating arrangement - and both tables and chairs or sit down booths.
We started off with lamb soup which was very appetizing. Then we ordered for a lamb waslah (35Dhs), which I embarassingly called 'masala' the first time and a small shish tawook, enough for one person (15 Dhs only at this outlet). Both of them were delicious, and accompanied by equally delicious tomato chutney! It is perfectly tangy and goes really well with the rice. Both meats were perfectly cooked and really soft and tender. The rice had mild taste, yet extremely flavourful. Unlike what I had heard about mandis, the food was not at all oily/greasy. It is much like a healthier version of biryanis. Just as delicious!
Though we were full, I ordered for Konafa. None of us had ever had a good konafa, and had a bad experience before. Having konafa here changed our perception entirely. It was given to us lightly heated - just right for the cheese on the inside to melt. The outside was delicious pastry which was perfectly sweet - not too much, in fact a bit on lesser side and inside was oodles of cheese. I never thought I would like the sweet and cheese combination in anything except cheesecakes. Boy, I was so wrong! And the heavenly delight was barely 12Dhs (only at this outlet)!
The staff was really very nice and supportive and deserve a special mention, which added to the great experience! Already planning to visit this place again for the weekend to try the madhbi.
Nice ambience. Very friendly and polite staff. Chicken madhbi is amazing. Fresh juices are also great. If you feel like trying something else, I’d recommend their pink pasta. It’s delicioso! If you are in business bay and is up for some good food, this resto is a must try.

Chicken Mandi with tomatoes sauce is just simply delicious !! The quantity and quality are both really good , just deducted 1 point in delivery as the delivery takes like an hour but overall I think the food is worth the wait!

I ordered the chicken Mandi after reading few reviews on zomato. It’s decent Mandi to order. I won’t say it’s the best. Quantity is good for one person.
Ambience of the place is very nice, specially in the evenings sitting outside with a view of the canal, Good Arabic food, great taste and good presentation. Staff is very friendly. Mutton Haneez/Haneed and Chicken Alfredo are a must eat.
I have always enjoyed their chicken mandi but today i added egg/cheese saj and manakish to my order. And as usual, they did not disappoint. Definitely one of the best and my fave here in dubai. And don't forget to try kunafah if you haven't. You will definitely fall in love ❤️
P.S. we tried their madhbi the other day (took some photos) and it's also very tasty. I really like their salata hara. It makes everything good.
I visit the place before the food and the service was very good and the place is clean i try many items all of them was good and delicious and this time i ordered for delivery i taught the food taste will not be the same but it was very good thanks a lot for this amazing food 😋

This Citadel Towers branch has got to be mandi-master, Tibba’s flagship outlet. It’s certainly bigger and better looking than the last one I visited in the fruit and vegetable market. In fact, the interior of this branch gives you a (pleasant) shock when you first walk in, the backlit marble façade resembles that of the Conrad on Sheikh Zayed Road.
My place for lunch whenever I am in that area , good place with really good Ambience and food is also amazing, this time try Laham Mudfoon which was really good , their shawarma is also worht try
This place is difficult to find if you are following google maps.its in the citadel tower. Ambience is very good. I visited them at somewhere around 10 PM they were out of madbhi and madfoon so we tried the very last option i.e. lamb mandi and chicken mandi. Both dishes were exceptional.
Tried kunafa also but it was little overcooked.Communications is a little problematic with their waiters as most of their staff is arabic
