Portion is regular, good quality poke & acai ,very yummy. The only negative thing in my opinion is that they are overpriced. I finded their menu a bit expansive.
Had poke at Poke & co at JLT today. It was a bit difficult to find the place, but we ended up making it there! Food was so good, lady was very friendly, but the restaurant was hot!
Loved the sesame ponzu dressing on my poke, highly recommended. Maybe next time I will just order and enjoy my poké from the comfort of my home :)

They have the best customer support I've experienced in Dubai. Had an issue with UberEats a few days ago and they offered a free meal as an apology. The free meal was accidentally delivered to a neighboring tower, in which the wrong person decided to buy my food. Hilarious! They fulfillled my order once more - free of charge. It is extremely rare that a brand can be so consistent, with different staff working all the time and yet, Poke and Co has it down to the finest detail. Each time I visit, I can expect the same experience as last time, which if it wasn’t good, I wouldn’t have returned.
These salads are amazing and so delicious. The food is so fresh and tasty I can't wait to try the rest of their menu. You can build your own bowl which is great and the acai bowls are just the best in Dubai. Highly recommend!!

The offerings are good and slightly different to the other #poke restaurants around. They have papaya, and portobello mushroom, for example. They do not mix in the sauce but serve it on the side. The rice is also slightly warm when the bowl is prepared so you will want to eat your poke straight away. The ingredients are fresh and the bowl is tasty. Great for a fresh and healthy one-bowl meal.

In my strive for eating (or trying to) eat healthy, My friend recommended that i get a Poke Bowl. Tried Poke and Co and was pleasantly surprised. I usually don't get excited with many healthy options but this was healthy and treat at the same time! Portions are good and kept me full for a while.
And oh my god it taste so GOOD,healthy that tastes brilliant and I would definitely recommend this place for the one who believe healthy food cannot taste good.It's a tad steep but portion is quitehuge as well.
They always have amazing poke bowls - I love the ability to customize your own ingredients. They’ve also stopped using plastic spoons - but their take out containers are all plastic still. It’d be great if they could use cardboard or recyclable materials.
We had their nutty acai and it was lush! Loved the homemade granola and natural peanut butter added on the acai bowl!

Consistent, very good ingredients, friendly staff and a simple yet cozy place for a quick bite. There put music, they have nice furniture, and they use non-disposable bowls! Not to mention generous portions. Kahuna size is just right.

From the moment I walked in, I was taken care of by a very friendly and attentive server who took time to explain things and ingredients. The food came relatively quickly and was some of the best asian food I ever had. They have a nice selection as well.

When I think of poke bowls, I cant think beyond Poke & Co. Located in JLT in Cluster Y, it's a bit tough to pin it if you're not very familiar with JLT.
The ambience is very pleasant and fresh even though the seating is not very huge. When I'm here, I always go for create your own Poke Bowl as I can customize the bowl to my taste. The Ono size which is their smallest, is too big for 1 person! My favorite is Quinoa base with Greens, with Raw and Cooked Salmon, and mixins and toppings of Sprouts, Cherry Tomatoes, Crispy Shallots and Garlic, and Avocado. The bowl is simply amazing. The service is pretty decent here as well.
I would certainly recommend this for the health freaks. I wanna try their breakfast next time.
Food is tasty, and is freshly prepered in generous amount. Staffs are friendly, warm and accommodating. Our orders were served in less than 5mins. The BEST thing is that, they’re on promotion on the day we visited, buy 1 take 1 🤩.
The place has a cozy and relaxing vibe, their interiors are Modern and classy, though their space is quite small for diners, but it’s probably manageable cuz most of their customers prefer delivery anyway.
Ordered from this place a couple of time and I love how my poke bowl comes with an ice pack to keep it fresh. Even when I ordered my poke nori wrap it was delivered nicely. 1. Aloha Poke (4/5) - I ordered mine with raw salmon, along with signature rice and quinoa base. I have tried a couple of other similar joints in Dubai, however so far this seems to be the best, it’s was lip smacking and extremely fresh.
2. Delivery (4/5) - Spot on.
Yesterday I ordered the simply shrimpy. My first poke bowl. It was so delicious. It was my first order & will definitely not be my last. Looking forward to try other things from the menu.

Followed my instructions well. However the shrimps should've been deveined better. Good portion size and good packing for delivery. Everything was perfect except the shrimp part bc they weren't cleaned well enough.
My second visit to Poke & Co., and for sure a better experience as I finally learnt the art of perfecting my own poke bowl.
I visited during Ramadan and as it is open during the day, dropped by after work to grab on to some Poke bowl and preferably an Avocado toast.
I made my own poke bowl and loved it as I put in whatever I loved, and whatever worked for me. It was filling! I also had an Avocado Toast with Mushrooms in place of chicken. An All-Day-Breakfast dish, it was a craving satisfied.
I ate all this while sipping onto some Turmeric Latte which tasted odd in a delicious way. There is even Charcoal, Beetroot and the usual Latte so you may choose as you may please although I would suggest all to experiment a bit.

I Always thought I would never be able to like healthy food because just like so many other people I as assumed that healthy food can never be tasty Till I was introduced to something called a Poke Bowl. It generally consists of marinated raw fish, rice , some vegetables ,greens, some nuts, fruits & a dressing.

I recently tried the Poke Bowl at Poke & Co in JLT And I was in love with the flavour because the dressing had an Asian touch to it which I absolutely loved. I also tried their Acai Bowl, smoothie, breakfast i.e. avocado on toast as well as the latte.
1. Aloha Poke Bowl- What I really liked about the ingredients of this bowl was that all of them complimented each other specially the combination of the raw salmon, avocado, edamame, mango and ginger despite Not being a big ginger fan. Their dressing had a very Asian touch to it which is the best for me. I was also offered spicy mayo to add the required heat to my bowl.
2. Acai Bowl - I have also started enjoying replacing any sweet with an açai bowl because the blend of harvested açai with yoghurt or banana or strawberry is a better tasting replacement for ice cream. There açai bowl had a blend of açai with a banana , strawberries and topped with some granola Chia seeds and Seasonal fruits. I absolutely enjoy it having all these ingredients together in one bowl.
3. Breakfast Avocado on Toast- Avocado on toast has become quite a sensation here and I also tried their vegetarian version that is without eggs. I was served a whole green multi-seed bread topped with avocado based along with goats cheese , some cherry tomatoes, Mushrooms and some fresh dill. I personally felt that it could have some more seasoning and the bread could have been more toasted. Otherwise I really liked the combination of all these beautiful ingredients.
4. Mango Magic Smoothie- I decided to try one of their smoothies and probably was on an experimental spree so I ordered the mango magic. This glass so small they had two of my least favourite ingredients which are ginger and cinnamon. But I was pleasantly surprised with the deist because it was balanced in such a way that the ginger and cinnamon were not overpowering the flavour of mango , pineapple and Chia seeds.
5. Beetroot Latte - I had recently seen someone experiment with the lattes by trying out flavours like beetroot, Macha and turmeric. So I decided to try a beetroot latte despite being extremely unsure of how it might taste. The coffee looked very pretty and it smelt amazing but the flavour of beetroot in a latte is not for me. The coffee was made very well but I do not think I’m made to drink such coffees.
Robby was hands on with his service as well as his knowledge about the food they serve. I was very happy that she recommended us everything which we really liked and which made our experience very pleasant.

I ordered the açaí bowl and a turmeric latte, that the waiter forgot even though I was the only customer in the shop! Then it was on the bill when I was going to pay (he obviously removed it when I told him that I never received the latte...). Anyway the açai bowl was so yummy and felt healthy, so it was forgotten.
I was initially hesitant to try Poke bowls because it was my first time but I was totally wrong. I was served and helped picking what to eat and the add on’s which has unique flavor.
Seaweed salad with mango on top was really good. Their toast with organic egg was heaven.
Will be eating and ordering here very often. Will definitely refer this one of a kind to friends and colleagues.

We created our own bowl of poke. There is a wide variety of toppings, proteins and sauces you can choose from. We personally love their avocado cream sauce and the one with mayo. The good thing is they can let you try some sauces at first before deciding on what you want to mix with your poke bowl. For us that’s brilliant. So firs timers at Poke and Co. that’s a good deal!
We loved their poke bowls because the ingredients were fresh and the taste is over the too yum!

Tried the Date Brownie, Hazelnut Brownie, Mango Pineapple & Turmeric bowl and Organic Cold Pressed Juice - Afterparty - thoroughly enjoyed all! Both the brownies was yum and the juice - refreshing! Mango Pineapple & Turmeric bowl was also was very refreshing, loved the combination and the portion was perfect and filling. Love the plethora of options they have in healthy juices and smoothies - will definitely be trying more from their pantry!

Ordered from here twice now, and already in love with it. They have amazing combinations, one of few POKE places that offer genuine VEGAN/ Vegetarian options. Their ingredients are super fresh and healthy. (even their Jalepenos are fresh, which I love).
Only downside is Price. A bit expensive, but totally worth it for the freshness and quality.
I order from here at least 2 or 3 times a week, the food always arrives fresh and with an ice-pack on top. I always go for the Kahuna build your own with zucchini noodles, love this addition that not many other places have. Definitely recommend their food!

We went in august a group of 5 for the 1st time it was perfect.The food was fresh esp the seaweed on the burritos were soft to chew.

How do you like your sushi? Well for me i like it burrito style. I had big island burrito and by far it is the best one ive tasted. It compliments the taste of fresh salmon, mango and avocado.

Interior wise is on point. Clean nd cozy.
Built my own bowl with: rice, tuna, shrimp, avocado, mango, onions, garlic, coriander sesame seeds, seaweed salad, nori, kale, edamame, sesame ponzu sauce. Very fresh, light and delicious. Only criticism would be the kale which has an off-putting texture (perhaps roasting it would improve that). Overall the quality of ingredients are superior to main rival Poke Poke.

Really tasty Poke can be delivered by this Poke and Co. I ordered Aloha Poke and at first sight I was surprised to see how colorful it is. Vinegared ginger is a little too much but brown rice’s and salmon’s textures made perfect combination with some sweetness added by dice cut mango. Also volume is satisfactory. A little pricey for take out but looking at the quality and ingredients they use, it is understandable.
I really wanted to like the restaurant more than I did & score them a 5. However I wasn’t much impressed with the overall experience. The service was great upon pick up & the food is good. Maybe you would think its great if thats the only Poke you have tried.

Although the impact it has had on Dubai’s culinary scene is big the restaurant itself is tiny comprising of a single row of tables and chairs lined up against a wall facing an open prep counter/kitchen. And that’s it. Anything more than a couple per table is a struggle. Yeah, so don’t end up there with a group of ten…unless you want to stand and eat.
Poke in its most basic (Hawaiian) form is diced ahi or salmon tossed with shoyu (soy sauce), sesame oil, onions and sesame seeds. Franchises like Poke Poke have taken that concept and gone to town with it creating all sorts of combinations and concoctions. Today, non-fish options such as meat, chicken, eggs, and tofu for the vegetarians and vegans are also available. Most Poke restaurants allow you to build your own bowl, so possibilities are endless. I stick to Poke Poke’s signature bowls and, although similar, almost always order either the Californian or the Hawaiian; more so the former because of the tangy Sriracha-Ponzu punch.
The behind the counter staff at this branch of Poke Poke are a friendly, accommodating bunch. Taking an order from an indecisive diner while people grumble impatiently in queue must be taxing on the nerves, but I’ve never once seen any of them loose their cool. Much of Poke Poke’s business is home delivery, something I must consider now that they have opened a branch in Dubai Sports City which isn’t too far from my home. I love Poke and am thankful to Poke Poke for bringing the concept to Dubai. Although very limited in space, this is definitely a must visit venue.

We already tried poke in different countries and this poke is one of the best!! The price / quality is amazing compared to other restaurants / fast food courts. We tried the Hawaiian and California poke. One with sushi rice and the other with brown wild rice and both are just fitting perfectly. My personal favorite is the sushi rice but because I love sushi and this poke with the right combination is just a huge sushi roll 😂🎉.
So take the California
1. With sushi rice
2. With seaweed salat, ginger, cashews,
3. The spicy mayonnaise
