I have been to this outlet several times. My favorite would be the onion rings, nachos, and their signature shakes which are again massive.

Loved this place. Make sure to visit this place if you are craving for desserts. We ordered Forbidden Broadway Sundae and couldn’t finish it. It’s perfect for 4 people.
Loved the ambience. Instagram worthy. Nice to hang out with friends. The food is awesome. We had the burger with bleu cheese and burger with avocado.

This restaurant is very pretty and quirky. We ordered Spaghetti bolognese, NYC hot dog and the Kale salad. Everything tasted good, although the salad was a bit too heavy with the dressing. For desert we opted for the lava cake, which was just amazing, definitely worth going here on a treat day.
Known for its beautiful decors and cozy seating arrangement, not to forget about their extensive menu ranging from burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, pizzas, pastas and some great desserts.

Pretty in Pink Penne: Mouth watering pasta. Penne pasta with tomato sauce, cheese sauce, basil topped with extra cheese and served with toasted garlic bread.❤️

A perfectly fatty afternoon here. Had the nachos which was pretty good! Wasn’t a big fan of their famous frozen hot chocolate but their cookies and cream milkshake was really good! Will have to go a few times to try out the other items. Heard the sundaes are really good!
Craving for a juicy hot dog then this is the place! I was really amazed at the different hot dog options this place offers. Also their portion sizes are large. The only downside to this place is the price point, I think it’s a bit too pricey.
A very British ambience and friendly staff serving sinful desserts n shakes. I personally love their chocolate shake without whip cream and NYC hot dog. A must visit place if you are hanging at City Walk. Makes one feel as if you are in EU.

A tourist spot we always bring our guest too. A nice place to visit city walk at the same time. We always order the Frozen Hot Chocolate like the film. The portion are huge.
It was my first time at Serendipity and I can say that it was a really good experience. We asked the server for recommendations as it was our first time and he was very knowledgeable about their menu. He suggested Eastside Western Omelette, Bacon n Eggs, and Choclaccino. The omelette was perfectly cooked and the baby potatoes were really good! It comes with fresh side salad. Bacon n eggs was also good and it comes with a bagel and garlic potatoes. For our dessert, we had their Gimme S'mores Lava Cake and it was so delicious!
We enjoyed all the dishes and also the ambiance. Serendipity is a good place for a quiet brunch.

I’m actually sitting in Serendipity and writing my review. I always wanted to visit a venue, but didn’t have enough time. It is in the heart of CityWalk. We tried Prince Sundaes: Salty Caramel and Not So Lazy Cake. I also ordered Americano. Be prepared, prices are high in this place, ambience is good, staff is good. Some furniture of cafe needs to be cleaned. Management should be aware of that. Food was tasty, even though we didn’t try regular meal, deserts were quite good. Go there with the discount coupons, message me if you need additional info, i will guide you if you need.

Serendipity, was a cafe I always wanted to visit after I saw the movie. As soon as I heard news of their outlet opening in Dubai, I knew I had to be the first or amongst the first hundred visitors 😉 !
I called for a ‘ Double Frrrrozen Hot Chocolate’ it was yummy and deliciously mind freezing!
They have a full fledged menu to order from and is a must visit just to enjoy the super cute interiors !!

The atmosphere was nice, staff were welcoming and friendly. I went there to surprise my friend for her birthday. For main course, we ordered chicken & seafood paella, this was my favorite! and grilled salmon. For dessert, sticky date pudding.. food was overall 4/5 we enjoyed it a lot
Frrrrozeeeen chocolate is the best! Mouthwatering desserts!! One serving can be good for sharing.
Buffalo wings are yummy and crispy! Crispy crust pizza loaded with toppings.

The food quality is super, staff are quick and friendly..i love their veggie burger ( honestly among few delicious veggie burgers that I've tried in dubai ) , tacoses are juicy and well spiced, salads are fresh and generous amount of side dishes..very worthy for the price and good choice for a causal dining in city walk.
The interiors are the most interesting about this restaurant in City Walk, with bright colors and artsy stuff, its something very different from what you usually see at restaurants.We ordered the Mac and Cheese, which was quite delightful and I would definitely revisit just for that. The Chicken Diva Sealoppini was rather mediocre with the BBQ Sauce overpowering all other flavors of the dish.
Glorious tacos serving! Seriously, we ordered the half serving but it was a good enough as a full meal. The paella was good and the ABC burger seemed pleasing to my husband. Only didn’t like their buffalo wings, shouldn’t be too spicy. Carrot cake was lovely too!
Its a beautiful place to hang around with friends. The “forbidden broadway” is to die for!!! Thats the only thing that takes us there!! In luv with it ... chocolate lovers must try it once!
Great place. I’ve visited a couple of times before for dinner (veggie burger) which I always enjoyed. This time I went with my mom for breakfast. I went for the classic pancakes with cream and fruits and my mom went for the zingy lemon ricotta pancakes. My pancakes were good, my mom’s were amazing! Really delicious! The service is also very friendly and attentive. Defo recommend this place!

On a weekday we decided to visit this place as one of us really wanted to try their dessert. We also had the entertainer so we decided to order some food. After being seated in the really nicely done place, we decided to order Wild West Wings, Texas Style Cheese Dog and ABC Beef Burger
The portions were huge but the flavours were nice, especially the burger. We also ordered for dessert the Forbidden Broadway, a huge concoction of Chocolate cake, ice cream and TONS of whipped cream. Again a gigantic dish and that can be shared by at LEAST 2 people. It was tasty but got left overs as it was too much
I gave it a lesser score due to our servers ' cant do this, cant do that' attitude, which got really irritating by the end of the meal.
An ok option for city walk if you have the entertainer and are craving something sweet to share with friends and loved ones. Out door seating allows you to watch the show but its now getting hotter so might not be a viable option anymore
Dynamite shrimp is amazing I would suggest to ask for extra sauce on the side. Also pesto sauce pasta is very good and Chicken diva escalopini also was excellent.
City walk -the perfect vibe the perfect place ... buzzing with life .. great food , great ambiance ... loved the forbidden broadway !!!

visited it in festival city. ...during new year's. ...The staff was very courteous and helpful even though it was extremely crowded due to fireworks show.
The food was good and worthwhile but the desserts stole the show.
Nice ambience, lively place and welcoming staff . The food portions are big . The Wild West Wings were good , the Creamy Chicken Salad Ciabatta , Pizza Da Action and Verde Pesto Pasta were totally bland .. maybe they forgot to add seasoning to the food .
Supremely impressed by their staff. They are genuinely interested in assisting you and making sure you are completely satisfied with the experience. The decor was beautiful, we sat outside to catch the whole view of central city walk and the shows. Coming to the food, we ordered the dynamite shrimp and the chicken cheese balls for starters. Both dishes were delicious, to go with these we ordered a cookie cream shake and a chocolate shake. Shakes stole the show, without a doubt. Next up, we ordered the seafood platter and the bbq chicken and cheddar cheese pizza. The platter came full with fried fish fillets, batter fried mixed sea food, open grilled prawns, oysters in marinara and potato wedges. Everything was delicious. We had a great time and cant wait to go back to try the rest of the menu!
Serendipity is known for its beautiful decor and cozy seating arrangements. They serve an extensive menu ranging from Pizzas to pastas and great desserts. Their chocolate cake is several layers and a definite treat to the taste buds. Pizza sizes are smaller as compared to competitive restaurants. Outdoor seating is as beautiful as the inside decor. Parking is available at City Walk Parking section. Staff is friendly and understands customer’s requirements.
Breakfast here is amazing, we are two and had two different omelettes that were very tasty. We also loved the freshly baked croissant. The most sugar rush ever was the oreo milkshake, strongly recommended. We were served by the lovely Usha, and she was excellent
The staff is extremely welcoming with big smiles on their faces, even though the place was full and they were stressed. The food was fantastic, the service was outstanding, and the time of service was mind-blowing! The service was so fast and it was perfect since we were all hungry at the time :) Well done and will definitely visit again and again!
I visited serendipity 3 yesterday with a friend. I ordered the cheese burger with fries! The burger was nice but,nothing special the fries however I really loved! The only reason I gave this place a 4 instead of a 5 was because they took a very long time to bring our order when we both just ordered burgers.
Will be definitely visiting this place soon.

Sadly, I wasn’t able to try any of the desserts, but I did try the nachos and a great s’mores milkshake.
I definitely recommend this place for a small group of friends, four or five people would be great.
My all time favorite dish at Serendipity 3 is their All in nachos (Go veggie) which tastes absolutely delicious 😍 I also had their pretty in pink penne pasta which tasted really good 💯
One thing that stood out was polite and smiling demeanour of all serving . Special mention for Sophia who was forthcoming with her suggestions and forever with a smile on her face. I came to enjoy my coffee and evening cake.... the moist , delectable carrot cake .... was left with a huge takeaway as the portion was huge! But am not complaining at all.... the best carrot cake in town for sure .
Such an #instagrammable place. Classic and clean food place with one of the best pasta experience. Red velvet ice cream was also rich and creamy but a bit costly however could be good for 2-3 persons so don’t eat and spend for it alone. Lol . It’s almost always full every time I visit this place, so no doubt most people are coming over to feel the serendipity of eating and being in this place. ❤️
We tried their breakfast menu - eggs florentine - the eggs were nice and runny and the flavors went great together, turkey ham and cheese bagel - loved the combination of both and it came with a side of potato wedges which were nice and crisp and new york style salmon and cream cheese bagel - this one had great flavours as well and again came with the crisp potato wedges which were awesome!
The ambiance was great as usual. Staff were noce and service was good as well!
Serendipity 3 located in City Walk Dubai, is one of those colorful candy colored shops that you cant not stop and take another look at, and you’ll be surprised at the number of delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes they serve.
This restaurant has one of the best desserts, sadly I wont be reviewing the desserts today.

We were a group of 9 people and we decided to try out this restaurant. Food was delicious and serving was pretty generous! The staff also gave us the attention we need 😂 I ordered BBQ Blue burger and Forbidden Broadway for dessert and both were fantastic! Want to be back so bad but it's just far away from where I live 😏
Finally made it here this weekend. Ordered not one but TWO humongous Sundaes. Try the carrot cake sundae - such a unique flavor combination. Worth every single penny (and calorie)! :) Can’t wait to go back. Yum times 100!

Having heard so much about this restraunt , i finallt decided to give it a visit. We had irdered the frozen hot chocolate . The portion sizes were enormous and the it was delicious.
Ambience - Same setup as in DFC Mall but little smaller.
Service - Good
Food - Just ordered desserts and the portions are large. Found it difficult to finish but its just too rich in chocolate and the other goodies that come with it.

This is just a place like a photo shooting stage. Design interior, seating and the design of cakes are sensational. Location is great on the heart of city walk. We even came across a light show on the main square pool. The cake was also delicious and service is good.
Want something healthy but also something you can have on your cheat day ...... this is the place.
The city walk branch is beautiful and has an indoor plus outdoor seating. It’s right in the center of the hustle and bustle of the main arena.
Went here with my sister on a weeknight and it just dint seem like a weeknight. It was crowded and full of energy. We got a table outdoor so as to enjoy the nice Dubai winter.
I went for the healthy Orchard salad, and my sister went in the opposite direction and ordered the NYC hotdog.
The salad was very fresh and refreshing , and the portions are very big. Really enjoyed the salad which had a dash of balsamic vinaigrette along with some berries.
My sisters hit god cane with some Crispy fries which he munched on with their house mayo.
Their menu is huge and it’s definitely a place you can go to again n again to try different things.
Being famous for its heavenly Desserts and a menu with varieties to choose from, we decided to share the:
- 'Forbidden Broadway' : One of the forms of Dessert you just feel like burying your face in. Filled with Chocolate and Vanilla IceCream as its bottom layer along with Marshmallow Sauce (additional), as it builds itself up with a very generous amount of Whipped Cream, Hot Fudge Sauce, a wedge of Chocolate Blackout Cake and garnishing of fresh Strawberries(additional). You can just leave your diet plans at their door and gladly enter with no guilt.
This humongous Dessert was just too good. When you love Cake, Cream and Ice Cream, combined into one scrumptious sweet tooth Bowl, is a must have!
Looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu. Yumm!

I visited the restaurant with my family for dinner on Sunday night . We ordered spicy and sweet boneless wings, Mashroom soup and mighty mini sliders for appetizer and NYC foot long hotdog with penny in pink sauce for main course Although the food was served fast , it had an average taste. we were not happy with appetizer and main course being served at the same time although we ordered the 2 courses with 10-15 min apart .Hence, the main course was served a bit cold when we were ready for it. Overall, the restaurant was clean , staff were friendly , food portion was big but it had an average taste that doesn't stands out.

An evening at City Walk called for a stop at Serendipity 3, primarily to enjoy their desserts. The place has a very fusion feel to it, vintage yet modern. The service was very prompt and the servers were quick on their toes. Based on recommendation from the server, we ordered the Forbidden Broadway. Have to say, their serving size was massive! The sundae was very decadent and, to be honest, a bit too sweet for our liking. We struggled to eat as much as we could, but even with 2 people working on savoring this sinful sundae, we could not finish it.
My verdict, yes, it is worth a try... though a bit pricey for a sundae, it is more about the experience than anything else. I would want to venture deeper into their menu and try more of what they have to offer.
Went here for dinner today and well, the place didn't disappoint.
This is actually the second time we're going here, but I did not expect to be recognized by the waiting staff. They remembered me, said hi and made sure that we were comfortable.
We were a group of three so we chose a comfy table to be seated at.
Ordered The Mighty Mini Sliders(Chicken), the Chicken Cheese Balls And for the mains a Chicken BBQ pizza and a side order of fries.
Food was served quickly and each dish was better than the last.
For dessert we ordered Forbidden Chocolate Cake dessert which was so filling and sweet. Loved the whipped cream on top of it and the cake too. It was more than enough for us three and we struggled to finish it.
Anyways, a place I hope to visit again sometime soon. If not for anything else, but for that dessert.

This place has it's own charm. It looks like a fairytale. We tried the breakfast and we decided to order the bagel sandwiches.
The staff was really sweet as my friend couldn't eat bacon so they replaced it with mushrooms. The potato wedges are fresh and crispy.

True to its name, serendipity, was a place which I landed up unintentionally and it was surprisingly cool.
It's a family joint, where with your friends or cousins you would land up having loads of conversations as you continue munching on your tacos and pizzas glaring into the sumptuous desserts on the tables next to yours..
The desserts are mouthwatering and I would suggest eat little less of the main dishes and keep your tummy empty to gobble on the yummy calories filled with chocolate and cream.
The tab is fair for the quantity, the service is up to the cent. The decor is eclectic and I'm a fan, whose going to visit again.

Serendipity serves up some great portions or delicious food. I've yet to be disappointed by what I've tried. The servers are helpful and the ambience is beautiful. On to our order, we contemplated for a while about which nachos to order as appetizers and went with the cowards portion, for an appetizer that would be followed by mains, for 4 people it was superb quantity. If I had to be critical I would say the meat and chicken could've been a little more generous but other than that BEST. NACHOS. EVER. The Buffalo chicken burger is one of the crispiest Buffalo burgers out there, if you're craving a good, crunchy, juicy burger then this ones for you. We also ordered the foot long hot dog in the Texas style and it was great too. Overall everything we got was delicious and I had no significant complaints. Will surely visit again!

I have tried the city walk branch for the first time as i am used to the DFC branch. The food was amazing as usual, great atmosphere.
What i wanted to highlight was the professional service and treatment that we have received from a guy there called Loukman. Unfortunately i had a throat infection, and when he realized the difficulty i was facing in swallowing my food, he brought me ginger,lemon and honey hot drink without me asking, and he told me drink it and your pain will be relieved. I have never seen such a professional and caring staff. Congrats for the great job done. I will definitely come again and again.
Dined in for their salads! I always like the freshness of their greens and the tangy mustard dressing is yum! Although they are famous with their frozen hot chocolate. And every time i visit Serendipity3, i always get intimadated to order this dessert. Hopefully next time i will drop by just for desserts and not get trapped with the salad again.
My friend on the other hand, ordered chicken burger which is equally good.

Update: i had an allergic reaction from the Quinoa salad and apparently they put tomatoes in it.. its not even mentioned on the menu. Huge disappointment from the restaurant

Serendipity 3 is ❤️. All I could say is i love the food and ambience. My fave are their hotdog sandwich and banana split sundae. Remembering my younger years back then when I craved for sundae and hotdogs.

Good resturant and the place is designed perfectly so you can enjoy it. There are several type of dishes you can try and drinks are fine. The service is fast and good. Maybe the only problem is the price in some kind of food.
