This place is best for Barbeque
Mouth watering dishes
Comfortable, affordable and tasty! We had a great time there, ordered a few items from the menu. They gave us complimentary access to the soup and sauce counters of the buffet. The staff is very polite and welcoming. I will surely go back to try their buffet.
The people here are very friendly. I immediately felt welcomed. Food was okay. Theres not a big menu to choose from. I came for a la carte however i heard its the buffet that people come for. Please take note that women should wear scarf and also they dont accept debit or credit cards. Still i shall come back to try their buffet.
The most authentic Iranian foods are there.Delicious foods with calm environment.clean and friendly . Their buffet is the best👌
We have been contemplating on visiting this outlet and finally we did today. The buffet is an extensive sumptuous offer of real authentic Iranian cuisine. The colors, texture and aroma of spices and flavors was just amazingly combined in the dishes. Fantastic kebabs and grill items, meat, fish and chicken dishes, great range of soups and salads. However we felt that the desserts section is not given the same attention as the main course as there were only 2 items...Value for money with a quick and efficient service team, will definitely be going back for more Iranian Flavours 👌👏👍🙏
quiet and imposing looking place. food serving portions are good. kabab was unusual with onion and spices and tasted really good with their bread. some items are a bit over priced. the sad part is that they have very unfriendly staff!!!!!!! no cheer, no smiles nothing.. :(
tried dinner, maybe lunch would have been a better option with the choice of eating outdoors.
food wise, the place does have dishes that are definitely worth a try. haven't tried their buffet.
Great taste of food. Quite reasonable. The buffet is great with a great variety of persian food. The meat was delicious. Service is fast and the staffs are skilled. I’ve tried the Ramadan Buffet as well and highly recommend it.
Great ambient inside and outside ... open public and have great varieties of A la Carte. Thursday- Sat buffet also amazing. Small play ground for kids and lovely garden outside makes it a perfect family dinning place.
When the place is spec clean, wonderful service and super delicious food, you’ve got to rate it a 5. The soup, the med salads, yogurt in 4 ways, chelo kebabs, the dessert...... it’s a bliss. You will have to book a table on Fridays ... rest of the days, walk in for a great soup and salad buffet... love this place.
100% Authentic
Surprised how the food is super great with super value !
This place serve buffet on Friday and Saturday
And it’s worth a visit , very busy and require reservation however you can be accommodated very quick
The service is very good and the waiters very pleasant ,
The buffet has limited variety with high quality specially the kebabs and the grill,
Salads and desserts, soup and fresh bread selection
Well recommend
Price is low as 68/-aed per person
Water is complementary
You will definitely enjoy
Must visit again and again ,
The place offers buffet on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Also has al a carte. The food has a decent selection with delicious kababs along with other Iranian dishes. Has a area with swings for kids. The staff is exceptionally polite and competent. Will defend go again.
baghali polo ba mahiche was so so delicious 👌every dish you order comes along with soup and salad and bread(taftoon daagh) for free .
we tried soltani and bakhtiari, they were also good
The food was good. Lot of Special iranian dishes with it authentic tastes. Especially the lamp variety. Deserts are bit less but those is really good. Ambience service taste neatness is recommended. Try to get a table near by the window as there is like a small courtyard.
The restaurant was one of my best and favorite restaurant in town, but now a days the quality is not good and the the premiseS is also very old , needs to be rebuild and decorated
The food is great the place is perfect even the service is great. I liked everything in this restaurant it's a best place for friends and families and 2 husband and wife. They open classic songs and it's comfortable.
I loved the location and the ambiance of this restaurant, the food was average, but their service balanced the rest, would i go here again yes if i get visitors.
Good food quality. It's the kind of place where you go for the food quality and not the ambiance. The koubideh is really good, even their to go service is good.
After my last visit, i did not recommend any one there(that was last Ramadan),
But last wk i was forced to invite some friends there,i was really shocked,
I tried Haleem,ash,kabab masti,&akbar jojeh,it was excellent,specially the haleem,
and the price was very good.
The only problem's
1-Poor dessert
2-There was only one buffet and it was overloaded with people,
Decent selection of Iranian food at a good value. I had visited this place 20 years ago and believe the buffet was much better. Happy to see that it's still open.

Yesterday by browsing at zomato and i came through this iranian club restaurant on zomato thought to give it a try as i was searching for iranian buffet restaurant. I reached there at 2 and found this restaurant to be huge and also its an old restaurant which i have never heard about before but now thanks to zomato. Now coming to the food this restaurant have a large buffet and price is also reasonable 93 for buffet per person including water and soft drinks. The Food is very yummy i would recommend the Kebabs and Fried chicken wings. The place is not very veg friendly. The food is woow almost every dish is very nice. The only Missing part is the Dessert section where they have very less variety of Desserts only 4. The Reason i am not giving you 5 star is only because of the Dessert section which you needs to improve on. Rest i will Highly recomend this restaurant for iranian food lovers.
It is the most peaceful place to have persian cuisine with your family.... be it salad or kababs or grilled food or coffee... everything is perfect
Shabina Afzal / Shabosphere
+3.5
This was one of the famous Iranian joints since my schools days and we used to go there quite frequently . A club and that has restaurant inside the club . A normal decent ambience , nothing fancy . Good service and good food. My personal Favourite is chalo kabaab . We have had their Iftar buffet which is a value for money . Their sea food is also yummy specially the grilled prawns with very mild marination it gives the entire juiciness and taste of tiger prawns .Dont miss their Iranian tea .
Great place to indulge your taste in Iranian Cusine with the best grills and chicken which has rich flavours .Love their Joojoh Mast Kebab (Chicken Kebab) served with iranian rice
Its a perfect combination and you definitely can't afford to miss it.
Definitely recommend 👍
We went for dinner at the restaurant there based on the recommendation of my husband's colleague. There is parking inside the club... Upon entering it was written that women should wear a veil... On enquiring they said it's not mandatory but since it was Ramadan and I was wearing a duppata I thought it best to cover my head. Coming to the highlights....we ordered mix grill for 2 which came with complimentary bread and hammous.... It was too good...it genuinely had a homely taste to it...we also had the Iranian tea...which was again so good that I ended up having 3 cups...overall...really good place...good ambience... Had a play area for kids...must try for all the kebab foodies our there.
I was very pleased with the Iranian Club. My work colleagues and I chose to eat here one weekday lunchtime, and we were all very impressed and decided to eat there more often. It was very quiet, the staff were very attentive and the food was good and reasonable value. We ordered mixed grill to share, and there was more than we could eat. There was also a salad buffet and we were served bread & hummus to start. I also had Iranian tea which was served in a teapot, with live flame and a sugar stick - a nice touch.
We were seated at a table looking onto the beautiful garden and ponds which more than made up for the lack of ambience (due to the restaurant being so large but very quiet at midweek lunchtime).
The staff were friendly and advised that Thursday lunch was popular as they had a full buffet then. Be aware that women must wear a headscarf at this restaurant.
I will be returning to this restaurant.
Their buffet is a great combo of Iranian cuisine with traditional flavors at a great price . The restaurant itself is nothing fancy but the food will make you go back. Give it a try !
Iranian food in my opinion is hard to get wrong. What is important for an Iranian restaurant is to get the ambience and atmosphere right.
The Iranian Club Friday buffet does just that. A busy family atmosphere that's fum, lively and energetic. These kind of experiences are where memories are made that last for a very long time.
The food is great too which helps.
I have eaten at this restaurant many times over the last 15 years. Have tried several other Iranian places, but this still stands as my favourite! The food is authentic, fresh and tastes just as Iranian food should. The weekend and ramadhan buffets are great, as they offer a wide variety of soups, salads and mains.
It offers a quiet and relaxed environment, with a newly renovated children's play area, so is perfect for a long, drawn out family meal.
Coming from a Persian background I know exactly how the food should taste. And Therefore I must say that Iranian Club was spot on! From their kebobs to zerisht polo, it all was absolutely scrumptious. Starting off with their very famous Aash, which I must say was ideal- as it was full of flavour, with different textures and elements. Theirs meat being seasoned to perfection, their rice cooked to an el Dante consistency, their prawns being juicy and tender, and finally - of course, the doug cooling the palette in every sip, helped bring together the whole meal. By far my favourite Persian restaurant in Dubai. Fairy priced, with friendly staff, the atmosphere makes you feel at home.
I finally tried the Iranian Club. The wife and I went for lunch. The interior looks like it's been around for a while, but it's very nice and tidy. The staff could be a bit more cheerful, but they took good care of us.
We ordered entrees, but the salad bar was fantastic and worth the trip alone. We ordered grilled prawns and a kebab dish (I can't remember which one). Both hit the spot and I would recommend them. The salad bar though, everything was fresh. I had probably the best beets I've ever tasted. I don't know what they did to them, but they didn't taste like dirt at all. I would go back just for the salads. You could get pretty full and be very satisfied with the salad bar spread. The desserts were average, but by that time I was already full.
Try the Iranian Club, the food will make you happy.
I visited one time during ramadan and it was the usual ordinary Iranian buffet , food was good . Place full of kids and families , prices is acceptable
The Iranian Club is revered by much of the older, original Iran Community (those who moved to Dubai before the first real estate boom) and many of the Iranian Deira-based businessmen, traders and merchants as the single best place for Iranian Food outside Iran. This might have been true before the likes of Abshar got their act together or Niloo joined the scene because whilst the Iranian Club certainly offers a decent spread, highlighted by its renowned Friday lunch buffet, it is does not offer anywhere close to the best Iranian food in Dubai. What is does offer is a colourful, flavoursome spectrum of popular Iranian cuisine, most notably some of the more famous starters, kebabs and khoreshts. And it does them as well as can be expected for an establishment which has been making the same dishes, day in and day out – without change, since it opened its doors to the public several decades ago. The Iranian Club also offers a glimpse into post-revolutionary Iran – unlike Iran Zamin, Sadaf, Abshar and the other Iranian restaurants in Dubai which are privately owned, the Iranian Club is owned and managed by the Iranian Government. Women, for example, are obliged to wear a head scarf and observe a more modest dress code – appealing to some, appalling to others. Service, whilst sometimes unshaven and slightly scruffy, is very friendly and obliging. All in all, the Iranian Club is a well-established reference point for a good Iranian meal but personally, I would take Abshar over the Iranian Club any day.
If you are looking for a good place and excellent services, you can go to Iranian Club Dubai. My family and I usually go to Iranian Club for lunch. It's located in heart of Dubai with ample parking inside and around. You can get all the Iranian Delicious foods cooked with the really fresh materials. If you want be sure that you have a table on Thursday and Friday, you should reserve it. also they have a beautiful outdoor seating facing the fountain and garden.
And a good news for parents. The have two kids play areas, Indoor and Outdoors.
Went with a bunch of friends on Friday and tried thsir a la carte menu for the first time..
They also have am option for a buffet which I have had earlier but wasn't a very big fan of. I would rate the buffet a 3.25 but the a la carte is a 4.5..
Their kebab kubeidah is to die for, juicy tender n bursting with flavour.
The service is absolutely magnificent ... The waiter gave us free hummus, free desserts and was the kindest person.. it's a must visit. But just fyi women coming here are asked to wear a veil over their head, not a big deal to most but if someone takes offense to that then maybe you should try another place
