I’ve just had an amazing customer experience with Charley’s. Not only that i love their food, but people who helped me to get the best possible service, from the phone operator to the delivery were very polite, friendly and helpful. This is what makes the difference. Can’t wait to crave Philly Steaks again. Keep up the good work:)
My office is in JLT and the food was delivered in approx. 15 minutes and was nice, hot and awesome. Very courteous delivery person. Charley's is going above and beyond!

My Kids loved the fries especially. Topped with cheese and bacons. Sandwiches that are made live are so interesting. I wish there is an option to put 10 Stars here.

My order reached after an hour and a half; the food was cold; the box was open; and it looked like someone messed with the sandwich!!

The bowl of fruits and cheetos in the pciture are not from the restaurant so try to ignore them. The sandwich was amazing, and so were the fries. They need a new idea to serve their drinks when delivered because evem when wrapped it still spilled.

Pretty decent place and the food at many places in Dubai is fab n expensive. This was 1 such place, however, the bread wasn't soft. The meat is super good and satisfies ur tummy.
Visited this outlet for lunch. Ordered for the Turkey cheddar melt Sandwich and blueberry lemonade, it was my first time at this outlet of Charley's Philly Steaks. All were freshly prepared and served quickly. Turkey cheddar melt was really good and the strawberry Lemonade was refreshing. I absolutely loved it .If you want a quick lunch you can go and try Charley's.
Ordered online for my lunch. I ordered the chicken teriyaki. I love charleys since before but this time I think the quality of food they are serving is totally different now. Delivery is ok. Late for 2 minutes but that is not the big deal.
Simple, fresh, and tasty, if you want to have a decent philly, soft bun, filling can be little bit more. Fries with cheese and bacon deserve a try.

They have the best sandwiches with reasonable price. Mostly restaurants in Dubai they charge very high prices for quality food but this place the best for the best price.
The team follows instructions and the food seems fresh and tasty. Their lemonade is quite nice as well. Is a great place for a delicious Philly cheese steak sandwich.

Not sure about the bad reviews...I see potential for this type of food to be bad if the delivery takes awhile. That said, mine was delivered shockingly fast, was hot, bread wasn’t soggy at all, all notes were followed well.
