Lovely packaging, both the bag en cupcake box is so cute will make a nice gift. The cupcakes were great, the red velvet our favourite with moist cake and the sourness from the cream cheese frosting just right, we also tasted the salted caramel and blueberry which was good too.
To celebrate a special occasion at office, we had ordered different types of cupcakes for the entire office. Couldn't taste all the cupcakes, but from what I heard from colleagues and the ones I tried, they tasted as delicious as they looked. Every cupcake was clearly treated with care giving attention to the tiny details. Absolutely loved everything about it.
My friend bought me some of these for my birthday. Nice cute mix of cupcakes that tasted good and felt freshly baked. I would definitely come here again.
Gorgeous cupcakes delivered fresh and beautifully decorated. The cupcakes were moist and light with the perfect level of sweetness to them - not overly sickly sweet as can so often be the case. The Nutella pistachio was a wonderful combination and a surprise hit with my fussy children who are traditionalists when it come to cake :-)

Wow... what an awesome place... what a delicious cakes. Today I brought two boxes of Tiny cupcakes from Lola’s Dubai Mall outlet. We were blown away by the amazing quality and awesomeness of the cup cakes. Each of the 8 varieties of the cakes ordered is simply outstanding.
Once I contacted them for order, the process is very smooth. We could finalize the order via WhatsApp and confirmation was sent to me.
The taste was really out of the world. Everything is spectacular. My family loved every bit of them. My favorites were RED VELVET, BLUEBERRY, PISTACHIO n HAZELNUT....

Let me tell u firstly how blown away i was w the level of professionalism: o m g. We are talking 5star customer service. I was able to place my order via whats app; choose an assortment of flavors and have all my specifications met- without leaving my home. In dubai- this is pretty darn impressive! We were looking to try a new cupcake place as we allllways go to the same place. There
were heaps of flavors, including gluten free and sugar free options. I loved that all flavors were available in standard size, as well as ‘kid’ size. This was great as I find the standard cupcake can sometimes be a bit much for younger kids.
I personally tried red velvet and salted caramel: both were spot on as far as flavor, but the cake part was a bit dry, and hence a star deduction. I will def go here again and again- simply because the staff made it so easy to place my order. Really big kudos and thumbs up to the amazing team- they have won a customer for life!
Got some of their cupcakes for a birthday. tried many of their flavors, and most were really rich and delicious. staff were also really nice and helpful. its a little pricey but would go for them any day over regular cake. will definitley order from them again!
Had seen people checking in on Facebook, based on this paid a visit to try the cupcakes, the cupcakes looked good and decided to try two mini cupcakes..the.pricing was high compared to other outlets..the taste was good of the dark chocolate cupcake and hazelnut cupcake.
This rating is based solely on their Cakeshake priced at AED 28, around 5 dirhams higher than regular milkshakes. However, what's different about this is that it marries ice cream and cake in the most decadent manner giving way to it's earthy, smooth cake-like texture. It's super filling and absolutely sinful! The best part is that you can choose from several cupcakes for deciding your Cakeshake flavor! I chose the Chocolate Heaven which comprises dark chocolate and is super rich!
Lola's is our go-to for cupcakes, especially the minis!, for occasions. Been getting our cupcakes and cakes here since last year and been very happy so far! New flavors added are also delicious but our favorite is their Red Velvet and Carrot cheesecakes!

We ordered the Hazelnut Chocolate and the Blueberry cupcake. The frosting is rich, delectable and the cake part is moist and very soft.
Sounds like the perfect cupcake yea ? It is.
They have a small and cute open seating area- with around 5-6 small round tables. The staff is extremely friendly and help you choose your cupcakes.

If you're at Dubai mall and craving cupcakes this is the best stop. Their cupcakes are freshly created and they have a wide range of flavors to choose from. My favorite are the red velvet and chocolate. Their quantity is quite decent for the price charged! Totally in love❤️❤️

I love Lola's Cupcakes. It's something different for a snack. The cupcakes are always fresh and delicious. They don't have that dry aftertaste some cupcakes do. I got a Americano coffee too which was nice and fresh! Cupcakes and coffee 💚 if they delivered I'd be in heaven

What we went for: Loads of cupcakes!
Ambience: Cute shop just outside Bloomingdales, Dubai mall on the 1st floor.
What we ordered: 72 cupcakes of all sizes and flavors
Price : Aed 348 with the aid of Hsbc entertainer voucher (50% discount)
Verdict: I was in love with the fact that I was getting all those cupcakes and all those flavors @ half the price.
My daughter was turning 4 and insisted on red velvet cupcakes for all her friends and teachers.
I felt like I had turned 4 again and wanted mini cupcakes for all my friends at work!
And then we wanted some for all of us at home.
So we ended up with 72 cupcakes and big grins till the realization of carrying the perfectly packed cup cakes with the 4 yr old in tow hit me!
Thankfully, the sales attendant did not give me more than a brief second to wallow in self-pity or horror and gallantly offered to carry all the bags all the way to the car! How sweet :)!
Would I return? Absolutely for any celebration to share some cute cupcake love especially if I have the entertainer vouchers! Oh is Valentine's Day around the corner now?;)

Decent cupcakes but I still prefer magnolias especially when you are in Dubai mall. Its not that its not good but its just that thrs a better option !!

This place has some of the best cupcakes in the UAE. Just one bite left me missing home and my friend's cupcakery because the icing, moist cake and flavorful concoctions taste just as good as hers. Thanks for taking me back to Texas with a single bite. I'll definitely return soon.
Was craving cupcakes and decided to try this place....it was so yummy..we tried their salted caramel and chocolate and it was excellent..loved their frosting...can't wait to go try their stuff

For all the Red Velvet Lovers this is the place where you will be able to find the best Red Velvet Milkshake . Every single sip was just amazing super thick and super rich in taste . Lola's is located next to reel cinemas in dubai mall and it's a small kiosk located in the centre . Staff is super friendly and the kiosk is been well presented . I would definelty love to visit again to try out there much hyped cup cakes 👍
Lola is my favorite cupcake shop in London. The look of the cupcake in Dubai was almost same but the taste was not same. But cupcakes are always attractive. A standart cupcake cost 15 aed.
The pistachio cupcakes are to die for!! (I'm a HUGE fan of pistachio.. Infact, pistachio makes anything tastes great! 😋💕)
Didn't try their coffee yet, but will surely do next time - Insha Allah 😊
Today tried the cupcakes at LOLA's and chose 2 to try from the menu options.
What I had:
- Hazelnut and Pistachio - which was my favourite from the other. This was creamy, perfect balance of sweetness plus nuts sprinkled on top. Loved the flavour of this one.
- Black bottom - this was presented with a Ferraro rocher chocolate topped on the cream. However this wasn't anything exceptional just a plain chocolate cupcake. Quite dry to the mouth too.
I would be back however to try the other options as well and the shakes too!
Check out the review of Lola's Cupcakes in the blog post below. Lola's cupcakes had a grand opening in the last week of December in Dubai Mall. Unfortunately, I had to miss it as I was traveling. So they invited me to visit them after I got back.
Having recently opened in the Dubai Mall and all decked out for their grand opening, I decided to try them out. Tried their mini cupcakes, loved their red velvet and vanilla cupcake - neither was too dry or sweet!
Ended up choosing a banoffee cupcake and a latte, the coffee here is really good not too strong and doesn't need the addition of sugar. The black tea is also fantastic best with a sweet cupcake.
I also tried their carrot cake cupcake which is so far the best carrot cake I've had. The hazelnut pistachio and blueberry cheesecake cupcakes are heavier than the others due to the buttercream. The special khabeesa cupcake which is Arabian inspired has a layer of khabeesa in-between the pistachio cake. and then finished with whipped cream and rose petals.
A great place to get cupcakes!!!
Would definitely recommend the blueberry and tiramisu cupcake. A little pricey, no seating area available so just takeaway your purchase.
Lola's cupcakes are said to be London's much loved cupcakes. They are handcrafted and moreover their designs are pretty distinct from the others.
This is the first branch opend in the UAE, near Reel Cinemas in Dubai Mall. They serve a variety of cupcakes, cakes and milkshakes. Currently, the christmas themed cupcakes & cakes are being served too. The standard cupcakes (regular size) are priced for 15 AED each and the personalised or themed cupcakes (regular size) for 20 AED each.
I tried their standard Black Forest and personalised (yoda face) Vanilla Cupcake. To be honest, the cupcakes didn't blow my mind. It was good but not the best i've had. The cake lacked moistness and was kinda dry. However, I liked the cream cheese frosting!
The staff seemed really sweet here. If only they could work on the cake and make it a little goey, I would like to come back to try the other flavours!

I am a big fan of cup cake....and Lola's cupcake gets a thumbs up when it comes to cup cakes...from taste to texture, to presentation, staff all perfectly baked..... The cup cakes are sinful temptations.... But Lola's is worth the sin and it's ok to give into temptation when it comes to cupcakes at Lola's... Loved the place, loved the cupcake... A must try 😘😘

Always passed by this small kiosk opposite to Reel Cinemas, sneaking careful glances at their sinfully delicious looking cupcakes but never having the guts to go forward and buy one. So one fine day, I mustered up and went to drown myself in calories. At first, my friend and I were thoroughly confused as to what to order since all of their cupcakes looked fantastic. In the end we took the Red Velvet Cupcake and the Chocolate-Vanilla Mixed one. The attendee was extremely friendly and helpful and I truly loved how the cupcakes were packed in those amazingly cute boxes. The place gets full points in their service, presentation and packaging. Now coming to the cupcakes - the Choco-Vanilla one was terrific, totally enjoyed the moist cake and rich icing, the cake literally melted in my mouth. The Red Velvet one was good too - moist with that terrific cream cheese topping. However, the Choco-Vanilla one was definitely the best as the experience was purely heavenly . Overall, if ever in the Reel Cinemas area looking for delicious cupcakes - this is definitely the place.

Double chocolate base decorated with Ferraro and Lindt white chocolate ball plus it had a filling of white Lindt chocolate inside as well.. Damn! It gave me a sugar boost.. It was ridiculously heavy. 😬✌🏽️ it had a similar taste to the "Hershey's cheesecake" from the Cheesecake Factory. 🍰
it took some time to finish it though 😅 but I did enjoy!
On the other hand the •Lemon• was less heavier it had a vanilla base with lemon icing. It tasted good.
I must say that each and every cupcake looked so pretty. The whole display was so appealing. The girl working there was very helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable as well! 👍🏽

Really nice when the cupcakes are cold, the toppings taste like ice cream but with a different temperature the aftertaste of the sugar will tend to be a bit harsh and overly dulcet. It's nice with hot coffee or tea but definitely without anymore sugar!
This is a cute little kiosk located right opposite the cinema. I tried their red velvet, oreo, strawberry and tiramisu mini cupcakes.
Kudos on the strategic location. I don't think any cupcake lover who goes to the movies will be able to resist this place.

Lola's Cupcakes from the UK has finally opened in Dubai Mall serving up really delicious treats and definitely standing tall with its competition. We just couldn't seem walk past, so we decided to tried out their Red Velvet Brownie for Dhs15 😍 It tasted as good as it looks! Thick fudgey rich chocolate brownie topped with a layer of cream cheese ☺️🙌🏻 A must-try for red velvet lovers 😁
