🔸️we had 1 Kg of Shish tawooq in a large plate .. we also ordered Arayes .. the Shish tawooq is perfect, juicy grilled well .. side dishes are good all the time .. but the Arayes wasn't good .. not filled well and smelly meat .. I couldn't eat one piece

🔸️لقد طلبنا كيلو شيش طاووق مشوي في صحن كبير مع السلطات الجانبية كما طلبنا طلب عرايس .. بالنسبة للشيش طاووق يستحق الدرجة الكاملة .. فتلك القطع مشوية بطريقة رائعة تبقيها طرية .. و بالنسبة للعرايس فللأسف لم تعجب أحد منا .. حشوتها قليلة و فيها زفارة لحم الضأن

Automatic is a family friendly restaurant with a bunch of branches all around Dubai. We tried the JBR branch this time because of its new location it’s more accessible now. And this branch has a fresh seafood bar.
My personal favorites here are the shawermas, their meat shawarmas are awesome. Today as featured we tried multiple items, including the mezze platter, chicken cream soup which was delicious, some Greek salad, while we waiting for our mixed grill platter we tried in both meat & seafood.
My personal preference is the meat, the kebabs were perfect.
Ended the meal with kunafe with cheese, & Turkish coffee.
Can’t wait to be back !

Being vegetarian I tried Falafels only
I would recommend to add some more veggie dishes.

My family and I visited this restaurant a few times. The food was amazing - authentic and delicious. The service was absolutely excellent - they went out of their way to make our experience the best possible. Definitely recommend. Like the place because it’s one of the oldest Lebanese eateries in town. Super convenient for us as we live close to it with plenty of quick eating options and family pack of grilled food available if you have guests over... flexible restaurant and place it is..
Talking about Automatic in Dubai only brings fond memories as I used to live here few years back and my fav restaurant was automatic.. The unforgettable shawarma 🥙, grilled sandwiches and delicious Lebanese food are my favourite..
Was a fan of their Khaleej centre outlet. This one was also great. Loved the shawarmas, especially the pickles. Something new i tried was the open shawarma, the one without the bread. Drool worthy. Do ask for extra helping of tahina or hummus if you want.
Their mezze platters are also amazing. Would have loved to try the kebabs also, but we were quite stuffed.
We order from them regularly at work and it is good. The big shawarma is quite an understatement as it is huge. delays in delivery can be an issue, but food is always good.
I haven’t tried yet their grill but I really love chicken shawarma and crispy fries, tried lentil soup and it’s also quite nice. Fine place for quick bite.
My type of place, loved the sitting area. You get a complete view of Jumeirah beach walk. Tried chicken wings and chicken shawarma which was really amazing. Must visit place

This is good shawarma. Surprisingly decent shawarma is hard to find in non street places. But you do good shawarma at good prices. Definitely coming back for more.
Super service, I got a call immediately I placed order via zomato from the restaurant to confirm my location and the staff was courteous enough to listen to what I was saying. The food also came much ahead than the time mentioned and the food quality was also awesome. The food ordered was dual meal (2 nos) with chicken and meat shawarma,lentil soup and dessert mouhallabiya ( via zomato treats). The food was fresh and tasty. Worth trying again n again.

You guys have always been my favourite! You guys are awesome with your delivery - always before time! For the last 2 years ! Today I had an issue with the quality of the shawarma and I mentioned it to zomato.
The rep immediately informed the restaurant and they called me. Inspite of my repeated confirmation that a replacement was not needed, the gentleman on the other side assured me that he will send me another shawarma to make amends with what has happened.
This restores my faith in customer service and the desire to improve hospitality at Automatic JBR. Thank you.

Even though delivery is always late yet it worth waiting for. Very generous portion and generous sides of hommos, garlic paste, pickles and more. The price is very fair for the quality and taste.
I have been to automatic zillions of times and have tasted almost every item on their menu so it's quite tuff for me to recommend a particular dish cz they serve every dish with love and quality . However I love Tabbouleh salad, hummus Shawarma, and mixed pastries. The staff is very polite and they take good care of your meal served.
One of the best and oldest Lebanese restaurants in town.. it is really good and tasty but i feel it is little pricy according to the quantity

You are hungry, you want arabic food, you care about the price more that you do about the location and the interior decoration - than Automatic at JBR is your place.
There is nothing much to say than "This place is a good alternative to any fast food".
The options on authentic arabic foods are endless. The quality is good. The taste is authentic. Prices are absolutely moderate and the service....hmm Don't expect any extra mile ;)
I wouldn't eat in, but definitely a good place to order from.
