My favorite place for bubble tea 🤤 I always go for the classic milk black tea with topiaco pearls. It’s good for take away, but not for dining in.
This restaurant became visible and famous in a short time. Very nice and cool purple color interiors sets the mood.
Tried their chocolate mousse with Passion fruit and peach smoothie. Could not decide which one was better as both were good. For a change try the Passion fruit QQ and u will not be disappointed.
I had been to Chatime once when they opened and I had not enjoyed the Bubble tea I had ordered. I was craving Milk Tea with bubbles so, I decided to give this place another try.
This time, I ordered the Karak Pearl Milk Tea with the Tapioca bubbles and I was very happy with the taste. I have been going back almost everyday to have a Milk Tea for the past week.
There were only two things I was quite disappointed with one being the fact that they do home delivery only until 5pm and the second being the fact that they have the Karak Milk tea only on weekends.
Other than this, I would definitely recommend this place as they are not as over priced as Bubbles and Boba in Dubai Mall.
The best bubble tea in Dubai. Pearl milk tea is my favorite . So amazing the taste. Staff are friendly. I will come back again to try the other favor.

The best place for bubble tea in town. Karak bubble tea is a bit too bitter for me though its the best selling one along with the pearl milk tea. Winter melon is my favourite and every sip is worth cherishing!
Good bubble tea place. Slightly expensive but they have their variety and do a decent job. Staff is welcoming, however delivery requires minimum 3-4 "chai's"
Zomato came to our rescue here, on searching for a tea venue around Karama. Its a nice and quaint little place in the by lanes of Karama, opposite the new Burjuman Centre.Décor was appealing - purple hues everywhere. It was a chai place with a difference but definitely came with a price. It was Dhs. 16 for the smaller version of the milk tea, it came with tapioca pearls. you would think it weird in the first place, but it had a good distinct taste to it.I ordered the mango green tea, it was surprisingly good, never would have otherwise understood the taste of mango in a green tea.This is not the place if you are looking for authentic cutting chai or your 1 dhs cafeteria masala chai.The staff are friendly. Will definitely visit with friends to try out their other stuff.
This was one of the best bubble teas I've had in a really long time! This peach bubble tea was extremely refreshing. It had just the right amount of jelly and tapioca pearls. The staff was humble and patient. Hospitality was on point, and the location of this place is also easily accessible. Due to all these features, this place gets a 5/5!
Happy to find another Asian tea shop in Dubai. Chatime is located just behind Ravi (across Burjuman Centre).
Love their iced milk tea. Reminds me of home. You can also choose different kinds of toppings such as tapioca pearls, jelly, red bean and pudding. As with other Taiwanese tea shops, you may modify your drink to your liking (less sweet, less ice, etc).
I just wish they will also serve chicken chops and fries Chatime offers in their Asia branches.
Wanted to try something different so we ordered mango green tea, passionfruit green tea and hawaaiin fruit tea. I loved the mango green tea its so refreshing tea and its also under the recommended list.

I first found out about Chatime when it was a big craze in Indonesia (and it still is. The line to get one is usually long) and I was incredibly happy when 1) I found one in Dubai 2) there was no line. No surprise this place is kinda empty because it's a little out of sight. I found this place whilst eating across the street. But nonetheless, I always order their pearl milk tea which never doubts me. Favorite boba place.
Their Red Bean Milk tea is simply the best. I favor their Megamall Sharjah branch though since the staff are more accomodating.
Previously, we often get there and the Pearls will not be available anymore, since we come around 9pm. But we've been advised by the staff to call ahead so they can reserve for us the pearl and that's how we did lately.
Thank you, Cha Time for opening branches here in UAE. One more thing I wont be missing from our home country!
Pearl milk tea is my favorite! I just love it so much! One small cup costs 18 aed, and already satisfying.
I found the place cozy, but the interior is nice. Staff are friendly.
I'm not sure that this is everybody's cup of tea. it wasn't mine, strangely the first time i tried their bubble tea, I think I was in Malaysia, and after a few cups of cold tea and tapioka ball crushing, I've become somewhat of an addict. The staff are friendly, and the pearl milk tea is the one you want to go for, they have about sixty two thousand flavours, don't go for like the seaweed in green tea combo, stick with what they are famous for, and who knows, you may find yourself preparing to brave the traffic after work just to head in to Karama!
'One of a kind' place would be the best way to describe this hidden treasure in Burdubai. Located in a very unassuming place, this offers a wide variety of a new concept for this part of the world. "Bubble tea" was strange concept to us but now we r a huge fan. Initially we were quite apprehensive to try out this beverage, but now it has become our family weekend routine. A must try!
The bubble smoothies here are amazing! Mostly every week we stop here to have a smoothie. The quantity of the bubbles more than other places. This place is recommended.
About 2 years ago, bubble tea was never heard of in Dubai. I was always craving for it. The nearest I could find was a tiny shop in International City which offers something a little similar to that.
Then another shop sprung up in Dubai Mall. I thought it's not that bad but still didn't come close to the authentic Taiwanese flavor.
So imagine my excitement when Chatime first opened up in Sharjah. I would really travel and brave the traffic just to get my milk tea! I would even order takeaways just for good measure.
I'm just glad that they decided to open up another branch in Karama. Pure bliss!

It surprises me that more people don't know about Chatime. The crappy location nestled between a subway and a subpar Filipino cafe does it no favours. They also have no advertising. I saw it passing by and the word chai caught my eye. The fact that it is an Asian tea/bubble tea place immediately attracted me - then I found out it was a chain. Even better - as this means they have proper ingredients to make their drinks.
I've been in here several times. My favourite menu item is the Tie Kuan Yin latte (cold). Let me preface this by saying I know my teas - I am a huge tea drinker and collector. I have over 50 kinds of tea at home and especially prefer the fragrant asian teas like Pu-Erh and Oolong. Tie Kuan Yin is a special kind of high mountain oolong and when it is of relatively good quality it has a fragrant floral yet musky/musty flavour. If you ever encounter this I recommend a try. The TKY Latte at Chatime has some of this quality - and when served mixed with milk, ice and sugar becomes an excellent and refreshing drink.
The drinks at Chatime are all pre made by the original owners in sachets. These sachets are then pressed into espresso moulds and extracted. The process of their making my drink was unique and interesting. You can see why Chatime has evolved into a global chain. However on my last visit they were out of milk. How can you be out of milk!?
Chatime is yet another of those great International brands brought to Dubai and then spoiled by lazy management and badly trained staff. But try it anyway, honestly if you're patient you won't regret it.
Priced similarly to other bubble tea concepts in Dubai, they have a great selection of both hot and cold beverages. The place itself is not the kinds where you'd like to sit down and chill out for sometime but I've always preferred my bubble tea take-out, so I don't know.
One thing I would mention is that I've been trying to reduce my sugar intake and the staff here were really helpful when I told them to make my Classic Milk and Boba tea with just a tenth of the sugar normally used.
However, their delivery system is quite slow. They take ages to take your order and deliver it. Occasionally they will quote a minimum order when they've delivered for less to the same address before, strangely. I hope they fix their delivery speed and efficiency. Aside of that, what's not to love about Bubble tea? :)
Have been there yesterday for a hot tea. But they didn't have hot tea of any kind. so ended up drinking matcha red bean milk cold tea. Its good. Hopefully I will have more tea over there

Ordered standard milk tea with pearl which was the signature of this Chatime. It tasted just like authentic Taiwanese pear milk tea. And really astonished to know there are so many franchises globally!

Really loved their Bubble Tea options and variety.
Tried their Milk Pearl Tea which is their best-selling and authentic item and also their Matcha one.
Staffs too were kind enough to advise us what to order.

The best pearl milk tea in the whole UAE! If only the place is a bit more decorated, it would have been an easy 5 star. But the milktea is so good it can speak for itself!
Also, Jun who served us, is very kind and courteous. We had a good talk and he gave us a lot of interesting ideas about Chatime products!
