All food which I tried there was incredible good. I had the country style sandwich with balsamic glazed pulled beef and horseradish dressing and organic sourdough and salad and carrot cake with #organic coffee for lunch.

Its really good that we can have good and healthy food in heart of #dubai .

We ordered delivery of milktea, for the very first time last week. The lady called me up to confirm on the details on my order and was super kind! The delivery guy was very polite and smiling as well, and to my surprise, there came a little dessert added to our order as a gift! The milktea tasted authentic, absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend and order again.

Most of their menu is based on salads or sandwiches. We opted for organic sprouted quinoa salad, pulled chicken sandwich, classic avocado toast. We absolutely loved and devoured the huge salad portion that came with lime and coriander dressing. My guest loved his pulled chicken sandwich as well. Our desserts were khasha cream & carrot cake. While we did not enjoy the khasha as none of us are buckwheat fans, we loved the healthy version of carrot cake and would mind going back for the same.

After doing various episodes of burgers, kebabas, fries, etc. we have actually put in a thought of finding and reviewing healthy options for you guys and for ourselves as well. Yes, we do care for you and we would highly recommend to do the unhealthy eating on weekends followed by workout and balance diet throughout the week.
Recently, while we were searching for healthy options “Healthy Little Secrets” popped-up at our radar and we decided to pay them a visit. They are located at business bay in One by Omniyat building. They do deliver and provide 10% discount at dine in only. It’s a small restaurant offering huge healthy secrets.
Born and brought up in Pakistan we never had any first-hand experience of eating healthy :P but since we have moved to Dubai we understood that we need to change our eating habits and workout more. Since we have been trying on healthy stuff Anum always loves to have something with Avacado and I prefer having fish, therefore, Anum got hass avocado your way sandwich with Anti-Oxidant salad and I has Smoked Salmon and cream cheese sandwich with leafy protein. Both of the sandwiches were really good and healthy.
Then I got to have the Chocolate Chai (I am kind of Chai ka CHarsy), it was a cold chocolate Chai Loose leaf bubble tea with tapioca pearls and Anum went for the Organic Pink Pitaya Breakfast Bowl which according to her was heaven and khallas I jumped into it and finished it all as it was really delicious and healthy too (this has been my practice to eat at least half of Anum’s meal off course after finishing my whole meal).
This breakfast bowl is a perfect healthy meal and would keep you running the whole day and I really suggest this for people working in Business bay or down town to at least try it once and I assure you won’t regret it.
After having Healthy little secrets we are actually considering to review at least 1 healthy restaurant a week because if you can have healthy food like Healthy Little Secrets without having to compromise on your taste buds then why not !
A hidden gem in Business Bay, Dubai that serves healthy yummy breakfast. We ordered the Passion Fruit Granola bowl and the organic Acai bowl - DELICIOUS AND SO FRESH.
We also had their gluten free toast with avocados and scrambled eggs which was so flavorful and light.
Highly recommended for a quick breakfast bite, coffee break or snack time :)
Healthy food now has an address in Dubai and its at Business Bay. With such amazing options to choose from Healthy little secrets makes for an apt choice to have a filling yet nutritious meal. We ordered for a granola bowl and were mind blown with the portion size, it was generous. Add to it, timely delivery and freshness remains intact too. The Organic Acai Granola Bowl is a hearty one and the nut butters present in them really do enhance the taste. If your looking for a meal in itself then this is a good option to choose from.

I love, love, love and recommend Healthy Little Secrets to everyone I know, especially to those who live in the vicinity of Business Bay Area and frequently order via ZOMATO. The cafe itself is super cosy and serves absolutely delicious healthy food. I have never eaten so many ripe, tasty avocados... not even to mention, the flavors of the salads ! Simply D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! 😍😍😍

The food here is organic, fresh and good size portions. I loved the avo toast with many different toppings - pulled balsamic beef, smoked salmon, egg. They have bubble tea and coffee with many milk options, almond, coconut and regular. The salad selection is good and it is big enough for a meal alone. It really is a healthy little secret! The seating is limited but is never too busy. Service is good. Overall loved everything went twice in 2 days!
Ordered the Brain fuel coffee and it was what I expected.
But they threw in a free gift and later called me to make sure that I was satisfied with the order.

I love bubble tea but there are not that many place that sells bubble tea in Dubai. It is nice to have bubble tea and other healthy option in one restaurant while others sell only bubble tea. These tapioca pearls are well prepared, it is so tasty.
Great and healthy organic food. Went with my friend Nick and thoroughly enjoyed. Must try for Indians as it tastes great and is full of flavor.

The portions were not small at all, you can barely manage to finish it. What is great is that everything is healthy, every thing there is organic.
When it comes to desserts, there is no sugar, nothing that can harm your health, everything it is carefully made in a way that your body can get its right nutrients. Taste is delicious!

I have ordered the country style protein (97% fat free smoked turkey breast) on organic country oat bread with a leafy protein side salad. I have asked the restaurant to add chilly pepper on both my sandwich and my side salad. The taste is just so delicious 😋 !!

This place never disappoints! salads are huge and leaves are dark and fresh, clearly not stingy with high quality ingredients like kale etc. Looking forward to seeing some more healthy desserts on the menu ;)
Love the pulled beef and avocado however today the recipe of the pulled beef was different.

Best Açaí Berry Bowl in Town. Love the healthy Avocado topped brown bread slices. Friendly staff who surprised me with a lovely Christmas gift. Coffee is great.
I've tried their pulled beef and pulled chicken sandwiches, and the Creamy Kasha. The food has been pretty spot-on so far. Delivery has been quite quick as well. Am looking forward to continuing to order from these guys, lots of other things on the menu look interesting!

This is my favorite place for a healthy lunch in business bay. Everything is so good. Especially the chunky Hass avocado sandwich. It's literally the reason why I got obsessed with avocados 🤦🏾♀️

This is a really strange menu. Eclectic comes to mind! The takeaway section doesn't say much about what you are getting so I plunged in and ordered a Large Lean Broccoli Salad and Turmeric Ice Tea. I was curious to see what would arrive. I actually wanted to order something else but that came with a choice of iced coffees - rather odd if you are choosing for dinner. While eating I perused the menu and discovered that it really does need to be re-worked. Take the Broccoli Salad I ordered: There is a Lean Broccoli Salad that costs Dhs 72 which you get to customise with a choice of oats, carrot cake or kasha. You need to refer to the main menu to figure out what is in the salad as the take-out menu just says "Lean Broccoli Salad". Then there is a Large Broccoli Salad that is actually cheaper but includes the ability to customise with an order of coffee or tea (they have an interesting selection of both). While that has beef, we find another "Non-veg Broccoli Salad" that only allows for the customisation of iced coffee's. All very bewildering and lord alone knows how the kitchen gets them right. The same holds true for other dishes that come in strange variations with odd customisations. I feel that they should just have one, with add-ons and customisations. For example I would like the ability to add an additional portion of the chosen protein (Beef in my case). But that's just me - inherently grumpy apparently! Oh one other thing - it would be great to be able to not have ice in 'iced' products like the tea I ordered.
Anyhow enough of the technicalities - how was the meal? Absolutely delicious! The inclusion of some cherry-tomatoes would have made it perfect. This really is a taste sensation - the inclusion of Wasabi does it for me. And the Turmeric Tea (I chose not to add a sweetener) is wonderful - what an extraordinary drink. My salad did not have any detectable dressing so I used a little olive oil and balsamic (and some ground pepper) but it stands on its own to be honest.
Money-wise this is not a cheap restaurant, but I felt that I was getting a well crafted healthy meal. Break the piggy-bank and treat yourself from time-to-time.
Tip: Add a little ground pepper to your meal if you order the Turmeric Tea - it aids the absorption of the very beneficial Curcumin.
Delicious and guilt free business lunch. The pulled beef is delicious and pickled ginger in the green leaves base adds a nice kick. Infused water comes in a cute glass mason jar and tastes refreshing.
My only suggestion would be to have non spicy sauce options as not everyone can have spicy items.
The restaurant provides a nice selection of healthy salads with reasonable portion sizes. I really enjoyed their bubble tea as well and would recommend people to try this place if they are conscious of their waistline. I'm glad I tried this place!

We were delighted with our food. Healthy and filling. The spicy protein salad is a stand out - the beef is mouth watering and the dressing packs a subtle punch - absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend!

Tucked away in Bbay one tower but the choices and portions. WOW. Taste and flavors are outstanding. And their portions are more than generous. Fresh avo just perfect with the salmon and harissa chicken. :):):):):):).

Ordered the Chunky Hass Avocado sandwich with the GLUTEN FREE bun option. Came with a delicious spicy side salad and the bun was lightly toasted. Really good avocado portion, not the symbolic smeared portion I got from other places when they advertise "avocado toast" lol.
All nicely packet and super fresh! No time for photo cause I was famished but will do next time cause there are so many other stuff on their menu I gotta try! Definitely recommend for clean food with no suspicious ingredients hehe
