I love their coffee and the friendliness of the staff always smiling! It's my go to coffee with their loyalty scheme and Amber card, perfect for coffee addicts like me! Their chicken avocado sandwich is yummy when you are in hurry! Some gluten free options available too!
Nero remains one of my favorite coffees and travel buddies. It keeps on reminding me of the nice time I spent abroad, traveling the world and enjoying my coffee. It is great to take a sip of memory from time to time!
The location was quite crowded but we were lucky to find 2 really comfortable seats. We used our entertainer deal to get 2 lotus frappe lattes. The frappe was great and I loved the level of lotus taste in the drink. The service here is much better than the dfc location and overall i enjoyed my experience at this branch of cafe nero. Will definitely be back again soon.

Craving for some really good coffee in Dubai then here is your rescuers. Head down to cafe Nero they serve the best coffees in town . Trying out their fresh club sandwiches Stuffed with egg and turkey . . Time well spent with really good coffee and sandwiches. It’s a must try out in there .
Amazing service. Polite and fast, even for a cafe. Great tasting sandwiches and coffee, fantastic desserts. However it being in the mall, a tad bit noisy and the music just added to the noise.

I like hot latte here - you can feel coffee and not just milk like most other places in town. We tried minced pie bar with marzepan and almond - it sweet and nicely compliments non-sweet coffee. Recommended.
Second time to try Caffe Nero but first time in this branch. We ordered 1 White chocolate mocha without foam, 1 hot Salted Caramel (i forgot the whole name of it) and a Chocolate ganache for my kid. We played board games while enjoying our cup of coffee. We will definitely come back.
My wife and I went into Cafe Nero to have one of their amazing hot chocolates. We were greeted by Paul who not only made us laugh but made us feel welcome and special. When we told him we wanted hot chocolates, he asked if we would be interested in trying one of the new hot chocolate flavours. We chose to try the salted caramel flavour. Not only was this simply delicious but Pauls enthusiasm and humorous nature made the experience a whole lot more enjoyable. Because of Pauls friendly demeanor, my wife and I will be returning to Cafe Nero at Mirdif City Centre again, thank you Paul!

Staff were polite and prepared my order correctly.

I visited Caffè Nero at The Outlet Village. The heady aroma of coffee is hard to miss as you walk past this cafe. So in between the relentless shopping which is inevitable because of the awesome deals of Dubai Summer Surprises, this is the perfect stop to recharge your batteries.
Their coffee is perfect. Pair it with a decadent caramel, blueberry muffin, an apple walnut bread slice, a carrot cake, caramel shortcake, croissant or their multigrain wraps, you will be spoilt for choice. In fact their choice of food can cater to any palette be it vegetarian,vegan,gluten free,nut free or dairy free.
The interiors have an Italian feel and their is plenty outdoor seating as well. Just what you need in between your shop till you drop trip to the mall.

U can’t go wrong with a good cup of americano at Cafe Nero. In London, I was at a Nero every morning. Their chicken avacado and basil sandwich is the best. Nice place and open during Ramadan.
Tried this cute little cafe at the corner at mirdif city center. They have ample seating, cozy and asthetic interiors, and the most amazing baristas.Used the entertainer and tried the Date Frappe and the caramel frappe (priced at aed 30 for two) along with a slice of their chocolate ganache cake (aed 23). The date frappe was divine, the caramel one was quite the regular. Their chocolate cake was to die for, amazing melt in your mouth goodness. Overall, a nice place to catch up or wind up with a good cuppa, moderately priced and good service.
Tried it a couple of times. Nice and chilled out.
Pretty good hot coffee drinks and also cold coffee drinks.
To be honest, I would choose it over Starbcks everytime.

Although it is another coffee shop. However those guys have a wonderful location with an amazing interior as well as beautiful seating area just in front of the cinema.
You always chill there, especially when you want to enjoy a cup of good coffee while waiting the time to your movie.
I personally wanted to rate this coffee shop 6/5 :-) because of one barista there. This guy has a genuine personality and a build-in sense of humor; I really don’t know his name, I never asked, but he always makes me laugh... seriously laugh.
His jokes although silly sometimes, but it is real.
This guy is an example that products can be purchased from anywhere, however hospitality should be felt.
Thanks man for making my time always enjoyable there.

I am a writer and all I need is to have some sort of ‘alone time’. Cafe Nero is the best place to sit, sip, write, and read a book of your choice from the book shelves they have.
The quantity was quite less for their small portions as compared to other cafes!
The white chocolate mocha is to die for! I had the hot version and it was super creamy and tasty! I love their seating area at MCC, it's very cozy though it gets quite hot after a while.

Caffe Nero serves amazing hot chocolate! They're so creamy and chocolatey. It's a cozy space to just hang out. Love the service. They have quite reasonable prices.
Had one of the business meetings here and this time I tried iced latte with caramel and their mini cup cakes which were lemon and orange flavored . Iced latte with caramel was amazing and the cup cakes were good .

They have the most amazing croissant .. it was so yummy .. will go def for more!! The coffee here is also awesome ... ! The Chicken grilled with pesto was so yummy.. it was fulfilling and tasty! A good place to just hang out and feel refreshed. Would definitely come back here !
The coffee here is pretty average (I find it slightly too bitter) and I prefer the sandwiches and treats at Starbucks but I always end up coming back here simply because of the atmosphere. No matter how crowded MCC gets this cafe provides an oasis of relative calm and quiet any time of the day. The customers here are sophisticated enough to understand what conversational tone means and there are almost never any children running around. A good place to get some work done while having coffee.
Top picks to order: Latte + Cheese bread (newly bake, as in sizzling hot when served) + Cheese cake. Ambiance is pretty nice. Good place to meet up potential clients. Lots of charging areas and offers free wifi as well.
On our recent visit to MCC. I decided to try a new café for a change and I picked Nero. Me and my friends love love love the Mocha at Caribou whether it be hot/iced. I ordered the Mocha Frappé hoping it tops the list. And guess what? IT DID! It was so frikkin DELICIOUS. I had two of those all by myself. I prefer ordering it without the whipped cream on top cuz the drink gets 10x sweeter than it was.

I liked their latte chai. The location is very convenient if you have movie plans. Its spacious and has good seating arrangement. Staff is cooperative.
What differentiates Nero is the variety and some healthy options ... also relaxing and the coffee mixes are great... relaxing nice space.. good and welcoming staff.. recommended .

One of my favorite coffee shops, my regular order is cafe latte, this time I decided to try their white chocolate mocha, it was good and not too sweet. My husband ordered cappuccino, it was perfect. The tiramisu was fluffy, light and tasty.
Mt friend taught me what a real coffee is at Cafe Nero. Black coffee with Chocolate and there you go . I was not hoping to drink it all but I did with pleasure in the end . The thing is , its one of the places where you feel good sitting .

Sicilian Lemon Cheese cake and newly introduced festive fruit cake. Cheese cake was introduced to me few years back and since then I don't usually miss a chance to grab a few bites and the same allurement caused me to opt for this lemon cheese cake here which turned out to be not a happy encounter. It seems to me unnecessarily heavy and little dumb in taste. For a cross reference, the same feedback I received from my counterpart as well. What actually made my breakfast refreshing was the fruitcake. Very nice, mild in sweet, light in texture, and indulgence of nuts made it assimiliated to my taste.
It's also worth mentioning here is that the staff here is very well behaved and their smily greetings really made my visit a refreshing one.
It is a very nice place with nice seatings. Hot chocolate and tiramisu cake is amazing. It's worth visiting it after lunch or in your breaks.
I am a fan of Caffè Nero so it does get a preferential rating from me but on a more serious not Le it is the best caffe chain I can find in Dubai. Would always pick this place for the coffee.

Cafe Neru serves the best Americano in town.
Since I take my coffee very seriously but I have it plain no milk no sugar my options are limited because it might be hard to believe but finding a good black coffee can be tough around Mirdif.
Neru's staff is welcoming and has good knowledge of the menu.
Great coffee, really nice flourless chocolate cake, and super service. This place makes you feel good. Nice decor and right across from Vox cinema. Too bad it's not at the other end of the mall by Carrefour, or I'd stop by more often.
My favourite coffee shop in MC, I go once again not just because the coffee is great but because I always feel welcomed and feel the loyalty lies with the Nero gang. Nero's coffee definitely triumphs Starbucks coffee which is located near to next door.

Located in a nice location in the mall this outlet has a comfortable feel to it. A well laid out seating arrangement consisting of comfortable sofas and overstuffed chairs it sure is a cool space to rejuvenate between spells of shopping or just hang out with friends when you are done shopping for the day.
The baristas are all very cheerful and efficient making ordering so much fun.
The house coffee blend is somewhat milder than the one used by their pear , Starbucks , but the mellowed flavor also hits the spot right. The consistent high quality of there baked goods across the country lines is making this chain one of my all time global favorites.
An interesting bit of coincidence , day before when I started my journey to Dubai from Birmingham international Airport I had a Large Americano , a large Latte and a slice of carrot cake from the Cafe Nero outlet there and had paid pound sterling 7.20 ( equal to app 40 Dihrams ) and today , less than 48 hours later , I repeated the same order at this outlet paying 54 Dihrams , funny , one would have expected UK to be more expensive than UAE , however in reality Dubai turned out to be 35% more expensive ????. But in all fairness the carrot cake in Dubai was a much bigger serving than its counterpart in Birmingham..
If I am around there anytime soon am certainly going back and would certainly recommend this place over its peers at the mall. Starbucks included.

Caffe Nero is a nice place to hangout, especially for breakfast. The chairs are super comfortable and the service is great. I had the Espresso Machiatto and the Tomato and Cheese stuffed croissant. I love croissants that are freshly made, all warm and crunchy like how the French do it.
A place that serves great coffee blends and fresh pastry will always have my support and service :)
