من أجمل المطاعم في ياس مول ويستحق الزيارة بالفعل، كل طبق له طعم آخر. 😍 الأكلات يابانيه ولكن بشكل متطور وبشكل مختلف ولذيذ جداً، الخدمة ممتازه وسريعه.😍👏 واجواء المطعم جميلة وكأنه ليس في مركز تجاري. المطعم مب رخيص، يعتبر غالي ولكن يستحق التجربه 👏 Amazing Japanese restaurant that have different taste, and clever ideas for make new dishes and still have Japanese DNA 👏😍 Amazing place, food and must to try, but it is not cheap. The palce is really good that when you set inside you feel like you are not inside mall.

Had dinner here last night. Employees had a warm welcome right at the entrance and ushered us to our table. Good start. We ordered Shoyu Ramen, Seafood Yakisoba, and Katsuya Crush and plain Sprite. The food was very average tasting, if not bad. The ramen was not remarkable, I feel like I can make one better tasting at home. The Seafood Yakisoba was a mixture of bland, too salty and bitter... more of bitter though, like the food was overcooked or something. The mussels in it were maybe overcooked or maybe it wasn't fresh because all I could taste was the bitterness in my mouth. Stuffed calamari was bland, as well as the shrimps that I had to abuse the soy sauce just for it to have some sort of flavor. The drinks were overpriced as well, I think that was 20 just for a glass of softdrink, and the bottled water was just as overpriced. I wouldn't have minded paying much for remarkable and delicious food that I enjoy. 😔 Overall, we did not enjoy our food and I felt that it was a waste of money. Wouldn't go back there again. But kudos to the staffs who have provided us excellent service.

We ordered 4 items in total. Food was delish. However, too pricey. We were pretty impressed with the level of service provided by Ms. Noreen B from the start until the end of our meal. She tailored our food requests according to my brothers need since he is allergic to sea food. With regards to the food I would give the overall dishes a 4.0 out of 5. Presentation - 4.0 out of 5; Price - 5/5. We ordered the Peach and Passion fruit juice (pretty refreshing with its burst of exotic flavors), Crispy Duck Fried Rice (I can still taste it), Salmon Lemon Sushi and Beef Yakisoba (Noodles). Too pricey for the amount/portion they'd serve which I would stress on. I definitely recommend this place for a date or a special dinner night. The ambiance was warm and welcoming.

Perfect location, great service but very mediocre food for the kind of hype they come with! Went to Katsuya after my cousin couldnt stop raving about it. But i wonder what went wrong, certainly not the order coz they were the most highly recommended ones. The crispy corn sushi and the caravan rolls were on top of everyones list and they failed to impress us at all. The temp of the food was neither cold nor hot so the sushis tasted bland and in between. We finished off with the ramen which then completely ruined the whole experience 🙁

Severely overpriced food. Unremarkable taste. A rating that is way too high (almost unbelievably high). Food for 2 kids and 2 adults was almost AED 700. Wouldn’t have minded if it was a fantastic meal but really it was quite average. We eat at Zuma for less than that. Rainbow roll, black cod and beef ribs were all very average tasting. The edamame and Brussels sprouts were the best dishes believe it or not. Would not recommend.

As soon as you come in you get welcomed by the whole staff and you’re taken to extremely comfortable chairs, the waiter/waitress (in my case, it was Paula) then gets you steamed towels to sanitize your hands before a meal and has a lemon-type smell. The ambience is extremely comfortable and the general atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. The dim lights compliment this. The food tastes extravagant and extremely flavorful, perfectly seasoned and as a frequent visitor I’d definitely recommend the Mushroom Hot Pot, good for multiple guests and tastes authentic and fresh, the mushrooms dont have that “watery” taste and overall its filling. Prices are a bit expensive but thats expected from a fine-dining restaurant. Definitely recommend to anyone whos visiting Abu Dhabi and wants an unforgettable meal.

I tried the Katsuya Ceviche and it was the best thing I ever tasted. All the fish was absolutely fresh and dressed to perfection. I also tried the Chicken Karaage another great dish. Their Wagyu Ribeye was the most tender meat I ever tasted in the UAE. The Shrimp Tabanyaki was wonderful with all the mushroom. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who asks. It may be on the higher price side but it is completely worth it 10/10

Normally when I put reviews I describe, but this time all the food was super yummy, cannot even describe how tasty it was, really can’t fault any tiny thing related to the food! Perfect and very hard to find perfect food. Simply this is a must must must try place! Only 1 small issues, waiter at the begging was very nice, but at the end I don’t know why he was upset, and even when we requested for the towels at the end he brought it and put it just like that on the tables while at the beginning the way he brought it with sticks and he was much happier.

Great food, cooked to perfection. Visited on a Tuesday evening, yet there was still a great atmosphere with most of the seats filled. Ordered the following which was plenty to share for two: Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Yellowtail Sashmi with Jalapeño, Miso Marinated Black Cod and The Hollywood Sushi. I would love to come again

The best Japanese restaurant that we have visit in UAE! We ate chicken Teriyaki, freshly cooked and very tasty. The sushi was very nice as well. The staff, very polite and helpful! The manager even visit and talk with us, to ask how was the food, the service..We will definitely recommend this restaurant to all ! They deserve and more than 5 stars!

Husband and i purposely drove to Yas to try this restaurant. Receiving counter staff was hospitable. With a relax ambience if seated at the center area of the restaurant. But if you want to do people watching while dining, you can ask for seats at the outer part of the restaurant which we did. We ordered Shoyu Ramen, Crispy chicken salad and hollywood sushi. Food taste was average. A bit pricy vs its servings. The only legit in their ramen is the noodles and chicken char shiu. The soup and egg was poorly done. Crispy chicken was more of crispy thin croutons than of salad and chicken. The sushi was fine except that we had to asked for wasabi and ginger because it was not included before it was served. That was our first and probably our last.

First of all I liked the ambiance of the restaurant is great however you should go early because it’s quit small and gets crowded quickly. I went with my friend and it was our first time there, we asked for the menu and the server literally took his time explaining almost every single dish to her. He was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the chicken salad which was amazing ! We also had the mushroom pob rice and it’s the best I’ve ever had so far. I also ordered the baked crab hand roll and it was also very yummy.

A great new place with nice atmosphere. What’s better is the food, from those crispy brussel sprouts, crab salad, sushi rolls, sizzling bops! Highly recommended. Reminds me of the proper japanese outlets you’ll find in the hotels.

Lunch with my wife after a lot of walking and shopping. The drink I had was citrusy and had a fair amount of heat from the chili. It was really good. Lunch was spicy tuna roll, the Hollywood roll and a seafood yakisoba. The latter was very ramen noodle in flavor. The rolls were good.

The food here is good. Very tasty food indeed. The seafood yakisoba was delicious but the food in general portion size was not up to par to the incredibly overpriced menu. The price is really high. Food is good but not of the quantity you would expect for when you pay for it. I like the fact that the menu is decorated in highlighted layers to show their most selling but considering the fact that the menu I recieved looked like it was tattered I felt that they don't update their best selling food. I was shocked and kind of upset when I was being forced to give the zomato rating of five when the employee who was persuading me tried to tap on my phone to make sure I gave it the 5 star rating. This kind of behavior is not good. It leaves a bad impression of desperation in the eyes of the customer and it did in mine. Lastly we were given the wrong cheque and after the payment had completed, me and my girl had walked out of the store the same employee rushed behind us and again forced us to make the payment change outside. Atleast call us back inside. This was extremely humiliating. Food quality/taste - 6/10 Service - 4/10 Value for money - 5/10

The sushi was actually quite nice and the hot food was also quite pleasant if not a bit weak in flavor (broth in the ramen). However the price tag is certainly a bit steep for what the final product is.

TENJI IS AWESOME! I came here yesterday for lunch and couldnt resist but to come again today for their Soured Tuna with Japanese Salsa! The food is great and the prices are affordable and fit the taste of the food. The helpers are very kind and they smile all the time. Worth it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME / MONEY / ENERGY TO EVER EAT HERE! We visited the Dubai Mall branch previously many times but were really dissapointed during our visit here. Not the same quality as in Dubai Mall. The place is so overrated, WORST value for money you will find anywhere! We ordered bops, it looked like they brought a half portion! Portion was sooo tiny, 4 bites and the food was gone. On top of that, the dish used to come with an egg on top. We were absolutely shocked to find out that you now have to order the egg seperately and pay for it seperately! Staff was also extremely rude many times ignoring us. We will never come here again as they really damaged the Katsuya image. STAY AWAY!

The ambience of the restaurant is suitable for families unlike Katsuya’s other branches. The food came in quickly and tasted devine and scrumptious. The waiters are very friendly and welcoming. All of them have a smile on their faces. A special thanks to our waiter, Teneji T, he made our experience unforgettable. One note: we would have wished that the spicy edamame had more sauce and be as flavorful as the branches in Dubai. Definitely recommend: crispy chicken salad, spicy edamame, rock and roll sushi, and for drinks peach and passion fruit mojito. Overall, a pleasant outing.

Simply the best Japanese restaurant around! I have been in the sister restaurants in Dubai and I have to say they never disappoint! This restaurant is not too big, I would call it very cozy, great atmosphere during the evening and the food is just extremely tasty! I could eat any given day their chicken salad an double double roll! Staff is very helpful and the service is fast! I never miss a chance to pop in when I am in Yas Mall!

We were actually waiting for this place to open. And when it did, frankly i was very dissapointed. The Maki was OK! Everything else wasn't. The noodles smelled bad and didn't have any taste in them. The fried chicken (don't remember what it's called) felt half cooked, although they assured us later it wasn't. I have to give it to the staff tjough. They were very friendly. I hope they improve this place
