Mary Joy assisted us well, she was well aware of the menu and which items were mostly bought by costumers. She made sure that we are well attended. The ambiance is very comfortable, the in-house music was well attuned with the restaurant’s theme.

After our regular shopoing at the lulu in wtc mall we headed over to nandos this time we did not try for the rooftop open dinein as it was really hot and humid but. Its the place we dont miss out in winters... We ordered our 2 full platters extra hot peri peri chicken which comes with 4 sides each (yummy roasted veg, peri peri rice, coleslaw, potato wedges corn, garlic bread, drinks) social distancing managed well in the restaurant with perfect hygeine and quick service.. I love the way nandos makes their chicken absolutely delicious soft and juicy and with the peti peri sauce and drizzle it goes way way ahead.. Nandos is my all time favourite from the peri peri portugese restaurant.. Keep up the good work. Definately recommended

We went to Nando’s on the EID weekend. Almost all the tables were taken. We were skeptical about the service on such a busy day. But the prompt and attentive staff made it a lovely experience. Must make a mention of Mr. Jonathan and Mr.Pramod who served us cheerfully and took each request with attention. The portion sizes and sides with the dishes are good. Kids have a nice menu to choose from and the portion sizes are decent for hungry kids 😃

This is our favorite Nando's outlet of all the branches that we have visited throughout the UAE. Though the menu is same, what makes the difference between all the branches is the special service that we always receive here. Mr. Pramod and Mrs. Marie Joy do their best to let us feel at home.

Nando's has always been a perfect place to hangout anytime irrespective of the occasion; especially to end your day on a happy note. The service is good and the staff attentive and polite. The burger was filling and overloaded with cheese and chicken. Chicken Ceaser wrap was a bit dry and the bread was undercooked and chewy. Their signature dishes are always tempting with the exciting sides. The chef can perfectly blend a dish with different tastes with their wide range of sauces.

We visited WTC branch the staff is so friendly and we were severed by Mary Joe. We enjoyed the food very much it was so delicious.
The staff were very welcoming, the manager Vikram who also assisted me at the Boutik Mall branch ensured we got our food fresh and on time even with many special requests. It was after a long time I had Nandos at WTC and it never dissapoint!
Overall the experience including the service and ambience was just pleasant and Asmita as our server was very friendly and hospitable. As a regular customer this is one of my favorite visits to Nandos.

It was my first time in Nando's Abu Dhabi World Trade Centre Mall. I was welcomed by this gentleman by the name of Stanley. He walked me through the whole menu, and told me exactly what works for starters. So based on the discussion with him, I ordered a Juicy Chicken Burger of Mild Heat and worked my way up with a second one with HOT level heat. It was one hell of an experience, and even the side dishes of peri-peri fries and Garlic Bread were great ! Thanks to Nando's and Stanley for making my day.
Definitely coming back soon !

Food: We ordered the “half peri peri chicken” with “peri peri chips” and “chicken burger with peri peri wedges and rice”.
The half chicken were thighs and tasted great! The chicken burger was a chicken fillet and also tasted yummy! All the sides were lovely (you can choose to add spices to your fries and wedges which made it taste extra good). The portion size was reasonable and satisfying.
Service: Great service. The food came in quickly so that was a plus!
Ambience: Lovely atmosphere! The seats are comfy and they have music playing on the background.

Well what a delight every time I visit the Nandos in WTC. The food is fresh and warm by the time it reaches you and goes into your tummy, and especially in my case I end up there whenever I’ve been hungry. I was served by Asmita, and even the previous time I had been there was served by her as well, and she’s really good with handling your order and makes sure that it’s on point, not to forget her friendly nature makes your experience even better and I always enjoy dining there because of the friendliness and the quantity of food is just perfect 😋
Mr. Tuheen Ahmad in WTC branch Abu Dhabi drew a very big smile on all of our face and was the most hospitable person I have met so far. The taste of the chicken was incomparable to others. You can never go wrong with Nando’s
Logielyn Abia was extremely friendly and kind. She checked on us all the time and we were pleased with her service. Logielyn is a valuable asset to Nandos.

Well its a day off from work and woke up with a hunger pang and a craving for Chicken and living near to WTC Mall, Nandos
was a choice for my food pitstop. Walked in mid Afternoon, and decided to try their Business Lunch , ordered for Chicken livers and my bud opted to try the skewers with pineapple , i was confused about the sides but the friendly cool looking guy (Pramod) confidently suggested and i went with it...and OH Boy , along with it multiple accompaniments that literally occupied the entire table, feast for the eyes !! Followed by a extremely satisfised and content Tummy.
lovely staff i must say (Raju & the sweet lady) , each one though busy , stopped by to flash a smile and say Hello.
The Ambience and music totally pulls you into a relaxed zone..

Chicken cataplana was actually a foam of biriyani and the rice was spicy and served in a copper dish and it’s a really different taste too. Flavour of the sauce in the chicken makes the dish splendid.
Espetada is actually another variety of kebab served with French fries and a bit spicy too. Should try out this dish.
A Wonderful Experience with family and friends wher r attendant Mr.Jonathan served us around 4 dishes n made sure that v all dint fall short of anything during our meal time..

The A/C was not working well when we arrived. We had to transfer tables. I must say though that i liked the new interiors. The staff very very accommodating and eager to assist which made our visit a good one.
We ordered chicken espetada with roasted veggies. The roasted veggies were very good. We also had chicken livers the sauce that came with the chicken livers is really great. The sauce is actually better than the sauce that came with the chicken. The liver must have made it yummier.

Nando’s is a great place to hang out with great food. Ordered the veg burger which was really good and had a great taste. Also tried out the new peri-tato wedges which was a nice side item. We were served by Ms. Logielyhn Abia who was very helpful and gracious and was serving with a big smile. She definitely helped in making the entire experience better.

We went back to the same outlet. The service was very good. It was very good on the previous visit too. No complaints there 😊
We tried different menu this time. Ordered a veg burger, quinoa salad, Sweet potato fries and a pistachio based milkshake (don't remember the exact name. It was a part of special menu for summer).
The food was good. We loved the milkshake. We would go back for it alone. Hope they add it in their regular menu to serve throughout the year.

Restaurant was a little bit warm. Blame it on the weather outside but they should take the issue seriously to make the customers feel comfortable. Food was excellent and delish! I’m going to keep this simple and short. Everything, literally EVERYTHING about nandos makes me happy. I have been here probably 50+ times, frequent visitors! The food is great, the staffs are excellent. Very accommodating. They always remember your usuals and I must say the food and service of this branch is wayy better than the others in Abu Dhabi. Love everything on their menu! The only thing we haven’t tried are the burgers but rest, all excellent. This is our go to place whenever it’s someone’s birthday!! The only downside is their desserts, their Portuguese tarts and Carrot cakes are delicious but the rest are just okay. Over, like always will keep coming back!

The Portuguese cuisine meets the taste buds of Indians and I wasn’t an exception. The peri peri fries were very good, the Hummus with pita bread and drizzle of peri peri sauce is something visitors should not miss. The properly grilled mushrooms with chilli jam & yoghurt sauce is unique combination in the form of Wrap and decent one. A rice spiced with strong aroma of Turmeric and flavor of chillies was mood enhancing. The ambiance and continuous aroma of food from open kitchen makes you crave for more. Cheers!

I first experienced Nando’s at Al Ain mall branch in 2016. For some “personal “reason I was intentionally erasing memories of 2016 and that unintentionally includes how good the taste was of the peri peri chicken of Nando’s. But now, I suddenly remembered missing it and wanting it again. I guess I am a fan of Portuguese deli, especially of peri peri. This branch of Nando’s did not disappoint me. Marking as my favorite home delivery.
This is my 3rd time we visit Nandos wtc, always I receive special treat from the manager. The manager is very polite & great personality. The manger always organised our order. Tuheen is the best and we received best experience about Nandos.
I have been visiting nandos for the past 6 years in Abu Dhabi now and usually we visit there atleast once a month but my last visit was really memorable. they have changed the menu recently and I have tried one of the new dish wich was delicious like every other. I don't know why but this time I have felt the total new taste which I never experienced before. The restaurant is very clean and unlike most of the restaurants in UAE, it has hand washing facility as well which proves that how much they care for hygiene. We always get very warm welcome at nandos but I would like to mention Tuheen Ahmed here specially who always provide great hospitality. He really makes our visit special.
The restaurant is 100% recommended and its a must try restaurant in Abu Dhabi.

I have been to Nando’s several times, sometime with my friends, sometimes with Family and sometimes with Colleagues. Its a nice restaurant, very clean, courteous staff and good ambience.
We generally order half chicken per person along with a variety of sides. We order fries, peri peri fries, corn, spinach, rice etc- almost everything on the menu for sides. The selection of peri peri sauces with freshly made fries and nicely marinated and grilled chicken is just perfectly delicious.
All the good reviews that I have read about this restaurant are true. The friendliness of the staff seems genuine. I have never seen such good customer service. The food was amazing and enjoy perfect. Special thanks to Tuheen he just awesome.
My local Nandos is in WTC, I can easily say that's it's one of the better Nandos I've eaten in. The manager are always very helpful & friendly and the speed of service is nothing short of excellent. The restaurant itself is always clean and well presented. I'd definitely recommend it.

I visited this restaurant months back. I ordered Estapada carnival with a choice of 2 sides in it. I have chosen 2 rice and guess what, chicken was so tasty, it is evenly cooked and you can taste the smoky flavor in it. It made me order 2 more cup of rice. The different sauces made the dish even more tastier. I enjoy the visit on this restaurant. Service was good and ambiance was good. Food was amazing. I will come back and definitely recommendable to friends.

Nothing beats Nando’s! The taste was always the familiar one we keep coming back to.Family had the usuals and all thumbs up. Though we were truly satisfied with the food, the service from some staff almost made us feel unwelcome. I’m not sure if they were just tired (we went at 3pm!) coz some were no longer smiling and a little snobbish. The new set of staff who came were very polite and accommodating. Nevertheless, we’ll surely come back for the food. Hopefully we’ll get a hospitable treatment next time.

It was absolutely a mouth-watering dine together with friends. The Peri-peri Chicken-the hot African Bird's Eye Chili, marinated and mixed with spices and fresh herbs, has slaked our gastronomical cravings, which we truly enjoyed until the last bite. And whether someone feels mild or wild, the Peri-ometer tells the level of of spiceness which you could choose from, but the Lemon & Herb captured us. What more even convenient to stay there is the setting which astoundingly alluring. Visit the place and experience a different level of heat.
If you are a great chicken lover this is the place for you. Located inside the WTC mall near the Novo cinemas, we had a great dinner experience at Nando's. We ordered a Full Chicken and Espatada Carnival. Great presentation of the food complimented with great taste. You have the option of choosing your spiciness level and extra sauces are available to add one. You have also an option for upgrading your siders with an additional 6dhs each which is advisable to do so rather than ordering an additional sider. Refillable fizzy drinks are available for 16dhs. Children get an activity sheet to keep them busy for the 15mins your food takes to arrive. Wi-Fi is available at this restaurant too. Must take an opportunity to thank our attendant for the Day, Mr. Pramod, for making our dinning experience a memorable one.
Their Espetada chicken is recommended. It comes in 2 skewers and about 6 pieces of chicken. Included are some sides as well. The chicken is cooked to perfection and great flavor. I also like their variety of hot sauce available on the table. Good service and good food this I recommend this restaurant for a night out.
Their peri peri chicken is one of the best. Juicy and the skin has a crunch even thou grilled. We love their sauces, with great selections. It's good for fries too 😂😘.
Food is good quality as usual from this restaurant, however they need to take care next time with customers ordering by Zomato , I ordered 2 orders of half chicken and surprised they delivered only one by mistake, which makes me make some calls and complain in order to get the rest of my order after waiting extra half an hour.

It was my first time to eat at Nando’s since the only branch accessible is one at WTC Mall and we seldom go there. It was a really nice restaurant; food is a little pricy but worth it. I loved the wedges and the grilled chicken. I also liked the chicken liver that they have. I would love to eat here again.
Finally, I was able to try Nando's and it's sooo yuuumm. The chicken was very tasty. I liked their peri peri fries too. It was a fast service also, which is very good.

its kinda annoying when you always order from the same restaurant but they always ask you for your house directions every time they deliver.. don't they keep records of their customer's details? don't they know how to use map apps?
Responsive polite staff and the famous Nando chicken was amazing as usual. Enjoyed it with mild peri sauce and some fries with coleslaw. Cozy seating 👍🏼
The food are awesome, t’was very tasty and the spices and sauce are so yummy. Then of course the customer service are amazing and I wanna commend those two guys who helped and served us, their names are Jonathan and Reyadonz their hospitality to the customer are very well appreciated. I will go and visit Nandos in World trade center mall, I highly recommend this for everybody.

Grilled chicken is excellent and my favorite is the extra hot, sides are also as good and the staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend it to everyone that haven’t tried it yet.

We are glad that this place finally came on Entertainer 2-for-1. We have been to many countries and tried Nandos and have seen good and bad when it comes to taste/service.
Nandos in UAE offers ordering at table (unlike most countries such as UK, where you have to order at the counter). We ordered half grilled chicken and spiced cashew nut espetada.
The grilled chicken was perfectly marinated and was grilled to perfection. The espetada was a not grilled in the best manner but was good in flavour.
We recommend their grilled chicken with garlic and herb sauce, with spanish rice and peri peri fries. Much love.

It’s the best place to taste Afro-Portuguese flame grilled chicken cooked in different sauces to satisfy your taste buds from mild to extreme spicy. Chicken Espetada is one of my favorites alongside a variety of appetizers. Great ambiance, can enjoy your food on the terrace looking at the city skyscraper if the weather is nice. Recommended big time.

If you're looking for some great chicken then Nando's it is. Their classic peri peri chicken is great. Loved the diner theme. All in all great ambience. Perfect for a weekend dining. I loved their peri peri chips as well. Drinks were alright. Quantity was very very reasonable. Slightly pricey but it's almost worth it.
They have some other great dishes as well. I believe its definitely worth a try.
Went with a friend just to try. Found out their spicy chicken taste great. Staffs are friendly too. This branch is big and good for family dining. Great value for money. Will come back if I crave peri peri again.

I hopped in very late at night to grab a late dinner with my friends and her family... the staff was very understanding and helped us in deciding the order considering we were very hungry. At 12 am they suprised my friend with a lovely pastry n by singing happy birthday.... they were full of energy inspite of being exhausted... lovely food n amazing staff.... 👍🏼👍🏼

Nice location where you don't feel like you are in a mall. The food is good - I went for the veggie burger and liked it, since it tasted better than many other fast food burgers. Love the fact that they refill your drinks as many times as you want. The service was also great.
Lovely venue. Wonderful setting and atmosphere. The staff were excellent - couldnt have been more helpful. Even offered to help put up the decorations. Nothing was too much trouble.
Me & my peri peri chicken share a special kind of Bond like no other. I have always been a big fan of Nando's and always feel super comforted upto dining here. The branch at WTC mall has been my favorite by far, somehow I always devour my chicken before clicking pictures on my precious visit but I managed to do so this time.
1/4 chicken HOT with a Fino side of red skin mash potatoes, a bottomless drink and I'm in my happy place. Most people don't fancy Nando's but I happen to enjoy indulging in their beautifully tender and well done Peri Peri Chicken on the Bone.

I highly recommend visiting this particular branch for a good experience, I have heard mixed reviews from others about other Nando's branches and hence I only choose this one so as to keep my love for Peri Peri Chicken strong and lasting!
I love the food here! My usual order is the chicken strips and rice and it is always delicious. I just hope that you can add additional chicken strips as side order when you order through Zomato

this may be subjective, but the taste of Nandos in Abudhabi didnt match the tastes of Nandos in Malaysia and other places abroad that I've been to.
Its not often I eat at Nando's but whenever I do, I wonder why I dont more often! The portions are generous but the meal still feels light and satisfying. If you're looking for good grilled chicken look no further. I'd recommend the butterfly chicken breast with lemon herb and mild sauce.
if you are a chicken lover then this is the right destination for you , plates are big enough , they listen to what you say, u want it extra well done so it will come as u want .. they also have a delicious sides such as wedges, coleslow, three beans salad and rice ..

Nando's is a place with nice ambience with seatings arranged in both closed and open space. This was our first time here and totally felt welcomed by the staff. Chicken espetada and grilled chicken cataplana were good on taste and one can select the level of spice when you order your food. Different sauces accompany with that. Overall nice experience with food and staff.
One of my most favorite restaurants - tasty food, excellent sauces, good ambiance, good music had ordered a cataplana- not like before, taste was perfect and portion size good. i feel to come again....
This place is a taste of home. They stay true to Nando's style and quality. I had the livers in the flavour mango & lime, which isn't in SA. It's soooo good. I absolutely loved it, and their desserts are different! The Nutella cake is to DIE for. My friends really enjoyed their chicken burgers as well. Everything here, so good.

My favorite place for spicy grilled chicken! They have a lovely indoor as well as outdoor seating.
Had ordered a chicken butterfly, half chicken with four sides including coleslaw, peri fries, rice and bean salad. For desserts we had ordered a chocolate lovin spoon cake and chocolate nut torta with nutella. I visit this place almost every other month and totally love their service and overall ambience. Its a highly recommended place.

The chicken espetada is irreplaceable. I like the mild flavor and add chili as I go. Order the wedges for sure and the corn on the cob here is super sweet. Service is always on point. I'll keep coming back.

Tried their chicken butterfly with hot sauce and it was lovely and when u hv that spicy chicken with garlic peri peri sauce it is just a whole new level of awesomeness! I had garlic bread, spicy rice, peri peri wedges and chargrilled veggies. Nothing special but I really loved the wedges. I personally loved the grilled chicken strips with spicy rice and the the chicken and pineapple combo. Bit on the pricey side but the service and ambience is quite lovely.

Although I love spicy food, and I've tried all the levels of spicy nandos sauce, my favorite has to be mango & lime cz of the balance of flavour and how well it goes with their Peri Peri chicken.
Other dishes I would recommend - Peri Peri fries, chicken butterfly and also the espetada! 😁

One of my favourites. Their Espetada Carnival is excellent, as is their pita and their fries are unparalleled. Good ambience, good service, great experience time after time. Quick note to those who are sensitive to spice, start with the herby sauces and work your way up.
The Portuguese way of cooking the chicken is one of a kind and is definitely a kind that I would keep on eating for the rest of my life. I was surprised to see a grilled chicken that is extremely juicy, tender, and packed with spices.
Its a bit expensive but the service is great as well as an extremely friendly staff

Had a team lunch with my dear colleagues at Nando's in WTC Mall.. ordered the Meal for two platter and No bones platter.. food came fast along with the starters and bottomless drinks.. as it was a weekday today, it wasn't really crowded so we had a good time.. staff and ambience was great!
The best fire grilled chicken available, there are joints trying to copy the original on a flame grill but no one comes close to Nando's. The espetada is the best bet with a serving of rice and corn and my favorite sauce is lemon and herb and the next the best mild peri peri.
Visited this outlet today for lunch. The chicken liver with portuguese bun was a wonderful start, reminiscing grandma's own recipe growing up in Portugal. A generous serving must be said.
Main course was equally filling.

This is one of my absolute favourite places to deliver from. Personally, i love their espatadas and quinoa salads most. They're full of nutrients and amazing flavours. Not to forget, I always love to get their coleslaw salad as a side!

In general they use high quality chicken from Rawdah farm but their cooking isn't consistent, sometimes taste great, moist and soft and sometimes very black and burnt not tasting well.
However always delivery guys are good and respectful like Farhad Ali, always on time

It is my first time to dine here last 1st July 2017, it was a great experience. I love their Peri-Peri in Mango and Lime also in Lemon & Herb.
We've ordered Chicken Pita and it was delicious along with 1/4 chicken combination meal. It is tasty and of course we wouldn't miss to try their sauces.
I also love the French Fries as their side dish, actually the ones that they've sprinkled on it makes it more yum.
Corn Cab is okay but not that juicy.
Ice Tea is also good, not too sweet.
We're on a budget so we took advantage of the "Buy1 Take1" using voucher from Abu Dhabi Week magazine. I look forward to try some of their dishes someday.

If I were to eat chicken it will have to be at Nando's! The chicken was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The sauces were stunning too! The ambiance was very comfy really makes an excellent dining experience.
No doubt their Peri Peri chicken is the best among all.... but I was really disappointed from the quantity of Chicken Cataplan I had last time on my visit. I wrote a feedback to them and Restaurant Manager called me and offered same meal for free with an advanced phone call. I didn't write that feedback to have a free meal, I would rather go there again without informing the manager and will order it again. If quantity is satisfying, I would definitely call the manager and get my free meal too. I hope their management is really concerned about feedback and they have reviewed the complaint of low serving as well.
Nando's has already been on my list to visit, I hope it will remain on my list unless i find same taste and a proper old serving :)

Great chicken and atmospher. The peri peri chicken is one of my favorite choices its always fun to mix the spices. The miranted chicken has a special taste that u will not fined in another resturant.
Tried Espetada carnival and butterfly chicken. Also tried their soup. Well food is really good with their mild peri peri sauce. The World trade center branch is one of biggest and aesthetically pleasent place to be. However, prices are way too high i.e for 2 persons you may end up paying around 150 dirhams.

Best best place no matter what the occasion. Chicken Esperada is a particular favorite, with the hangin chicken pieces and juices falling into the wild rice. Tried more than half their menu here and each ot better than the previous.

You can choose how spicy you want your sauce (caution: spicy is really spicy, even if you're an Indian or Mexican). And love the flag they put on your chicken to indicate what sauce you asked for.

Espetada a very flavourful and not to be missed speciality. We ordered no bones platter which was good enough for 2 people. Chicken butterfly and espetada with 4 sides. Lemonade mint went well with our maincourse. For starters we had hummus and arabic bread with a peri peri drizzle.

The peri-peri chicken is definitely unique, but not mind blowing. The magic lies in their sauce, but I expected more from their chicken. Perhaps a bit more flavour, despite the 24-hr marination marathon?

The food and service is great, but what I find very annoying in this outlet is the begging for participating in the survey at howwasit4you.net. I like giving feedback, but this is very annoying especially when they always come up with the same story: you can win vouchers worth XXX AED and today none of our guest has won so your chances are very high!

We tried the famed peri peri chicken and it lived upto its name. There are options on the spiciness. Side dishes were equally delicious. The ambience was good, seating was booth style. Overall the experience was wonderful.
One of my all time favourites dine in places where quality of food and service remain consistently good is Nandos. Its chicken platter, chicken screwer, coleslaw and french fries are my picks. Bottom less drinks is a good news for soft drink lovers. Their variety of sauces is also very good and can be customised with anyone's taste. Overall, delicious food which is value for money.
Nando's is a well known global brand and this outlet at WTC mall doesn't let the brand down. Quite and comfy place, to have the best chicken and salads. Staff is also warm and welcoming. Good food options for little kiddos as well.

I have tried nando's many times in Dubai but today was my first time to dine in WTC branch of nando's. The ambience and set up of the outlet is excellent. The food was delicious. I love their espetada with spicy rice as side. Their veg burger and grilled chicken tender was also very nice. The service was flawless as well.

Nando’s is the popular global chicken restaurant chain. The restaurant is conveniently located in 3rd floor of WTC mall was clean and very colorfully decorated. Inside is airy, spacious, offers several seating options with booth-type seating as well. There’s also a cute little terrace outside. One of the attractive thing about Nando’s is their friendly atmosphere making your visit a memorable one.

Lets say i'm in love with Nandos..the delicious peri peri chicken with extra spicy sauce just outstands every other cuisine in the city. The peri peri humus is one good starter served with kubus. But the chicken really rocks it down, a must have dish..pleaseee foodie lovers never miss it...highly recommended.

Great food, great taste. Ordered food for takeaway while travelling- worth ordering. Kids' meals are very nice too. Will visit the place for a dine in sometime.
Start off with their chicken wings, they're really good. Their chicken espetada is an all time favourite! Very succulent chicken and the spices are marinated to the core of the chicken such that you taste them in every bite. The half or full chicken is super super soft and very enjoyable. Their chicken wrap with jam is delicious! Not a big fan of their salads and haven't tried their desserts.
Only thing I would ask them to watch out for is the smell of chicken once you come into the restaurnt. I try to ignore it because I actually like the food but it does actually smell like uncooked chicken.
Nice place, with Arabian flavored food. Typical nice chicken with peri peri flavor. I was amazed to find vegetarian Options on the menu.

We have been invited to another Zomato Meet up fun afternoon with a bunch of foodies, this time at WTC Mall in Nandos. In starters we had their sharing platter of hummus with bread and olives with newly introduced drizzle sauce. It is undoubtedly a great addition to Peri-Peri family of amazing sauces.
We enjoyed our food at nando's al markaziya. Our server maria kasandra and ron ron and shankar gives us entertaining gestures. We love it here! We will definetely come back for more,
This is a fine place for some nice chicken with spicy marination. They have options to how spicy you want your chicken to be. Lovely lovely presentation, I absolutely love how it looks and the taste never let you down. They have a good service, the place is so cozy with warm lights and some cool wall hangings. Its a huge place, they can accommodate quiet alot of a people in a go. Must check it out .

Best peri-peri chicken I've ever tasted. We ordered Jumbo Platter and Salted Caramel Cheesecake. Their wide array of sauces made the chicken extra special. I mixed the wild herb peri-peri sauce and extra hot peri-peri sauce. Our servers were Mari Kasandra and Promod. Our order came on time and they would ask for iced tea refills. They were very nice and accomodating. I would highly recommend Nando's World Trade Center. Will definitely go back to this restaurant. I give this restaurant a two-thumbs up!

Tasty Portuguese cuisine to enjoy in Nando's Located on 3rd floor in WTC Abu Dhabi.
I had ordered the chicken liver with Portuguese roll and Peri Peri chicken with the hot sauce just made according to suit the taste buds.
Very Friendly service from team starting with Mary Joy as hostess, Jiban and Suraj who made it perfect to serve the food and preparation was very quick.
Perfect place to have a great meal after the movie in nearby NOVO Cinemas.

While on a hunt for a restaurant around World Trade Center, we bumped into Nando's. At first we were unsure if we'll settle for Nando's or nah, but because of the very accommodating staff that welcomed us in the main entrance we ended up choosing this resto. Which was not a bad choice after all.
We ordered a sharing platter which consists of a whole chicken with four sides of your choice. You can select your desired flavor for the chicken, we opted for hot and lemon & herb (we chose two flavors for each half chicken). We selected 3 spicy rice (coz we love rice since birth!!) and a potato chip. The side's serving was little but hey it's only a side dish so not bad at all. And we ordered bottomless drinks too (Not included in the sharing platter). For bottomless drinks, you can try all the drinks available from sodas to juices. I've tried apple juice and iced tea. They're generous enough! Food was great, no doubt! 5 stars!
The place was neat. There were several paintings hanged above per table. Furnitures were nice and i loved the open kitchen. The place is perfect for selfies and it was comfortable.
Staffs were all friendly and attentive to our needs. Especially Ms. Mary Joy who refilled our glasses from time to time without us even asking. And of course Mr. Jiban who took our photos together.
Price is not bad too, we paid a total of 161 dirhams. Tasty chicken and sides plus bottomless drinks, not bad for a 161 dirham meal!
We are very satisfied with our dining experience with Nando's. We are definitely coming back!😋😍
Never disappoints: spicy chicken, corn and spinach is always my order. What else can I ask when all I need is a little bit of comfort in my stomach?

You cant go wrong with some extra hot wings/Chicken, this was my first time having Nandos in Abu dhabi and the service was really good, the staff were funny and very welcoming. The interior was nice too!
P.s Please add sweet potato fries and mash potato on your menu and I'll be even more happy. Thanks to the staff that looked after me and my friend on Friday :) We shall be back soon ofcourse!
Great dine in venue, ambient atmosphere, well mannered and helpful staff. Great tasting food, I love the mild sauce. Tried their online delivery via Zomato, the delivery came on time and delicious.

One of my favourite place. Specially because its close to NOV Cinemas. I like the outdoor seating they have. Food is tasty and prices are reasonable.
Went for a Iftar with couple of friends. I liked the service as compared to other branches of Nando's in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The food was certainly more fresh too
Only drawback of this branch is that it is in a mall which is too confusing to walk around in.
Super place, lovely interiors beautiful vibe and atmosphere they have created next only to Cheesecake Factory. But their food is even better. They certainly manage to create a delight every single time. Excellent vegetarian dishes too. Will definitely visit again.

The chicken is really tender, and their espatedas are a wonder. This alone is enough to rate it 4. But, The portions of their sides are really small. Then again, would visit here again anytime of the day.

Nandos is always a safe choice when you are in hurry and dont have time to look over elongated menus. This one in specific is located closer to the cinema making it our preferable choice every time we are there to watch the movie. Their seating is enormous making it almost always available in terms of a table. Food is fantastic with best of the sauces nandos has to offer. I love the addition of tomato soup which is brilliantly made. I am not sure though why does their bread charr a bit as they toast. It tastes a little burnt and not toasted. Rest all is perfect.

Not new to Nando's, but this is the first visit to Abu Dhabi branch in The Mall. Big indoor space and outdoor tables (no special view). Food quality and taste are the same across all Nando's restaurants I've tried. Their good sauces and Espetada carnival are what bring me back here.
Always thought of home food as soon as i stepped in the country, i m suprised to find nandos here aswell..mmhh yummy i love the spiced chicken more.
Nandos is always a great meal although they have increased the prices for some of their main recently. We always have the butterfly chicken with 2 sides and the espetada. They have changed the recipe for their three bean salad making it more creamy than the original tangy one. I definitely prefer the original more. One criticism is that they gave us butter knives to cut our chicken with which was hard. When I asked for different knives, they said this is all they had....strange.
We seldom dine there as I am not very fond of it. Last night I ordered Espetada Carnival instead of the original Espetada. I found it better. The cheese stuffed chicken dipped in the nandos sauce turned out to be the plus point for me to like it. I didn't need much of the sides to go with it except for peri fries which was new on the menu. But I felt their peri wedges are whole lot better than the fries in terms of the spice they put on both of them. Felt happy as my order was good.
The Chicken tasted fresh and went well with the Peri Peri Sauce. Nando's is always a stand out in this business. Delivery was quick too. We had the Three bean salad, Peri Wedges and Grilled Vegetables to complete this meal.
Will recommend my friends and others as well. The food and the hospitality was great.

Loved how friendly the staff was!! Ordered a chicken espatada and butterfly chicken, both 'hot.' Loved the butterfly chicken but the espatada felt a little undercooked. We sat outdoors so the food got cold really fast. Garlic bread was alright, potato wedges were really good. Love the decor.
Flame grilled peri-peri chicken is the best! I tried it in WTC and has been an amazing experience. The servers are customer-oriented, quick and friendly. The place is awesome, well spaced and gives a happy ambience. Price is a little over the budget but very much worth it.

As I probably mentionned before, I am not a very big fan of chicken (especially when my Dear Wife attempt to cook it !!! Lol...), but Nando's is something else, the spices are a delight, the place is nicely done and there is plenty of space, just would like to mention that using a different type of chicken might make it even better...
The service is okay, but when they get really busy, it might not be a good idea to get down there with a large family, Wednesdays are the best !!!

Best Portuguese grilled chicken in town. It used to have curly fries, they were amazing but sad they have removed from their menu. Outdoor seating is great with awesome view.

This is my second review on this amazing restaurant - I finally tried the Espetada and I must say it was Yummilicious..!!!! The Espetada carnival was juicy boneless pieces of chicken stuffed with feta & parsley and so sooo delicious.We also tried the peri-peri chicken 1/2 which was also soo god damn good!!! Even the sides were so yumm..I could never find a single fault with any food I have tasted in Nando's till date.

I loveeeeddd Nando's❤️More for its service than for the food(not that the food was bad).They have so many offers for foodies over there.I had visited the place a month ago with my friend and we turned out to be lucky to win an extra appetizer section from the staff.Sadly,we couldn't make it to the desserts because we ate so much of appetizers and mains that our stomach was absolutely full.Of what i remember, we had a chicken liver gravy,hummus(which i tried for the very first time),chicken wings with peri peri,corn on cob.The wrap was absolutely delicious.Service was above par and I loved those separate booths they offer to sit which gives you privacy.There is also an open terrace dining place option.Well writing this review makes me want to visit there again.
I would recommend to go for it.You'll like it absolutely because i came back home all smiles after a Nando's lunch 😊

Recently,I had visited Nandos with a few friends for a birthday party and I had quite the lunch.
For starters ,I had ordered Nandoca's Choice which is basically grilled chicken breast with coleslaw and a side of your choice.I had chosen spicy fries as I felt it would complement the dish and ,it did.The chicken breast was cooked to perfection and it had the right amount of juiciness .
For the main course a friend and I ,had ordered the Chicken Espetada .Now I ***highly recommend *** this to anyone first timers or all timers to Nandos because I feel that THIS is their signature dish.
Skewered chicken on a hanging grill dripping in a Peri-Peri sauce of your choice ,this dish brings to mind all kinds of fantasies.We had chosen the hot range of peri peri sauce because we didn't want to test our tastebuds with the extremely spicy one.
The chicken Espetada was probably my highlight of the day.
Nandos is a perfect place to go in a huge group be it friends/family and enjoy a hearty meal.The staff there are exteremely polite and amicable and the ambience at the rooftop is just perfect.

Used to eat nando's a lot when i used to travel. I liked there food. I ordered today and i liked it but not that taste that i used to taste.
But what i liked most was there delivery service. It was very fast
The first and only time I visited Nando's was on my last birthday, with a few friends. Have to say this, do take their warning about Extra hot :') We ignored it, thinking we could take it all and the burgers we'd ordered set our tongues on fire. We were glad when we found out that Nando's finally opened a branch in WTC as we really enjoyed the Nando's in Dubai. The restaurant has a spacious location inside the mall. The service was so poor. We waited 15 minutes to get a table and another 30 minutes waiting for our order. I enjoyed the espetada and their peri peri chicken paired with spicy rice.

As a fan of spicy food and chicken, Nando's did a really good job. We tried their mild 1/2 chicken and hot 5 chicken wings, definitely a must-try. Although you can still try the other flavours as dips when you ask for it. Among the side dishes I liked the peri-wedge however their spicy rice wasn't too spicy. I loved the place it was nice and relaxing. The staff was nice and accommodating. The only problem we encountered was that we ordered bottomless iced tea but for the second refill they put soda instead.
Nando's has become a well established chain expanding globally over the past few years. Nothing much for me to comment upon, really. Good choice for those who want chicken-everything. This place is all about the sauce! The sauce is finger (not just lickin) suckin' good. Oh yeah.

I see that there are quite a lot of positive reviews for the place. So here is my two bits as well.. I have never been to Nando's here. Have been several times to the Muscat outlet. Always been a fan and a fan of their extra spicy in particular. The outlet here in WTC mall was huge.. And the staff was absolute pleasure.. Since its been a while I've been to Nando's (more than 4 years), this was such a refreshing change.. The menu is very straight forward and uncomplicated.. Ordered the espetada and a wrap with garlic bread and spicy rice sides.. BANG!! The extra spice did the trick as always and was great to be back. So all in all its been a good few culinary days for me..
It's hard to find good quality grilled chicken....that too with a kick of peri peri spices....nandos just nails it

A nice place for grilled chicken... I still believe their competitor holds the edge over them in terms of pricing and taste... But they have improved a lot over the last yr or so... Plus they have an option for outdoor seating...
It's been long that I have been visiting them almost before every movie or everytime when I can't be bothered to think. Yes this is restaurant I can come anytime. Their espatadas and cataplanas are the ones I regularly have and is must try.
Espatadas are mostly nice selection of chicken cubes with perfect marination and what adds on kick to all of this is wide range of sauce options for non spice takers to most spice takers. Must Try for sure!!!!
Other must try for rice lovers is cataplana which is perfectly cooked rice with veggies mixed with chicken cubes used for Espatada. This like all other dish comes with sauce options based on hotness level.
Had such a great time with my best friend here. Ordered Portuguese Salad topped with mild spicy chicken and Espetada platter with 2 sides (spicy rice bowl and steamed veggies). Loved the espetada platter!

As for the food, it was really filling and yummy. We had a variety of dishes but what stood out for me was the chicken peri peri.

a self confessed buffalo chicken wings lover here so i got excited when i saw this place when we were looking for a place to eat for dinner, ofcourse, i ordered chicken wings, mild spicy with corn and spicy rice as side dish and also ceasar chicken wrap, their chicken wings is not the best for me but i like the unique taste, perfect combi to their peri peri sauce! i also like to commend their staff for being so attentive to their customer's need and their friendliness. i like the place too! we sat in their huge comfortable couch even we were just two, i thought its not busy that time and theres a lot of empty spots too in case theres a group who will dine-in.

Every time you go for a movie at WTC , you are indvertently drawn towards Nando's and all the other restros just disappear from your view . And it doesn't matter that you have already been there many times and deep down inside you know that you are going to order the same old thing , the flavours still overwhelm your senses each and every time .
So this was the third time we visited Nando's after catching The Martian . We were two and ordered the meal platter consisting of a whole chicken with "HOT" peri-peri sauce . For the sides we ordered 1 regular spicy rice and 1 reg coleslaw and ice tea and coke for bottomless drinks .
The food arrived after some time and as usual the piping hot juicy chicken with all its luscious flavours assaulted our taste buds . No qualms there at all , just fantastic as usual . Was pleasantly surprised by the coleslaw , unlike the very dry and horribly tasting one at KFC . The ice tea was also great , one of the rare ones where the taste of tea is still present in the ice tea and still tastes good .
Service was top notch , our bottomless drinks were never allowed to reach the bottom (lolz) and was instantly and sincerely refilled and despite all the rush , their service never lags .
Nando's is a decently priced restro for all the great food and equally great service and i plan to continue my relationship with Nando's . :p

Having always wanted to go to nando's, the opportunity presented itself when my parents and I decided to dine here. It was pretty late when we got there so we did not encounter much crowd and it turned out to be an enjoyable and quiet evening dinner. The music was in sync with the decor. The ambiance is really nice and gives you a positive vibe. The servers were extremely friendly and helpful. The food got to us in time. We ordered an All Together Appeteaser which had a peri peri dip, a hummus with peri peri drizzle and olives in a herby dressing. It was decent, though I expected more. For the main course, we ordered a chicken wrap with fries and a couple of veggie burgers with chunky mash and fries. The veggie burgers were nothing special and a tad dry. They could have packed a lot more flavour. The mashed potatoes were good but could have been a bit more creamy. The chicken wrap was nice. I was slightly disappointed that the extra hot peri peri wasn't as spicy as I had expected. All in all it was a good dining experience, but the food has a lot of room for improvement and the price is on the higher side.

I went here yesterday with my friends for lunch. I got the Butterfly Chicken Breast with two Regular Sides: Spicy Rice and French Fries. One of my friends got the Espetada and the other got the Chicken Breast Fillet Burger.
On being served, my thought was that the portions were small. And honestly after finishing them they were. Compared to the value of the money, I expected something a bit bigger, especially the burger. It looked too small for anyone's appetite.
However the taste did make up for it! My butterfly chicken was nice and moist , but my one issue was that the skin was not as crispy as I had hoped for. Other than that, amazing. The French fries were the highlight of my lunch! I'm not a huge fan of eating French fries alone but these were AMAZING! I ate them all before starting the rest of my meal. They were the perfect balance in terms of thickness and crunch.
The spicy rice were good too. Just the right amount of spice to my meal.
The Espetada and the burger also looked good and appetizing.
Overall great place to go to, just hope they get their portion sizes up! Either way I'm hoping to visit again soon.

I don't know what to write about this place@ Nandos wtc . This is one of my best favorite restaurant..I am regular here in wtc since it was open. I always come to feed my self n with my family to enjoy the peri peri.last time I visited to celebrate my daughter's birthday I asked one waiter named vikram to celebrate so he gathered his whole team n they sing song n they celebrated ... It was a very nice experience being there in nandos their food always is awesome with peri peri but this time their staff was also awesome all are very polite n courteous my special thanks to my waiters ms Joann& vikram ( sorry if spell missed) #you guys are really awesome made my day thanks keep it up see u soon..
We've been here 3 times and I'm just loving it. I love the food and the place. perfect for a simple dinner with families and friends. The Service is ok too.

Peri peri brought me adventures. ...and frequently I scare by having extremely peri peri extra hot....sauce.which makes me adventures .I love nandos chicken and mouthwatering deserts...which is amazing..once you have you feel that. .you want to have more...I love you nandos. ..supub. .jacky is best and innocent server. ...well done for my appetite. .lovely
Rustica all the way. Loved their services with friendly staff. Best part the coke is refillable. I enjoy my coke more than anything else. Rusita tops it's off.
The very first Peri-Peri chicken I have ever tasted. They have these different sauces with different hotness levels, which I loved. The chicken itself was marinated and tastes delicious.
I hav always been a fan of nando's. Visited after quite a bit of time n liked it alot. We had chicken combos n espedata with mild n hot flavours. I went for hot coz i like more spicy my chicken. The sauces are really tasted specialy the wild herb.
All in all its always satisfying for me.to go n eat at nando's.
Im giving Nando's a good score because my husband and I loved their lemon herb chicken! They also have good varities of sauces. Though the supposedly "large" side dish which we had grilled veggies was disappointing. We can have larger side dish in some places any day.
Ambiance is very cozy, you get the portuguese feel very well, good for large gatherings and couple dates too! Nando's is one of the resto you can try in WTC Mall. We'll definitely try some of their other foods out there.
I love Nando's and have always loved their food no matter what. The branch at WTC is huge and the service is too notch, but the heat inside is terrific! I'm a person who generally feels cold even when the aircon is off at home, but I felt hot here. I bet Mr D felt that he was on Mercury! Something needs to be done about the cooling in the place.
Apart from that, we had a lovely dinner. I ordered my favourite half chicken ( skinless)...yeah I try to be heathy at times, chicken espetada with corn and rice, chicken livers with Portuguese roll and a drink called Madeira. Everything in "mild". Chicken livers may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I simply love them. Food was good, as always.

Ordered in. Came on time but we were close. The food was packaged properly and tasted good. They have good chicken strips on rice and their mixed fries are good as well.
It has the perfect location, and a wide selection of dishes. The best part is that they have a lot of varieties for Vegetarians too. Mild Peri - Peri will be the best for most of the people.
Even though I'm a vegetarian they have quite a few delicious options at nandos! Their sauces are delicious and the staff is very helpful and fun!
It was my first visit to Nando's . After reading so many reviews on zomato. I decided to finally treat myself along with my friends at Nando's.
Words are less to express the quality of chicken esp. Dry chicken dishes. We ordered Espetada & peri peri chicken(signature dish).
Chicken was so tender , juicy and full of flavors.. Great work by team Nando's.
Their food remind me of Delhi tandoor chicken. Amazing !!!
Overall ambience of the restaurant is good. Restaurant give enough space for seating which let groups to enjoy freely without worrying about others nearby!!!

I love their espetada chicken that's what I normally get when visiting Nando's. They also have different heat levels of sauce and other side orders that comes with the meal you choose. There are some other places that serve similar type of food among which Nando's remains better in my view.

This is one place where you need to fold the sleeves and use ur hands to have those delicious chicken with some yummy sauces. Chicken is cooked well with tender inside and crispy skin outside. They have some nice combos and spicy level. Hot was perfect for me though. Worth a visit..

The 2 best favorite dishes of all time Espetada and Cataplana Orignale. Espetada in Medium spicy and with the Peri-Peri sauces is too mouthwatering love to go anytime the burgers were good to but 2 of the top favorite dishes.
Decent Nando's outlet like any other but they won't let you sit outside unless it's the weekend !! What's the point calling it roof top of you wont let ppl sit there !
Love their peri peri chicken. Tender and very tasty. I have tried their delivery service several times, and it is one of my top choices for lunch.
This mall is quite new, thus most of the restaurants are pretty much quite too, we went there late on Saturday and the place was almost empty, we were guided to our table and handed the menus, we had to wait for a while before someone actually came back to take our orders, which was surprising given that the waiters weren't busy, so we practically needed to get up and call them every time we needed anything.
Seating wise, very brilliant and authentic, the place has both an outdoor and indoor seating area.
I ordered the peri peri half chicken with the mild sauce combination, I honestly loved the sauce more than the chicken! There was just something different about it from anywhere else, as a side dish, I ordered the grilled vegetables and immediately knew I made a mistake when I tasted the spicy rice from my friend's dish as it was so good.
With exception of the service, the overall experience was very good, I would go back again to try other dishes.

For people who do not like 20 page menus this is the place to be. Their menu is precise and to the point also the staff is very friendly. Usually when i ask the staff for their opinions i end up eating something overpriced and not upto mark. But this time i had the honey biscuit cake. I have a slight dislike towards anything with coconut in it and was not too sure about this decision.... but it was worth it. Also i ordered peri-peri chicken along with a fino side - chunky mash which was good. The ambience is breathtaking.
This is my first time to Nando's. Peri peri chicken was awesome. I tried Garlic sauce ,wild herb sauce ,and hot peri peri sauce .Hot peri peri sauce is the best!!!!Very friendly staff .

Loved my experience at Nandos, WTC Mall. The ambience, the aroma in the air, the food,the music all made it worth a visit. The outdoor seating area is so wonderful at night, but of course only when the weather is cool and pleasant. The Espetada is a very attractive dish- a must try. The chocolate cake-I can never have enough of it. Delicious!!
A special mention goes to the staff, who went out of their way to make us comfortable at Nandos. Cant wait to visit again.. :)

I don't know what takes me back to Nando's... Is it the chicken with the lovely sauces.. Or is It the lovely ambience within their shop.. Or is it the friendly staff.... Whatever the reason may be.. I enjoy going back to Nando's every time
At first glance, the menu might look slightly overpriced but the dish compensates for that shiver. What can I say... Lovely delicious chicken. I prefer their lemon & Herb sauce usually because of the flavors in it. Here is a tip for everyone.. Order the lemon & herb flavored chicken and request the waiter to bring you the different types of bottled peri peri sauce... Combine these sauces along with your chicken and experience the different sauces... That way you get an idea about what you want during your next visit or you may stick to this idea like me simply because it gives a variety of flavors.
I am a bit unimpressed with their mash potatoes and rice but I would suggest fries instead if you are in a mood not to experiment on food.
In my opinion, Nando's is a good dining experience for having a family dinner or lunch with colleagues and friends.

Their some positive n some negative with me lets talk about negative first I order half chicken with two side the portion size of their sides also very small n chicken also looking very small compare to dubai......
But thanks to their staff Rubén & Vikrant when I complain about it they apologies for it and they Changed my food so overall it was good experience bt Nandos can improve their quantity of food.............compare to Dubai

Ha ha ha just jocking actually last night i had dinner in nandos and that was so cool my server was anil ? and he is very polite and very humble.....means as per my husband said eat liver the best one but i said no i want something veg..sudnly he suggest me to hav mash with sauce and veg. Burger....ya it ws very delicious. I said to anil thanx but the way his aproching and talking my god realy u guys hav realy good staff.... Ha ha ha and i am sure i'll come back again to meet anil. Recently I visited to Nandos for first time I heard about it but I never been their before so I was not pretty sure what to eat than I ask one of server named Vikram about it . He was Very polite n courteous one time I felt might be I am taking lot of time to giving a order but that guy quite awesome because he was still waiting for my order and in genuine way he ask me that is it my 1st visit to Nando's I said yes than he help me out in menu he informed me a lot about Nandos n suggest me the their special one Espetada with rice n chips it was awesome food I like the food as much as their staff I really appreciate their staff they all were very polite nice n courteous. I really love nando's!! I thank god they have a branch also here at abu dhabi, i'm staying at dubai and i used to visit nando's marina, al riga, dubai mall and etc... Im just here in abu dhabi for a month business,.i was really surprise with this one its really a huge restaurant, i really love the place,. I sat on outside setting which is i really enjoy the whether.. I'm in love with nandos! And they told me they have branch also at al hara beach.. Im going to be there on next week,. Lets see what they got there,. I rate this restaurant 6/5 hoho! Thats overated! The best chicken in the world never letting me down!

This restaurant really hits the spot! They offer flame grilled chicken, several tasty sauces, and lots of yummy sides! It is easy to eat healthfully at Nando's! Especially with their salads, side of grilled vegetables, and diet sodas. The ambiance indoors is lovely, with its wooden features, large but cozy booths, and really cool decorations! The food is very well done and the prices are reasonable. What a great place for a date or to meet up with a group of friends! :-)
butterfly chicken breast is a must try....EXTRA HOT.....
n their dessert (choc cake with vanilla ice cream on the side . forgot the name though) which was given to me on the house was the best dessert i've ever had. It beats the molten choc cake at chilis.....the cake was really soft and hot and was largely complimented by the ice cream. however the second time i tried the dessert the cake was not really hot it was rather dry.....although it was a very good experience all in all ....

Espetada Rustica - the chicken is so tender and the Hot was hot enough for me. I had spicy rice and coleslaw for side dishes. Coleslaw not wow. There's a lot of sourness concentrated in the dish, but overall, it's good for me.
Nando's is amazing as ever and quality is still maintained but eating at this outlet was out of the world ! It's the biggest Nando's in Asia with a huge indoor and outdoor eating areas ! Done up so well which makes causal dining a pleasure ! You
can't miss the Espepada chicken and twisted fries ! Friendly and hospitable staff top it up !

The specialist in upmarket chicken has lost its way in recent years as the company has expanded rapidly in its major markets like the UK. However for residents of AD, this flagship restaurant accompanied by one other in the city provides a welcome relief from the gaggle of fried chicken establishments littering many a mall.
In typical Nandos fashion, the atmosphere was a comfortable and dark setting with salsa music adorning the stereo system. Unlike most other outlets, this one provides table service and presents you with a bill at the end.
The menu is an unequivocal sanctuary of chicken, and your decision is really how much you want of it, how spicy and in what format. My dining partner and I ended sharing a whole chicken with spinach, fries and coleslaw.
Nandos does not disappoint in hitting the spot with a tangy coleslaw and I'm reliably informed a pleasant spinach. The chicken was well cooked and moist. It was refreshing to see some specials adorning the menu to mix up the monotony, however the issue will be in the growth of this brand.
Nandos is special the first few times, and it becomes a staple for good chicken, however, the lack of menu evolution over the years makes it a bit too run of the mill for my liking.
But if you are a first timer, go and enjoy some good chicken in a pleasant environment and relaxed service.
I like Nandos .. Place was nice .. Specially for a family and the service was good .. The food was good too .. Its a place you can go over and over again too, the greatest thing about Nandos is the peri peri sauce .. Specially the medium yo hot ones .. I even bought the sauce alone to use it at home :)

Nando's is one of my favorite large-chain restaurants in the world. All their grilled chicken dishes are out of this world. They cater to all types of spicy. The sauces that come on the side are simply amazing. Even their drinks are worth a try!
The service and ambience in the WTC branch are great. The servers are very helpful and friendly. If the weather is nice outside (which it usually is between the months of November and March), I recommend sitting on their patio seats. Did I mention that the music is also quite interesting? Overall great place! The only reason why I gave it a 4.5/5 is because there wasn't a variety of dishes to choose from. Great place to bring family, friends, and pretty much anyone!

Great Mexican food. Not sure how authentic but definitely flavourful. Not much on the menu but whatever little they make, they know how to make. Chicken wings are the best I've had. You can choose the marinate from a range of spiciness. Moderately expensive.
Always a great place to have chicken with friends and family alike. The flavours and service quality is consistent since I started eating at Nando's about 6 years back.
You just can't go wrong in Nando's. Everything on this menu is pretty fab and well thought of. We usually just go straight for the chicken platters, extra hot with those lovely side of fries, chunky mash and coleslaw. I found some people who say that the hot is actually more hotter than the extra hot, don't know how far that is true. The espatadas/cataplanas (is that what they're called?) are quite good too if you want a boneless option!I am still yet to try their unique burgers and wraps.They could however improve on the selection of desserts. I have had the caramel cheesecake which was just too sweet to finish and the coconut pastry could use some pizzazz too.
Nando's has always been one of the best places for me in Dubai, therefore I had to try it when it opened in Abu Dhabi. The staff are amazingly friendly, we even spoke to the manager and we had a lot of laughs. Even though they were near closing time, they didn't mind, they served us with a smile.
We had a Wings Roulette, 9 pieces of wings of different spice level. They tasted amazing, it was perfectly done. Its our favourite dish!
I also had the butterfly cut chicken, which was equally delightful. Watch out for the spice level you choose, that will greatly impact the taste. You can ask for spices and sauces on the side, which goes pretty well with anything you eat, even their sides are wonderful. Definitely a must try!

We chose nandos as the location for a family dinner on new years.
The restraunt itself is nice amd quite large with many booth seating that is nice and private. They also have outdoor seating which is great in this weather.
We order the 1/2 chicken, a chicken burger with aubergine and humus and a chicken breats wrap. For sides we got the rice coleslaw and wedges/fries. We went for the mild sauce; which was actualy quite spicy so cant imagine what the hot or extra hot will be!
The chicken is good; juicy and tender. All the food is quite mildly flavoured a little on thr bland side but I dont mind that so its good.
The freis and wedges were very good and the coleslaw is good and creamy amd they use eggless mayo. The spicy ricr was also not bad
Lastly the service. The servers are all very polite and attentive.
All in all it was a nice night out.
Consistently Good grilled chicken made ready in 10 mins- my daily protein intake. Actually I have seen a lot of guys into fitness frequenting this place.
In love with peri peri..i tried Chicken livers with extra hot sauce during my last visit...even if u don't like the taste of chicken livers.. U can't resist eating this one...every recipe is good there..a must go for any body who can resist the heat
What can I possibly say to explain to you guys how great the food at Nando's is... This is probably one restaurant that I have no words to describe with. Starting from the food to the service to the presentation it just top notch. There is nothing negative about this place. It in fact is a food lovers paradise.
After hearing abt Nandos chicken and it's spiciness, we decided to try it out and it was well worth the hype. The Chicken was exquisite and perfectly cooked with the sauce complementing the Chicken perfectly.
The staff is very friendly and they ensured that our experience went well.
I would recommend all meat lovers who don't mind spicy options to try out this place.
For all you chicken lovers u have to eat their peri peri chicken :D totally amazing and tummy filling... The best in the menu is the espetada..and for dessert the chocolate cake is quite mouth watering :D

Being a very big fan of their peri-peri chicken, I would really want to visit Nandos again. Wonderful taste. Good ambience. The chocolate walnut brownie that they serve with vanilla icecream also tastes really good
One of the best grilled chicken you can ever have. The very hot peri peri is not hit enough but the best. I strongly urge people to try it out. Also the walnut brownie is nice... They have given a loyalty card but not the best as you have to spend min amounts to redeem it..

I order from Nando's atleast 4-5 times in a month when I'm staying in Dubai. I even got a free Nando's tissue box from them once! lol So you can imagine how relieved I was when they extended their outlets to my hometown, Abu Dhabi. I brought my friend here yesterday for a late lunch and their food tastes just as good as the other branches in Dubai. Beverage: Medeira Red is sprite with pomegranate juice and it's quite yum. I would recommend it | Main course: I ordered my regular, Butterfly cut Chicken Breast, well done with a mild flavor with a side of grilled vegetables, also mild, and extra chips. My friend asked for the Espetada Rustica which is pieces of chicken thighs, red onions and bell peppers on a skewer marinated in lemon and herb flavor with a side of chips and slaw. Both dishes had succulent pieces of well cooked chicken. We were satisfied with their food. My only complaint would be with the servers. Our server kept getting my order wrong and for some weird reason, could not understand why we would order two sets of chips when we could be sharing one of them. I assured him that I had enough money to pay for the extra chips and asked him not to worry :P
An approximated taste of the tradicional portuguese grilled chicked! Nice selection between mild up to very hot piri piri for all tastes! The chicken livers dipped in sauce are also fantastic! A must go!

Brilliant food as always. Being a huge fan of nando's headed towards WTC branch. The chicken felt perfect. Everything was perfect. Only thing I wasn't 100% satisfied was the service. A little flawed and confused. But maybe because of too many customers the all the confusion.

We decided to have a quick lunch at Nando's before a movie at WTC mall. The place is very spacious with comfortable seating. We were served promptly. ordered a full platter with 3 sides (Corn on the cob, spinach and rice), a chicken fillet burger and a half chicken. We tried the mild and hot versions of the chicken. We also ordered a rice and strips meal. The food arrived pretty quickly as we had asked our server to make it quick as we did not want to miss our movie. While waiting for the food I had a good time looking at the art displayed on the walls. The chicken did not disappoint. It was well flavored and juicy. I also enjoyed the sides. The burger on the other hand was passable, but then Nando's is not known for its burgers. The rice and strips meal was also okay. Overall we enjoyed the experience and the food. The chicken lives up-to its expectations and do try out Nando's if you are a chicken lover. The only thing I wish for is if they had a skinny version without the skin for people on a diet, but I guess it is okay to indulge once in a while.
Nandos is a fresh change to the american/texan/countryside food joints here in abudhabi. On a thursday evening, Its gives a good feel to enter a never ending restaurant with spacious and wide room interiors...such as Nandos WTC Abu Dhabi.

My order, a half portion grilled chicken with hot peri peri sauce was just out if the world.
Cooked to perfection, well marinated, and a lasting tangy and spicy taste that made the whole experience worthwhile.
A side dish, filling main course, two lemonades all billed at AED 91 is a perfect weekend experience.
After a whirlwind trip back home, Nando's - WTC Mall was an experience I was really looking forward to ever since they announced their first outlet in the capital. Tender, juicy chicken marinated and grilled to perfection is what Nando's promises, and they abided by that to a T. As I am not a spicy food enthusiast, I decided to begin with their signature Lemon and Herb chicken which was appetizing and filling at the same time. The pungent Espetada Rustica, chicken basted with their special Peri-Peri concoction which comes on a skewer, is absolutely brilliant and almost melts in your mouth! With a plethora of sauces to choose from, anything you order becomes extremely palatable. This also extends to the dessert menu, the caramel cheesecake is worth a try.
I'm definitely trying a different (hopefully spicier) variety of chicken on my next visit!

Chicken is yumm!!! But I think the grilled veggies as sidedish are bland in taste, would love to try the corn next time. We had estepada rustica with sun dried tomatoes and onion, they also have estepada with bell peppers only. Its a fiery experience even if its just mild periperi sauce so better ask how hot are their sauces first.
I went to this restaurant last week and i realised that it is specialised in chicken. I ordered peri peri chicken ( lemon taste) and it was awesome, almost perfect. It was the first time i taste a chicken like this. This restaurant is Most likely for spice livers because most of the sauces are spicy with spice degrees. I advice to go forbit, totally worth every DHS you pay.

The place was busy but the large seating area dint give out the crowded feeling. Promptly seated by friendly staff we ordered the full chicken meal but opted to have half hot peri peri and other half with mild peri peri
There was this funny side, when my friend asked for room temp fanta they heated the can and bought to the table and we were afraid to open as it may splash on us later we asked them to change it to cold one !
Food came exceptionally fast and yes it was looking juicy

My favorite chicken joint in Abu Dhabi. The ambience is awesome, the staff is really friendly and attentive, the food selection is limited to chicken which is what a chicken joint must have! I am really not fond of places who claim that they specialize on a certain thing but you can find something else there!
The prices are very fair, the service is fast and a great atmosphere. I always order the peri peri half chicken with grilled vegetables. Absolutely delicious and guilt free meal. There location is amazing as well at the World Trade Center Mall in Abu Dhabi and right next to the cinema! So if you are looking for a dinner and a movie this is the right place!

chicken is awesome!! superb! i always look into foods that were spicy..love your sauces though i wasnt able to taste them all because of being too spicy but enjoyed some that were mildly hot and spicy. Your sauces simply boost our appetite, asking for us to eat more especially rice! overall..our dining experience had been awesome!

The place has a very Welcoming atmosphere. They have displayed their “Chicken Espetada” all over the place and literally everyone has those hanging skewers on their tables. We also tried it and it was finger-licking good!
The other item we went for was the whole chicken platter with rice. The meat was cooked perfect and the peri-peri (mild) sauce was just delicious.
I definitely recommend Nando’s and can’t wait to go back there.
Chicken taste good. Sauce is good. Small-medium serving. I thought they will serve a whole chicken but instead 4 small-medium parts. The meal for 4-6 person is really for 4 persons only.

Love almost everything on the menu. the starters are great the chicken unmatched and cool sides. The Espetada rustica is truly awesome and nothing can beat the full chicken for a hearty meal
I would avoid the Cataplana though not much in terms if flavour.

If you're in the new WTC mall, you might want to check out Nando's, as they have some very unique dishes, and spicy ones at that. From what the staff told me, some of the recipes if not most, are inspired by the Portuguese. Not sure if that is true or not, but it sounded good when I heard it tonight. At first I was starting to have my doubts about this place, given the amount of time we sat at our table before someone finally came and took our order. My friend and I were seated very quickly; however, we must have waited about ten minutes before our order was taken. We just about to get up and leave when someone finally figured out we had not been taken care of. We even noticed folks who were seated after us, getting their orders taken and had drinks on their tables while we were waiting. I would have given the place a 4.5 had it not been for the lack of initial service. This being said, once our orders were taken the food seemed to come out quite quickly. I will admit the food was good, and the follow on service once our orders were taken, was pretty good also. Be careful when ordering from the spicy side, as this place does use some interesting peppers in their sauce. I would recommend asking for a taste test of the spice sauce before you order, just in case you are used to other restaurants that are somewhat bland.
chicken and sides are on point. the cheesecake is heavy and should be able to put one into a food coma.

What can I say that hasn't already been said, great food and great atmosphere topped off with friendly staff, this nandos lives up to its name. The only way I guess to improve it would be to add some light in the outside sitting area and wifi. Apart from that probably one of the best restaurants I've been to.

The hype surrounding Nandos when it just opened in Abu Dhabi was incredible. Everyone was talking about it and every one was eating at Nandos. So obviously when the entire city is talking about a place, one has to go try it. That’s exactly what I did. I have been to Nandos twice and enjoyed both these experiences. For one, make sure you don’t come to Nandos when you are really hungry. You are bound to wait for a table for atleast twenty minutes and this was on a weekday. They don’t have prior reservation services either so what I find best is that I come early, put my name on the waiting list, go around the mall for half an hour or so and then go back to Nandos. Otherwise, they also have a large waiting area which is also quite comfortable to sit and chill. The overall ambiance is comfy and warm. Even though it’s a huge space, you will sometimes feel that the tables are a little close to each other and the place is usually packed. So one thing that vegetarians need to know before going here is that for main course, in Nandos, they only have one option in three different styles. They have the vegetarian patty with the burger, in pita bread and in a wrap. I have tried their pita and the wrap. So overall there isn't anything special about Nandos without their special sauce, atleast for vegetarians (I can’t comment much about their chicken which I have heard tons about). It’s the sauces that do the trick. Their wrap is quite filling and nicely stuffed and their pita was actually like a burger; it was pita-bread burger. The vegetarian patty is decent, I wouldn't say it’s the best that I have had but it’s quite nice. While placing your order, you will be asked which sauce you would like. I like going for the mild + medium mix, but apparently they don’t mix sauces in Abu Dhabi. They do so in Dubai though. So then, I decided to go for the mild as I can always add more sauces according to my preference when the food is on the table. Also, I don’t want to make the mistake of making the food too spicy and then not being able to eat it. Make sure you ask your server to provide you with whatever sauce you need. My special favorites are lemon and herb peri-peri and garlic peri-peri. You will have to specifically ask them for these, because they don’t keep them on the tables. I have also tried some of their sides. Don’t go for the spinach or the rice, they are completely bland and tasteless. And if you do opt for them, make sure you add enough sauce. The coleslaw is still better. I have also tried their Peri-Peri hummus and pita and I love it. So they give khaboos instead of pita but the hummus is still yummy! I have also tried a couple of their mocktails which are decent. The service is friendly but can get a little slow because of being so busy. Overall, I am glad there is a new place in Abu Dhabi to go to but ofcourse because of the lack of vegetarian options, I can’t frequent it much.
I have been waiting for nando s to open for quite some time now, but it was worth the wait, food was amazing. The service was a little rough when we went the first time, but it can be overlooked as it was only their second day, and its much better now. I just wish they would add something new to the menu!!!

I've been waiting for this branch of Nandos to open since last December. I visited this branch last week with a couple of friends, we had to wait a bit for a table but that was no problem firstly because Nandos is worth waiting for and secondly because my friends took time to arrive. Nevertheless the wait was shorter than I expected. The front of house server who asked how big of a table we would need was really friendly.
We were seated and handed the menus. We decided to order while we waited for two more friends to arrive, thinking that the food would take time to be brought to the table. I was quite surprised when the food was served in 10 minutes time, being quite busy on a Saturday evening. I had the 1/4th chicken with fries and coleslaw, which was so tasty. We had the chicken with the garlic peri peri sauce and it was just absolutely delicious. My vegetarian friend was also quite happy with his veg burger too.
Next time however I think I will go for the 1/2 chicken as that would be more filling. It was quite a nice evening, I loved the decor of Nandos, servers were really friendly, food was amazing, this restaurant sure deserves a 5/5 rating !
