But couldnt find a better falafel their sandwitch its just soo good to describe especiaply when its juicy and full of pickles :) plus i always order half grilled chicken plate which i highly recommend . We always used to pass by this beautiful sitting of the restaurant and think when will we go there. And finally one night we went there. And to say that the food was delicious would be demeaning the stature of this restaurant. I will rate this one of the best restaurants for Lebanese food. We ordered hummus zahrat lebanan, falafal saj and chilly potato and trust me guys we could not complete the whole thing. I had only heard of the hospitability of the UAE people but we can see that Over here. I will highly recommend this to everyone.

I've been a customer to Lebanese flowers restaurant ( zahrat lebnan) since the 80s, cant say that they kept the quality of the food despite the increased prices. Plus changing the staff to unqualified ones needs to be revised. I cant imagine serving cold appetizer from the microwave!!! Come on cold vine leaves should be cold not heated in the microwave. I have to admit that it's the only restaurant still serving FATOOSH almost perfect . Not like others salad with bread.

Zahrat Lebnan has never failed to satisfy their customers. I've known this restaurant since I was a small kid, and it was (and is still) famous for its shawarmas. They have the best Chicken Shawarma sandwiches in town that have french fries, garlic, and pickles inside. I also like their Grilled Sheesh Tawouk sandwiches (samoun bread). Pickles coming with the order are fresh both cucumber and carrots. And finally for those who prefer sour vine leaves, you're gonna LOVE their vine leaves. This restaurant serves good food with reasonable prices. I highly recommend it!

The mix grill was good but the quantity was less for 1/2 kg. The machine grilled chicken was very yummy. Overall not a great experience as we didn’t get much attention from waiters, we had to call them for each and everything rather than them serving us.

Overrated. I visited this place with my family with high expectations according to zomato's reviews but we got very disappointed with the food quality. We ordered shawera , mix grill and machine chicken. all food had no taste at all. No seasoning Not even salt !! Chicken had smell and it tasted like fish !!! Mix grill meat had weird taste and the apptiezers were not fresh. What a shame..

This place brings a lot of memories as I used to come here with my late dad in 1999 as a kid. It is a traditional yummy Lebanese food. I have tried several shops chicken machine meal and this is by far the best. It is not greasy, perfect size and the compliment that come with it are delicious. I have tried their signature grills and found the quantity generous for one person buy ai would have added rice to it. Their hummus is not the best honestly but their garlic paste is perfect to me. I really appreciate their quick delivery service compared to other restaurants.

I like all the food i ordered from them so far: Charcoal grilled chicken and mixed grills, complete with bread, fresh vegetables and pickled side dishes, and dips (garlic paste and hummus). Delivery is fast too, only 30 minutes. Only downside when dining in is their tables almost touching another, not a bit spacious.

Went here for dinner today, we were welcomed outside the restaurant and then our kind waiter Shaheen led us to our table. In a matter of seconds we were served salad and pickles, olives, etc. We used zomato gold and ordered for a charcoal grilled chicken and also a mixed grill. While waiting for our mains to arrive we had lovely hummus and garlic paste with Arabic bread brought to our table. The mains we're delicious. (We we're too hungry to take any pictures). We we're also given free dessert which tasted heavely. Overall a lovely place to grab a meal. I would highly recommend this branch. Very friendly and outstanding service. They have really improved since they renovated and rebranded the place as 'Zahrat Lenan' from 'Lebanese Flower'. Will definitely be visiting again after the lovely service we received today. Something tells me that they had a management change of some sort, and the entire focus has been on branding a packaging change (which was great to be honest) but flavor and actual quality of meet toke a hit big time. Hands down, the best Shawarmas in the city! Make sure to dine-in at least once. They bring a portion of freshly baked bread and dips to the table that is super satisfying ! My personal favorite remains their Spicy Chicken Shawarmas with extra Tahina sauce. Not a single dish we have had so far has disappointed us. Parking may be an issue, but the hunt is worth it because the meal is that pleasantly satiating ! Amazing !

Great little place for some authentic Lebanese flavor. Love their Manakish (meat, cheese and zaatar). Also their mix meat grill is also just the perfect portion. The Hummus they serve is creamy and well flavored. Love their condiments of pickles and olives that they offer complimentary with every meal. Seating arrangement is plenty and service levels are good. Parking is not such a big hassle and access is easy. Delivery service is also provided but it could be better served as the food is not warm when it reaches place.

Well, I’m a bit atypical in that case, I like Chicken-liver the most and the one that we get from Arabic/Lebanese restaurant is my dearest version. Very recently we been to Zahrat Lebnan, a Lebanese restaurant, from there I’d tasted the best Chicken Liver (Aed 32) by far. It was full of flavor, clearly more than the liver, I got addicted to the molasses sauce. Chicken liver braised with garlic and pomegranate molasses was indeed yummilicious.

Really Good Lebanese Food ! One of my teammates loves the combination of Tabouleh with Moutabbal and after he had gone for vacation, I was craving for some ! The closest Lebanese Restaurant to me was Zahrat Lebnan, so I decided to give them a try. I ordered *Tabouleh *Moutabal *Pocket Shawarma The Tabouleh and Moutabbal were reallly good but not great. It is just right to satisfy one’s lebanese salad craving ! The Pocket Shawarma was good as well. Not too oily, the flavors of the tahina, garlic were just right ! The delivery took one hour as they had told. Overall, I will definitely try out more but as advised by friends the branch near Wahda Mall is much better. Looking forward to trying over there !

It was a simple order of seven chicken shawarmas, to be delivered walking distance from the restaurant. I was told it would still take one hour because the restaurant was busy. Two hours after this conversation, my family and I decided to walk to the restaurant to have shawarmas. Once we had sat down and finished ordering, the delivery guy from that same restaurant started calling me to inform me he was at my house. Basically, delivery is useless.

The most important parts which are food and value are superb! I ordered using food on click at 10:22PM 1hr and 30 mins later I asked the website to check on my order. The restaurant calls to ask for my order at 12:02 AM I receive my incomplete order at 12:34 AM The driver doesn't hand me the bill and when I ask him for the total he gives me a different number (In an attempt to scam an amount less than the tip I was going to give him) , I knew the total and had the Total + his tip in my hands and gave him that and didn't look back. 1-Very untimely Delivery 2-incomplete order 3-scamming delivery driver Current Egyptian management is doing an appalling job. Food is not bad but I think I had enough from these guys to never order from them again.

Such a disappointment to talk to an order taker who can't speak or understand English, whose personal hygiene isn't upto the mark, who can't tell what's in the dish, who can't tell what's the daily special.... Moreover even the manager wasn't able to make up for this communication gap.... Long nails might be some cultural thing for them but it is simply disgusting to get served by someone with long dirty nails..... I would rather have a takeout next time as I loved the food but can't cope with the incapable service staff. I am amazed myself that I am 3.5 stars rating just on the basis of good food but it would be unjust if the service part would completely shadow the food part, so had to.do it....

I have never experienced so bad delivery service in my life like here. It took around 1.30hours to delver the food which is cold and uneatable already. When I called to follow up the order after 1.30hours they said that they can't find my place which is 3-5mins far from them and they gave the phone to other guy to talk to me he is asking "what do you want to order?" and their attitude is like you owe them something. And after overall when i received my order delivery guy said that If ordered from zomato it is problem and he told me next time don't order from zomato and call directly. no sorry or thanks said and he just left!!!

I thought this place would serve similar quality food to its branch in TCA. But it does not. I was not very impressed by the taste of our orders. We had ordered Manae'esh, shawarma and fresh juices. It is fair to say that nothing tasted as expected. The food was over-cooked and the juices did not taste as fresh as we had expected. We had ordered early on dinner service so we though the food would be even better. But sadly it was not, it was rather average. The staff is very grumpy. This really affects your general experience, whether it being a take out or a delivery. Similar to the other branch, I really hope they work on improving their customer service and customer experience. It is fair to say that if I had felt like ordering from this chain I would stick to the TCA branch.

I enjoyed the chicken shawarma platter because the chicken was tasty, but not over seasoned. I wouldn't have minded to have more sauce in it. They give pita bread, cucumber/tomato salad, and hummus. For the chicken kebab, the meat is made so well--juicy, tender, and perfectly lightly charred on the outside. Apart from the food, the people here are reliably on time with your order, kind, friendly, and super accommodating. Zaatar MAnakish made bread that looks like a pizza and is topped with olive oil?? & zaatar. I liked it. Lots of food for a good price. Looking forward to eating here again.

Worst service in Abu Dhabi. Me and my friend made a small order for home delivery to a building which is 2-3 minutes walk from this so called 'restaurant'. It took them more than 1 hour to deliver it, 1 dish that we ordered wasn't there, food arrived almost cold. Staff look at you like you owe them something. Never ever again in my life. There are much better place to eat arabic food in this area... would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered online and paid by card...firstly, delivery arrived late by approx. 1 hour late. Secondly, the delivery driver did not understand English and would not leave until I paid him cash by continuously pointing to the receipt. I gave him cash (with a tip) and he left. I raised the issue with Zomato, who contacted the restaurant and the driver returned to give the money back (without the tip!). Finally, some of the things I ordered was wrong but by then I was too stressed and annoyed to complain yet again.

29 Mar 2016 This was my first time ordering directly via Zomato, and the experience was overall great, from team Zomato. Keep it up! As for the restaurant itself, I encountered 2 issues with the billing: 1) They overcharged me on the French Fries. 2) They did not honour the 10% promo discount on the total bill that Zomato availed me. I have to say that Zomato were quick to follow up, respond, and to resolve the issue. They credited my Zomato account with the amount immediately. And they even gave me a further 15% discount on my next order, as a thank you, valid for a week. Thank you, Zomato. Now on to the food. I ordered the Mixed Grill for One, at Dh. 45. Along with that, I got a plate of French Fries, at Dh. 12 (for which I was charged 16). The Mixed Grill was delicious, it tasted fresh and wholesome. It came with some Hummus, Garlic Paste, a Salad/Pickles and some Bread. I loved their Hummus and Garlic Paste! 😍 The French Fries were average. The whole meal was enough for me and my husband.

When it comes to Lebanese restaurants, we seem to be spoilt for choice in this region, quality being the key factor that separates the best from the rest. Having spent almost my entire life in Auh, I tend to have favourites and may have some sort of a bias towards certain joints. Lebanese flower used to be my go to joint for shawarmas, charcoal grills, mixed grills and grilled chicken. Everything, from taste to location agreed with me. Unfortunately, their service is not what it used to be back in the day. If you live close by then take out is your best bet but again parking in the area is a big headache. Home delivery is a gamble and takes ages, so much so that there's a possibility that you may never receive your order (guilty of that experience). The Shish tavook with its tender meat is one of my favourites in the region. Kebabs and areyas are decent while their mixed fruit cocktail is something to die for. A very heavy drink that is layered with fruit juice, pulp and chunks is something that I recommend trying. The food is quite good but service and delivery need an improvement.

This is the most authentic Lebanese food I have tasted. Once you are seated, they will get you salad, bread and hummus. We had ordered shawarma plate and mixed grill platter (1/2kg). More than filling for 4 persons. The shawarma takes no time but the platter might test your patience. But the wait is definitely worth it. The kebabs, meat, chicken pieces are juicy and we loved it. I had lemon mint with my food, it tastes more like pani-puri water. No complaints though. Ask for garlic paste whatever you order. Dip the shawarma in it, dip the grills in it, dip everything in it.

My order was very simple. Direct from the menu: Mushroom soup, 2 Mexican shawarma, and one plate of mixed grills. What happened was: We don't have mushroom soup, okay.. Cancel that. The shawarma came in no time as it is easy to prepare. Coming to the grills, the worst service EVER! So much of disrespect and awful solutions (as if there was any!) I had to wait for an hour, and no one showed up to say sorry. In fact, when I tried to ask, the waiter ignored me after I called him, he just passed by and said yeah 2 mins. The funny part, 3 families came after me, had the big plates of grills and I was just right there waiting for anyone to respond !!! Like where the heck is my plate!!! How come they get to get their orders before me and their orders are the same like mine AND OF THE BIGGER SIZE!!!??? Absolutely Crap! Finally one guy in a black suite showed up and I told him to cancel my order, he asked me in a very stupid and surprised tone: WHY?? Why are you leaving .. I'm sorry, what I will get it to you.. Just give me few minutes. Seriously ??? And when I asked for the manager he said that he is the manager! wOW! I left and told him and gonna pay only for the shawarma ( though at least as a "sorry", he should have said okay don't pay for that) he was only saying.. If you just wait for few mins, I'm sorry, you are our guest. Complete disappointment, I wish I could give them "0" as rating. Even the shawarma sandwiches were just "tiny" and for 18 Dhs? One more thing to add, I tried to visit them myself and check if it was only a rumor or its a real thing that they have "THE WORST SERVICE TROPHY" of the year. And guess what....? No chance to go again, and I will make sure none of my friends does as well.

Nice place for lebanese or oriental food, one of the most known places for shawerma and other grilled sandwiches or dishes. I've tried several dishes and sandwiches from there, my favourite 2 items are the chicken shawerma and the grilled shish tawook sandwich, I recently got the shish tawook and it was perfectly cooked and the sandwich was made as I ordered it (I did not want garlic paste in it). Service was terrible. It took 40 minutes for our order of fish to be served. I understand that it needs to be cooked, but the whole time we saw 3 chefs arguing with each other. Waitresses who pretended they did not understand English and a confused manager. Once the fish was served it was BURNED. Even the shrimp was burned. I am talking left In the oven for to long black burned! They even charged me full price! No I am sorry or anything !

This is a nice place.. they have good interiors now.. their shawarma is the highlight here.. also their Grill are just Amazing.. but with all the Authentic Middle East taste, I had a bad experience regarding the service here.. I was made to wait for a longer,where people came after me collected their orders my personal opinion "they provide better service to the regular customers than the new people like us Indians who find it difficult to communicate with them as only prefer to talk in Arabic. Also regarding parking you may find bit it difficult here.. Overall restaurant is nice..

Normal restaurant, the service is very moody, honestly saying, and this was annoying most of the time to be hesitated to ask for some extra service because u don't know what is the mood of Mr waiter. I have Indian friends told me they were upset because they received horrible service.

Very disappointing compared to every other Lebanese Flower I have been to, the food was dry and not tasty at all and they got the order wrong twice for some side dish we ordered.

Have been to this outlet in Khalidiya mall twice. On the first visit we were a bit dissapointed as they ran out of lentil soup amd did not bother to inform is for almost an hour. But the grilled chicken we had here was one of the best and the fatoush of course is outstanding. So we after a couple of weeks we revisited them.On the second visit i tried the egg plant and tofu salad which was outstanding. Tangy and spicy.. must try. Staff may appear a bit cold and distant but the food is definitelu worth it.!!

The usual order from here is The Normal Chicken Shawarma and The Mexican/ Spicy Chicken Shawarma. My dad has been buying the shawarmas from here ever since we moved to the UAE, ie, 14 years ago. Till today, they have the best shawarmas in town. Though the sizes and prices have been varying by the years, the taste remains the same. For those who like the not-so-spicy type the Normal is perfect whereas for those who prefer a bit of spiciness ,The Mexican would be the preferable choice. The only downside is that the size of the Shawarma varies almost every time we buy it. Sometimes it's big, sometimes it's this tiny little shawarma. Otherwise taste-wise best shawarma ever and I'd definitely recommend it.
