They have an amazing ambience and love their menu.. Their cheesecakes are the best in the world.. For starters, I had their soup.. We could do one by 3 and the quantity is great.. We then had California guacamole salad.. Really good..<br/>For main course, we had the Cajun chicken littles.. We were so full by then that we could only order one cheesecake for the 3 of us.. We ordered the hazelnut crunch cheesecake.. It was heaven 😍.. Definitely coming back to try out more from their menu

Because I do. <br/>We ordered chicken nachos which was a huge plate of nachos with cheese and chicken, jalapeño, guacamole, salsa and cream cheese. It was absolutely delicious. The nachos were so crispy and even the last bite of it was so crisp and fresh I was in love. <br/>We also had chicken madeira and chicken pasta with mushrooms and the legendary strawberry cheesecake. <br/>Chicken madeira came with a sauce with the side of beans and mashed potatoes. It was a little dry on the inside but overall it was delicious. <br/>Pasta was super creamy and saucy. The serving size is enough for 2. I had almost chicken in each bite of the pasta so needless to say that the quality they serve is the best. <br/>We ordered a bottomless strawberry lemonade and gulped down a good 4-5 glasses of it. <br/>And lastly we finished off with the strawberry cheesecake which was heavenly. The cheesecake was smooth and would melt in my mouth and the base was absolutely beautiful 😋<br/>I’m drooling just writing the review. My verdict is if you haven’t been to cheesecake factory you must right now. <br/>And don’t stuff yourself with the bread and butter they give you as a complimentary dish. I have always been in love with The Cheesecake Factory and my favorite is the Ultimate Red Velvet Cheesecake.<br/>I have visited the Dubai branch with my friends a lot of times and visited the AUH branch recently with family.<br/>For starters we ordered, Southern Fried Chicken Sliders and Buffalo Blast. I must say the portions are huge and even with all our gluttony we struggled to finish the same.<br/>But the food was amazing. We paired up the food with some of their signature mocktails like Tropical Island Cooler and Passion fruit Mojito.<br/>For the main course we ordered "The SPECIALS" which again took our taste buds to a whole new level.<br/>We ordered Crusted Romano Chicken which was a batter fried chicken with spaghetti tossed in a tomato based sauce and garnished with parmesan cheese and herbs.<br/>The second main course was Chicken with Biscuits which was personally my favorite dish.<br/>It consisted of thin chicken filets smothered with a super delicious creamy sauce and yum veggies likes peas carrots and mushrooms, with a dollop of creamy mashed potatoes and couple of biscuits. The whole dish was so delectable that even though we were stuffed upto our necks we couldn't stop gulping down.<br/>The service was very good and the Ambience comforting. All in all I would rate my experience 5/5.

Cheesecake Factory is our favorite place to go on weekends, today we tried their skinnylicious burger and chicken and salad sandwich.kids had macaroni and cheese and pepperoni Pizza both served with fries .<br/>Had a lovely time , perfect service and food was freshly made .

Tried their fried Mac and cheese balls for the first time, and it for sure lived up to the hype. Words cannot describe how good it was. Their chicken pizza was also superb. The crust was thin, soft and yet crispy. The whole pizza is good for one person. You won’t want to share :) And for beverages I would recommend their passion fruit drink - very refreshing, and not too sweet! And you won’t have to wait for your food, hungry and cranky as they serve fresh, warm bread and butter in the beginning.

By far the best food I’ve had in a while. We ordered a salad that had lentil, avocado, chicken, fried onions and all greens in it, it tasted amazing and fresh. Another order was classic burger, the whole family literally had a bite from it because the smoky taste in it was amazing !! Also the pepperoni pizza and fettuccini alfredo were over the top. Chicken strips and french fries were our appetizers and we enjoyed every bit of it. We ended it with salted caramel cheesecake which also was 10/10. Highly recommended branch

Needless to say, one of the best restaurant serving quality and quantity!! Came here to celebrate my birthday and the experience was great!! The crowd was very huge and it’s understandable!! <br/><br/>We had tried their burger and pasta!!! Both were delectable and huge in portion!! We couldn’t finish it all!! To end it all we ordered The cheese cake which is a must try here!! <br/><br/>The ambience were well kept and the staffs were super attentive throughout!! The fame of the shop is too good to be explained. Just love the restaurant for the overall experience it caters to. My favorites anytime when I decide to dine in, would be the amazing varieties of desserts to choose. They are top notch and in great sizes.. Not to forget, the support from the staff, atmosphere and the seating arrangement

I love this place, one of my favorite restaurants ever, never tried anything on the menu and didn't like it, the only thing I don't really like is the lightening it's so dark which makes it hard to even see the food, other than that, I believe it's one of the best

Always a delight dining in at Cheesecake Factory. Ordered Godiva Chocolate Brownie Sundae - rich, divine and a complete chocolate indulgence. A little too heavy and filling but hey it's chocolate! 💁‍♀ Can't complain!

my all time favorite place whenever i visit Dubai; not just for their cheesecakes, but the variety of items on their menu, the tasty ingredients, huge platters, and quality of food, service and cleanliness. the almond crusted salmon salad is my favorite, but this time i ordered the wellness salad and added grilled salmon to it; making it now, my number 1 salad on their menu.<br/>highly recommended!!

A bad service indeed and it seemed racism is on at this outlet. 2 servers took our orders and only one order has been served :( we were so hungry as we went to warner brothers for a birthday celebration. I have highly recommended that we will visit cheesecake factory as we all knew food is great! But unfortunately it was too frustrating. The restaurant manager took good care to let me calm down and still im upset . Other orders have been forgotten and I cannot accept the “miscommunication” reason. I have money to pay not even using a credit card maybe theyve thought because were Filipinos but FYI our grandfather was an Irish . Definitely Ill come and visit u again with manny pacman on sept 27-28 together with our MBPL basketball players .... hoping service will be good with new smart crews. Always filled with people which assures you of good food. Factory Nachos are always the best. They have good buffalo wings. Overall great appetisers. One of the biggest menus I have ever seen. There is surely something for everyone, picky eaters, meat lovers, surf & turf, lighter options for those watching their weight, it has it all. The taste never changes which is great. The variety of cheesecakes can be overwhelming but the best in my opinion is Fresh Strawberry Cheesecake. Just a heads-up the food might be heavy and the full portions are huge so keep that in consideration when ordering. For example, the Factory Nachos can easily be shared amongst 3-4 people with each getting a good sized portion.

Restaurant rate 3.5 .. stuff very good but the menu it’s very big no one can choose food and there is nothing special for restaurant it’s normal menu.. I like slider (3.7)

We bought 3 maincourse and 2 desserts - chicken Romano, shepherds pie, chicken pasta (forgot the actual name) , hazelnut cheesecake and cinnamon cheesecake.<br/>The quantity is enormous and filling.<br/>The cheesecakes are an absolute marvel here - Havent tasted anything so yummy like this before.<br/>The staff is very friendly. The only drawback is that, this place is really crowded. So it's always best to book a table beforehand before dining there.

It is always a treat to visit TCF.<br/>We had a friend gathering and made sure to hit Yas Mall for some movie and dinner afterwards at this venue. <br/><br/>The atmosphere was just your typical busy cheesecake factory. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. We were introducing to the specials and the fish of the day. I ordered the truffle honey fried chicken which was sooo yummy! My cheat meal. Thumbs up <br/><br/>The only downside is that it was too loud to have a good chat if you are a group of 4+ people in a large table.

Went to Cheesecake Factory for Lunch on weekday with colleagues . It was not crowded. I have been before to Dubai outlets. It was my first time visiting Abu Dhabi outlet. Nice ambience. They serve bread with butter to start with. We ordered the strawberry cheesecake. The price is too much but the taste was amazing so it was all worth it. The ambiance is really nice and the staff is very friendly.

OMG the food was awesome delicious.. every thing we ordered was mouth watering.. the crazy craigh carrot cheesecake 😯 no words... Noticed the panache of the design on the oreo cheesecake. Magnificent!! Couldnt finish that one slice of cheesecake alone, required the help of my sis to hog away at the delicious creamy slice of heaven. Felt like an entire sweet buffet in my mouth. A cheesy delight.!!!

I’ve tried their fried Mac & cheese and I absolutely love it. That’s like the thing I order almost every time I go there. Also their drinks are amazing, Berry spritzer and cooler splash I think? <br/>The fried mozzarella were nice too. <br/>The cheesecake was pretty good too.

Today we went to cheesecake factory for dessert.. and we ordered lime cheesecake and pinacolada.. the cake was good and refreshing it is little bit different than any cake there because it is more like a tart

Once more, The cheesecake factory made me happy. The food was splendid and the portions for a person exactly what I like to be. I went with Mohamed’s - the staff- recommendations and he did not fail with his choices. I really appreciate when the staff takes their time to explain the menu, although it is repeated item most of the time. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the food so much and hopefully Mohamed will help select what I missed from menu.

Not a fan of their Breakfast, it was OK... Quinoa salad was good... the cheese cake we ordered was more of a mousse cake rather than a cheesecake. It was supposed to be the pinnacle of my cheese cake factory dinning experience .. but fell short from my high expectations. Our server though was exemplary! We came to simply have breakfast but ended up ordering more dishes because of her cheerful personality and top notch up-selling skills 👍🏼 unfortunately we forgot her name! She was on duty on March 29 and scheduled to go on vacation to the Philippines on April. 🤪

Right place for people who love cheese cakes... My friend took me all the way just to have cheese cake, then we decided to have dinner... We ordered pasta and cakes... We visited this place last March 31, 2019 to get a late lunch. Let me start by saying that all the staff here are very polite and always wear a smile. We were greeted by their reception team and escorted us to our seat. Then a guy named Abdel came to serve us and recommended us the best lunch items they have.<br/><br/>My wife ordered the Miso Salmon then my daughter ordered the Spaghetti with Meatballs and I ordered the Meatloaf; we also have the vietnamese shrimp summer rolls as appetizers. While waiting foe our orders to arrive we were given free bread with butter which my daughter liked alot.<br/><br/>The Vietnamese Shrimp Summer Rolls taste great along with the two dipping sauce it came with. They used fresh shrimp and vegetables inside the rolls. The Meatloaf here was to die for. It was meaty and tasty with some caramelized onion and the hest mashed potato I had in years. The Salmon also taste fresh and was cooked to perfection. My daughter also loved the spaghetti with meatballs and because the portion was huge she was still able to have it during our dinner at home.<br/><br/>The place and the menu looks a bit intimidating but you will really get your money's worth in this place.<br/><br/>We will definitely come back to this place maybe dinner next time around.

The Cheesecake Factory infact doesn’t require any introduction or review to be written ! It’s one of its kind and best of it ! Awesome desserts that puts you in a fix while choosing , as you can never make a decision and feel like having them all !! Their main courses are lunch specialities are good too ! Love the brown fiber and oat bread that goes well with a blob of butter ! Ambience is good too ! They are expensive, but no compromise on the quality!

Very courteous staff. Ambience was great. The chicken piccata was delicious with a creamy sauce and capellini. And there are absolutely no words for the cake. It was amazing with intense flavour of chocolate. The light and airy sweet whipped scream helped cut back some of the heavy cake. All in all had a amazing experience.

Good ambiance, tasty food with very nice customer service. Serving size is good enough. Kids menu is good too. Starter breads are my favourite. One thing that annoys kids and sometimes adults too is very low light other than that, it is an awesome place for family lunches/dinners.

i have been to this restaurant many times and still go there almost every month with my family we have tried almost every dish on the menu, the food is always delicious and very good value.

The cheesecake factory has been one of my favourites since I have tried it. Having tried various dishes here, I have never been disappointed in what i have ordered. The portion size is plenty for two persons which limits the option of ordering more dishes at one visit.<br/>The variety of cheesecakes is mouthwatering because each one is better than the one i have tried previously.<br/>It is a must go to restaurant in abu dhabi.

This place has truly the best cheesecakes. The food portions are reasonable for two. The carbonara pasta was amazing topped with parmesan shavings.

My sister and mom had come here a while back and while they ordered from the lunch menu, when the bill later came they were charged from the normal menu. On telling the waiter that they ordered from the lunch menu they were told that its only valid till 5. By the time they were done eating it had just crossed 5. They ordered the fish and chips ,fish was frozen and tasteless. Chips were average can't go wrong with chips really. All this added to the fact that the bill was near doubled makes it a poor poor experience.

WE like every item we ordered the cheesecake they have is very delicious and taste fresh. <br/>the chicken taste just right . my kids like the spaghetti and mini burger they have

I always loved the Cheesecake Factory! I mean who doesn’t. we had the pasta with shrimp and sausage which was my favorite except we had the sausage removed, and my least favorite which was the jamaïcain shrimps with rice and beans on the side and as an appetizer we had the avocado roll which was very fresh and tasty

Although photo is tasty, however, the smells are terrible. I am sure it is not hygiene issue and more engineer or design fault. However, this is the same in All indoor space of this chain. Always, rotten fish smell.<br/>We saw another family leaving from same issue.

Good treat for people loving sweet. Ordered original cheese cake and red velvet cheesecake. Too filling and cheesy. Go for it if you are dead found of sweets. Friendly staff however not great presentation.

This lighting in this place always puts me off. The ambiance is very depressing with a tunnel/dungeon like feel when your entering the large walk through complex that’s an almost replica of the Dubai Mall outlet. The cakes look amazing and taste good but they are not made from scratch so you don’t get the freshness or best quality ingredients of artisan baking. Service was helpful and pleasant. An important point to note in your takeaway order is to request your side of cream is placed in a separate container as you will end up with a very messy cake by the time you get home - see my picture evidence of how to accept your package.

Good food very slow service the staff r not attentive and quick to serve the orders of the orders being placed on time hoping this will b improved

Cheesecake factory is a great place for some delicious food. The outlet as Yas mall is really crowded on weekends. Not a big fan of their cheesecakes, but we really enjoyed the starters and main course selection they had on offer

You cant think of another place if you think of cheesecakes! the menu has something for everyone, the place speaks for itself, as busy as they always are!

I am in table number 93 with my family and friends but were really surprised with couple of things which took place firstly the floor was dirty as there were food morsels on the sofa in which we were offered and had to change the table and then the fries which came with the dish was cold and looked like it was not prepared fresh and then there was no pickles with the sliders and to top it all the glasses were dirty and they checked and changed all the six glasses with plastic ones. We come all the way from Abudhabi just to eat here as we come here every month. I service is good but they have to look at cleanliness which is very important.

Pricey for the quality.<br/>400-500 for 2<br/>I would not recommend chicken plates or to add chicken to the Cesar salad. May be its a personal taste but i did not like at all but for more that 100 AED pasta plate i would expect more

Food 10/10<br/>Place 10/10<br/>Service 10/10<br/> We ordered chicken bbq pizza, pasta carbonara and red velvet. We love everything. I must say this is the creamiest carbonara I’ve ever tasted. Pizza is also delish and of course their cake is to die for. We will definitely try their other cakes for sure. <br/>

Once of the best cheesecake i have and really stands up for their name. Food are good for its price and usually the servings are good for two its definitely a delight to dine with

Cheesecake factory is one place that you can absolutely order anything from its menu blindfolded and still be amused by the flavor profile. They have absolutely nailed every item on their menu.<br/>This time we ordered southern fried chicken sliders as starters and a factory combo of chicken madeira and steak diane as mains. Everything was spot on, the only probable comment would be of the steak diane whicb was a little more seared than our liking since its pan seared and not grilled.<br/>Special mention to their staff and service for their impeccable skills.
