Guys be careful if you are planning to go watch your self because I will never recommend this place, we had a really bad experience, they don’t have proper menu as well as drinks taste bad,and they don’t know how to respect their customers.

Just simply love this place! Happy Hour from opening to closing (Corona Time), staff are amazing and the food is just the best! We were a group of four who are fun, loud and full of laughter. Staff were amazing and totally willing to deal with our games and loud outbursts! <br/><br/>We shared a sausage plate bunny chow, nachos and seafood basket which was bliss and with happy hour and entertainer vouchers our night was as cheap as chips! Thanks Blu Sky and Southern Sun! We will be back!

t’s one of the bestest sports bars in Abu Dhabi. So many screens which give everyone the full opportunity not to miss any moment during the game. This is my go to sports bar, showing premier league, cricket and rugby. Happy hour every day until 11 pm and no unwanted interruptions if you know what I mean. Complimentary spicy popcorn with drinks. I’ve not tried the food here yet.

Quiet relaxed venue for a drink. A good place to catch your favourite sports team as they have quite a few screens.<br/><br/>They also have a VIP room that you can book to host your own private parties.<br/><br/>We booked our NYE party last year and celebrated with around 25 people. The room can fit that many people!<br/><br/>Food quality is your average pub or bar food. A lot of fried finger foods but they do serve burgers and pasta. Their wings are quite decent.<br/><br/>Drinks are on the cheaper end especially during their happy hour. I think it's between 20-25 dhs per drink.<br/><br/>They also have a jukebox screen to play whatever song you want on their system. It's a nice touch for the guests.

It was absolutely perfect... from drinks to their food it's a WOW factor must of their staff are friendly attentive, and willing to assist you on particular details you want to know before you grabbed your orders... I feel very comfortable in this bar.. the happy hour I can't complain.

Had an opportunity to have an amazing Dinning experience with my family at the Blue Sky Lounge & Grill. The staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. We went in at a quieter time as we were with kids. Seems like the place glows up in the eve hours. Kids are allowed only at certain hours, so do confirm while making your reservations.

A decent place to have beers and good food ....I must say the food they serve is quite good.<br/><br/>club house sandwitch was really good, chicken wings with barbeque was just right .<br/><br/>calamari rings were also fresh and also the beer served is good quality too ...

Blue Sky lounge is a very decent place to go. The ambiance is nice and the music is not loud and quite unobtrusive. Staff very courteous and smiling. I sat there for a almost 3 hours and no one seemed to be in a hurry. The draft beer is top quality. The best and the most obvious part of the place is the grill and steaks they serve. The grilled lamb chops were a great treat and so was the beef stake. I would say that it is a great place to go. They have another stake house in the same hotel called the Foundry which is more elaborate, fine dine and more expensive. Rather go to the blue sky, which with its limited menu is more relaxed and laid back with great food.

Decent spot to watch sports, beer is reasonable but I wish they’d have better happy hours ;) the chicken wings were pretty tasty and the burger was average unfortunately.

We ordered beer, nice screens for watching a match. They have a duke-box selection. Staffs are very friendly. Pretzels for free, Good vibes for free.

So far the best sports bar in town. Their wings are just ridiculously tasty. Can't get enough of it. Overall, everything on their food menu is amazing., altho they should get a Dj for weekends and make the place more of a party, lounge when games are not being played. Oh, and yes they have a jukebox with the best and latest music in it. You could play your favorite music while u sip down on a nice cold beer.

It was a matchday! This place is so lit on matchdays. Great place to hangout with friends and watch some good football matches. Decent prices, servers are pretty nice. They have happy hours on weekdays.

I have been here twice,. The first time was average I did not have an exceptional experience. But my friends and I had a great time.The second time was just plain bad. They Had very less staff in reference to the crowd. One Mr Juan attended my table which Included a few friends of mine and I. I'm not sure what he had been through in his day earlier but he was extremely rude, to the extent that he had said a few things that hurt us despite, no arrogant behavior from us (seriously). I even spoke to the manger about this situation but received no proper feed back or response. Maybe all of them just had a bad day . But I have to say it really is a good place to catch a match. They have good food and is also really clean with a good ambiance .

My friends and I go here all the time to watch the football. The place is modern, clean, has ample seating with comfy chairs and of course plenty of screens showing the sports around the place. The screens are a very good size and are well placed (not always the case believe it or not in a sports bar). It's not like your classic sports bar in that it's quite sleek. <br/><br/>The staff are friendly, on the ball and always try their best to accommodate you for example by moving chairs to view a screen better that's showing your match. It's nearly always happy hour so can get drinks for around 20-25dhs. The food is good too and it's on the Entertainer. They have a room that can be hired too for private parties which we've done once, it's reasonably priced for when there's a group of you. Give it a try :)

Great place to watch the football games, very comfortable chairs and tons of big screens. I had their supreme burger which was so juicy and delicious. My only slight complaint is that the bun was nothing more than a cheap grocery store type bread that got soggy after a few minutes. Such a delicious burger deserves some fresh baked bread to sit upon! The poutine (basically loaded fries or chips if you're British) maybe wasn't so authentic (no real cheese curds) but it made for a decent snack during the game since there are no complimentary nuts or crisps (note to all bars: salty snacks = more drink sales). The combo of ladies night (4 free drinks) plus a very long happy hour make this an excellently priced venue for guys and girls. Service was relatively fast even during an extremely busy time and the DJ was friendly and well matched for the crowd. Will definitely return!

Looks like Blu Sky is going to be a regular hangout spot for my friends and I after being introduced to it this summer for the Euro games! Drinks are so well priced, and the ambiance is great - with or without a game going on! <br/>Unlike other sports bars, even on very crowded nights, Blu Sky's layout is created in such a way that there is so much free space to walk around. Tables are not cramped together and there is a wide area in front of the bar to socialize and wait for your drink order to be placed and to arrive. The bartenders and staff are very friendly and are always looking to keep their customers happy!<br/>Having eaten here just once, the food is quite good as well. Decently priced with great quantity, I don't see why this can't be someone's go-to sports bar from now on! Also, if you're not feeling like bar food - there's sushi and Arabic food located on the same floor in a restaurant right opposite Blu Sky! And guess what? If it's a quiet night at Blu Sky, you can have your food from the other restaurant be brought there so you can enjoy the game as well as your choice of food!

Confession: I had to google about Blu Sky Lounge & Grill before the zomato watch party. Was a little confused. I didn't know what to expect. Is it a sports bar? Gastro pub? Steak and grill place? Lounge? <br/><br/>Well, Its a bit of everything and they have managed to incorporate all those things in one place very well. <br/>When the door opens , a big bar sits right infront of you. There you see Oliver and his crew mixing batches of cocktails. Don't ask me, how they were( i mean the cocktails)😄 I stuck to sparkling water. These guys caught me at a time when i was off alcohol. But, all the blue, purple, yellow and pink colors being poured in various glasses looked pretty tempting. <br/>Thanks to Oliver, i couldn't stop drinking the sparkling water. It was delicious! 😊<br/><br/>They have a vip room, which anyone can book with a minimum spend of Dhs 2000 on food and bev. I think, its totally worth the money if you have 10 people in there, spending 200 dhs each. <br/><br/>The crew are fantastic. I love people with a sense of humor. Shout out to Neville. Finally one great place to watch sports, enjoy some exotic drinks and delicious food. Been here for a zomato meet-up and it's like an awesome place if you are a sports lover. Wide big screens all around and also they have a VIP area for private groups. Staffs are really pleasant and helps you feel more comfortable suggesting drinks and food according to our taste. Zomato gave me a chance to enter here and found out that this is the bar I was searching for in Abu Dhabi. I usually go to Dhabi for such a ambiance and food was out of this world. Private rooms to watch any kind of sports of your choice and hukka bar was marvelous. I recommend this all my food and drink lovers. Chef Manish and Oscer were great. Hospitality from management at its best. Hope our own Rayyan to make up more meets here. Hats off guys.

I attended a zomato meetup at Blu Sky lounge last night. The bar is relatively new and is spacious and futuristic. Its more like a sports bar.<br/>They have a separate room for guests who want to watch a match without being in the company of alcohol drinkers. I got to try out a bunch of cocktails and sample some food. Personally, I loved the cocktails ... especially the blue ones that arrived in a test tube! Gosh, it brought back 12th grade chemistry memories! But atleast these were good. The bartender made another pinacolada - ish cocktail for me which tasted equally good.<br/>My favourites among the food were the Stilton mushrooms and the slider burgers. I didn't quite like the hummous and poutine. The 1842 Angus salad tasted pretty good as well (I'm not salad lover). The meat was so tender that it literally melted in my mouth and blue cheese was like an icing on the cake. <br/>I tasted 2 kinds of desserts - brownie and macaroon. The brownie was average whereas the macaroon was a bit hard. <br/>The bar is good, I can't deny that ... but a couple of dishes could be improved on. Plus, they have a DJ, ladies night & the longest happy hour!

So much more than the average "sports bar", Blu Sky Lounge & Grill offers a chilled out ambience, great service and excellent food. The Blu Sky Sharer lives up to its name and is definitely good for two as an appetizer. The mashed potatoes with gravy from the Bangers & Mash are some of the best I've had. All in all, it's a perfect place for a late evening catch-up with friends, with Happy Hours every day and a special ladies night on Wednesdays too. Definitely going to be a regular here!

An ideal place for a sports enthusiast: to catch up with your mates and have a few drinks while watching the game. As expected in any pub, people end up covering your screen, but this place had it all sorted. The screens are set up almost everywhere (how an actual sports pub needs to be) so that you wont miss any of the action. Yes. Thank You. We noticed it and We appreciate it. The place was absolutely buzzing yday for the India V Australia T20 match and boy what a match it was. Just had the drinks this time but definitely will be coming in more often. Poutine is on my To Try list the next time. Special shout out to the brilliant waitstaff-Especially the one who served us, a kind and pretty south african :) Highly recommended.

I was invited to this place for a quick drink. It was overcrowded during my visit as there was football match between Man U & Arsenal. The team is very friendly and they will make sure you have something to drink and bite especially if you are seating by the bar area. The food was absolutely amazing! To be honest I didn't expect getting this quality of food as it seemed like most of their revenue based on drinks. My favourite was VEAL SHORTRIBS. I will definitely come back. Oh forget to mention their happy hour, most of the drinks are half price!

A nice friendly sports bar, although it feels more loungy than like a Sports Bar.  It can get smoky in there in the evenings.  They are offering lots of promos now, with some great prices on drinks and the staff is friendly.  They have a ladies night too.  The screens are big and clear if you are really looking for a good place to watch a game.  The low review score is for the food mainly it is not great.  Some heavy pub type food, fried seafood, and the usual steak/burger offerings.  I would love to see them offer some slightly healthier (bust still delicious) vegetarian based options.  They have some potential but still need some work.  One of the best dishes we ordered was the chicken tikka masala.  Nice presentation and tasty.

Finally another good sports bar!! Was there a couple of times last week.. A good setup with proper lounge chairs and the lighting mostly coming in from the ginormous TV screens (80"?) all over the place. Definitely beats watching matches on hazy projector screens. <br/><br/>The surprise of the place though was some mouth watering bar food. Indulgence in the platters (grand mezze and blu sky sharer) is a must. <br/><br/>Also helps that the place is on happy hour all day long.. With regular draft, wine and house beverages on it.

Found another sports bar in the city to go and catch on the matches! More led by football and themed around manchester city. Ambience is warm, friendly and spacious. Upon entering the place you can choose to sit at the bar, chill around with comfortable sofas or take a big table if eating is on the list. The music was great as well. <br/><br/>Ryan served us and was very friendly. They currently have happy hours all day long as the bar is less than a month old. Approaching the hotel was tedious but worth a visit!
