طاقم ممتاز في التعامل والاسلوب الطيب ولكن مستوى اللحم سيء جداً والدجاج غير مطبوخ وسعر مرتفع باستثناء سلطه الجرجير وكات تجربه غير موفقه ولم استغرب هذا المستوى لقله الزوار فيه

انصح بزياره المطعم وتجربه المقبلات وهي الحمص، المتبل و المقالي (رقائق الجبن والكبه). وايضا حبيت الخبز كان لذيذ وفريش.. وجربت الشيش طاووق وكان جيد..

Authentic Lebanese food that is supplemented with outstanding service . The staff is so helpful and cheerful and you feel that you need to visit the place once again at the end . Special thanks to Ihab who welcomed us and provided good food options to select from .

Worst experience ever. If you don’t want to be insulted dont step a foot in this place. We booked a table for 7 for my friends birthday and we were a group of middle aged women who are all highly respectful and poise and all of a sudden the most rude waitor comes to our table and asked us to lower our voices!!! Excuse me!! Is this a classroom or a library or a restaurant!! Please keep in mind that we were actually celebrating a friend’s birthday. He didn’t even ask us politely he was extremely rude and disgusting we were so offended that we canceled our order and left right away. Note to the manager: you lost a lot of customers due to your employees weird and absurd behavior I will tell this story to all the people i know and ill make sure no body goes there. Ridiculous employees asking their customers to not laugh and have fun ohhh and btw the music blasting in the background was louder than our voices. Honestly disgusting

I ordered a mixed grill 1 kg, first of all it was less than half a kg, but it didn't matter if it was good but no it was so bad. The taste was like it was done before and reheated or something. Most of the meat was kafta i guess bcz it is cheaper. The grills came with only bread which is a first for me. It is usually served with at least a bit of hummus or mouttabal if not both. It sure does not deserve a 4.2 rating. The food below average in taste and over priced.

Lebanon’s pan-Arabian and Bedouin-influenced cuisine is an ever-present reminder of the involved communities who have inhabited the fertile lands of the Middle East for centuries. A caravanserai of empires and civilisations has passed through Lebanon and Jordan, which seats at the heart of the Levant – a historical name for the Middle Eastern region that encompasses Jordan, Israel, Syria, Lebanon, and the Palestinian territories.

The Fattoush salad was wilted and tasteless, their grilled lamb kafta was dry and a distant reminder of their actual kafta. Even the hummus tasted bad as though it had gone stale. Either I have been duped or it's not from the same Kitchen. Or maybe even changed chefs. I don't know. But it was certainly not worth the money and I want to let people know, to be careful before ordering.

Let me just start by saying that there’s certainly no shortage when it comes to Lebanese restaurants in Abu Dhabi What makes Zaytinya special, you say? Glad you asked!. I’ve only been there once before for coffee and a chit chat session with my girls. I went for an “official” visit last weekend and discovered that there was plenty more to love!

The food tasted amazing, great ambience, friendly staff , excellent service. If I could rate more than 5 I would have done it ❤️😍👏

This was a long pending visit. We tried the chicken mosakhan and grilled chicken in mushroom sauce. The dishes were really tasty and good portion too. The mosakhan had a unique taste (slight bitterness) with the olives and the chicken was juicy with a creamy sauce.<br/><br/>We were also given complimentary Arabic bread with Zaatar dip which was amazing.<br/><br/>The service was good and overall, a great experience.

Celebrated Karen Mary 's birthday here last night, and I must say the staff in Zaytinya are super sweet and helpful. Absolutely loved the whole look of this place.<br/><br/>After we placed our order, they served us Arabic Bread with Zatar dip and olives.<br/>For starters we ordered Zaatar & Cheese Manakish and for main course we had Mixed Grill and Fish & Chips.<br/>The food was flavorsome and economically priced although there is a long waiting time for it to be served.<br/><br/>We also tried the Watermelon flavored shisha, it was nice and they did the coal change at reasonable times.<br/><br/>I definitely recommend to try this place out whether with family or friends if you're looking to have a good Lebanese meal.

Fantastic Lebanese food. I have eaten there or ordered from them many times. Every time I feel the food quality is consistent and as good as always. Their mixed grills, shawarma, hummus and salads are all delicious and of high quality.<br/>Highly recommended.

Very tasty food served by helpful staff ,everyone of the staff smiling and helping even after fasting day they still helpful and caring which is very difficult but they really do ,there is a lot of choices in the buffet, I even try all the food and I find out that all the kinds of the food is very delicious, extremely nice work really appreciated.<br/>

The food was very good. The chicken wings were very flavorful and I am sure they would have been even better for dine in (we had delivery). I wish we could have modified some of our order. I cannot have the bread,rice or french fries. I would have like to change those for salad and/or hummus. But, there was no way to change.

I was really disappointed with the chicken burger I ordered that looked like beef but didn’t taste like it. It was also so wet that I couldn’t hold it, it kept falling apart. The fries were also made with old oil. The restaurant was kind to offer to send me a new sandwich but I didn’t want to risk it.

Zaytinya is a traditional Lebanese restaurant located in Al Seef Village Mall in Abu Dhabi. They have great interiors and friendly service. I had ordered for Shrimp with avacado, shish taouk, hummus and tabuleh with freshly baked bread. The aroma of the food was mind-blowing and the meal was flavorsome. <br/><br/>After a while of stuffing, I was suggested by one of the staff of Zaytinya to try their specialty which was Lamb biryani. I must say the biryani was fresh and I really loved their presentation of it. <br/><br/>For desserts, I ordered for Zaytinya Kunafa and Umm Ali. I enjoyed the kunafa, however umm ali was not one of the best that I have had.<br/><br/>Nevertheless,  I would recommend this is a perfect outing if you are craving for a nice Lebanese meal. <br/><br/>Also during Ramadan, this place has good buffet options with mind-blowing interiors and outdoor seating. Had the iftar buffet which had a lot of their dishes and I can tell u something is that Lebanese know how to cook their meat. All the meat like mutton chicken and fish were cooked to perfection were the meat dropped of the bone.<br/>Rest of the items were just average.<br/>Service was also average.<br/>

The mixed grills was good, But we got disappointed cause most of the restaurants they send Hummus with the kilo grills, that is why we didn't order a side hummus..<br/><br/>Disappointedly, No hummus was sent, we had to eat grill alone, without hummus, which wasn't very good experience..

I don’t know how to describe how bad it is , it’s so fancy , it’s authentic Arabian / Lebanese food , but my experience was horrible , let’s start with the waitress , the waitress that serving me was very rude he was not focus with me I was asking questions he kept going from table to another and coming back to be , food was horrible , the waitress didn’t know most of the information, food quality was very low , I did not like the restaurant at all .

Worst service, early morning and few customers are around but they took 30 mints or more to serve us, which is not acceptable!! If the restaurant was full I wonder how they will work!!!!! Never come back

I have been a regular customer of Zaytinya for a long time, however I have to say the standard has been slipping for quite some time. The food quality has suffered, and the menu options don’t contain the same level of consistency as previous. I really love this place, and maybe for eating it is still time, but for home delivery, I’m not impressed anymore.

I never write reviews but this time I feel obligated, I have had my first order from Zaytinya today, and by far it was the best meal i have had in long time

Great Lebanese taste with superb traditional ambience and decent rates. Ordered daily dish and grilled lamb. Both were up to the mark. Would definitely recommend this.

Wanting to have some middle eastern cuisine, we opted for Lebanese at Zaytinya. I like the decor of this place with 3 seating sections, one being the outside. The place gives a welcoming vibe compared to the mall it is in.<br/>The food has taste. We ordered some appetizers like hummus (with meat and beiruty) nd mutabbal. All the three were delicious especially with the hot bread they served. We ordered the lamb and chicken grill next which had the right amount of spices and were cooked to perfection. The lamb was not very chewy and soft which i liked. The taste was as appealing as the aroma. The chicken was tantalizing and delicious as well. We ordered 2 pizzas as well ( pepperoni and chicken) which were full of cheese and taste. The bread was thin and soft which was a rare combination for me.<br/>The over all experience was good. I would certainly go back and recommend it. The only problem i have is the serving size, which was quite small.

This is the best place to have Lebanese food. Everything on the menu is super delicious. You can never go wrong ordering anything. I especially recommend the mushroom chicken and tabouleh salad. You have got to order the tabouleh! Thank you for the great service and delicious food.

One of our last lunches of the year was at Zaytina. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience there and will definitely be back when we are craving some delicious Lebanese eats. My husband had come from the gym that day, we loved the casual ambience. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was excellent, friendly attentive and also knowledgeable about the menu. <br/>They gave us some amazing recommendations. <br/>1. Babaghanoush - super large portion, I mentioned I love avocados with it and they accommodated! <br/>2. Moutabal - super flavorful and and perfectly paired with their warm breads <br/>3. Kebbeh - this was raw lamb which my husband wanted to try. I was glad to see this on the menu as it’s one of the traditional dishes of Lebanese dining! <br/>4. Zaytina Mixed Grill - the meats were excellent all tender, spiced and the portion was hefty! <br/>5. Jordanian Lamb - this dish on Egyptian rice cooked the Jordanian way was my favorite of the day. The meat was so soft, rice was tasty and sauce was delicious! Definitely will come again for this <br/>6. Um Ali - a must order for dessert. Smells amazing. Worst Experience I have ever had . Staff were so rude as well as their managers . I went there for the celebration of my wife birthday but you guys has ruined it .<br/><br/>The food was below expectation and quantity doesn't meet the money value .<br/><br/>one more funny incedent , I ordered Fish & Chips and it was mentioned clearly in the menu that it serves with Tartar Souce. the chief was lazy to make it and instead he sent me a Taheena . come on !! respect the customers zaytinya.<br/><br/>I filled the feedback card and I'm crossing my fingers that it will reach to management let's hope they are taking their customers feedback seriously.<br/><br/>For any future customers !! Ordered wings and sandwich. I have witnessed today the smallest wings I have ever seen in my life and I am amazed. Well done! I've never seen such a blatant rip-off when it comes to wings.<br/><br/>The sandwich wasn't even nice either. And to boost, the price is on its own fantasy league.<br/><br/>Not recommended.

Friendly staff. Good food. Fast service. Had really good kunafa and shish tawok. I wouldn't say they had the best shwarma. The prize was very affordable cause I used a Groupon deal, without that, it would've been a bit in the higher end.

I always go to Zaytinya for traditional Lebanese food, they have vouchers everywhere so the cost is not really a problem. The food is amazing especially their Tabbouleh, it's literally the best in Abu Dhabi in my opinion, I always go for mixed grills and I'm never disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the ambience is so elegant and comfy. We even had a birthday party there once and everything was more than perfect.

Great place for Lebanese food near my office. went there through zomato gold and added it my favorites list. even being a veggie didn't limit my choices much. great hummus, mohammara, fattoush...and great shakes and juices. add to the great food a nice place to sit and have lunch or dinner. would recommend this for sure.

Great service! Especially loved their Muhamra. I'm a regular now as i definitely consider their food one of the best Arabic food in the area. Yummy Kebabs as well. Very honest staff. Zaytinya is a modern middle eastern eatery located at Al Seef Mall. The ambiance here is quite calm, elegant and relaxing  to have a cozy middle eastern meal with family or friends. I have been to Al Seef Village numerous times. Around the area you can find an authentic Lebanese restaurant, Zaytinya. The beautiful chandeliers and intrinsic patterns are evident to the eyes. The space includes: Open Kitchen, Private Dining Room along with its iconic interiors of modern and urban.

Their mix grill is good to try the meal is big for one person you can share it with someone if you aren’t hungry too much . Taste regular nothing special

More than one order took more than 90 min to deliver the food even though I’m living 2min walking from the restaurant. Never ordering from here again

When I was told about a group lunch at Zaytinya, Al Seef Village Mall, I contained my expectations for I thought of the standard lebanese fare.<br/><br/>And Oh boy ! I shouldn't have judged the book by its cover, Yes it is a lebanese restaurant but minus the typical hummus, tahini and rocket leaves. <br/><br/>Pre starters served were freshly baked arabic bread accompanied with za'ater in olive oil. <br/><br/>Soon after, the starters - Grilled Halloumi comes to the table and for me this was the best grilled halloumi I have had in Abu Dhabi in a very long time, smooth textured and well cooked.<br/><br/>I tried playing safe by ordering the Zaytinya Mixed Grill for my main course; their serving is good enough for 2 people hence I had the leftovers packed. My friends opted for the daily special -<br/><br/>Mansaf Lamb - A well marinated roasted lamb shank with a yoghurt sauce served on a bed of yellow rice and that was lot of meat !<br/><br/>Oriental lamb - This one actually pulled me towards it for the strong cinnamon aroma it was packed with. Roasted lamb shreds blended with oriental rice served along with a tangy sour sauce.<br/><br/>Upon the restaurant manager's insistence, we dared to try the desserts and my muhalabiah was quiet consistent in its texture and the sweetness just right. My friends appreciated the well cooked umm ali too. <br/><br/>The best part, you get a soup and any of the above mentioned main courses and desserts for just AED49 and you can also add a sheesha for an extra AED20... for me the pricing was as inviting as the food !!<br/><br/>

I will never go there again because really they don't have any management or any control try to go there and complain about any think and don't wait from the manager to come to u or say sorry or change or any thing from right thing

Food is very poor and expensive. Falafel was over cooked and the sujok was dry and only seven small sausages for 31.5 dirhams. Spoke to the manager and he thought it was funny!

Nice clean casual place to enjoy great Lebanese food! Loved the salads, hot appetizers, and main course meal. Mr. Ihab was also very attentive to our needs and made the experience even better.

I will try my best to be polite and still make my point clear and make sure it gets through. This was by far the worst breakfast I have ever ordered in my life, and one of the most expensive one. I have had better breakfast even from a street vendor in Egypt. First they were more than an hour late, then the manakish smelt and tasted of the cardboard box that it came in, the eggs were too dry and best of all are the falafel that were almost burnt and smelt and tasted of old oil and were not edible AT ALL. The rest of the food I didn't even bother to try as I was completely put off. Worst breakfast ever which was completely unexpected as I have tried this restaurant before for dinner and they were pretty decent.

Order arrived on time. <br/>Fish Sayadeya came in good presentation, the fish tasted as great as usual for Zaytinia. Struck the right balance of sauces without overdoing things.<br/>The Meat Fatta however came cold. The bread already almost mashed, the hummus hard and the yogurt old. This is very unusual for Zaytinia to bring such a poorly made dish. Stay away from the Fatta. I will have second thoughts next time I think of ordering from Zaytinia. <br/>Very unfortunate as I like them alot.

They carry a pretty big menu, and generally the bigger the menu the lower the expectations I have for them to be able to prepare everything well. But so far I cant say I've ordered a dish that I've been dissapointed with. Overall they do a good job and meeting expectations and remaining consistent.While Zaytiniya do a good job at maintaining the ala carte menu's quality,  I'd advoid their iftar buffet as its not held to the same standard.

Awesome location, decor, food, and SERVICE!! We had an Eid lunch with a large group including kids and Ehab was so helpful in the pre-planning and during the event. All of the staff were friendly and were able to meet all of our needs with a smile. Special shout out to our waitress Kristina who was professional, accommodating, and pleasant. She helped out with the kids-which is not part of her job-and organizing when we added a few more people to the table. We also has front row seats for FOOTBALL!! With a large group of different tastes, ages and personalities everyone gave Zaytinya a perfect 10 for food, atmosphere, and service. I have yet to go there and have a less than awesome food experience! Keep up the great work with the restaurant and team!!

I was contacted by the restaurant saying the food might be late which I appreciated, and the food ended up arriving on time which I also appreciated. quiality and taste are great. Tho there are other less expensive options offering the same kind of food, but the quality is worth it.

Order delivered on time with no delay. This time I was in the mood for hot Mezze and so I ordered the mashakel Mezze place and it was a great choice. The kebbe tasted really nice and the Sambusek and cheese roll were both crunchy and had the right amount of meat and cheese. Good Job!

The experience was amazing compared to other restaurants .<br/>1- food was fresh and we tried twice in Ramadan<br/>2- team where great, helpful and respectful and thanks to Mr. Ehab who is managing and supporting his team <br/>3- the atmosphere is wonderful and smoking is allowed in a specific time only<br/>4- good for families with kids , however it’s a quit place<br/>5- food deserves coast and you can get discount in certain times of the year.<br/>6- you can enjoy walking inside the village connected the same mall.

Highly recommended for the beautiful ambience, good service and authentic Arabic flavours. The service team is very interactive and approachable. Talking about Menu pricing the restaurant is not very expensive. The quantities are fairly decent with no compromise on taste. Very oily food with dry bread... not worth the money!

the portion of shush tawook is very small. very dry and no taste at all.<br/>hummus was good. tabbouleh was dry no taste no dressing and fattoush was a absolute disaster with pale yellow lettuce, no crunch in salad, no pomegranate molasses , sumak etc. Will never ordervagain. at one time....they used to be very good. big food uality issues. packaging and delivery timing etc is good.

Foul Madamas was completely ground like a paste , unlike what I have seen before. Hummus is excellent

Today I have ordered from this Resturant and unfortunately just becoz of Zomato people my ordered got delayed for 2 hours( I cancelled the order) . And when I called to the Resturant the manager apologies for the inconvenience and delivered the same food without charging a single penny . I really like the way he deal with an angry customer . Greatly appreciated . Will go sometime to visit this place for sure .

very unprofessional! the order was left outside with some random guy who by a chance gave it to the security guard outside my residence who had no idea about the order was for. the poor man thought the food was ordered for him & his colleagues. The order was delivered late, although I provided the driver with my location through WhatsApp and gave my villa number. I couldn't take the food from the poor man and told him it was for him & his friends. This was embarrassing I have guests over and depended on Zomato & this restaurant to feed my guests. Very very UNACCEPTABLE. This is my last time ordering through Zomato & this lousy restaurant.

delivery was fast . food was ok a bit bland this time

I felt the necessity to write this review after my last experience. I was really sick and asked for the food to be delivered quickly! I got my food in 20 minutes only and it was fresh and tasted so good! <br/>Thanks Zaytinya :)

Food was great, especially Um Ali the famous Arabian dessert. But on the other hand service can be greatly improved!! Atmosphere pretty good...separate smoking places....!!

Amazing food. Very good quality and freshness.

I made an order and it was expected to deliver the food by maximum an hour from my order. then I contacted zomato to inform them. they tried the first time to contact the restaurant but without luck. 15 minutes later they contacted the restaurant and they promised to deliver within 15 min. I waited for 25 min and then contacted with zomato. they contacted again and they promised again within 15 min. and again no delivery and I cancelled the order. worst service ever from this restaurant.

Today i had enjoied friday brunch for the second time.<br/>Food quality is great and serving seated brunch is nice idea.<br/>Definitely must try specially if you like Lebanese salads.

Left restaurant feeling guilty that I proposed my family to go there. Hard to call it a pleasant experience..despite only 2 tables occupied in the restaurant a dish (mixed grill) was not ready 40 min after placing the order. In overall, we ate better Lebanese in simply take away places. For us definitely -first time and the last one.
