Clean, elegant ambience with excellent views of corniche from nation towers. Food is always served fresh, tastes well and yumm. I like the food menu, variety of savoury dishes, desserts, nice variety of drinks, mojitos and coffees. One of my favourite places

We had a wonderful time at Leopolds of London in nation towers in Abu Dhabi. Not only was the tea selection and desserts amazing, but our server helped make the experience amazing. Parshu was knowledgeable and helpful! We will definitely be going back!

I was craving for an evening coffee and dessert and I had planned for a different cafe but actually landed up in Leopold’s Of London. To be honest, when I stepped out I felt it was a right decision I made. This review is purely based on the Dessert (Sticky Date Pudding) and Coffee (Red Velvet Latte). We had ordered Sticky Date Pudding, Red Velvet Latte and a Regular Latte. <br/><br/>I am a coffee lover and love to try different types of coffee. When I saw Red Velvet Latte, I had to try it because it sounded unique. As I am used to coffee, I don’t usually feel the kick, but I did this time with my first sip. The taste gave complete justice to coffee with a hint of the seasonal flavor of red velvet, which was just perfect for me. <br/><br/>Moving on to the Sticky Date Pudding, after reviewing the entire menu, I had asked our server about their best seller dessert and he had suggested the pudding (though I was a bit skeptical) but when it arrived at the table, the presentation was wonderful and it tasted very delicious. It was served with a scope of vanilla ice cream on top and with caramel syrup as the base, which just enhanced the taste overall. We (two of us) finished it within 5 mins. The taste of dates was not very overpowering as it also had almonds and pistachios in it. It was a perfect blend of nuts, dates, caramel and cinnamon, along with the ice cream. The syrup had just the perfect amount of sweetness to it. A must try! <br/><br/>I would definitely visit this place again and would love to try their main course. I loved the ambiance, quiet and peaceful with subtle music in the background which will let u have your conversation without disturbing you and the view of Corniche was really mesmerizing (in the night). The people who work there are very welcoming and are quick in picking up the dishes when you are done. As of for now, I would give a 4 rating overall (ambiance, hospitality, presentation and the taste).

I love the tea here .. great experience for me .. and the waiter barat is very helpful and knowledgeable he explains to us about the different types of tea in an interesting way .. thank you

An amazing place with amazing coffee n desserts. The portions size is quite less though. Definitely come for more next time.

I used to enjoy my breakfast fast with nice sea view. But one of my best experience in LOL was when I was sick 🤒 and one of Staff member Mr. Parshu suggested a hot drink that can help reduce throat pain, that drink was really useful and helped a lot. I would like to thank him for his kind attitude and excellent service. And the whole LOL team for their nice services and friendly environment 👍🏻🌷

My fiance and I decided to dine in their Nation Tower branch. My fiance is a picky eater and not into much of Italian food. We ordered the Bbq Pizza and Pasta bolognese, I was very happy because he uttered how much he liked the BBq Pizza. He loves eating and he is appreciative of food but he is not the type who will utter it. Hearing how much he liked the food makes our dining experience extra special.<br/><br/>We will definitely comeback in this restaurant.

The staffs and crews are very friendly and accommodating. Foods were superb and delightful. In addition, we have enjoyed the fantastic view and free coffee and dessert that has been offered. We had a great christmas dinner experience. Wonderful customer service! 👌

Went with my friends and first thing I noticed was the spectacular view. The crew was very friendly and service was really good. Food presentation's world class and everything that we ordered were delish, and best of all they offered free desert and coffee. Will definitely come back

We came in a group of 6 of us having just finished the Abu Dhabi marathon. We were ecstatic! But breakfast soon ruined that. First of all we had to ask to get menus and have our order taken despite there only being 2 other people in the cafe at the time. Then the waiter forgot to take one of our tables orders. The food took an extremely long time to come out and we had to ask for a juice 3 times, the 2nd time of which our waiter actually argued with our group member that she had never ordered one!! Then when the food came out we were missing a meal, an avocado toast, and when we asked about it the waiter rudely said it was on its way. We had to ask four more times over 15 minutes where the food was and was then finally told that he had forgotten to put the order in and it would come “soon”. He did not seem to care and did not apologise. So by that time all the rest of our food was cold. Honestly such a bad experience and the fact that the waiter was combative from the first instant made it even worse, a fun day that turned incredibly sour.

I targeted this place for a relaxing outdoors sea view breakfast. The outdoor seating is actually an indoor area surrounded by (dirty) windows with a view to the corniche, which disappointed me a little but, I think this would work very well in the hot summer when you miss the sea. The pancakes were a surprise because I wasn't expecting them to end up being my favourite pancakes ever! Will come again

It's not every restaurant that can serve such a great variety of food and nail each item on the menu, but Leopold's of London (or to use their awkward acronym, LOL) may be the first restaurant I've been to that nailed pretty much everything that we ordered<br/><br/>The Nation Towers branch of the restaurant has a great vibe, and it has panoramic seating that offers great views of Corniche. Unfortunately, it was night and the reflection of the restaurant was the only view we had. A minor quibble, but I'm just putting that out there<br/><br/>We went out for a birthday dinner and ordered their Angus tenderloin steak, fish and chips and chicken Alfredo pasta. For drinks, we had watermelon juice and an activated charcoal lemonade (!!!), and since it was a birthday dinner, there was also Oreo cupcake<br/><br/>The steak, ordered medium rare, was extremely flavorsome and juicy. It had a great smoky taste to it. I usually find steaks from non-steakhouse restaurants to be underwhelming, but LOL definitely exceeded my expectations in that regard. Another minor quibble I'll raise here is that the steak was a bit gristly and leaner than I prefer, but that didn't dampen my enjoyment of the food too much. On the side was a heap of delicious mashed potatoes<br/><br/>The pasta was pretty great too. It was cooked well and the Alfredo sauce was right on the money. If you're in the mood for pasta, LOL is definitely worth the consideration<br/><br/>I'm not much of a fish and chips person, but my girlfriend was quite happy with it and found it a lot better than fish and chips she'd had elsewhere<br/><br/>It's pretty hard to mess up watermelon juice, but what was surprising was the activated charcoal lemonade. Yes, you can see and taste the charcoal in it. Yes, it was awesome. I know that activated charcoal is a health-freak meme, but do give this lemonade a go<br/><br/>The cupcake was an awesome closer to the meal, but that was probably the least surprising thing about the experience. After all, LOL is best known as a bakery, of course their cupcakes are great<br/><br/>If you're a group of people who all want different things to eat, LOL should be on your list of all-encompassing restaurants. You'd have a hard time finding something on this menu that doesn't deliver. A restaurant that earns its glowing praise<br/><br/>(I saw beef Wellington on the menu too, so I'll be back there before long...)

Honestly if you're looking for a delicous milk cake I don't think there is other than here because it tastes the best. My daughter is a milk cake lover and she said it was the best she has ever tasted yet. Highly recommend!<br/>

One and a half hours to get our order done and it came in tranches. Restaurant is seriously understaffed. Had to spend more than 20 minutes to get our order registered in the first place.

Great restaurant with great managers, specially Mr. Bharat, Mr. Sashi, and Mr. Parshuram, and Mary. I love their salmon and salad, and the price for chia pudding is very reasonable. I also love the coffee made by Mr. Zak.

This was a fabulous choice for a lunch for my daughter on her birthday with a few of her friends. Shashi the Manager and Thilanga the Pastry chef went out of their way to make this a day to remember for my girl. The cake was baked to perfection, with all the details taken care of by Chef Thilanga. Shashi made sure the candles were all set up and everything went as per plan. Visited this heavenly place last week..Food and ambience was on point provided the view of back waters tops up the rating for this restaurant.<br/><br/>I ordered their signature dish - Angus Rib Eye Steak. Personally I considered it to be a bit expensive while comparing them to other restaurants however the opinion completely changed right after I had the first portion of the same. What a joy it is to have a Ramadan Feast at home! <br/>All that food for 139! We were super lazy to head out and ended up ordering in. And it came so perfectly warm and packed! The lamb Shank and Roast chicken will take your heart away. They are power packed with flavour. Worth every penny! A definite try this Ramadan

From far the best branch of Leopold that I have been to! Amazing view of the water, the most spacious, trendy. We should have a similar one in Dubai, jealous!

First time to try a brisket beef lasagna, creative dish actually, It was good. The coffee was so good very delicious though I have ordered a red velvet latte the coffee flavor was so balanced satisfying enough to the buds taste. The ambience is very welcoming the seats are comfy. The menu is creative with amazing signature food.

Love how posh this place is. The views of the corniche from this place is great and worth the visit to this place. Also the food I've tasted till now tasted great and was really impressed with the portions. Overall I do recommend to visit Leopold's of London in the Nation Galleria.

Wanna have some relaxing time over a coffee, Leopolds of London is the place to visit. Been here for a casual meet up and loved the setup at this outlet. They do have indoor and outdoor seating with a wide range of pastries and breakfast options. Ended up having just a cafe latte but it definitely left a memory.

Very very nice place with very very bad staff. I visited the restaurant today and the staff was showing a very bad presentation and below was concerned:-<br/><br/>- staff is talking to you as you are coming to ask them for money not to be entertained.<br/><br/>- staff intentialy looking to the floor just to act they do not hear you when you call them.<br/><br/>- we ask one of them if they can serve us with the lunch menu at 11:35 am he said he will check with manager and come back then he never come back.<br/><br/>It end up that me and my college has left the place very upset.<br/><br/>I am not sure if we can repeat this visit or not but this is for the managment to recheck the staff services.

It was our long overdue, long awaited visit to LOL , with high expectations! Unfortunately, didn’t enjoy the food much , probably our expectations were too high ! The fish and chips were amazing, our kid just loved it ! The pizza ( barbecue chicken ) was yummy too, loved the fact it came tooo hot ! The problem was the LEOPOLDS BLT club and grilled chicken , the club sandwich was over toasted that it caused bruises each time we tried to eat it ! It was more like a hard toasted garlic bread with chicken and bacon! The grilled chicken , which fact was well presented, lacked all the juices and was so bland and the potatoes that came with it had more flavors than necessary! The service was extremely slow , but we were ok with it as we enjoyed the view from the conservatory and the lovely weather just played along !

I took my wife for her birthday to Leopold's of London, after reading it's reviews on Zomato. The ambience is beautiful, so is the view of Corniche. The food portions comepensate the price. The food is delicious too.

I ordered fish & chips, chicken haresa, sumak fish, seabass dauphinoise. it was really very yummy i recommend all these dishes. Lovely experience

DELIVERY REVIEW: Wanted to place an order to use the 47% UAE National Day offer - offer was available on all food. Decided to add a dessert but for some reason the dessert menu was not available. I called the call centre and they said that the desserts have been removed from the menu for this offer - as such it was not possible to order a dessert... I cancelled my order and ordered from elsewhere.

I have visited them once so far & loved the place. View is amazing. Staff is good & prompt too. Food and drinks are great. Absolutely love their Mac n cheese & the almond crossiant - it’s a must try! Will definitely visit with friends and family again :)

We tried the “Prawn Quinoa Risotto” and the “Harissa Chicken”, and both were amazing and added to our favorites. <br/>We also tried the Shaikha Blue Tea(I guess that’s what it’s called), it was interesting to try as it changes to a purple color if you add lemon and it was naturally sweet. But taste-wise, nothing too special.<br/><br/>For dessert and coffee we tried the Gahwa and Date Pudding. <br/>Their Gahwa(Arabic Coffee) is soo good and authentic!<br/>We didn’t like the date pudding that much mainly because the taste of toffee/caramel sauce was waaayy too strong! I believe it should be adjusted. <br/><br/>The atmosphere and the feel of the place is amazing.. Very cozy & the view is stunning!<br/><br/>Service was good but food was a bit late even though the place was almost empty. Or else I would’ve given it 5 stars.

We had the opportunity to check out this delicious new menu that they are soon going to release. Each and every dish was “made with love” as the head chef says. There is a big variety of options and caters to all kinds of tastebuds. I highly suggest the lamb shank. That meat just fell of the bone like butter. It was well made and very flavorful. I am also a bit fan of their sangria which is very fruity and it was perfect for my taste. Make sure to try their bruschettas. Different and tasty variety toppings. I also had their Sheppard’s pie, French toast and kunafa. All of them are recommended. Before leaving make sure to take a couple of their in house made macarons!! They are to die for 😍

Their place is great for chit chats over wonderful foods and drinks after a long and busy work day! The ambience added to our wonderful experience of having to eat our orders that were expertly recommended by their knowledgeable waiter. Prices are a bit higher than usual, but vouchers softened the mild blow to the pocket. Over all a place I’d also recommend and will go back to♥️

I do not recommend ! It’s service is terrible compared to the other branches. The food is not nice at all, and it’s disappointing to see such carelessness in the staff!!! I ordered a mezzeh platter , I received the bread, drenched in oil, I asked for them to return it and give me dry bread.. I spotted the ‘chef’ literally drying the bread with tissue !!! He stopped after discovering I had seen him!

I went on Friday morning to grab a quick breakfast, the view was beautiful, I had the butter milk pancakes it was too fulfilling I couldn’t finish it but it was good. However, the service was horrible we had to physically go and get the menu and look for the waiters to order and the food too so long to arrive.

I recommend the Orechiette pasta for those who are looking for comfort food that is a bit lighter. It is somewhere in-between a cream sauce and an olive oil light dressing. Not as heavy as a cream-based sauce and is not a red-sauce-type pasta dish. The creaminess comes mostly from the leeks. I suggest you add mushrooms and parsley to amp up the flavor profile. As for the tea i recommend the imperial roses white tea after food, it has a slight flower taste but nothing overpowering and is delicious paired wth the flourless chocolate cake. I recommend Bharat the tea sommelier for in-depth guidance on which tea to choose as there is a huge selection.

Nice setting and we went in with high expectations. A nice welcome and seated quickly. Our waiter was very nice and polite but quite incompetent. Perhaps he was new. We ordered a beef tenderloin which I normally wouldn’t (unless it’s a steak house) but at AED 178, I was expecting it to be good. Was very average and definitely not worth the price. The fish and chips were also uninspiring. Overall good ambience, friendly waiters, not well trained and average tasting food. Probably not worth a second visit.

best coffee in town, freshly rosted and brewed by the best baristas! I Had the pleasure of seeing first hand why the coffee tastes so good, joining Zak the coffee guru roasting a batch of Ethiopian beens right on spot! A place to visit by all the coffee lovers!

Terrible service. We looked for our own table, took a long time before anyone approached us, the server handed the menu to us without saying anything (not even a 'Hi'). We waited patiently for the food, finally the appetizer came. After finishing, waited again for a long long time for the main course. All servers were just not in the mood. The food was acceptable (not exactly the best - special mention to the soggy pungent seafood pizza) I'm not usually the picky eater btw. Treat your customer's right regardless of where they are from, be helpful, or smile at least. Don't treat your clients like a burden.

Most Disappointing Service Ever!<br/><br/>Me and my wife went here last week for dinner, the over look of the place is nice. But upon entering the restaurant we were not escorted nor welcomed by any staff. we roam around the restaurant looking for our own table. we sat down in a table for 10 mins before someone even noticed us. The guy who noticed us just gave us the menu without even saying hi or hello ( so rude ) and he left us without giving us any idea of the menu or specialties. We ordered Tunisian spiced chicken & corn meatballs, Leopold's  famous lasagne and leopold's symphony of seafood. We love the chicken & corn meatballs and the lasagne as well, but for the pizza. it is too saggy! The dough melts more that the cheese. After we ate our appetizer, it took nearly 20mins for them to give us our pasta and pizza.  I was observing their kitchen and the chef already rang the bells twice but nobody from the staff tried to get our order until i told someone to pick up the food from the kitchen counter! To wrap this up, never going to come back to LoL's nation galleria branch ever and i hope you guys treat your customer equally regardless where they came from.

My food is cold

I was in this lovely cafe yesterday evening with my friends and we were absolutely amazed by the huge number of varieties of tea offered. We were also introduced to Mr Bharat, a Tea Doctor. Being ultimate tea lovers, all of us were impressed by Mr Bharat’s knowledge about the cafe’s products. We tried vanilla and blue tea, which is Mr Bharat’s invention. We loved it all! Sorry that I didn’t take any photos but I still strongly recommend visiting this place if you’re passing by.

Have heard some great things about coffee and dessert here, so went to try it out. The Carrot cake was on point in terms of flavour and the toffee like sauce with it was super rich. However, it was a little dry :(. The cappuccino was on point; my mum loved it!<br/><br/>I also tried a Red Velvet Cookie, which was the only thing that truly disappointed me. It didn't taste salty like Red Velvet Cake (which originates from the Adam's Extract Company recipe) should. <br/><br/>On the whole, I was satisfied, but I'd just say please fix your Red Velvet :( it made me a little sad because its one of my favorite pastry flavor palettes, and eating a perfect Red Velvet as a cookie would be super cool.

A 5 stars only for the cheesecake which was really a piece of art, service was normal, we ordered Syphon coffee as recommended by the host, then boom her job is done never went back, a waiter came did the little experiment like a school homework with no single word and the coffee was not that special as they described.<br/>Also the milk cake was tasteless.<br/>Overall did not enjoy the experience and paid over rated.

I went there with my husband hoping for a specail time and great deserts but we were disappointed .. the service was very slow although it was not crowded. I waited for the bill more than 15 min then i ordered milk cake it was tasteless with not enough milk and cheesecake was okay and satisfying . Then we ordered the specail coffee the waiter who did it for us didnt bother to smile or welcome us we didnt feel welcome and we will never go back there

Horrible service.<br/>Not slow, but it’s not even there.<br/>And the worst part is, the manager there had nothing at all to say. <br/>Ok mam, ok mam, ok mam. Sorry mam. <br/><br/><br/>I had pasta with truffle oil, it was good, but the pasta itself needed more cooking. <br/>The portion was good too. <br/><br/>But again, horrible experience.

I tried the lasagna and the chicken diavola pizza. The lasagna was great while the pizza was a bit dry. The ambience and the view are to die for.

Such a beautiful and cozy cafe. Their leopold’s observatory is the perfect spot to enjoy some coffee and watch the city lights. <br/>Ordered a Terrapin and wasn’t disappointed.

Leopolds of London is my best ever cafe in Abu Dhabi.. every single food is so tasty and tea & coffee.. the doctor tea Bharat is so friendly and always smiling.. they lunching new tea called Blue Tea it’s really amazing tea helping to reduce pain and good for skin.. please u have all to try . Thanks

The dressing was leaking on the bowl

A spectacular view, from an enclosed terrace in Abu Dhabi’s upscale Nation Galleria, gives Leopold’s of London a great advantage as an excellent full-service cafe and tea shoppe. An excellent choice for an energizing or lazy breakfast or late brunch on the weekend, Leopold’s of London is also a fine purveyor of teas and coffees of the highest quality.

So after deliberating on a few names, we decided to go to Leopold’s of London. The place was large, peaceful and the views from the deck were amazing. It was designed as a sort of greenhouse with faux plants hanging from the ceiling. We ordered the fish and chips and the harissa grilled chicken with couscous. The portions are generous and we could not fault the battered and panko crumbed cod with thick cut chips and the tender grilled chicken. The relaxed atmosphere made our meal really enjoyable. We later walked on to the tea wall. The tea collection on offer is huge and varied. Bharat..the tea sommelier was very knowledgeable and patient and explained to us at length about various teas and their properties. He even gave us a complementary tea tasting session. Would definitely go there again.

My jokes & my food choices shall make you 'Lol' or well atleast go to 'Lol' Leopolds Of London i.e. <br/><br/>Here is a restaurant that has been on my 'go-to' list for a very very long time but somehow every time we decided to head here, there was a change in plan, but I finally managed to visit the branch at Nation Towers recently. <br/><br/>I tried out the Tunisian Spiced Chicken & Corn Meat Balls, Chicken Penne with Tomato & Chilli, Norwegian Salmon Fillet with Dijon & Herb Butter & lastly the Chicken Diavola Pizza. <br/><br/>Even though I liked everything I ate (over-ate rather) I particularly thought the 2 dishes that stood out for me were the Chicken Diavola Pizza & and the Salmon Fillet, which was extremely tender and melted within seconds in my mouth. <br/><br/>However the Pasta I felt could have been a tad bit creamier & should have been served slightly more hot. <br/><br/>Moving on from the food, let me bring your attention to perhaps the best tea and the best dessert I've had in a long-long-time!<br/><br/>Leopolds of London has a Tea-Doctor who has a little chat with you and accordingly suggests a tea suitable for your body-type/lifestyle. These are the kinda Doctor's we all need in our life. I decided to call for a Coco Honeybush which was incredible. <br/><br/>Lastly, to end the review on a 'Sweet' note - let's just say that the Red Velvet Molten Fondant Cake served here is what dreams are made of. Do yourself a favour & give it a try - thank me later!<br/><br/>I would definitely recommend Leopolds Of London for its food, tea, desserts, the beautiful interiors & of course the breath taking sea-view you get to enjoy while dining.
