Great food and the staff were the best, super friendly and caring. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Abu Dhabi and I will be recommending to others.

Visited for breakfast, but the warm lentils dish caught my attention on the menu.. Tasted absolutely amazing and will definitely order it again. Portion is generous and filling. The place is also nice in the morning with fresh daylight and lovely fountain sounds.

Apple tart. Blueberry tart. Strawberry tart. Chocolate Eclairs. Vanilla cake. Pistachio Cup. Cheesecake. Tiramisu. Carrot Cake. Seating inside the restaurant. Outside area is very packed. Staff are very friendly and polite.
Really liked the ambiance and decor! Ordered tea with assorted petit fours, all of which were rich, buttery and yum - especially the sable with jam!
Not a planned visit, just walked in there while in Yas Mall to get my nephew French Toast. But I loved their very Victorian interiors and decor. Couldn’t take a lot of pics of the place as tables were full.
We went for their gram toast and it was really good. Loved the presentation and the little cone icecream on top. Definitely ‘gram’ worthy too!

We went there on friday. The restaurant was full, however staff managed to serve in time. I tried Paella dish. SOOO delicious. I would go again and again for that dish. Rice and all seafood were cooked very well. Its Soo Yummy and highly recommended.
Ambience: a wonderful place with indoor and outdoor seating inside the Yas mall! They have good capacity with many seats outside and inside. Each table is unique and has different designs on the chairs as well! Very colorful and pretty 😍 they have this vintage vibe all over and it's very pleasant ❤️
Service: the staff are very friendly and attentive as well. They have good knowledge of the menu and are very informative. Everyone is very welcoming and they provide very quick service!
Food: they provide complementary bread and it's freshly baked ! Love it so much! The pasta was very tasty and had the right amount of sauce in it. I asked for it to be extra spicy and it was perfect 😍 The sandwich was delicious as well and came with fries! The fries are sooooo good !! They should add them as a separate starter on the menu 😍❤️❤️ everything was served quick and the food was hot as well.

Had lunch in the lovely Shakespeare, ordered burrata salad and my husband had beef lasagne, we also ordered on the side French fries, sweet potato fries and cheese bites. Food was amazing and very delicious, only little bit disappointed in their fries, they used to be much nicer. As well the service was great, they noted very well out order and changes we wanted. One of the staff members only acted as if he didn’t want to be at work today. Otherwise I really recommend the place!
Whenever I feel like indulging in a Victorian era inspired atmosphere (which tends to happen a lot since I've been to @shakespeareandco ) I can't help but gravitate towards this amazing place.
There's nothing like spending quality time here; their Salmon Fillet is a must-have entre' plus the best part is that they serve it with eggplant puree instead of mashed potatoes, this combo just works perfectly somehow. Aside from that, the mango, avocado and tomato tower compliments the dish wonderfully.
I often do brunches here with close friends where I pick the English Breakfast. I would definitely recommend the Baby chicken, Quinoa salad and Beef tenderloin. I had a casserole here several years ago but I think they've removed it from the menu; it was phenomenal.
All in all, a wonderful experience guaranteed.
Went here to see a friend from college! Not only we have our tummies satisfied, but also our eyes! Best interior I have seen yet! 💕 If you want to spend time with friends over good food in a very cozy place, this one is the perfect place!
A truly remarkable place to eat something different and healthy. I had the sea bass and it was cooked to perfection. The service was also good. We will be back to discover the other choices on the menu.
Have been keeping my eyes on tbis place for a long time. Yas mall is our go to place and always found this full of crowd. So finally decided to give it a try. And it didn’t disappoint. The decor and ambiance is very royal. True to its name. You feel you are in some shakespearen era.. menu is huge with something for everyone. They serve breakfast all day so ordered an omelette and mushroom soup with turkey sandwich. Very delicious food. Warm and fresh made. Serving time was quick for us although many zomato reviewers said they had to wait a lot. All in all a good experience. Will visit qgain.
We simply love the decor of this place, from the wallpapers to the chairs. They have put in a lot of efforts i must say. When it comes to food, you are presented bread and garlic butter upon your arrival which is SIMPLY ONE OF THE BEST we've ever tasted.
We used entertainer's 2-for-1 offer and ordered the Baby Chicken and Lets Meat Up burger. Burger was average but the fries were crispy and had the right size. The baby chicken was not overcooked and came with grilled veggies with lemon butter sauce which was really good. The baby chicken's cut was very unusual (but good!) and was juicy.

Is me n my hubbys favourite place to brunch...the reason for me writing this review is their lasagne cant find the picture though😣 will search again Omg its THE BOMB hands down... ive never ever liked any lasagne anywhere in restraunts ive tried numerous lasagne only to crave for thay special flavour but dey hav dissapoinyed me biig time lyk deyre normally lacking sumthing or the other but the shakespeare n co lasagne u guus realy havto try you wont regret trust me and there egg benedicts are awesome...totally luved my experience there everytime we visit and the staff is soo trained brilliantly theyrw sooo co-operative in all branches....keep it up guyss were def coming again soon
Always have nice food and nice ambience, only service is abit slow. Salmon pizza was good except the classic chicken is abit overpriced. Table is too small to put all the food till most of the time a lot people drop their utensil.
Ordered the mediterranean breakfast and customized it by substituting olives and grilled halloumi with green salad. Staff was accommodating and friendly as usual. Coffee is delicious, juice was fresh. This place is very reliable for a good solid meal and time well spent.
My second time there, the decor is beautiful. The prices are rather reasonable for the upscale feel. The only negative setback we experienced was the wait time for our food. But overall, the food was good.

Was here today for a lunch. I really liked the decor and ambience when I walked in. Even for a person just roaming around in the mall, the decor itself looks very inviting. The staff is also really friendly and helpful. I got really nice explanations and suggestions for a lot a items on the menu. But, that's about everything that I found good about the place.
I ordered a cafe latte and a lasagna al forno, and found both to be pretty average. The latte was very plain, and had more water than milk in it. The lasagna felt pretty flavorless. It was a disappointment sitting in such a well decorated place, to have absolutely non decorated and flavorless food in my plate.
Overall, an okay-ish experience, which could have been a lot better if the food matched the decor.
The food is exceptional like most Shakespeare outlets. The location is inside the mall and is prone to a lot of noise from promotions taking place in the space next to it. Its a good place to visit if you want to be around crowds. Would recommend the other Shakespeare outlets if you want a more intimate setting.
Excellent service is their success factor here in all their branches. The food quality is good, not a stand out and the cakes are not as per expectation. I love that they serve you a collection of 4 small deserts along with your coffee which are really yummy and freshly prepared.

Apparently quite popular in UAE, you will come across this cafe in most malls, with our recent one day to trip to yas island and yas mall we passed by the cafe and couldn't control our cravings for their pastries.
So we picked up the cheese cake which looked beautiful.We did spend sometime trying to take away one single cheese cake and never figured out why there was a delay as it didn't seem that busy on the counter even.
Nevertheless the Cheese cake was awesome and fresh.
I went for breakfast, the place is very nice and suits morning vibes 👌🏼 the food is good and fresh, but the service is tooo slow. wish them all the best ✌🏼

I was under the impression @shakespeareandco is one of the best places for only breakfast, now I'm soo in love with their pizza 🍕 and pasta 🍝 We tried Pollo Al Funghi and Spaghetti frutti di mare 💕
Pollo Al Funghi included grilled chicken breast, mushrooms, zucchini,mozzarella and tomato sauce...Trust me guyz it's sure a must try !! And I love spaghetti frutti di mare personalized with pink sauce(mix of alfredo & tomato sauce) and I replace spaghetti by penne pasta 🍝 It includes sautéed shrimps, mussels and calamari in rich pink sauce &a Parmesan cheese !! Describing this makes me want to go there again !!😁😁

We've visited here around 8:00 oclock in the evening and the restaurant was full of people and one of the staff they escort my family to seat in a high table We ordered only hot drinks 2 latte 2 cappucino and 1 cheese cake everything was fine the ambiance are good, but all the staff are running and 30mins ago i ask the bill of the one of the staff his slightly tall i think he is filipino little bit dark his name was asrian or adrian,and that time he ask if you have an application of shakespeare" and i replied to her yes i have" and then he said to my family maybe you will won today we have a lot of surprises then asrian or adrian tell me that one, then i started to scracth it slightly appear something then my wife o you won Then i replied yeah we won something small box of chocolates thanks for the service then eventhough youre bit busy but they doesnt forget to promote that one thanks
Most of my good rating comes from the location of this particular brunch . So nice breakfast on the weekend with so much light but still cool best of both worlds it's like outdoor but still good weather specially when it gets hot in UAE . The breakfast in general is good nothing to complaint about
Spectacular decoration, we ordered lamb chops, chicken scalopini, and a burger. All were good, just espinach and the potato beside the lamb chops were salty.

A name that has often been recurring in my mind to visit and finally it did happen. It was on a beautiful day that we went to Yas Mall and decided to have lunch at Shakespeare & Co. The place is nicely decorated but we decided to sit out, we were seated promptly and the waiter named 'Krish' attended to us. We must say the best one we have come across, he helped us understand the dishes and pick the ones according to our preference. We ordered a Mushroom Soup, Spicy Chicken Salad & a Tortellini Pasta. For drinks we ordered a Mint Licious & Love Portion. We were offered some fresh bread and herb butter and then came the soup. The soup was at perfect temperature and tasted good. Then came the salad & soup, it tasted as good as it looked. I felt the salad still required some more flavor, but the pasta was just perfect tasty & very filling. The juice were also refreshing and nice. Finally for our dessert we ordered a Mogador & Pistachio Vanilla, the Mogador was just amazing and a heaven for dark chocolate lovers. However, the other dessert was ok - just too sweet I guess. A very satisfying and lovely meal that we thoroughly enjoyed.
There is one additional comment we would like to give here is the waiter 'Krish' who made our experience even more enjoyable with his charm, friendly & attentive approach, I must say he is an asset to this branch. Visit Shakespeare & Co and you are sure to enjoy the experience.

We were thinking of a Friday brunch, we saw this place and dint take much to decide we should chose this place....the name completely is justified with the beautiful colourful ambience...very warm staff such pleasant faces...we took a while to decide but the choices were perfect we went for egg benedict and American...the breakfast was lovely and very filling...perfect brunch date...

It is not my first time to try Shakespeare food. From all their branches this is probably my favourite in Abu Dhabi.
Last time we ordered to take out (I don't think I will order another take away except for cakes) 2 mains, the salmon filet and the seabreem fillet, along with a millefeuille and a fraisier for dessert.
The seabreem was delicious, crunchy on the outside yet with a moist heart. It came with a side of spinach and capsicum (though not so lean: the flavour of butter was very present, yum) it was very tasty, another side ratatouille (average) and a lovely white sauce with dried herbs (not sure what it was, yet here again loaded with butter, yet yum yum). I would rate this dish a 4+.
The salmon filet was overcooked and very dry (many restaurants in the GCC fail to ask the way customers like it cooked. Just like a steak, salmon is prepared with different levels of cooking). The side of mango/avocado/tomatoes was a bit bland and the mango was mushy (like it had been diced hours ago), and a side of eggplant (stew kind) that was quite good. The hollandaise sauce was not authentic (no flour or starch should be used in its preparation. This one was clearly starchy and very thick).
The fraisier had a good texture and pleasant flavor, while the millefeuille was probably the star of this meal.
My conclusion is that Shakespeare's food is usually better when dining in.
Definitely a nice place to have breakfast. I liked their healthy breakfast a lot. Staff were friendly and everything tasted good and arrived on time. Worth a visit if you are in Yas Mall!
I have been going there for breakfast for the past few month. Their American breakfast is so delicious and comes in a good portion and fair price. Their ambience is something to talk about, very artistic and cozy and gives you the opportunity to snap few pictures here and there while waiting for your meal. The staff is very friendly and helps you out with the menu. I haven't tried their lunch menu but I can really recommend this place for breakfast.

Amazing food and amazing service with a lot of options to choose from. I ordered their Quinoa salad with grilled chicken and it was so tasty. They serve you a bread basket as well. However, not a fan of their breakfast. But the good thing is that their serving size is a lot for one person and could be shared.
My favorite place to get eggs benedict and moroccan tea. Love the hollandaise sauce although wished the dish is not so 'bare'. Perhaps a small salad or roasted cherry tomatoes can liven up the food presentation ? The pastries are great too with occasional discount if you purchase them in the evening. The decoration is quirky and over the top but service are attentive and prompt. Sit in the plaza section to have a feeling like you are in the garden / outdoor without the heat.
I recommend anyone who will visit Yas mall to eat here, very tasty food and very good service, mix grill delicious and cakes, unique decoration for all Shakespeare restaurants anywhere.
Usually visits this place to relax while roaming around the mall. The place has a good variety of tea and coffees with good finger foods and sandwiches. Nice ambience and good service..

Ordered scrambled eggs along with: hash brown,mushrooms,sausages and Orange juice.
Bread and butter are given prior to the meal.
Everything was excellent except the hash brown, it was yuck. I personally don't like mushrooms so that is out of the question. Apart from that excellent breakfast!!

Lovely joint with homely deco and great light. I enjoy a fresh juice or a salad here from time to time. Yet, my favorite food item here is there millefeuille cake. One of the best in town!

Decided to have lunch at Shakespeare and Co. in Yas Mall.
First time to try it out.
We opted for the inside sitting rather than the outside. Though the outside mall area was much brighter and spacious in the sense, the sits were not comfortable.
After being sitted inside on of the couches we were given are menu. The menu consisted of different options and we ended up ordering from the main course which is Mixed Grill.
Ordered Mixed Grill to share as we were not that hungry and the server confirmed that it was good enough for 2 as it is huge.
Our drinks was just water.
We also got complimentary bread basket (3 pieces) which was hot, fresh and yummy.
So the Mixed Grill consisted of lamb, beef, chicken and beef sausage with veggies and baby potatoes, along with a coleslaw like salad. The portion was quite small for the price of 99. Quality? Ehh... Would not order it again if I do go back.
We decided to order 2 side dish of rice as it was needed to keep as full. One is 15dhs.
Presentation is quite on point by the way.
I like the baby potatoes the most. 2nd comes the lamb and the sausage.
The servers were very attentive and helpful, they even put a candlelight on our table since we're a couple; how considerate.
All in all I would come back for the service, ambiance and to try the pasta and dessert from the menu. Oh! As well as their tea!

Would I recommend it? Yes, but maybe start with something small and simple from their menu. Main course that I had was not worth it.

Lovely settings to unwind after a shopping session. I mostly enjoy here their Seafood stroganoff and their egg Bendict with salmon. Also a good spot to enjoy an excellent pastry. This is what Shakespeare is best at, pastries and cakes!
It was really nice having lunch there. First we wanted to have some coffee but changed our mind to have main course too cuz waiters were very kind and polite so at the end we were really full! Next time i want to try other food too!
Decided to check it out for breakfast and it was pretty good. Loved their grilled haloumi! Hash brown was a bit disappointing.. Too oily. Omelette was yum!
What an Experience. I've tried several Shakespeare's in Abu Dhabi but this one is by far The BEST. Excellent food, excellent drinks, and excellent service. I was in the mood for pasta and was very satisfied, so was my friend. The waiter Praines's recommendations were on point! Best mojitos ever.

i like the food specially the Stroganoff but this time i was there for a drink only, so from cocktails i can recommend the HEALTHY, its good but ask for a little ice :)

Shakespears is somewhat of a UAE staple, having been on the cafe food scene for quite some time now. They serve great breakfasts and have a quirky and fun atmosphere with eclectic baroque style decor... More on the girly side for those ladies who lunch.
They have a quite an extensive menu with lots to chose from including salads, pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, saj and a variety of main courses , good cocktail menu and some pretty decadent and tasty deserts and crepes. Although Ive had food here quite a few times this time I had lunch and ordered seafood (marinara) pasta and some mint lemonade. I thoroughly enjoy the warm fresh bread rolls that are served with herby butter (yum), the pasta presentation was on point and was good but just slightly over sauced.
Im generally always satisfied with their quality of food and level of service but I'd like to see some new dishes introduced to the menu every once in a while... Its about time to step up your game Shakespears!

Visited this place for breakfast with friends last week and I absolutely loved it! The decor is lovely. Had the English breakfast which was good. My friend had the Pancakes which were sadly not that great as it was quite dry. Will definately go back though, to try out other items from their menu.
The first time i try shakespear for lunch . I ordered pizza , chick cordon blu and french fries. All were served well . The pizza is not bad but not as i expected . French fries were so crispy and delicious. The cordon blu is quiet good with the sautéed vege's and the mix of potato and beacon. I was expected the amount to be a little bit more than what was served .
