(التعليق الأصلي) Well I'll start by the great location of the restaurant and the perfect view of the see and sunset, it has an outdoor seating area where you can enjoy the good weather and views. The staff are friendly and the place is spotless. Reservations are needed few days before the visit. The food is good where most I found go inder grills. Sweets are very good and one of the best I tasted out doors especially 'Um Ail'. One area to improve is the checkout, while you're atioo eating the staff will jump in with a smile for you to pay 😅 the attitude is good but the whole thing is not, this happens mostly on buffets. Overall it's a very good experience.

They have a decent spread of salads, soups, mains, cocktails and desserts. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and weather permitting, sitting outside is very nice with a great view. Ample parking available at the premises.

We had the nachos and the octopus. I wasn't necessarily a huge fan of either, but it was alright. The place was clean, and gorgeous. Just a little on the loud side, even at the far end of the restaurant, away from the band. I wasn't blown away by their dessert either. For the price range, I expected a little better. Grateful for the Zomato Gold, though !

Located inside the Saadiyat Beach Club, this place has a relaxing and chill vibe to it, which we loved. Haven't tried their food yet, as it is on the pricier side, but have tried few of their desserts. The Valrhona Fondant which was like a molten chocolate souffle with vanilla creme anglaise and hazelnut gelato was amazing in taste and we also liked the double chocolate brownie. Also tried their berry smoothie which I absolutely loved.

The service and food was good, but it is over priced based on the quantity and quality. The decoration and ambiance of the restaurant are nice. I tried the Moules Mariniere, Butter Chicken and Steak. All the plates are OK but over priced.

My husband and I were invited to an iftar at Safina the other day. Yes they also do iftar there! It was a shame that there were not many guests present as they have a huge buffet and loads of food. I have been to quite a few iftars and I think this one was quite good. The quality of the food is pretty high up there and I really enjoy the international menu too. As expected there are loads of Arabic dishes. The lamb ouzi was made well and the lamb was super tender. I also really loved their lamb chops. They have lots of grills - chicken, lamb, fish. On top of that I also had anfulll plate of pasta that was made to order. It was delicious! Other highlights was also the smoked salmon and cheese stations. It was a bit difficult to find cheese platters at other iftars. <br/>I have to say though the desserts were not very good, especially the hot ones as the heating bowls had over cooked them. The kunafa stuck to the bottom of the heating bowl so i could not enjoy that. The umali was not good at all and it was too liquidly. <br/>On the other hand, I enjoyed the dinner because this is the only place where the fruits here are literally perfect. The watermelon slices each had same consistent pink color and all were so sweet!

The ambiance deserves a 5. It is so relaxing to sit out in their white wicker chairs just looking out at the pool. My favourites from the menu would be the garlic tossed mussels, seafood salad (has octopus, shrimps, squid, scallops-which are a bit tasteless and not fresh, though- and mussels), and their paella. We also tried the lobster gnocchi with beetroot once, and while I liked the sauce, the lobster and gnocchi were too mushy. I have a discount for the food there, so prices are reasonable, but otherwise would be a bit pricey. Staff are really friendly and provide good service. Shoutout to Christopher!<br/><br/>Unfortunate update (25/3/18):<br/>I normally enjoy dining at Safina at Saadiyat Beach Club, which I have been to a few times, but today, service was APPALLING around 4pm. I had to stand around for around 10 minutes to be seated, 20 minutes to have cutlery and placemats put in front of me, which I had to ask for, and 30 minutes for the bread basket, which again I had to ask 3 times for. I had to wait a grand total of 45 minutes for the mussels I ordered, and they were cold. At least you can give your customers the attention they deserve or at least apologise for such prolonged and unacceptable delays. Have to knock off a star, sadly. I gave my feedback in person as well.

Beautiful club overlooking the sea and beautiful restaurant with classy decor. The place gives a holiday, beachey laid back vibe, perfect for a brunch or sitting on the deck watching the sun go down. They have the freshest of ingredients and an amazing wine collection. Loved the Greek salad and breads teamed with a sparkling wine. Can’t wait to visit again.

Went there for friday brunch twice. The buffet is versatile and full of variation, maybe one of the best ones in town. The service performance was both times excellent since the staff was both friendly and working very fast (they kept the drinks coming without being reminded). The location as such puts you right in a holiday mood. The band that was both times playing live music is very gifted, but the music was very loud, making table conversations impossible. Additionally, you should make sure that you pay in AED and not in your currency when you‘re paying with a foreign credit card since the exchange rate they use is unreasonable!!

Been here for: brunch, sesfood night, regular lunch. Food & service are excellent and never disappoint. Spectacular ambiance, decor and setting. One of personal favourites in abu D.<br/><br/>Only disappointment is sushi during brunch and seafood night hence -0.5 points.

The strawberry cheesecake was nothing to shout about.In my opinion I found it average. However if it didn't make me drool you wouldn't find it here. The presentation was enough to make me drool👅This dessert needs no description. The picture speaks for itself . Chocolate fondant with vanilla gelato. Moist in the center with chocolate oozing out. This dessert is not meant to be shared because it can break friendships😹.Simply mouth-watering. Definitely would come again for it👌🏾. I went there with my fiance and we ordered spicy coconut fish curry and sizzler salmon. The portion of both meal was really small, and we were still feeling hungry after finishing our meals. The sizzler salmon consists of nothing but a small piece of salmon and some small pieces of potato. We didn't like the taste, it was too sweet. The spicy coconut fish curry was good, but what we didn't like about it that there were only small pieces of fish. The prices are very high compared to what you get. The place is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere was cosy and lovely.<br/>

My 3rd visit to Safina - A truly fine dining experience.. the best part about this place is their brunch and kids have their own space/ room with their own tv, toys/ activities and good along with the staff so that parents can enjoy their space! 😍

Excellent restaurant for seafood. We went there on a Friday evening. No other guest apart from our table. Therefore service is really good. Food wise, it is quite nice and the seafood is quite fresh. Worth to try

Loved the food!!<br/>From the starters the Burrata and the Salmon Tataki, and the Burrata was one of the best I ever had.<br/>For the main course I had the catch of the day which was the Yellowtail, and the Spicy Coconut Fish Curry (It wasn’t that spicy to be honest, so don’t worry if you don’t like spicy things), and both were extremely delicious.<br/>As for the sweets, the Nutella Profiteroles and the Chocolate Fondant were yummy

With the weather taking a complete u turn, making it pleasant for a nice evening stroll or a quick dip, its time to hit the pool and hit it in tranquility and style at the Saadiyat beach club nestled on Saadiyat island- a haven for an escapade from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bask dreamily in the sun and take a dip in the heavenly outdoor 650 square meter pool with its welcoming glistening waters enclosed by a host of private and beautifully designed wooden decked cabanas perfect to unwind and laze around at while sipping on your cocktail which can be ordered with ease from the pool bar along with a selection of quick bites as you take in the views of this stunning oasis.

Went for brunch with my friends and spent almost the whole day there.<br/>As expected, the food variety is great and so is the quality. The live band was fun to watch and the crowd was super classy and chic.<br/>The prices are very expensive, but the restaurant is located at a 5 star hotel, so it is expected to be expensive.<br/>Good service and a good place to go to with you family and friends.

Like the adage, people will travel anywhere for good food - this couldn't be any more true, as I found myself driving all the way to Abu Dhabi. But before you say long drive, I can assure you it was worth every minute driving down the Dubai-Abu Dhabi highway - for before me stood an oasis of tranquility, the stunning @saadiyatbeachclub.<br/><br/>We were ushered into the lobby by a friendly gentleman, and met by Justine who flashed us a big smile - she went about diligently explaining the facilities of the club (we booked the day pass, to enjoy our time post lunch). We were then led to a uniquely and tastefully decorated restaurant, Safina - and immediately the decor grabs  your attention. The myriad of frames adorning the walls, the light fixtures hanging from the ceiling, the hues of brown and beige lending an earthy understated yet elegant tone - just seduced my eyes. <br/><br/>We decided to sit indoors, and as you can imagine the drive to Abu Dhabi put us into a voracious appetite. So I started with an aptly named appetizer, Summer Breeze (watermelon marinated with mint, feta cheese and caramelized pecan) - was pleasantly surprised to see that the portions were huge, and refreshing to boot.  <br/><br/>This was followed by a delectable thyme marinated chicken in a creamy vegetable broth - the texture of the soup was just perfect, and the accompanying bread the right foil. My partner opted for the Asparagus and Truffle Risotto, and he couldn’t stop singing praises about how simple yet fantastic the dish tasted. The risotto was creamy and decadent, and the decadent asparagus was paired extraordinarily well with the earthiness lent by the shaved truffles. <br/><br/>By now we were pretty excited at how well our lunch experience was moving along - for main course I went with the Norwegian Salmon (charcoal grilled and served with parsnip puree, asparagus and lemon caper sauce). The salmon was cooked to perfection, incredibly moist and tender and it just melted right in my mouth. The lemon caper sauce and parsnip puree added another layer of flavour without sacrificing the dish's elegant simplicity. My partner settled for the time-honoured rendition of steak frites (Rib-eye steak, accompanied by truffle french fries). The rich béarnaise sauce enhanced the already flavourful well-marbled meat, and each bite brought a smile to his face - that he could just kiss the chef. Simply yum! <br/><br/>Seeing that I was born with a sweet tooth, let's move on to the most important part of the meal for me, personally speaking. I ordered the chocolate fondant (melting chocolate cake, with star anise puree and vanilla gelato) and couldn’t stop myself from having another one, as it was so darn good. This was an absolute show-stopper and I marvelled every time I dipped my spoon in for luscious mouthfuls of molten chocolate goodness. Not to be outdone, my partner ordered the classic strawberry cheesecake - luscious and extremely divine! Perfect end to a great lunch experience. <br/><br/>All in all, Safina seems to be a hidden gem - good service, great food and a stunning location. Definitely coming back for more!

A trendy brunch spot in Abu Dhabi that also caters for kids, I heard great reviews about Safina from everyone who´s been, the weather was finally getting cooler so we were looking forward to the outdoor brunch at Safina, after all the great reviews I was pretty excited to check it out. As we made our way through, my kids found their haven, a kids club with full on entertainment and scheduled activities. Perfect! kids.... sorted! now we can relax!

I can not describe it! An Absolutely beautiful club. Food was great quality / quantity and presentation were great. The people the weather the swimming pool... The beach... My wife and i loved it. It is expensive, yes, but worth every penny. Fantastic relaxing day. Can not be described. I do not want to go in detail. Just go there

Hey guys. I just spend a whole day at Saadiyat beach club and had the chance to have both lunch and dinner at Safina.<br/>I shall say that everything we tried was really tasty.<br/>The one lower point comes from the fact that the prices as per my opinion were too high. That place is quite posh so I was expecting that but still looked a bit overpriced.<br/>Also the portions were quite small. <br/>The quality of the ingredients was really good. My partner had the Rib-Eye steak, I really am not a fan of meet but this dish was brilliant.<br/>All in all we were quite satisfied and definitely going back there.<br/>P.S. Amazing pool view :)

Great staff, great food, good music...<br/>As a starter we ordered the Burrata Cheese, it was really tasty, followed by the sea bass and my wife ordered the pan chicken breast, very tasty as well.<br/>The Panna Cotta was the perfect way to finish the day and we cannot wait to go there again !

Me and my husband managed a one day get away during this long weekend to this beautiful beach club called Saadiyat Beach Club which was earlier known as the Monte Carlo Beach Club. <br/><br/>We choose to dine at Safina for lunch.The restaurant had a good interior & had both indoor & outdoor seating.However , The menu was quite limited but we ordered a Penne Alfredo Pasta & the Snow Crab Salad but we were not quite impressed with the food here.One must visit this beach resort just because it has a great view and it keeps you away from the city's hush bush & it's quite an Exotic place to spend a weekend.

Spending last Friday at Saadiyat beach club I was tempted by the reduced price package of a day pass and brunch.<br/>A big mistake<br/>The brunch which is priced at aed275 without alcohol is very poor particularly when compared to say the Park Hyatt or the St Regis ,both on Saadiyat and at similar prices.<br/>The restaurant was almost full but noticeably few people were having the brunch.<br/>In consequence the pre -prepared good was almost not touched and was therefore dry and over cooked ,the selection of deserts was poor and the seafood was of poor quality ,<br/>Safina although limited in choice and over priced  produces good food..the brunch is I think a very poor reflection on the kitchen.<br/>The mark is for the service and the ambiance.

Exotic place to spend a day!! The view is beyond beautiful. However the food is very limited. Hardly any options for vegetarians except salad and for chicken lovers.

As a city person moving directly out of the bustling central London, I have been a little tentative about settling in on the serene island of Saadiyat.  Its beauty is unmeasurable, but I have been a little concerned about looking out onto the quiet sandy beaches each day, rather than down onto the taxis, traffic and buses that I am used to. #zomatoramadan

When I come to the Saddiyat Beach Club, I usually order a salad and have them bring it to me on beach. (There's nothing like having lunch while lounging in a beach chair, listening to the sound of crashing waves!) My favorite salads are the Caesar Salad with an add on of chicken and the Snow Crab Salad. Both are served as just the right portion size and with amazing dressings! :-)<br/><br/>The food is very, very good but also very, very pricey!

We opted for a smaller venue for Friday brunch and what a great choice Safina turned out to be. The fresh oysters and seafood was delish! Grill station outside had steak, seafood, and veg and when we mentioned it's cold they brought us newly grilled food. We couldn't even get to the stir fry section but the pasta station and stir fry station looked very good. Desert table was so fabulous we kept returning, as well as perfect selection of cheeses. Awesome to be able to walk on the beach between courses. Gorgeous setting
