Everything was so professional and nice. We didn't like one chinese plate from their Hongkong restaurant, so they directly replaced it with another one of our choice. It was very nice of them and the indian dishes taste super
Dishes were so tasty and the portions were quite enough. Rice was a LOT so expext you’ll be leaving your chair with a full tummy.
Recently, I have ordered veg biryani, butter paneer and kadhahi soya chap. The food was well packed and tasty. I called restaurant to specify my preferences and phone was picked up by Mr. Ramesh, who was very polite and having service mindset. Enjoyed the food. Keep it up.

It was our first time eating from this Indian restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised! We ordered mixed veg raita, garlic naan, rice, lamb rogan josh and chicken murgh labrador. The food was really nice and the meat was high quality, the meat fell apart and wasn’t fatty or rubbery (like sometimes it can be) but from this restaurant the meat quality was good! That was the best part of the meal, was the quality of ingredients. I loved the chicken dish, the gravy was nice and had just enough ginger, delish! My boyfriend really liked his rogan josh but wished there was more lamb as there was only 4 smaller pieces, but felt the quality was high was he wasn’t too disappointed. He also likes it spicy so he wished it was a bit spicier.
Overall we were very pleased with this restaurant and would order again!
Only tried their Lawrence Road Chicken Tikka Which was very good and their Seekh Kabab Which was a little above average.
The flavors were good and food reached on time.
One of the finest restaurants in Abu Dhabi serving truly Indian Cuisine. Must try their Veg and Non Veg Platter. The food is generally mildly spiced. Recommended to go in group. Recommended!

Their dal makhani and veg biryani is fabulous. Enjoyed every bit of it. Their potion size on the dishes are generous, which is a bonus. Truly lip smacking
Nizami Tarkari Biriyani - it is very tasty and comes in a clay bowl Covered with something like a roti. But I think the roti is used to dum cook (pressure cook) the Biriyani in the clay bowls. The Biriyani is spicy but not hot and there is generous amount and variety of vegetables in it.
Chicken Kolkata Biriyani - served in the same way like the vegetable Biriyani. It tastes very good. The Biriyani has potatoes too in it. The spices used are not the traditional hyderabadi Biriyani spices. The chicken is very tender.
Rasmalai was soo good. Wish the quantity was more.
Dont remember the names of the dishes. There was a starter, chicken starter which was yummy. Spicy and well cooked.
Then we had mutton biriyani (kolkata type). It was delicious, but they hardly had any mutton pieces in it. It had a boiled egg in it though.
The green chilli curry and naan was amazing.
The Yellow Chilli has food full of flavors. We ordered the Ragan Josh and Hyderabadi biryani. The Ragan Josh was so delicious that me and my husband could not get enough of it. The bread that we ordered with it was hot and fresh which added a benefit to the dinner. The ragan josh was enough spicy to make us feel it but not so much that we would be running for water. The biryani was delicious. It came hot in a clay pot and the aroma it held made our mouth water. The taste was such that it would tantalize our taste buds giving us the feel of our food back home.
We will be going back to try more dishes soon.

we had signature dishes in veg and all that we ordered were too delicious. we ordered veg platter for starters and each item in the platter was having a different taste. Then ordered onion & chilli roti with adraki paneer, both were also very tasty. Finally we ended with desert, so called Gulab e gulkand, this item was so mouthwatering. I will strongly recommend this place for true North Indian food. Sorry, no liquors here.

We had an chicken angara wrap and a rice, chicken curry , dal , roti combo. Both were just so tasty. The wrap was awesome! It could have been rolled tighter or some way better because the filling kept falling out and it got messy but i didn’t fuss about it as the chicken filling was finger licking delicious! I would definitely try something again from the bigger menu soon.
Was really suprised by seeing another Indian cuisine outlet at the Abu Dhabi mall food court. Not sure for how long this has been here. But it came to us as a surprise. Definitely a competition to the other food outlets. On inquiring about their name, they say that all the food is prepared with the special yellow chilli masala which gives it that unique touch. We ordered for the executive combo which came in with a good quantity of rice, 3 gravy dishes and a naan. Some salads on the side too. I closed also a Lassi flavoured drink and a sweet dish ( Gulab Jamun) all for the price of 39.

I been to this place for my dinner , me n my wife enjoyed the food , Hyderabadi dum gosht biryani served in clay pot was absolutely amazing , along with Tandoori chicken as a starter , I tried chicken changezi with some naan bread as a main dish , overall great experience .....
Visited this outlet in the food court of our fav mall...the biggest relief was to eat a hearty indian combo meal, at the mall, while the kids enjoyed their fav kids meal. Light on oil and spices, we enjoyed the flavoursome veg n non veg combo.
If you are looking for authentic Indian food joint in this area then Yellow Chilli is the best option. From drink to food everything is good. All you have to do is acknowledge your spice preference while ordering the food.
I tried ANGARA LAL MIRCH TIKKA, it was a spicy preparation with delicious marination, was good in taste. LAZEEZ MURGH TIKKA MASALA tasted good with PESHAWARI NAAN. Also CHICKEN BIRYANI is served in traditional way with Raita and salad. In dessert do not miss to try GULAB E GULKAND, it is very delicious and BADAM HALWA is good too.

Yesterday we commented that we had a delayed delivery (nearly 2hrs) where my kid slept without food; today they sent us a complimentary food for us a good gesture by the team and management. Visited this restaurant today and i must say, i was quite impressed by all the dishes we ordered. The staff here are friendly who gave some good suggestions as well. They have a wide range of variety with quick service. Would defiantly recommend this restaurant to those who love Desi food.
We ordered the Angara lal mirch tikka, lazeez murgh tikka masala, murgh hara pyaza and shahi tukda. Each and every dish was perfectly spiced where i personally loved the lazeez murgh tikka masala which is a must try here.

Yellow chilli is my favourite outlet to order for home delivery, it never fails to impress me.
This time we ordered for murgh labadar, chicken biryani, alu banarasi and TYC combo and Gulabi E Gulkand. Loved them all. Chicken biryani was the best out of all, spices were just right. It had a pleasant aroma and mild taste. Murgh lababdar had a rich and creamy consistency.
Packaging, quality and service, all are top notch. A great place to try for your next home delivery. We had an amazing experience, will be ordering again very soon.

Ordered today from home .. so won’t give a full review unless I visit the restaurant myself.. however food quality and taste is very good.. specially the kolkata mutton biriyani is as close as you can have in Abu Dhabi to the taste of the original kolkata biriyani.. the chicken dishes, pyaz tandoori roti were good in taste and flavour as well.. I was little concerned on the sweet dish gulkand filled Gulaab jamun .. specially it being 1 single piece for the price of 21 dhms.. however the taste is exquisite and really worth the price.. the quality is good enough for 2 people..overall a solid 4.5 stars

I recently had food catered from Yellow Chilli for my Kids birthday party. The taste and quality of both Veg and Non veg dishes were upto their reputation. Ordered their non veg TYC combo and briyani combo. TYC combo was worth it. Briyani was not quite up to the expectation in terms of taste and quantity. Their rotis and naan were fresh from the tandoor and were really good. Overall decent experience. The rating is just for their bread which my daughter loved....

BEYOND AMAZING! I am Indian and it’s very difficult to please me when it comes to indian food. But Lord knows this was easily one of the best indian food I have eaten. The flavors are unique- no 2 dish has the same masala or sauce base. The naans are fresh and soft. The biryani has plenty mutton which is important.
I am absolutely hooked- the Yellow Chili has the flavors of a fine dining at a budget.
Reasonable taste though nothing special worthy of Sanjeev Kapoor's reputation. Bucket biryani quantity and taste are noteworthy. Some portion of the Tandoori Chicken platter is just too spicy. Need to focus upon developing subtle taste & flavour profiles associated with the great name.
This is one of the best place to have Indian cuisine, I have ordered aloo Partha and butter nan with panner makhni all was good 4/5 rating, 1 rating is reduced due to the high price, staffs are very friendly.

After I had complained regarding the Rasmalai as it wasn't fresh, fortunately and with their quick action they resolved the problem. The manager had called up and had sent 1 portion of fresh Rasmalai. Now that tasted like true Sanjeev Kapoor's real recipe for our most realised Indian dessert. Thanks to them. We are a family of 3 and we all are firm and happy with the taste.

We had been expecting a usual restaurant, but the outlet was one of the food outlets in the Mall Food Court area. Therefore the review is based on the expectation from a food court outlet and not for a restaurant.
We had ordered a bucket of chicken biryani and the quantity and taste were both satisfactory. By a food court outlet standards, the biryani was excellent. We had been asked how spicy wanted it and one could experience the flavours of the fresh ingredients and the gentler spices. The chicken tasted wonderful and the rice was nice. (It seemed that the rice and the chicken tikka pieces may have been cooked separately for the most part, except just before serving. This could had affected the rice flavour.)
The staff was very friendly and themselves offered to pack the remaining chicken biryani. (It was considerable.) Overall a very good experience. Probably the best Indian Food Outlet in the Food Court's of the UAE Malls.

My wife then again went there with her friends, she also praised food over there. Cost of each food is reasonable without any compromise on the taste. After this feedback - I wanted to know more about this restaurant.
They have a nother branch in Al-Ain. One in Abu Dhabi being head office. Mr Swarup Anand is CEO of this restaurant. They also have a chain of nursery schools, they are in UAE since long time - 15 years.
Planning to introduce this restaurant to my relatives who ever arrives in Abu Dhabi.

Since we moved to Abu Dhabi we have been craving for some nice authentic Indian food that is void of artificial colouring.
Yesterday jehangir’s kitchen caught my eye in the food court at The Mall and we gave it a try. Ordered the fish n prawn combo and the chicken biryani.
The fish was soft, the prawns crunchy and the chicken in the biryani succulent.
The biryani helping was so generous that I got to eat it the next day for my lunch and it tasted even better.
The assortments like rotis, raita, achar, toasted papad et al, were cutely packed. The biryani was in a handi with a layer of ata to seal in the flavours.
Boy am I hooked!

Only disadvantage is that there is no dedicated seating as the restaurant is located in food court of WTC mall 1A.... During weekends you might have to wait to find a place to dine in...
