أسوأ تسوية فى حياتى مشوفتش كده السمك وحش جدا والجمبرى مش متنظف وللأسف شطه نار وكمان الطلبات غلط ويبدل السمك بتاعك عادى جدا ولا فيه حرام ولا حلال وخصوصا الريس بتاعهم سعيد . بجد تجربة لا أحب أن أكررها كفاية بس لطعتنا منتظرين السمك وقت الفطار ونفطر فى الشارع بسببهم . منهم لله والله لا ينصح بيه إطلاقا

The best seafood I ever had. Not a fancy place but the best for sea food lovers. The service super fresh fish and the taste is incredible. Looooove it, highly recommend. طعم السمك فاجر زي المصريين ما بيقولوا😜.. تبارك الله السمك فريش طعم رهيييييب .. مش معقول حلو قد ايه .. لو بتدور علي مكان شيك ممكن ما يكونش ده اختيارك.. لكن بالنسبه لأي حد بيحب السمك ده افضل مكان يروحه بابوظبي علي الاطلاق

طعم حلو. والأسعار مناسبة إلى مرتفعة وأفضل مطعم شي فود في المكان.. لكن عندهم شوربة الربيان مزودين الكريمة شويتين.. والسيباس عندهو حلوو جدا

شغل فيه معلمين .. وسمك فريش .. وجمبري من الاخر ..

Good seafood but the meals prices too expensive...better to buy fresh fish from inside the market esp. Stall 57 and have it grilled and take it out..مأكولات بحرية لذيذة لكن الأسعار غالية...افضل شئ شراء سمك طازج من داخل السوق وأخذها للشوي او قلي

احلا مكان تاكل فيه بحري بس تشري الاسماك وبحري من السوق وتشوي عنده الطاوله على 25 وشوي 15 درهم انصح بالتجربه عنده بس عنده مشكله .. زحمه وتتاخر مرات 👌🏻♥️

So upset that I did not take photos of the food but it was Soo good. Everything was delicious. Fish soup, fried calamari and giant grilled shrimp. I was stuffed for the rest of the day !

They have outdoor and indoor seating. Outdoor seating can be bit tight as there is less space but indoor tables are properly spaced. <br/><br/>Food is great and the staff are very friendly. We had our food quick and taste was amazing. <br/><br/>The restaurant is right at the entrance of Al Mina fish market and would highly recommend as I think they manage to get the best seafood. <br/><br/>Approximate cost of two people should be around Dhs 115

Take away service is very poor here. they make you wait for over an hour and its still difficult if you don't talk their language . <br/>I ordered for two three grilled fishes and they were all so soggy by the time i reached home .it all looked so mushy with the fishes pooled in the watery gravy.wonder what grill it is !<br/>never going there again !

Mina fish market is the place where you will get fresh live fish in Abudhabi for better deals. There are lots of restaurants in Mina fish market. Al shader is the one always busy with patrons. Al shader always having patrons. This place got nice lightings and ambience among others off-course tasty food n service too<br/><br/>We started our dinner with their signature Shader soup. Soup was amazing. Its a perfect seafood soup with mussels , prawns , squid and crab. This four are my favourite items in seafood.<br/><br/>We tried deep fried squid and Spicy grilled shrimps. Less preference to fried squids. Feels like eating something from KFC. We could have order something. <br/><br/>Spicy shrimps medium are heaven. Very fresh ans tasty shrimps. <br/><br/>Advice to those who reading my review - Shrimps are must order thing. Order sea bream also it is nice. Dont order anything deep fried like our order.<br/><br/>They have indoor and outdoor seating. During night time outdoor will be perfect. Managed by arabic people. Kindly communicate properly to avoid misplaced orders.

Beautiful interior design but very cold inside the restaurant. helpful staff and gives me good suggestions for food. Resturant served a green salad really it was freshly cut cold and crisp vegetables so you feel freshness and it's good with olive oil lemon dressing. Rest all food you can check in photos I already upload but I was little surprised I ordered prawn fried rice but it's come drak brown in color but it's was good not very dry. Mix Seafood was good and half kg shrimp was good for 2 people. This Was the first time we decided to dine at Mina and we went to Al Shader. We ordered hummus, french fries, pickled eggplant and a kg of prawns. The star was definitely the prawns. So damn delicious!! Wanting to keep coming for more.<br/>This place is always crowded. There were people lined up to eat just here, luckily we came early and easily found a seat.

Worst service ever<br/>Server treats you with your skin color<br/>If u are not white you are treated like trash<br/>And surprisingly this happened in the holy month of Ramadan while breaking fast with our friends

Its my favorite casual Sea food restaurant in Abu Dhabi, im never disappointed, whenever i have guests ir family visiting me in Abu dhbai i always take them to Al shader to have the perfect fresh seafood, and everyone love it! Al shader Seafood Soup is a must to try, also thr grilled shrimps are so yummy, and any fish you like you can order and request it grilled or fried and guess what they get all the fish just Fresh from the fish market directly. If you are a fan of crabs they do it perfectly and so delicious. Juat wanna add that in case you ordered a dish and took 30 minutes you should know that beacuse they prepare it fresh and they are always busy and have list of requests even for pickup order.<br/>

As much as I have tried restaurants around UAE, I have never seen a service worse than this. I can't stress enough how disappointing it was to order from this restaurant, let alone the horrible food that was delivered. We firstly ordered for pickup. We called and we agreed that we will pick it up an hour later. We went and they kept telling us to go back and forth from one place to another claiming that they never received such order! and when I called again to the same number he said it will take 15 more minutes so I asked for delivery which was for 25 dirhams which's considered very expensive, considering that the place is very close to the house. The delivery came 45 minutes later instead of 15, he added three other plates of things I never ordered. One of the plates I received had very clear leftovers of fish, fried burnt fish head, they were all completely black. <br/><br/>I do not advice anyone to try this restaurant it is a complete disappointment and its even sad that such restaurant that is this disrespectful towards their customers to even be crowded.

Best seafood Ive ever had. <br/>However go on a slow night because service can be a little slow and mismanaged. Soup and salads not so great. I wish their cooking styles was a little more descriptive on the menu as you dont know whats available.

Best place for Fish Grills...<br/>Wide choice of sea food.<br/>Fresh sea foods. Clean atmosphere , staffs are friendly. We tried dirrerent varieties of dishes especially sea bream, sea bass, shrimps, hamour... All are exceptionally awesome taste.<br/>Restaurant is suitable for families aswell. Recommend every one to try once.

We reached here by 11:00pm. Pretty hungry. Ordered sea bream, al shader soup with cream and shrimp. I rate 5star for food. But the service was too late. We where already hungry and had to wait for 40 minutes.

Food was very good.<br/>Service is poor, it took 1hour before our food was served, maybe because its the weekend. The staff in charge for payment is rude, we try to correct our bill because he forgot to charge us with the shrimps we ordered, but he gets annoyed after correcting him.

The place might look below average but the food! One of the best seafood places in Abu Dhabi. i love their shrimp, sea bass, sea bream and the brown rice! But the salad and soup and fried shrimp appetizers are not that good. But it’s a good place to have excellent fresh seafood for a good price!

Usually I m not a floater so far as my restaurant choices are concerned but a very aqua and ship like look of the ambience attracted me ... so I decided to eat with a friend ... well the order took too much time 40 mins plus looks a bit on the higher side.. the food was ok but service needs improvement and they need to hasten the time they take to serve the food ..!!!

The name Al Shader was fitting because this place was 'shady'. Given it was the weekend, you should expect poor and slow service. The manger was clearly overwhelmed, and  the kitchen had no order of how dishes came out. Poor service, bad management, and a frustrating experience. I will not go back, EVER. Left with a very bad taste.

I love to eat seafoods and this restaurant always satisfied my cravings. Food serving takes time so you must have lot of patience when you decide to dine in here.

In my humble opinion, best place that cooks egyptian style seafood in abu dhabi, tried a lot, this was the most to impress, i havent tried staying in the restaurant normaly i always take away, the restaurant looks decent, not fancy but ok, i am only reviewing the taste of the food which is so good.

Their food taste good, but their service is extremly poor. At Restaurant it takes 30-40 minutes to serve the food. They bring food for one person and the second person on the same table has to wait 20 more minutes till his food arrives. <br/><br/>Their home delivery service is also ridiculous. They charge 30 AED for delivery whereas every other restaurant in Abu Dhabi charge only 5 AED for delivery. We ordered 1Kg medium shrimps and they brought a mixture of medium and small shrimps which contained more than half small shrimps. The shrimps were also not cleaned properly. The black sand veins were clearly there in the shrimps. <br/><br/>Never again going to order any thing from them.

Beautiful overall experience.<br/>Its nice to have good fresh fish with affordable prices for everyone.<br/>Great variety.<br/>Yummy salad, very well cooked rice.<br/>Highly recommended.

New & Nice decorated restaurant, food well cooked and nicely presented , <br/>the only negative point that I wish they pass it through the time is ( Very Slow Service ) I reached the restaurant on Friday at 3:40 .. got a place to sit at 4:00 pm ... got the food finally on table at 5:00 pm ! ... they just need to add more staff to give priority to serve the people who sitting in the restaurant than the pepole who coming from the back side to take the take away orders .

The food at this Restaurent so delicious , but the service very slow . <br/>Must be ready to serve a lot of customers and not just for two tables . <br/>

Food is ok...place is clean...but worst customer service...the guy was acting rude and was asking us to wait and be patient...he made us sit for 15 mins...finally i had to ask him if he is ready to take the order...not going back cos of his stupid attitude

If you live in Abu Dhabi go to Mina Fish Market buy some fresh fish and give it to this guys and they will cook it. They are amazing.<br/>You have to try it.

So the Concept here is you goto the Fish Market in Mina and there are quite a few Joints around the market who will cook the fish as per your choice for a considerable charge which you can eat right away in the nearest cafeteria or take away ... Sounds interesting Right ?? I can't say anything more than THIS Is THE BEST SEA FOOD RESTAURANT In THE TOWN .<br/>I'm always buying my selection of sea fruits from the fish market,then I give it to the guys in ALSHADER, they never disappointed me in making and preparing the most excellent food.

Alshader is in Abu Dhabi fish market, so you are 100% sure that all the food is fresh out of the sea.. Don’t get deceived by the appearances. Alshader is nothing fancy, it is a tiny takeaway seafood restaurant but it is the best seafood restaurants in Abu Dhabi if not in the UAE. <br/><br/>There are no chairs, no tables, no menus, no plates. You order your food and you ask them at Alshader to negotiate a deal with one of the neighboring restaurant/cafeterias so you rent a table with same chairs. This will cost you only 20 Dirhams and you buy your water and drinks from the restaurant that agreed to host you. So it is a win win situation. <br/><br/>We were 6 guys we ordered Prawns. They are brushed with the secret Alshader recipe sauce, then charcoal grilled. Amazing I have never tasted Prawns or Shrimps that tasty, they just pealed of the skin and the secret sauce has tomatoes, garlic, cumin, chili and many other things… I’m not sure what :) 10/10 These prawns are AMAZING!!! They are the best prawns I’ve ever eaten.<br/><br/>We also ordered a charcoal grilled fish “Blue Fish” (Taqwa or Mias in Arabic) also was brushed with secret recipe sauce before going on the grill. 10/10<br/><br/>Then we ordered 2 Seabass fish baked in the oven with olive oil and lemon (Egyptian Style) the fish was stuffed with chopped: dill, coriander, onions, green onions, tomato and crushed garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, chili and lemon juice 10/10<br/><br/>We got complimentary Egyptian red rice (for seafood) and various green salads, Tahini, Baba ghanoush, and a fried eggplant salad.<br/><br/>It is cheap!!! The price depends on the type of fish and how much is ordered by Kilo.<br/><br/>Alshader is managed by Hazem an Egyptian man from Ismailia. A city on the Suez canal that have mastered Seafood cooking. The lack of a written menu is not a problem, you simply order whatever you want as long as it is coming from the sea and it is available in the Fish Market they will cook it for you in any style you want: Grilled, Friend, Stew, Baked in the Oven. <br/><br/>It is an amazing Seafood experience that shouldn’t be missed.
