With the dilemma of what to feed the kids for lunch, we set into this Italian restaurant as it served the kids favourite Pizza and Pasta. The restaurant is on self-service mode where you order at each station and collect your food once prepared, which holds good during the current situation. We ordered the Truffle pasta with beef and a normal Alfredo, both of which were amazing and flavourful with the Truffle pasta a 5/5 for taste. The Margherita pizza was a bit too cheesy and could do better. Overall a good place for lunch with kids.

I heard that vapiano is doing a live cooking, sounds interesting right? That’s why I headed up on their marinal mall branch in Abu shabu to daw it and ofcourse try their signature pasta and pizzas ordered pasta in a red and white sauce combination and it was good. For the pizza we tried their bbq chicken owe owesome. For the drinks their iced cold choco. Ambiance and service is absolutely Check .😊

This review is for Vapiano - Yas Branch... Just dined in with my friends today and we can say that the food is great and the staff are very accommodating and the ambiance is very cozy We will surely be back again soon 😋

Had been here with my family today for lunch. Ordered pollo picante, carbonara with spaghetti, margarita pizza, Shirley temple & orange juice with death by chocolate for dessert. Very quick & efficient service. Food was delicious & the staff very courteous.

I heard so much about this place so had to give it a try. I’ve been to the Marina Mall Abu Dhabi & Dubai mall outlets and have liked the food both times. What I tried - Alfredo Pasta : It’s yum as it is. Pesto Basilica : It’s good if you like pesto. Personally not a fan of it. Margarita Pizza : You can’t go wrong with it can you?? Just perfect. BBQ Chicken Pizza : I did not enjoy it as much as the other stuff as it’s way too high on BBQ sauce but if you like BBQ then it’s great for you. It was in the recommended section so gave it a shot. Ravioli Con Ricotta: It tasted okay, have had better though. What’s good about this place : - Every item is customisable and you can add or subtract anything you like from your dish. Fresh ingredients used and made right there front of you and served hot. - The concept of self ordering is great and works smoothly with no hassle. Just collect the card at the start and keep tapping each time you order & pay before you leave. - They also have a drinks counter that’s got coffees, juices, mocktails & colas whatever you need. - Love the centre set up at every table 😍 Definitely worth trying for Italian! You must first be aware that they are not following Vapiano’s way of serving food. I’ve been to Vapiano in many countries all over the world and by far this one do not deserve the name, almost like a local-based chain claiming to be Vapiano. It is supposed to be a self-service restaurant but the management turned it into their own idea. The food isn’t that nice, not in any way close to Vapiano worldwide or at least the one in Dubai.

I heard from my friend that vapanio is nice , especially the pasta, then i tried ordered to check if its really worth it. Then the pasta was so nice with tomato sauce and the design of the delivery box was so cute as well

Typical vapiano outlet. Was busier than usual being the eid weekend. The daviola pizza was superb with melt in the mouth cheese and fabulous pepperoni on top. The amount of onions on it was a bit too much though. The shrimp risotto in tomato sauce was even better with the right flavors and the plate was wiped off in no time.

To start with, it’s a self service restaurant. The staff is courteous but the food is just average. We ordered a pizza and pasta. The pasta was half cooked and we had to get it cooked again. They have a fresh juice bar which was nice. To be honest, if you spend so much money, you’d expect food to be stellar or atleast decent. In my opinion, the place can be skipped.

The place is very clean and neat. The place doesn’t really smell so food-like, I mean, you won’t smell like pasta after having your lunch there. Their options are still limited. Not much of seafood except shrimps. It’s a self service process, but absolutely worth it. Must try their risotto and Cesar salad 🥗

Vapiano is the best Italian food restaurant in the UAE, hands down. Their ingredients are fresh and the live cooking stations is what gives them the competitive advantage. Food is always made to order, fresh, and tastes great. I ordered chicken alfredo and caesar salad. Their ceasar salad is highly recommended. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and I advise Italian food lovers to give it a try. The service is also great and staff are pleasant. Two thumbs up.

Finally, I been waiting for this in Abu Dhabi. It’s so nice they kept same concept like in the Europe. They have delicious food, pizza and pasta is the best in Vapiano. So easy with self service and food gets ready very fast. Highly recommended from my side.

I wanted to visit Vapiano from too long as I heard a lot about it from different people. Last night, I had dinner there and this was my first visit. We ordered pizza and pasta. They were both so tasty. The ingredients were fresh and you can really enjoy eating a good food. However, I didn’t like the self service experience at all. People are moving around to order and get their order from different stations. Also, food took long time to get ready. Specially the pasta as I asked about it and they were saying its ready and start looking for it. Then, they had to cook a new one. They call for the card number loudly which is annoying. Its better to serve people on their tables instead of calling the card number and make this noise. I may visit it again if someone will offer ordering and moving around to collect the order.

YUM! Love this place! They have a super cute concept and really nice ambiance. As soon as you walk in you’re handed a card and have to charge everything to the card - school cafeteria style. It’s a cute concept but as the person in charge of ordering for your party, it can get tiring having to order everything from the different sections and bringing all of it to your table as they become ready. Everything we ordered was super good, especially their pasta and pizza, which was to die for! Their Reef n Beef salad is a definite must have! One of the best salads I’ve had. Ever.

Food is good but disappointing service. They said the food will be ready in 10 minutes, after 20 minutes the came to ask us about our order. When we asked them to bring the food to the table as compensation to the time consumed, the host through the food with angry face. It will not take long to either be serving the food to the tables or they will go bankrupted and close.
