Horrible service. Horrible food. Ordered for 2 beef shawarmas with fries and drink. I could not select drinks in the option so put a special request in the comments - ofcourse the restaurant ignored this and sent me something I DID NOT ask for. <br/><br/>Beef shawarmas were the worst shawarmas I have had. The saj bread was stale and chewy like it was from the previous day. The fries were also stale and made in the morning or yesterday morning. <br/><br/>My order was delivered after a whole hour. It is curfew time so please tell me what was the reason for the delay? The roads were empty I don't see how there was an traffic to delay my order. Two beef shawarmas was so hard for them to deliver????? Such a horrible dinner, you have ruined the name 'shawarma'.

I have been ordering from Shawarma Time ever since the COVID lockdown was Imposed. Zomato delivers the food within 25 mins, sometimes even less. The food is always hot and fresh. The falafel is to die for. They have the right amount of crisp and softness. Shawarma time also offers you many healthy options event though its primarily a shawarma joint. Quality food which leaves you satisfied!

It was my first time to visit the resto, and i was so excited to try such potato that i saw on their instagram page! It’s such a disappointment! The beef shawarma topping is so dry! The cheese layer is very thin, most of the potato lower parts has no seasoning at all! (I ordered the large one) it is my first time and absolutely my last! Will never recommend it to any of my friends

Where to start ! to call this place a shawarma joint is dis-honor. Probably one of the blandest, lamest no taste having shawarma's I've had in my entire life. There is literally 0 garlic sauce, don't you know that's one of the main things that make shawarma tasty ? I ordered 2 shawarmas and barely finished one. It literally tastes like plain regular chicken in torn apart saj bread with no spices, no sauces, nothing else. The picture of the saj shawarma on Talabat includes fries, but ofcourse no fries came with the order. For shawarma you expect to get a side of pickles, even the cheap cafeterais with 5 AED shawarmas give free pickles with the shawarma, but not this place. <br/><br/>0/10 , will never have a horrible shawarma experience here again. Please remove the word "shawarma" from your restaurant name and chose something else.

Ordered through Zoomato. Driver took one hour to find my location. He doesn’t have wts app to find correct location. Restaurant should have provide that. Also shawarma tests awful.

The big shawarma was really nice. Juice, tender and flavourful. When I say flavourful, it is mildly spiced and perfectly cooked. I like the crust to be not too crispy.

I have been there for take way for shawarma plate the chicken was really dry even the garlic paste was like water fries were overcooked .in the end it went to dustbin . there standard really went down .i notice that even there staff are not so professional most of then look new the way they were preparing shawaram . I ordered the Dynamite Shawarma which was delicious, came with rice too which was a nice surprise. Got the thin french fries which were not actually thin but I like them better that way. Overall I am happy with what I ordered.

The shwarma meal was a sandwich with some pieces of bad taste fries. The shwarma itself is oily and there was no taste, i hardly could eat it as i was starving. Of course i won't make it again.<br/>However the dynamit dish was good with regard to the taste but the rice quality was bad.

Ordered tonight both beef and chicken shawarma sandwiches. The ones that are coming in a pocket style bread. The quality and the taste if the food was remarkable. The meat is tender and the portion is generous. If they stay consistent I assume the can be ranked from the top 5 in Abu DHabi. I could have given 5 but due to the fact that the stuffing was a bit unbalanced in a sense that you get a lot of tahini in one bite but u find out it’s dry at other parts on the sandwich. They need to take care of the details and avoid rushing while preparing the sandwiches.

Shawarma Time is really a home for healthy food. I’ve been in this place more than couple of times and I can say that they have a great menu and best choices for shawarma and salad. I highly recommend their super healthy grain salad and of course their chicken shawarma. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Awesome!

If I could give this joint a -10 star rating, I wouldn't hesitate for one thousandth of a second.<br/><br/>The order was a full hour later than the expected deliver time, which was around 45 minutes although we were located right next door to this wretched establishment. The management was smart enough to send out a driver with no working mobile phone, absolutely zero knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and addresses, no GPS gadget, and practically illiterate and unable to communicate in English or in Arabic. It took them a full half hour to reach him then another 20 minutes to realise that they should probably send me a new order instead. Only such an inept management would hire such incapable people.<br/><br/>The food is trademark of another wannabe Arabic food restaurant who thinks they can capitalise on the popularity of Arabic fast food. If you're from Manila or Kerala I would suggest preparing and selling the cuisine of your native land. Drowning the meat in salt only raises suspicion that it is close to expiry in addition to extinguishing any decent taste.

They forgot half of the order and when we tried to call them. They refused to pick up. We called them over 20 times. We complained to zomato. So zomato tried to reach out to them but they still didn’t pick up and gave us store credit instead. Eventually after 2 hours they showed up and in front my door with the rest of the order just when we were getting ready to sleep. Not ordering here again
