We had ordered from here during the lockdown and the food was absolutely amazing! We tried the mixed grill, hummus with chicken shawarma. Huge portions and completely priced reasonably. Delivery was on time and food arrived hot!
I judge the place by the timely delivery service. That means the management is good and customer oriented. This place proves it. Many many (shawerma) places in Abu Dhabi fail big time that's why I stopped ordering from those places even I if liked the quality more there. Among those bad places are Zahrat Lebnan, Al Farah - to name few.

It was really good, but of course having it fresh in the restaurant was better. The baklava dessert really good.
Everything was super nice in this restaurant the food, the staff, the hygiene. They are also currently renovating the place inside and made separate toilets for men and women.
One of the best grilled meat resto in town! Kebabs are very tasty and they provide good portion for mixed grill and side dishes. Their bread is fluffy and special, it's very unique. I always order from them for special occasions. Dine is can be great experience specially during winter as they have cozy outdoor area.

This is by far becoming my most favourite Turkish restaurant. It is a hidden gem in Khalidiya and once you know about it, you will never give up on it. The staff are very nice and welcoming, and the ambience is so family friendly. Although it does not show a Turkish theme or interiors in the inside, the Turkish taste is evident in their food.
We ordered 2 kgs of Alafiya Mixed Grills + Saj Chicken Shawarma Sandwich. Before our order arrived, they served us a generous amount of appetizing dips like hummus, mutabbal, etc. with freshly-made bread that tastes AMAZING as well as fresh greens and pickles. Those usually come free of charge with every order you make! Now to the main dishes, the presentation of the grills is spot on! It is served on a wooden board with Bulgur on the sides. The meat is so tender, chicken is moist, bulgur is delicious, and the spices they use are really good and well balanced. As for the chicken shawarma, it was tasty. And with the free of charge glass of tea served after the meal, the whole experience was wrapped up perfectly. I actually couldn't find anything to fault about Alafiya restaurant. I HIGHLY recommend you go and try their food and service. I cannot wait to go visit them again and share my experience on my social media as well.
Went for dinner by chance and enjoyed the food. Very good quality and excellent staff. We had a party at home the next day and catered for food. Excellent variety of salads, kebabs etc. Their Chef Gopi arranged everything quickly & efficiently and put up a great spread of Turkish, Arabic & Indian dishes. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend and use their services again. Keep up the good work.

Ordered for home delivery which was very quick. The special grill platter was excellent as was the mixed appetisers. We also ordered the lahmacun, and it came with some wonderful freshly baked Turkish bread. Not the cheapest takeaway, but definitely excellent value for money

Food is good and specially you should try the 1 meter grill. Its amazong. I tried their different breads one meter mox grill etc. Overall its nice.
The bbq was good especially the kebab! The wine leaves were ok, I have had way better. But the sides served with the bqq were excellent! And the akawi cheese pie was also really good.

A cozy Turkish Restaurant in Al Khalidiya AD. Very reasonably priced and I loved the starters. Their BBQ platter is a must try..the meat is tender and deliciously spiced. Staff is very friendly. I had my eye on the shawarma station..they process aLOT of orders which definitely goes to say it's a favourite among the residents or office goers in the area!

We happened to reach this place by chance. Im an avid lover for arabic cuisine and i would try anything to find the best. This little place almost hidden away was not an easy find! Seeing the rush inside i know they have to be something great here!
The tender kebabs came in good quantity. Also the perfectly cooked manakish and shawarmas. Everything was just as we like it so i must admit the humus and mutabel did stick out as really sore thumbs. though i have to agree that how they do it in Turkey. 💁🏻♀️. They should maybe tweak it to adjust to the local flavours here but im okay to give that a pass considering everything else was top notch!

Qatar ever since we re located to Abu Dhabi. My cousin suggested this restaurant to us and yes Alafiya serves the best Turkush cousin in whole UAE. If you don’t trust my words go and try.

Authentic turkish food no doubt about it. They redefined grilled kabab for me, let be chicken or meat cut into pieces or measured by a meter, it will always be juicy and delicious.

This place is a 5 minute walk from our place and can't believe we tried it out for the first time today! Love the warm friendly faces, cozy atmosphere and the fact that they give chilled mini water bottles as soon as you enter is such a plus! On the food front their grills are to die for! We ordered the 50 meters mix kebab plate and ate every last morsel on it lol. I've been to Turkey and can safely say was transported back to Istanbul restraunts. For dessert, their Kunafa is light, crunchy, cheesy and pairs perfectly with their complimentary black tea. Will def go back to try their very popular Meat Iskandar shawarma plate. Oh, and I've only cut half a point for their lentil soup which was very average.

This restaurant is located behind shining towers in khalidiyah. We tried and really enjoyed the turkish foods such as mix grill kebabs, chicken wings, salads, turkish breads, konafa, ariety of hummus and garlic sauce. All the meat and chicken are tasty, it’s different on other arabic restaurants. The prices are reasonable also and sure you that will come again to repeat and try other menu.
We went there in our lunch break. They have readily available dishes from which you can just choose your food, which is obviously faster. The food looked inviting, and they had lot of variety. But finally we decided to go for the mixed grills which is good for sharing. They serve the Turkish appetizers by default, plus free water bottles. Food was just great. During lunch time there was lot of traffic, which indicated that people like the place, and the prices are reasonable, with which I agree as well. Despite the traffic, service was good and fast. This is a nice place which offers reasonably priced Turkish food, rather than the other overrated Turkish places in AD.
Alafiya it's an best place.,. In same place we can choose many food.. Especially for here I love to eat again shavarama and some Turkish cuisine.. It's an really Turkish village.. Along with that beside they have some other Alafiya outlets also..

My favorite place for mix grill in Khalidiyah, Abu Dhabi. Well served with green salad and hot bread. I don't like the shawarma there much. If you are looking for grill items, it is a good place.
Shish tawouk sandwich is outstanding. However, I do not recommend the Arabian shawarma dish (the garlic sauce is not what you would expect) and there are many better things on the menu. The service is always friendly and polite and they are fast. You can’t go wrong with there grilled items.

Best Turkish restaurant in the city! The food is really delicious and authentic. I have tried them numerous times with friends/colleagues and it’s always consistent. Appetizers are excellent and I recommend all their grills and the Iskendar shawarma is a must try!

The place location nearby khalidiya mall so you will have hard time to find parking, although the food is good maybe it's the best shawarma I ever had in Abu Dhabi and the bread is fresh and tasty, I had also mixed grill good and tasty.

Wonderful service and food! Their meat and chicken is of excellent quality and is cooked to perfection. My favorites are their wings and their lamb chops. We also enjoy their salads and their ayran. If you’re a fan of fried kubbeh, try theirs too. Great for delivery as well.

This place has one of the best Fresh Bakery stuff in morning. I randomly entered it looking for breakfast and was surprised to see the variety. And the prices are cheap as compared to other Coffee Shops. Do visit if you are carving for a Freshly Baked Croissant..

This restaurant reminds me of the turkish restaurants in London. Open grill, stews and curries displayed.
I have been looking for that taste ever since, this falls in the second best.
Their mixed grill, metre long kebab, iskander kebab and daily salona (casserole) are amazing. Average priced, they are usually half full throughout the day.
Oh I forgot, DO NOT forget the kunafa and thank me later for all that crispness and bliss.
Turkish tea is served and is complimentary which, ofcourse, we love. And we also love the chili and tzatziki that is on the house!

Amazing experience in hidden place but with very high standards. I have to admit my friends told me they had breakfast in it and i have to try it and on the weekend i wanted to have mix grill and shawarema so i checked on zamato and really its above expectation food is very tasty and fresh, service is very fast and its great value for the money. The only thing they should have kids menu but again its a place i would visit always and try everything in their menu. I recommand it for any kind of foodie
We decided to have Shawarmas for dinner, and my cousins highly recommended this place. We wanted to dine in, but couldn't, due to lack of parking space. Hence, we parcelled the food. The staff members were really welcoming.
We ordered Small Chicken Shawarmas. Both tasted incredible. One 'small' shawarma here was the size of a 'large' in Dubai. Hence, quantity wise, it was highly generous and filling. And to our surprise, it was 7 dhs only. I enjoyed the Regular Shawarmas more than the spicy ones.
It was a visual treat to watch them make the shawarmas from scratch. The shawarmas here are a must try. Simple, yet delicious.

Weekly team lunch took us to Alafiya Turkish Village which is located behind Shinning Towers. One might easily get confused with the various Alafiya outlets behind as they have a french bakery and other outlets as well in the vicinity.

The order was served in about 10 mins.
Arabic Chicken Shawarma is excellent. Really smooth, easy to chew, tastes great and is quite filling.
The salad is pretty average nothing mind blowing though.
Laban Eran is a must to make the meal even more great !
To finish it all off, the turkish tea is fantastic !
Only downside would be the parking which is really a big hassle to find.
Overall, Alafiya is a big thumbs up will surely visit again to try out more !
Delicious food, sizeable portions. I shared the 1/2kg mixed grill which came with bread, salad and 4 dips. Meat was well cooked (beef was my least favourite). The bread was one of the softest I’ve tried in a while and dips were nice. Tea was a nice way to end meal. Total cost including water and tea: AED35.
Others at the table had shawarma sandwiches, shawarma plates, lentil soup and zatar pie. Everyone was pleased.
One of my favourite restaurants to visit or order from. The chicken cheese shawarma is definitely my favourite. We ordered hummus and they also let you make your own salad which is amazing.

I only ordered the Chicken shawarma and might i say, it is the best shawarma you will have.Period.I dont recommend the spicy shawarma because its quite bland.Not to mention its size for only such a low price.One downfall is sometimes the shawarmas can be extremely dry and might not taste as good so always remember to ask for extra sauce.

It’s been a little while reviewed much here, so ended up enjoying a dainty Turkish breakfast during the Eid holidays. We were welcomed by the staff and appreciate their service throughout our breakfast. We were early for a breakfast on a holiday but it also made us the only customers there. To start off, I ordered some pies/ fatayers. Since we had nephews along I had to order the Chocolate pie. My choice for the rest of us was Labneh with cheese, Zataar with cheese, Kraft cheese, Chicken Pie, Meat Pie, Egg Pie. This was freshly prepared in their brick oven and served hot. Must say we gorged every bite of it. Meanwhile we ordered the rest of our dishes from the breakfast menu. Few of them being the Egg Shakshouka, Chicken Shakshouka, Meat Shakshouka served with warm and again freshly baked Pide bread(these are not your regular Kubuz, they are Turkish bread with a pita bread texture slightly thicker topped with Black caraway seeds (kalonji as called in Hindi). We also happened to try their Omelet with sausage and egg white omelet. Their omelets are more like a sunny side up turned into an omelet than our usual full beaten egg omelet. And to note that the Shakshouka here is not the usual eggs poured over a tomato, harissa base. It’s more like scrambled egg with sautéed veggies and their spices. I didn’t find this weird as I stayed in Saudi and Shakshouka there was always scrambled. I felt the chicken shakshouka tasted better than the egg shakshouka both have egg in it anyway. And what’s a Mediterranean food without some Hummus, Foul (Arabic baked beans) and Baba Ghanoush. To digest all of this ofcourse Turkish tea and some cheese Kunafeh to end up the breakfast treat with a sweet note. They had already started preparing shawarmas and filling in the lunch dishes. We would have stayed to try out lunch if only we weren’t too full and content after a light yet heavy breakfast. The place is not very fancy inside but definitely neat and tidy.
