I never imagined that the experience of having food at a Lebanese restaurant can be so much fascinating. I have been there alone, with friends and with family. Each time I visit this place, I fall in love with it, all over again.
Food is great. Prepared fresh, looks appetizing and tastes delicious. Staff is very cooperative in accommodating to different needs, specially when you visit with family. Overall a 5 star experience every time.

It's a great experienced to eat in a place like Cafe Blanc. You will love the foods and the place that you will feel relax because of the great view of the mangrooves. People are so friendly also and always ready to assists you all the time.
As a chocolate lover, I would highly recommend (maajouka chocolate), it has this mushy brownies chunks topped with ice cream and kinder😋😋 I think it could be shared between two persons.
For drinks I’ve ordered (minted lemonade), didn’t like that sour taste, couldn’t even finish half of the glass.
The best about this place is the calm cozy ambience with the Fairouz sound😍
The atmosphere and the place are very relaxing and great. Customer service is also good. Didn't get the chance to try their food but the drinks are fine. However, & unfortunately their shisha is below expectations. This place would have been a favorite in AD if their shisha was better. It burns very fast and they don't serve my favorite flavor which is gum mint :/
Great food with an expanded variety. However, the service is a bit slow and needs be worked on. Lovely atmosphere especially in the winter time.
The food in Cafe Blanc is absolutely fresh and heavenly. My server Chinno was an absolute delight and is attentive to my every need. His impeccable service made my expeience all that more memorable. They also have a great outdoor seating area overlooking the eastern mangrooves; great during the winter!

The shisha is amazing , and the price of it is excellent comparing to other good cafes in abu dhabi. They have a very good sweet jabal lebnan , highly recommended.
Great location, good food. Eastern Mangroves is a great spot for a lazy lunch and early dinner. The food was decently good - the item that stood out was the quinoa salad. One of the best I’ve had in a while. The only thing that wasn’t to my taste were the nuts given with drinks, which were really bland. A salty option would be much better!
Very fast service, despite the wrong order that we received and quality food. Good prices for a full extra breakfast that will keep you up for the rest of the day. 2nd time there and will definitely go back.
Great ambience... LOwe the place... good shisha and food... limited vegetarian options... However I LOwe the ones they serve... falafel and spinach fateyar!!!

Are you looking for a waterside destination to chill out over some hubbly bubbly and delectable Lebanese / Middle Eastern dishes in a casual setting away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Abu Dhabi? Then look no further than Cafe Blanc in the Eastern Mangroves! It might seem a little high-end compared to prices at your neighbourhood shawarma shop, but it's worth a visit nevertheless and here's why.
While we waited for our food, we were offered some complimentary nuts to snack on, which was much appreciated. The almonds were soft and easy to chew, also good for cleansing the palate during the meal. Since we were just the two of us and not too hungry, we decided to try a Sharing Tray. We ordered the Hommos Shawarma Lahmeh that comprised of Cafe Blanc crackers (similar to Arabic khubus bread, but thicker and crisper) with hommos meat shawarma for two, along with onions, parsley and sumac. The hommos was a lusciously creamy texture, shawarma meat was cooked to perfection (with pine nuts lending it an exquisite flavour) and, overall, everything tasted great with the accompanying crackers. Besides the crackers, we were also served an assortment of fresh warm breads, which really made this a filling and wholesome meal for two. They even gave us a variety of pickled vegetables with our meal - a staple at any good Middle Eastern restaurant.
The ambience at Cafe Blanc is outstanding, especially if you sit outside against the backdrop of the gorgeous Eastern Mangroves. The cool turquoise interiors are soothing and chic, and seating is comfortable and spacious. Moreover, staff were courteous and helpful in providing timely and efficient service throughout our time there.
If you're at or near the Eastern Mangroves and want to have a nice sitdown meal give Cafe Blanc a shot. I had a great experience with the food and service being great. The decor is refreshing and staff are friendly. Dont skip on dessert either!
The place has a very nice view & the decorations of the cafe is classy with nice colors.
Their service is good and friendly but it takes a while even though the cafe is almost empty.
I tried their breakfast ; we went for a brunch. It was a good food but i felt it was too heavy. my order was eggs with sausage and my friend took potatoes with eggs & w tried the lahm b ajen .. it was too much for two people.
I loved the place & if i visit it again it will be for the view not the food itself.
We had the grilled meat plate, grilled chicken, lentil salad and fig cheese bil ajeen, plus the kids pizza. Kids pizza was just mediocre, but everything else was excellent. Beautiful views of the mangroves as well. Would definitely come back
Nice and relaxed atmosphere on the terrace with a beautiful view on the mangroves. Food is good but not fantastic. Good place for a quick bite.
Its a very good restaurant with a great ambience. I love this place for its amazing ambience and the colorful interiors. Food was good. Their bread was soft but not completely, i found it a bit crisp which is not appropriate for labaneese breads. We ordered Fattat hummus, spicy potatoes, foul, falafel, chicken shawarma. Potatoes were not at al spicy and foul was a bit of less flavor than that of the usual one. Fattat was a good choice. We ordered jelab too which was so good.
We kayak every weekend and accordingly reward ourselves with something nice from the restaurants at the mangrove! In all honesty I always thought Cafe Blanc is just a coffee shop with basic coffee shop food items but passing by that place many times and saw the menu i thought it is worth the try.
Delicious Middle Eastern Food! Surprisingly good and generous quantities so share everything. We had Hummus, Tabbouleh, French Fries and Falafel! In all honesty this was more than enough so we had it as take away and we indulged in the Kharouf Bilajin ( lamb and rice in puff pastry ).

Upon visiting Cafe Blanc for the first time i was extremely delighted with the friendliness of their staff and the welcoming ambiance of the cafe. The food is really good and their chairs are very comfortable. Relatively, their prices are good for the quality of food you receive. Their view outside is beautiful too and after dinner, or dessert👀, you could go for a lovely walk.

Wow! Just wow! We went here for the first time tonight and first the place is sooo nice, very clean. The food was totally amazing, so fresh and not oily at all. We eat inside but than we want to have shisha and coffe so we change table, but in the end everything was perfect. The staff was so kind and they were so fast even if there was too much people so it's very good service. For sure we will come back again.
Fell in love with this place at first sight. Picturesque location. Beautiful interiors. I wasn't aware that it was a sheesha place before heading there but fortunately if you are seated inside the beautiful dome-like structure, the smoke does not annoy you at all. Although, with the beautiful view you would love to sit outdoors, especially in winter. The staff are very polite although service was a bit slow. The food portions were quite small so I would say this place is overpriced, however the ambience is totally worth it! The place is nice to take a walk after your meal too. Although we went there in the summer heat, it was so well shaded that it was almost chilly.
We only had there some desserts and as usual, sweets do not have here any taste. You could taste only sugar. Service was not attentive at all although plenty of staff were there. Nice outdoor seating area though.

With a beautiful and large terrace. The food is good however the Shisha is not good. Service is average and the management is almost not present (when the restaurant was launched it was a lot better )
I've eaten here twice, on both days i attended it was on a weekend in the evening which is perfect because its not too busy and the weather is great. My first time i ordered the rice with lamb, this was presented with a layer of pastry on top and nuts mixed with it too. There was also gravy to go accompany it and warm fresh bread (Which was alot). I really enjoyed that meal.
The second time i came i wanted to try the similar meal but with chicken instead of lamb, unfortunately that evening both meals were not on the menu :( so instead i ordered the beef escalope which was a beef steak with pomegranate which came with mashed potato, i enjoyed it as it was cooked nicely, we also had some complimentary bread which tasted really good with the hummus. The freshly squeezed juices were nice and large which is great. Good food and nice atmosphere
Love to come to this spot for breakfast, there are people grabbing their breakfast and talking but it is still relatively quiet and tranquil as you look over onto the mangroves.
The food is of a good quality and the staff are very friendly and attentive.
Coffee is great and I recommend it to people who perhaps want to do some work and have a little quiet off time from the busy urban part of Abu Dhabi. Only issue is that WiFi is not accessible outside.

We went with friends and sat outside, the weather as expected was warm and humid, but they external air conditioning was doing the job, however, another group came and they waiter decided that their table is more important than ours so he decided to turn it their way.
Good is good, price is acceptable, the view is superb at the mangrove waterfront.
I'm sure the rating will be more in winter if another waiter will be there!!
The grape mint sheesha is as close to perfection as a sheesha can be. We have been here for now over 2 hours and it is still going strong. Smooth as silk, light on the throat and a mellow but sublime flavor. You should experience this once before you die!
One more hidden gem at easter mangroves. Decently priced lebanese middle eastern food. Super tasty and excellent setting over looking the mangroves. Relaxing..

The best thing in the restaurant is view as it is located on the eastern mangarove in abu dhabi overlooking the nice view of mangarove.

The food was really good (one if the best Lebanese food I have ever had). We mainly ordered mezes, cold and hot, and they were all delicious. Also the portions were good. The setting of the outside tables is beautiful, so all together a great experience,
Ambience is great. Nice to be able to sit outside while the weather is great. We had mashawy and loads of cold and hot starters. We really enjoyed. Will definitely be going back.
The food, the view, the atmosphere... I have no complaints about this lovely cafe in the Eastern Mangroves. I ordered waraq enab bel Laban (vine leaves in yoghurt with red pepper and walnuts) and arayes halloum (grilled pita stuffed with halloumi cheese). The first pleasant surprise was the speed of the service. All of my food arrived within 5-10 minutes of ordering. The vine leaves had great flavour and my only minor complaint is that the red pepper was advertised as hot but I didn't really taste any heat. Granted, the dish is in yoghurt. The arayes halloum were delicious, perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. Their shisha options include classics like grape and mint, lemon and mint, double apple, etc. Sometimes they were a little late to change the coals, but that's understandable considering it's a relatively popular place. All in all, I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely go back.
Love the chilled out atmosphere of this place, and the views are nice. It can be a little too quiet at times but the food is delicious -mezza especially- you cant go wrong with lebanese and all the ingredients seem to be fresh and have great flavors. Breakfast is great!
Good food (waraq enab bel laban-batata harra), nice ambiance, friendly service, quite outdoor seating except for the shisha smell.. for sure will go there again to try other plates.
Nice setting with great coffee (they also give complimentary almonds and another type of nut/bean to snack on - unfortunately I don't know what's it's called). Food wise it's hard with gluten free here as it is very bread based, however you just have to insist on absolutely no bread. Safest option is mixed grill and you can eat the jimmies with the picked vegetables. They also have a couple of salads that don't contain gluten.
First time to try cafe blanc and not the last time for sure . I ordered mixed grills , kebeh al fahem for the main course and tabouleh with mutabal for the apitizers.
I loooved the kebeh though it's a bit defferent than the traditional kebeh taste but it's realy so delicious and light. Mixed grills are tasty as well Shish tawouk specially . I was just wondering if they forgot to add burghol for tabouleh or they make it this way but it tasts well anyway . The staff are so welcoming . The view is the most amazing thing here . So all in all it's a recommended place to try.

It is only my 3rd visit to Cafe Blanc. I prefer many other restaurants offering leavantine cuisine. However, I love the view and decor here. The staff is friendly. I usually only order drinks and a few mezza. The atmosphere is what keeps me coming back.
Beautiful place situated near Eastern Mangrove creek, Cafe Blanc serves so clean & tasty lebanese food. the restaurant is distinguished also with his yummy Lebanese Mezzeh & special dishes. Try the Tabbouleh, moutabbal, baba ghannouj & the batata Harra (spicy potatoes). Also the Barbecue is tasty & well prepared & served.
My new favorite Lebanese restaurant! Everything about this place is just perfect. Came here for lunch with the fam. We sat indoors as it was too hot to sit outside. The interiors so colorful which gave it a beautiful ambience. The staff were welcoming and the service was great. The food didnt take that long and it was so fresh and delicious. Prices were fine since the serving sizes for the mixed grills were good enough for two people. Highly recommend it to anyone who's craving Lebanese food. Definitely try the Chich Barak!
First time we go there but was pleased with the view and tranquility of the place.. We were there on sunset time, the view was awesome and the area was very nice. The food and the service was very good although the portions were a bit small but the place was worth it.
Wld highly recommend it and repeat my visit. With the wide spaces kids enjoyed running and playing without bothering
Beautiful setting and view overlooking the Mangroves. We ordered the kofta kebab, Arayes and fattoush salad. Really good combination and deliciously tasting. The fattoush salad was very good here, unlike in some well-known Lebanese chains.
Would recommend sitting outside but when the weather is not too hot.
I've been here couple of times now. Absolutely love the colors and the seating. Enjoyed the food too. Mixed grill platter, fattet, fancy red bull drink (forgot the name) and sheesha. Was upset with the sheesha. I guess grape n mint was the only good flavor and that too not every time. This place is pretty happening almost every evening given good weather conditions. Slightly over priced but surely going back again.
I went on an evening with my friend to cafe blanc . The staff is not very much attentive on greeting the guest . The sheesha guy was little prompt on his service . The food was good and the breads were as soft as snow .
Only the staff attitude has to be changed . A little training and guidance will do the magic .
Am I allowed to give a Michelin star? Ahhh No Ok Ok :( .. What a yummy food, perfect, flawless & I enjoyed each bite. I am really addicted to Fooool and they made a yummy one. I feel I can have my breakfast, lunch & dinner there. I wish to have my food in the outdoor area, but it's mostly for Shisha :( . The colors are so cool & Fairuz songs made the place quite & cozy. I like their English breakfast tea. For sure it's a calories not counted restaurant you just eat & enjoy.
This restaurant is so amazing and with no doubts it's one of the best restaurants I've ever been in. the food is so fresh and delicious, and the amount of food they serve is very good and the prices are affordable.. but there is no way to judge the style of the restaurant, either you are sitting indoor or outdoor you will keep looking around you because you will enjoy the view very much seriously, you won't know what I'm talking about until you try it, and I bet you will keep going there and will be on your favorites list in places to eat at
Delicious food with a nice view and atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff ?? one thing that could improve is creating some privacy for the tables with decoration. As the tables are very exposed to each other.
Food is really tasty, authentic Lebanese dishes in a new style with a great presentation. Booking is a problem specially on weekends. Staff are really nice.
An elegant Lebanese joint offering food which is a feast to both eyes and palate in an equally appealing ambience. Located very strategically in eastern mangrove, it is a great place to sit and enjoy food and sheesha while taking in the view. The food is served with a slight twist to the usual and the plating is also quite appealing. We ordered the usual hummus, fatoush, falafel, shawarma and sheesh tawook and they were all very good. The have quite a good number of tables and yet were fully occupied on a weekday, with few in waiting, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the service was slow because of this and if this is a regular affair, as it seems to be from other review I have read, they should certainly do something about it. The food was also priced dearer than other Lebanese joints. All in all an excellent experience and I am definitely recommending!
Wonderful food, excellent service and great atmosphere.
Only lost 0.5 as no non-smoking area outside and we had to sit inside on a beautiful day. Apart from that I will definitely visit again. Recommended!
