I was shopping at the World Trade Center Mall and saw this Bagel shop from across the road. Bagel lovers if you haven’t visited this place you’re missing out on some really good bagel. As I was crossing the road I thought I’ll just pick up a plain bagel to enjoy with my coffee ☕️
The cafe is small and two tables were set up. I ordered 2 bagels 🥯 the veggie and roast beef. Veggie bagel was filled with cream cheese, lettuce 🥬, tomatoes 🍅 and avocado 🥑. I chose the sesame bagel. The roast beef 🥩 had lettuce, beef strip and turkey. Both bagels were packed very neatly with a pack of salted lays chips. I didn’t order any drinks. Instead picked up a chocolate muffin. Please be careful when you bite into the bagel, it has a toothpick to hold the filling together.
Overall good fresh bagels. Mall parking is available. Wheelchair accessible
I love the freshness of their sandwiches. The staff is okay and service is swift, but they could be friendlier and more accommodating especially since it's never busy whenever we go here.
Enjoyed every food we ordered. Plus the owner is very nice and greeted us as soon as we start to choose which food to order. Service crew is excellent. We ate the smoked salmon salad, where the dressing has the right amount of sweetness I'm looking for. My three friends ordered the philly steak and texas. The bagels were flavorful and fully worked together with the filling. I'm definitely planning my next visit to try the other bagels.
I have ordered from this place several times in the last couple of weeks. They are always accurate with their order. If they no longer have something available they provide a curtesy telephone call to choose another option. Turkey club bagel is the best. Would recommend this place to others. One upgrade would be to add an option of condiments (cream cheese, ranch dressing, etc) on the side when ordering.

Casual and very comfortable set up. The staff is very polite and the owner does the courtesy of checking with every guest by himself. Menu is good and made as per order. Serves exactly what is advertised as per their motto, Bagels!

Well I m not a bagel expert ... had ordered Turkey Club ... it tasted delicious... doesn’t call me out but was satisfied... the ambience and settings are to my liking... staff was courteous and nice.. !!!
Definitely a wonderful cold weather out and be munching on bagels on a crisp sun down afternoon. Dining Al fresco with one of those gourmet bagels. So delish...especially those topped with slices of avocados with cheese, and warmly sipping a cup of tea!
Delicious freshly baked cookies, bagels and muffins. They use real butter not cheap margarines or fats which makes all the difference in the taste! Cookies are luscious with fat chocolate chunks generously imbedded throughout must try.
Delicious bagels, especially the pumpernickel bagels. Unfortunately they have been out of stock for a long while. Would love to see them back.
It was delicious! Tiny place since we cannot sit outside yet but we loved it! We ordered pastrami egg bagel and cheese fillet mignon bagel. Ordered a pot of tea they kept refilling it and they treated is to mini cupcakes at the end of the meal. Tasty and fulfilling and reasonably priced. Worth the visit and will need to go try more items.
I tried Bagel Factory yesterday for food delivery at my office. Being first timer, I chose to walk to the place to see the menu range. Uncle Jay, the owner, was there to help me personally. He was very polite and friendly, and gave me great suggestions for group menu combinations.
The food turned out to be beyond my expectations. Made fresh to order and super delicious. Bagels were fresh and very tender, and muffins were heavenly. On top of that, Uncle Jay offered a complimentary tray of Danish tarts which were extremely unique. Definitely a must have.
Without a doubt, Bagel Factory would be my regular stop over now 🙂
As bagels go it’s hard to beat the Bagel Factory. The quality of their food is good and consistent. Delivery always seems to be super quick. Inside the store staff are friendly.

I’m very sorry I must not have seen the restaurant I was reviewing because Zomato keeps on popping up the restaurants we’ve ordered in and I was supposed to write a review for a different one. But, since we’re here, I might as well give my opinion of you guys. To me, you guys make the best bagels in Abu Dhabi, and that’s why we dine in there every week. Your service is excellent too as you make sure that our food gets delivered - even if it’s at 7 or 8 on a Friday morning. Two thumbs up for Uncle Jay’s Bagel Factory!

Overall a very good meal. A nice fial touch was the waitress saying farewell to the party at the door.

Fresh bagels, made daily! Try the plain bagel by itself with no fluff, just the plain bagel then branch out and try some of the delux sandwich style bagels. Muffins and cookies are delicious also! Great place to read a book or catch a nice breakfast/brunch before heading to work or a morning drive.

A stop place to have bagels in abu dhabi would be here .. situated under the WTC gives it a easy access to people to drop by .. small but spacious area gives it a balanced seating arrangement with some outdoor seating as well.. Crisp brown bagels and filled sandwiches are the main sellouts here especially during the lunch and evening hours.. Staff are courteous and cheerful everytime u enter.. Quantity is filly and love the chips the most ☺ always carry a pck of bagels home when i drop a visit here
i only tried their roast beed with their evrything bagel but with mayo sauce. . it is ny top 1 roast beef sandwich ..
also tried their phillysteak bagel..good display,not tasty..

I am a world traveler and conscious writer. I had literally just stepped off the plane from being in South East Asia for the last 3 months. For those of you who have not been to S.E Asia, their staple food is rice. Now, I love rice don’t get me wrong, but I ate it everyday for 3 months for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything that was served to me had rice in it. Rice pudding, rice water, rice deserts, rice cakes, rice with some kind of meat and or veggies, rice this, rice that. They even make all of their soap products with rice! So therefor, I showered with rice milk soap! I love you rice, but I need a break from you!
As an American, all I have wanted was a Bagel during my travels. Just a simple bagel. That’s not too much to ask, right? Well no where in the area that i was in, in S.E Asia could I find just a simple bagel, they had assorted breads and sweets but no bagels.
So when I got off the plane in Abu Dhabi, I headed straight to Uncle Jay’s Bagel Factory.
As I walked in, the first thing I saw was a glass counter of bagels, muffins, and other savory baked delicious goodies. Uncle Jay was there and mentioned that all of his items are baked fresh every morning. I was so happy to hear that, that my mouth was salivating as my eyes scanned through all the different varieties of bagels – Sesame, Sundried Tomato, Everything, Cinnamon & Raisin, Blue Berry, etc. I had been away from the States for so long that I wanted to order everything on the menu.
The first item I ordered was the Turkey & Swiss with ice tea.
The ice tea was freshly made and when I received my Turkey & Swiss it was nicely presented on the plate. The turkey was fresh and stacked high nicely inside and it had fresh Swiss cheese, veggies and sauce. Not only did I get the sandwich but it also came nicely decorated with extra veggies on the side like tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce along with a side of crispy potato chips.
As I took my first bite of that dense, chewy, doughy inside and crisp shiny outside of that Everything bagel, I had entered into utopia. The bagel was baked to perfection just like they did in New York. It was now just me and the Turkey & Swiss Bagel Sandwich at that moment. The sauce was so juicy and delicious that it ran down my mouth onto my shirt. I was so enticed and enthralled with my Turkey & Swiss Bagel sandwich that there was absolutely no one or nothing that could get me out of this savory presence.
I tell you, when you no longer have something in your life, that’s when you appreciate it. So as I was sitting there savoring each bite of that bagel sandwich it was as though I got a second chance and this time, I was present and savored the bagel to the fullest.
So this review is not just about a bagel. It’s about appreciating everything in your life to the fullest because you never know if you will ever have a another chance to experience it. This is what living in the present moment is all about. Appreciating, savoring every single moment of your life. Living to the fullest because you never know if you will have another chance at it.
Ever since my first encounter with Uncle Jay’s Bagel Factory, I have been coming here every single day because I know I am only here temporarily. I have ordered a lot of other sandwiches and bagels and I can tell you they are all amazing.
If you are looking for a great tasting bagel like I was, this is the place for you and for those of you who have never tried the bagel, Uncle Jay’s Bagel Factory is a great place to try them because they are truly baked like back in the East Coast of the States.
From the bottom of my heart, I want to say Thank You Jay for opening up your East Coast Bagel Factory in the Middle East! I didn’t have to travel all the way to New York to get my bagel. This is truly a home away from home.

We headed here for lunch because we preferred something light. Tried out their coffee, Lox Bagel and the Philly Cheese Steak bagel. The good thing about this place is that you can choose the type of bagel you want - whether its honey wheat or cinnamon raisin. They've got atleast 10 different types. I preferred something light so I opted for Lox - which is salmon and cream cheese while Mr. D couldn't help but order something with steak. Our friends had coffee. We enjoy what we ate.
Very fresh and delicious, however the selection is limited sometimes.
Great bagels every time! I always have the uncle jay special, it's stuffed full of delicious things. Great food and great value, what more could you ask for.
Safe simple meal. Bagels are my favorite! It's so hard to find a place that makes bagels the way they should be without compromising freshness or taste. I highly recommend the Uncle Jay Special, Philly Cheese Steak (my fav!) and the chocolate chip cookies (so good). I usually choose either the Everything bagel or the Honey Oat. The iced teas are also really good. Enjoy!!

Went to this place recently sometime early evening when it was empty. We ordered the Lox bagel which was salmon with cream cheese, onions and capers. I requested them to make it without capers which they agreed to. We also ordered a cream cheese bagel. The lox bagel was beautifully presented and served with chips and a small salad. The cream cheese bagel was also beautifully presented with fruits on the side.
The bagels were delicious but i found the Lox bagel on the pricey-er side but then I saw the amount of salmon that was given with the bagel and realised why the price was high. It was a lot of salmon for me personally, I would prefer to eat half that amount at a time. But I would recommend this place. I want to go back and try the New York Steak bagel as well as the Turkey bagel. Their location is great but it just gets a bit noisy if you sit outside with cars zooming past or playing loud music. Overall a great place to eat, a healthy alternative as compared to a burger/fast food joint.
Great selection of bagels...i went for the turkey club sesame bagel...it was rammed with smoked turkey and emmental cheese and some turkey bacon for good measure. Hit the spot and will definitely be going back...muffins were great too.
The best bagel place around... Philly steak is a must try... if ur ever tired from all the walking around wtc... stop by... ul be surprised but their bagels do fill u up... great value for money .... it has substituted burgers for me.... for now at at least. ...
Best thing about this place is uncle Jay. Friendly, thoughtful and warm, he made the experience that much better. The bagels were delicious and I recommend you go for the Philly cheese steak.
The place is amazing! As a bagel fanatic and living in the UAE for the past three years, this place is by far the best bagel place in town. I don't know what these mediocre reviewers are talking about. The bagel sandwiches are delicious (especially the tuna that has cream cheese and avocado on it, yum!) Also, the prices are incredibly reasonable. I definitely recommend ordering or dining there as the staff are very friendly.
So I come in to this cafe at 7 am one day, just before a big presentation. The bagels were not ready yet and I was getting impatient. The shop owner however enthralled me with a little known tale about the history of bagels and soon I discovered that he worked in New York and decided to bring his bagel expertise to Abu Dhabi. Great decision. Good bagels. Go for the salmon and cream cheese ones.
Its the only bagel store in abu dhabi ;-). Bagel tastes soo good and guess what? It is freshly baked by none other than the owner himself! It's my first time to try bagel and probably not the last ;/)
Bagels are amazing! I've been searching for a good bagel that isn't frozen. Baked on the spot everyday! I highly recommend it! So much variety, and Uncle J is so keen to offer up great recommendations that aren't even on the menu! Muffins are to die for!! I have one everyday. No preservatives are used, so these bagels are fresh with no chemicals!!DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT!

My family loves this bagel shop. Fresh bagels, muffins, sandwiches are made daily. The bagels are not made from frozen but are made from fresh dough daily. The atmosphere is welcoming and we visit weekly. My son always has a Roast beef on everything Bagel with a chili mayo, I have and egg on a cinnamon raisin bagel, my husband always has something different and my daughter has a toasted bagel with cream cheese. We are very excited that they have fresh muffins in many flavors. Service is always fast and friendly.
Uncle Jay was super friendly.. Had his own touch on the Bagels and did great recommendations..
I highly recommend the place.. He never serves yesterday's bagels, everything is freshly made and nothing frozen.. Great stuff.

It has been years since the last time I have had bagel. When I moved to AUH, i opted for the one in the grocery nut there's nothing like that luscious and filling bagel. When I discovered that there's one near my place, I know i should give them a visit.
Upon arriving, the store is just a small store but you have an option to eat al fresco or inside. You will be greeted by such friendly people (i think the owner greeted me). If you're not familiar with bagels, I suggest you ask the person in charge.
Anywho, I love how the people waited til i made my mind from what to get. I chose to have half a dozen to go since i wanted to devour it at home. The owner is so helpful and jolly that i enjoy having a small chitchhat with him.
Each bagel costs 5 dirhams (but 25 for 6) and you can mix and match it to your liking. Price gets higher when you add something to pair with it which i still find very affordable.
Taste? Oh i love it! My son enjoyed his chocolate bagel. One is enough to fill a very hungry tummy.
Will i go back? Oh for sure!
