Hawaiian and Papa’s All Meat Pizza was good. I love the idea of having two flavors in one pizza. I can eat both the flavors I want without sacrificing the other. That’s awesome. I ordered a small veggie pizza, which is supposed to come with thick crust, but they gave me terribly thin crust (which I hate). Also, I paid extra for fresh garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, but they gave literally only 3 or 4 pieces of sun-dried tomatoes, and I couldn't even see the fresh garlic if it was even there! Hence, I was left hungry and dissatisfied. I'm not sure if I will bother ordering from here again.

First i ordered at 7:09pm and after a while they called me and say one of the item in my order is unavailable and need to change and i say ok no problem. PIZZA's always stand out when delivered hot and on time and we must comment that the taste of each pizza stood out with exact amount of toppings and the pizzas sauces were just right. I love this place! I ordered yesterday for dinner using the 1 AED offer. And it was amazing. I ordered a cowboy pizza and a chicken tikka pizza. The delivery was kinda late, they said 9:27 and delivered at 10 something. I was going to call the restaurant but thought to wait some more time that’s when the pizza arrived. I’m okay with it as I don’t want them to rush to deliver. I thought i’ll receive the pizza cold because of time but the pizza was fresh. I love their pizza. Really smooth yummy. I wasn’t sure about cowboy pizza but I loved it!

Very Late delivery,cold pizza and garlic bread with cheese, did not come with primo sauce as described. The pizza was carried in bare hand guess in the cold wind and not in a hot pack like other professional restaurants do. I order from this restaurant today and as usual I saw the delivery time as 45 mins. This timeframe is very common among the fast food chains here. But after the long wait of 45 mins, the food was not delivered. I called the restaurants and after multiple tries, am shocked to notice thay even after 2 hours the food was not delivered. This is really disappointing, I have never in my life seen such a thing in any Restaurants. This is shocking, I will never recommend this place to any foodies in the foodie community. Please if anyone is planning to go to this place, I strictly state to not go, as they are the worst restaurant that I have seen.

I usually don't mind not getting close-to-good service coz I do mind the difficulties of the crew. But the crew in PM WTC is kind of different. I waited in line for my chance to order while the lady in front of me is still chatting with the guy in the counter, they were actually chatting bout something else coz I clearly heard she is done with her order. Waited, waited... Left the queue for 3 minutes.. Went back and there they are still chatting!! Asked if I can have my turn to order already and the lady freaked out. The guy in the counter asked his colleague to take my order. Was telling him my order but he was talking to the previous guy.. So he made me repeat everything I said because obviously he did not get it. The worst was when I left, I heard the lady and the guy who took her order bad mouthing me😔😒

2 stars only for the Papa's favourite pizza which always tastes good. Was unfortunate enough to try out the Gourmet BBQ Pulled Beef pizza. The person preparing the pizza had scraped off a very little amount of pulled Beef (hard and chewy)that was left in the container(hardly noticeable at all, maybe 20-30gms). When we inquired of this is the amount of beef you are putting in the pizza, he bluntly said this is the standard. Well, Papa Murphy if this is the standard then this is not worth the amount you are charging customers. The pamphlet mentioned of white cheese cause to be drizzled on top of the pizza along with BBQ sauce, they only put BBQ sauce. In summary, it is either total ignorance by the staff or Papa Murphy's standard has dipped considerably. Would not recommend the Gourmet pulled Beef pizza, not worth in it's current state, in terms of money, taste and ingredient quality & quantity. Have enjoyed their other pizzas though & they would be highly recommended.

It's not at least 50% match with the photo in the menu. Few meat pieces are there only and you guys call it all meat really disappointing. Updating my review based on the customer service as it was quick and satisfactory. They send me a complimentary pizza with the same order and it was excellent so I am really happy with the service now and really recommend.

If you’re at WTC and are craving some Pizza you can’t go too wrong at Papa Murphy’s The pizza’s here are good, but not exceptional. A personal favorite is the Cowboy Pizza and Papa’s Favorite. I think the fact that you see them weighing out the exact amount of fillings takes away from the experience. It’s great for consistency, but it lacks heart. What I really love here is the cinnamon and s’mores Pizza that’s usually ordered as a dessert. Service is fair and you can see your Pizzas being made. They have the usual meal combos and salads as well. I find the high tables a little inconvenient when eating Pizza, but it’s a minor inconvenience. They are well represented on most dining apps and do a splendid delivery service.
