Having the experience to dine at Carluccio’s is a good way to enjoy the friday night vibe. The ambiance was breathtaking - a good cozy atmosphere to relax and chill. Aside from the stunning place, the food and service was excellent. Our server, Sandel along with his manager Rey, was very accommodating and entertaining to us while they serve us their succulent and sumptuous food. They truly have earned my respect in both service and food. Kudos and keep it up!

Have been regulars of Carluccios for seven years and have never been disappointed by the excellent service and the exceptional quality of the food.<br/><br/>Special mention to Francis the waiter, Ray the manager for their quality, consistent friendly service each time we visit.<br/><br/>We love their breakfast options, lunch ( pasta yes!! ) <br/><br/>If you haven’t been please go we’ve bought many a friend and family when they visited and they often want to return. Great quality food, excellent service set amongst the mangrove backdrop, what more could you want? 😊😊

It was my third/fourth visit to Carluccio׳s, the environment was serene and the view was really cool. I was impressed with the precautions taken against COVID 19, that alone boosted my confidence and made me feel safe and at home. The food I had was amazing; it was seafood linguine pasta with a draft peroni beer. I had an awesome service from Francis and my experience here at Carluccio׳s was top notch; indeed I will be back again!

Finally! We had experience their "Ladies Night" last Thursday. We had a beautiful dinner with fantastic view. SpaghettGustosi and the Seafood Pizza are stunning! Authentic with quantity ingredients. The food was fantastic! 5* for the kitchen team! They made an amazing job! The drinks we ordered was delicious! Yadav the Barman made a perfect mojito 🔥 and the latte art he made was full of passion! Our over all experience was lovely! Thanks to our lovely server jell, she made it memorable! She’s very attentive and she gave us what we needed even we don’t ask for it. She also mentioned the ladies night promotion! Which was absolutely perfect, my mom and my sister enjoyed free wine 🍷. Thank you to the entire staff. We’ll come back soon!

An amazing experience at an unexpected destination.<br/>We and my friends made up our minds to explore the mangroves and found out this restaurant - which we did ate before at yas mall. Authentic Italian food with an amazing ambience for your friends and family to dine in. The open terrace space helps you to explore the nature and everytime i go in -the cuisine and their courtess staff ensures a great glamor for dine in experience.my take out would be fritto Misto and chicken mushroom parpardelle a must try here.

worst service worst breakfast less in quantity as well as quality ordered magnifica i told the waiter to add some veg in it he charged 10 dirhams for adding few chunks of capsicum , chargered extra bread that they served not toasted and cold charged 9 aed for 1 cold slice of bread and in the end asking for tip for serving me this much expensive and tasteless breakfast. Never recommend anyone. Quality and quantity of food is going down from previous visit. I will not come again.

Recently my team and I hosted a brunch for Breast Cancer Awareness at this location and from beginning to end the staff was amazing. Incredibly helpful, efficient, warm and kind which when it comes to serving 40 ladies AND their families is not always an easy feat. Led by manager Ray who was always on the ball and always so responsive to my many questions and requests- Carluccios ensured that our afternoon was one to remember.
