Just the best Lebanese restaurant in Abu Dhabi.
High quality food and excellent service. We took our kids with us and we asked for a small modification to the set menu. Not only did they provide us with what we wanted but the chef came to the table and asked us what the kids liked. He made them impromptu cheese fatayer and he didn’t have to do that. They were delicious btw! What a great example of Arab generosity and hospitality. Props to the chef and staff for making it a memorable dining experience.

Nice place with great sea view, shish-a is good and food is good as well , we ordered the set menu 280+ per person which is cold mezza , hot mezza, and sea pass with meat grills. High quality food and deserves a try

We invited our friends yesterday for dinner,it was our first time, we ordered chef imad's favourites.
All kind of lebanese hot and cold mezza were on the table.
Then the main plate was mixed grill, my kebab was raw meat and tawook were so good, arayes full of fats.
Then came the perfect halawet el jeben along with small palte of moxed baklawa and fruites.
Over priced regarding the amount .240 per person but all of us were full at the end of the night

It was my husband’s birthday and we selected this restaurant in Rosewood hotel, Reem island. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming since we get in there. They asked for our preference as if we want to sit outdoor or indoor. Since it was a fine evening we opted to sit outdoor to enjoy the weather and the beautiful sea view. We ordered chicken grill, falafel, lamb chops along with salads and their sauces. The food was rich in taste and really delish. They surprised us with a cake slice too since it was my husband’s birthday and we totally loved their kind gesture. It’s a must go place to din in.
Couple of days ago visited this place during the eid al Adha break ambience is just serene staff is courteous as always sambusek has been one of my favorite restaurants for Lebanese food decent portions for sharing being a vegetarian they have quite a lot of options they have good collection of wines also which goes great with food pairings they do have some unique flavors of hookahs also
The food was great and reasonably priced. The service from Sundar and his team was top notch.

Sambusek is the flagship restaurant at the hip Rosewood hotel. It is a fine dining establishment having both indoor and outdoor seating.
We chose to sit outdoors which was very comfortable as the whole annex is air conditioned as overlooking the water body surrounding Al Maryah island. There were 3 of us and deciding not to order too much we had the Hummus,Muhammra, cheese sambusek and mixed grill.
Our star dish was The sambusek with a warm soft and gooey filling which I think had 2 kinds of cheese. Also the mixed grill is worth mentioning as everything on it was executed well including the arayes. The taste of the hummus was a little too acidic for my liking and not too sure if done like that on purpose.
All in all a good experience. Only negative thing I have to add is the strong 'upselling' being done by our otherwise very friendly server.
Though in all fairness, it seems to be a common practice in most of the top end places in abu Dhabi. Im not sure what is the reason for this compulsion to upsell albeit in a friendly manner but it gets offputing after the first couple of times.
The view from sambusek is amazing.Food was really good. The cheesecake was fine.
