لمحبي الاكلات البحرية الطعم جيد جدا الاسعار معقولة نوعاً ما يقبل العديد من الخصومات مثل entertainer

مطعم حلو و اكله البحري جيد و الأسعار مقبوله

حبيت اكلهم وخصوصا الكراب لذيذ لكن الاسعار مرتفعه

ان طعامهم شهي جدا و احب ذلك ولقد جربت طعامهم ذات مره

خمس نجوم قليلة بحقه لعشاق الكراب فعلاً يستحق التجربه.

Love Joe's Crab Shack in Marina Mall, the staff made my experience great, especially the manager. Yousef the manager was very hospitable. He patiently answered all our questions with a smile. Yousef is one of the best examples of customer service I've experienced.

We had an amazing time at Joe's and were very well taken care of by Yousef, the store manager. We'll be back to this location very soon!

Its very nice experienced when we had my friends bday celebration. We ordered ragin cajun and beantown bake and more, and it were so delicious and perfectly cooked. I have been waiting to have a go at those legs...i mean Snow Crab Legs! I finally managed to and it was WORTH IT!<br/><br/>1. Joe's Classic (queen, snow crab, shrimp, corn, potatoes, old bay) - good for one, made me work for it but was rewarded with great taste and flavor, sweet snow crab leg meat, tasty and mouth watering Old Bay flavor. 5/5<br/><br/>2. Penne Alfredo (with shrimp) - for the wife...she says it tastes way better than her usual order of seafood penne pasta from *redacted*.<br/><br/>Very high prices. Food is Great. Would recommend a visit for occassions.

I ordered chicken trio and the salmon with shrimp. Everything taste delicious. Plus unlimted iced tea on the side. <br/>The ambience is good. It is calm at neat.<br/>The staff are accomodating.<br/>This restaurant deserves to be visited.

Excellent food. Usually I don’t like the smell of seafood. It tends to be nauseating whenever I go to seafood night at hotels. With all the mixture of spices, you don’t really smell anything bad @ Joe’s Crab. The staff was friendly even went on to greater length to cracking the crab for us. Thank you once more. We tried the Ragin Cajun steam pot and the crab bucket with the queen crab with bbq sauce. Both of the crabs were filled with meat with pretty large portions for one person. They provide you with an apron which is really needed as deshelling can get messy sometimes. They also help you deshelling if you are not comfortable or else they do have equipments to help you with it. However, do take care of the plastic pointed equipment, it is pretty sharp and you can hurt your finger if you are a bit inexperienced. <br/>Also would have appreciated if they had a first aid box for such injuries as I did end up hurting my finger and maybe warn your guests about that. Because almost everyone in my group did poke themselves atleast once during dinner. Maybe try making it a bit less pointed?

Not as good as the branches in the US (I’m guessing that when all their products are imported from the US and not local, there will be a difference in freshness and therefore taste), however the food is really good, we have tried different sharing buckets that they have and they’re all good and taste different than anything else in the city. Joe’s seafood pasta is delicious and a great choice for people that are not into the action of cracking crabs and lobsters. Must try!

Friendly staff. The crab was good. That's why I went. However, you have to ask for butter. You must specify butter and not margarine. You can see the difference in the picture.

I ordered mix of snow crab.queen crab and king crab with shrimps.actually im not satisfied.the meat's not fresh with smell fish. In addition,the price is over high.i never think return to this restaurant.

Joe’s Crab Shack is a cool place to eat in. The interior is very nice! Staff are very friendly.<br/>As for the food, I ordered the lobster roll and it was very good. It came with fries and coleslaw. Portion is big!! The only negative comment is that the sandwich had too much onion slices in it. <br/>The place is a bit overpriced but worth trying if you’re a seafood lover. <br/>

I have really enjoyed the crabs there, it’s really fresh and I just love it when they do the crab dance, it really motivates many people to come, I mean the crabs are just delicious and mouth watering, and the staffs there are kind. The speed of the food was not long. It was easy to find in marina mall.

Our third visit here was not good, I will not recommend King Crab because they served it in small portions. Only 4 pcs of legs without its body. The Corn cob is not fresh / lapsed, cannot be eaten. Also, the shrimp and King crab legs were cold and has a foul smell. I noticed also lot of Waiters standing around staring at us while eating, it’s annoying.

Phenomenal place (if you like crab) and are willing to ‘shell’ out a few bucks. The waiter who attended to us was exceptional. Talking us through the menu and giving recommendations which made sense based on our group and the number of kids etc. <br/>The crab cakes were off the charts, the crabs were great, the prawns prepared on several different ways were also great. They accept entertainer which makes things more economical. Love the place and will return.

I’ve been eyeing this place for awhile now, and I finally got the chance to try it. We had their fried platter it has different types of sea food, it was so good, plus the lobster burger which was delicious I highly recommend this restaurant 👌

I was tempted by all of their options, so I’ve asked the waiter to recommend me something. So based on her recommendation I had one of the best crab dish in my life.<br/><br/>

The food was delicious and the staff incredibly courteous! On the expensive side but definitely worth it in terms of quality, quantity and taste. Ordered a Reel big catch and a Joe's Classic steam pot to share! Definitely recommend for some mouthwatering seafood!

This restaurant is magical!As I love seafood I had to try this restaurant. The place is so simple but interesting in the same time. Even the salt and pepper are displayed in a different way. Plus the pictures and the other details really it gives a nice look to the restaurant. I like the idea to wear plastic hand gloves and apron, so you will not get dirty at all. We had Reel big catch and Jumbi bairdi crab with corn and potatoes. Both of the dishes were extremely delicious and especially the crab was so meaty and tasty. <br/>I've got impressed about this restaurant so for sure I will try something new next time.

Food was perfect, came right on time, loved the ambience, peach tea wasn’t as good as expected could be more flavorful. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and spiced. Fish could have been better, little<br/>Bland and off. Although was a great experience and would go back again.

Second visit here. Ordered the crab n mushroom starter - loads of yummy cheese on that along with an order of the Peel and eat shrimp. The Ragin' Cajun is the usual pick for mains with succulent crab, shrimp, jacket potatoes and a full corn on the cob with Cajun sauce floating at the bottom. Everything was great. Amazing service by the team and our attender, Louis. Will be going back again..;-)

First time i been here ordered the Ragin cajun, its so juicy and tender, their staff is so friendly and nice specially “Justin” he is so polite, their minus is price its so expensive they should reduce their price.<br/><br/>I ordered big Daddy meal its so tasty but quantity is very less they charged all tax included AED249 but portion is very less i can eat like this 8 times more and too salty their sauce. They should reduce their price or increase quantity.<br/><br/>YOUR FOOD IS TOO SALTY, TOO OILY.

Being in the restaurant for the first time, we ordered almost half the menu!! We ordered buckets of crab and lobsters, and shrimps trio and lobster rolls and soup and burgers. Everything tasted really good and had different flavors. However, and since i am a hearty eater, I didn’t feel full!! Infact, I was hungry after 5 mins of leaving the restaurant. I also have to say that the prices are overrated for such small quantity of food!! Overall a good experience, but don’t think I will go back...

Whatever you do... do not use their Delivery service. The food comes cold and “wet” with an old taste. I was not happy at all with my order and threw it away without consuming it. A first for me. A restaurant that delivers such an expensive meal 180 dhs cold and with coke spilled everywhere should reevaluate its delivery mechanism...

Ordered the King Crab Legs for delivery.  Paid almost AED 300, including the delivery charge and VAT.  All for a portion of 4 legs including one claw, one piece of corn on the cob and 3 small halves of boiled potato.<br/>Definitely doesn't represent value for money.  Definitely overpriced.

A great place to spend your time with friends and family, you will feel deference there, service is really wow and the way they are treating there customers is really amazing, the food is delicious and the ambiance was very good.you have to try it.

We went here for diner its first time to visit this place we order there special large crab legs with shrimp and potato and sweet corn is the best crab ever glazed salmon was fresh ice tea so tasty staff is friendly nice management sure will be back 💕😋💕

The food is delicious and fantastic. I love the king Crab and the shrimp and the unlimited iced tea. The place is quite and peaceful and the ambiance is cool and relaxing. The service of the staff is excellent. They are hospitable and accomodating.

Newest Food joint inside the Marina Mall which serves very contemporary seafood cuisine accompanied with trendy drinks and deserts selections to choose from the wide menu, to start with we ordered Chowder Bowl Soup, Garlicky Mussels, Crab Cake Chipotle Ceasar Salad, For drinks Shark Bite and the Flavored Ice Tea with variety to choose from and unlimited refill. Finally to end up the meal with a Crabby Apple Crumble desert, the place is prefect if you want to try great fish meals straight from the Sea, Cutlery is provide but the choices is there to indulge your hands, Friendly team of staff our server Levie Ma (129) was always there to assist during the entire meal.

At the time of this review, the only branch of Joe's Crab Shack in Abu Dhabi is in Marina Mall. I have tried the Dubai Mall branch and from my experience there, I would like to check out the Marina Mall branch. We went there for late lunch on Nov 11 and the place is packed with hungry customers. We were immediately greeted with a smile and proceeded to our table for two. The ambience here is nautical and pier-like, just what a seafood place should be. Photos of crabs and whales adorn the walls and the tables are topped with maps and the restaurant's history. Amr, our server, was really courteous and very engaging to customers. He made sure we know what to expect and the how's of shell-cracking and crab-eating.<br/>Ok, so for the entree, we ordered Twin Lobster Tails and Joe's Classic Steampot. Amr suggested those because I was craving for lobster and crab and shrimp. For the two sides of each order, we opted for plain white rice, crab dirty rice, coleslaw and corn on the cob. The servings of the rice were lesser than I expected but packed with flavor. Amr also suggested that he can give us the cajun and bbq flavoring sauces on the side, since our order was only the garlic herb option. That was smart because the cajun and bbq sauces added more flavor to the food. The servers will make sure to give you apron and gloves for the messy ordeal about to follow. The staff will also break into a crab dance number every hour or so, which is really fun to watch.<br/>For the drinks, I highly suggest the Mango or Peach Iced Tea, these are very refreshing and go well with crabs and lobsters. After the meal, don't forget to wash up in their wash basins, which are cleverly located in the middle of the restaurant for everyone to use. I will surely recommend this place for seafood lovers and anyone who wants to have an adventurous time. I really enjoyed our meal and with an Entertainer voucher, I only had to pay for one of the meals. Great deal, great food, great staff. Give it a try.

Loved the seafood here. Salmon and shrimp BBQ were fantastic. Came with fresh nicely done asparagus and crab rice. In the restaurant there's a place to wash your hands afterward.

If you want flavorless seafood come dine here. My family and I ordered a variety of seafood off their menu but everything was so bland and none of us enjoyed what we ordered. The staff is friendly however when I mentioned how bland the food tasted, our server told us that's how it's supposed to taste. I know this is not true. The server thought I'm stupid and don't know what the food there should taste like. I've been to Joe's Crab Shack in the States and I enjoyed the food there however the seafood I had at the Marina mall branch was nothing like the one in the States. Absolutely no flavor in the fish. The visit I had here was a waste of time and money. My family and I didn't finish our meals here and ended up eating somewhere else afterwards. I would not recommend this place unless you like to eat bland seafood.

A few days back a friend & I decided to have lunch from Joe's Crab Shack in Marina Mall. Since it was a working day it was a very peaceful ambience. I decided to try the Crab Cake Sandwich. This is a full burger with thick and crispy fries on the side along with remoulade sauce on the side. Since I am not a big fan of sea food generally, I would say the meal was satisfactory. The burger was dry. Maybe they could add the sriracha remoulade sauce to the burger so that it is juicy .... that's how burger's are supposed to be .... juicy with sauce and cheese dripping while I bite into it.<br/>I don't think I would try this Sandwich again but I would definitely love to visit this place again as they have a brilliant ambience and very friendly staff.<br/>Keep up the work guys and maybe you could look into my suggestion of adding some sauce into the burger as well ! <br/>Cheers ! 😁<br/><br/>

To be fair on my judgement, me and my family went on dinner yesterday as they have been requesting to give it a try. Although i insisted not to go for how many times, i came to a point that i have to give them a treat. <br/><br/>Service: Levie, it was ok, very robotic however she was responsive on getting some of my request. <br/><br/>Food Timing: That was quick, we received our food like about ten minutes<br/><br/>Quality of Food: It seems they missing some love on the their dishes, seasoning was poor<br/><br/>Orders: Lobster roll, Shrimp Trio and tge Crab Salad none of them that i can recommend, my shrimp trio sauces werent a good accompaniment on the dish. The nachos underneath catched all the oil and i would recommend just puting it aside. The salad was overdressed and the lobster itself on the roll was overcooked, it was a bit rubbery. <br/><br/>We all had the bottomless lemon iced tea but not even to taste the lemon, i had to asked an extra lemon wedge to actually squeeze into my drinks. <br/><br/>If i have to come back to tgis place again, maybe i have to try their crabs next time, but, after all tge exoerienced we got, i think i need to decide 100 times...

My friends and I decided to try out this place for lunch and tbh I found it very average. The fried seafood lacked some taste, maybe salt or lemon although I'm not the type who adds salt to her food. The staff were very friendly and so was the place. I think I'll need to come back here one day and order other dishes to review again

Staff is friendly and warm welcoming, nice decoration, dance show from the whole staff, high standard of cleanliness. Food was tasty and fresh. I have ordered grilled salmon with shrimps and fried fish with shrimps, both were fresh, juicy, well cooked and well presented.

Dined here last Ramadan, they let us in before 7pm and allowed us to make our orders so that at 7pm during iftar, everything would be ready for serving. Good idea right there. ;) The staffs were very helpful, warm and accommodating -- no complaints with that. <br/><br/>The food was fantastic. It was definitely worth every dirham paid. The seafoods were delicious and the dips were a great complement as well. The dessert was yummy. We had our tummies full in no time. <br/><br/>I would definitely be going back to try some more of their menu if we happen to be back in Marina Mall.

Oversized crabs 🦀 at its best!! i love seafood. most especially lobsters and shrimps! I like crabs though but because the struggle is real in removing the shell which ends up spoiling my appetite and fail to enjoy the meal. Not to metion that I heard some good and not so good reviews about crab shack thats why i was skeptical to dine in here. But when i was with my family strolling in the mall and looking for a new place to try to satisfy our hungry tummy, i was like. ok, why don't we try it ourselves and lets see how is it after all the place was filled up with occupied tables which is a sign that it wasnt that bad. So there, a very nice filipina accomodated us from the start. And as a first timer, we asked her what she would recommend and with her suggestions, we ordered daddy feast and ragin cajun. When our order arrived, she then offered to teach us how to remove crab shell, Problem solved! I got the technique and solution to my problem! I was able to enjoy every bit of crab meat even to the smallest joints! And the food, its awesome! Its very tasty! not too salty, just enough to satisfy your tastebuds. The serving was good for 2 so it was more than enough for the three of us. Although if your a rice eater like us, prepare to pay more because their side dish serving is a little small. Overall, it was a great experience. from service, cleanliness and ofcourse the food! I'll definitely come back here with my friends and try other dish in their menu.

Food is awesome! But what makes it more great is the hospitality of our server named OLIVER!! He is customer oriented, helpful and very knowledgeable with the products.. Job well done!😊

We have decided to try crabs for our dinner last time and we didnt regret to went in Joes Crab Shack . We are so excited to try their buckets and steampots so weve decided to order their biggest crab which is King Crab and Stuffed shrimp my family was so happy to experienced this kind of seafood restaurant all the food, ambience and service is great .thanks to our server Grace for giving us a good service skills by assisting us cracking crabs. Will definitely come back goodjob

Last night my wife and daughter had their dinner at this place and gave an order for a takeaway ie Bean town bake which costs a good 259 dirhams. When they came home I opened the parcel and found the beef sausages missing. Disappointed and felt cheated.

My husband and I went in for an early dinner. The place is not packed and we were seated right away. The servers were all pleasant and attentive. I had the East Coast Platter, the stuffed shrimps were delicious as well as the crab cake and the fries. However the fish is bland and the onion strings were soggy. My husband ordered the Crab Daddy Feast which includes Snow, Queen and King crabs. He enjoyed his crabs and finished the bucket by himself. We will definitely come back and try their other dishes and compare if they are at par with the US branches.

Excellent crab! Helpful knowledgeable and friendly staff. Hearty meals......kiddies menu enough to feed an adult...seriously. Would go more often if I could afford it 😜

Visted this place for iftar...simply loved the QUEEN CRAB...the meat was soft, sweet with their amazing added flovour..the second thing we ordered was East Coast Platter that didnt impress me much...have good hospitality and friendly staff...would definitely come back to this place....

Ok if you love Calamari or Crabs you'll like this as a mall stop to satisfy your seafood cravings.<br/><br/>Their staff were very friendly and ready to make recommendations on house favourites.

i was about to eat here but when i went to check out the menu, i wanted to ask for a copy to show it to my wife just on the upper floor, the lady on the front denied us to give the menu but instead told us to borrow it and return it after. She even told me "no take out" twice in which i never said that im taking out the food or anything! Im not sure why but whenever i feel that the staff are rude or unwelcoming, i always stay away.

The food was 'meh'.   The crab is salty and the Baldi crab tasted like it was previously frozen and part of it was too fishy to eat, and that was the best thing we had.  The positive thing about the crab cake atop a spicy salad was that it was mostly crab and not all filler, the negative was that the salad was covered in a spicy goo and the crab cake tasted like an Indian pakora. There are beautiful looking crab in the fish market near the dhows and it is not very difficult to boil them.  My family does spend time in Maryland which is renowned for crab so I am a little biased on this count.

The place is easy to find in Marina mall. It is quite pricey but if we check the ratio quantity/quality/price I think it is worth it. Food is better when eaten at the restaurant instead of take away, it is not that tasty when cold.<br/>Staff is quite nice.<br/>Will I recommend it? Sure<br/>Will I come back? Definitely

Must admit most of the food was bland. Although I would recommend the "crab nachos" appetizer which was divine! Although we added hot sauce to everything. The redfish and crab with sauce and rice was delicious but severely lacked seasoning. They need to up their game because the outlet at marina mall was nearly empty on a thurs night!

It was a good try. Ordered one of their killer choices, the crab cakes which were good. Each bite was full of crabs. The blackened mahi fish was good but it should have been served with a sauce or a gravy as just the rice and vegetables didnt cut it for me. The bloody mary was just tomato paste with ice.<br/><br/>Service was good and quick.

Very good food. It was delicious and fair priced. Try the East Coast platter! It has all the seafood, crab cake, prawns, fish.<br/><br/>Occasional dance routine was entertaining too.

We saw couple of people dancing so we went there. It was best experience of having crab for the first time. There was a guys mark who was not even nice very helpful he guided us with each every thing even told how to eat and cut and how to crab instruments. <br/>Best food 10/10 on taste<br/>Service 10/10

We came yesterday with my wife to eat here,the food was great..from the crab and the calamari..and the servers are good and very accommodating specially to levie good service..two thumbs up!highly recommend to my friends and relatives nice experience...

Crabs Crabs Crabs!!!!<br/>Crab lovers this is the place you could never miss. The staffs are very nice and they demonstrated how to get the meat out of the crab legs using their special cutters. We had the queen crabs with spicy flavour, a bucket was well good for two people. Least expected but there was lot of flesh in the legs. We also ordered their signature drink which was the shark bite and it was really good. <br/>Overall the menu is quiet expensive but worth trying the crabs.

Joe's finally opened its doors in AUH and a warm welcome to the capital they deserve. Sadly located in a mall so it makes it a little more casual a setting than expected but its a cracking place none the less. Staff are very hospitable, food is really good and decently priced for the seafood served. We tried 2 buckets of shrimp, joes classic steampot & the raging Cajun steampot... The quality of ingredients are top notch. If you happen to be cracking a few crabs at 7pm the staff will not fail to entertain as they bust a few moves just adding to the fun vibe of the place.

I was out from duty super hungry so I decides to have dinner in marina mall before hit the movie the so I decided some sandwiches because of time I order crab rolls and one of the muhito the food was nice and light and perfct for evening but the price was shocking for a small sandwich it's cost me 95 dhs the staff brilliant cheerful and they have this dancing show it was nice I was about to give 4 but the prices the over all atmosphere ,decoration and location is wonderful would I visit them again yes I love sea food and crab
