We absolutely love Shake Shack. As good as the one in New York.
I have been a little late in trying out shake shack and I’m honestly sad I haven’t tried this place early. Holy moly the burgers are wonderful! Absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest. The red velvet concrete was gorgeous!
Always a safe option. You know exactly what you are going to get every time. Good quality burger with accompaniments and drinks. I love their chicken burger but the real winner is their beef smoke shack burger. Top notch.
I went there a few times, the staff is always friendly and trying to explain the new items on menu and special offers.

their burgers are very good, but I feel they are a bit too greasy. I dont get the craving of it except every few months. it's a bit heavy on the pocket too
It's either my expectations were set too high, or they really weren't worth 5 stars for me. Don't get me wrong, the food was good. It's the quantity and price that turned me off. I was expecting something bigger, or at least cheaper for the quantity that was served. Come to think of it, they are not that expensive compared to other burgers in the area, but somehow, I felt like I didn't get my full money's worth. Blame social media for hyping Shake Shack up for me. It's probably the closest to In n' Out that I can get my hands on while I'm here in the UAE.

My least favourite shake shack location in Abu Dhabi. Yes, I have been to all of them in Abu Dhabi.
But, the product is consistent. I probably love their shakes more than the burger. I love their chicken burger. They always cook it to perfection and their grarlic mayo is better than the others.
This is by far, the best Shake Shack branch that I have EVER been to! Every single burger is extremely juicy, delicious and filling along with the fries. The beverages are all very fresh and thirst-quenching, I would drink them all day and everyday if I could! The lettuce and tomatoes in the burgers are the best part, so fresh, cool, refreshing and crunchy. My favorite concrete is the strawberry cheesecake one, the sauce tastes like fresh strawberries and the concrete itself is the creamiest i’ve ever tried!
The cherry on top is the hospitality of the staff, whenever I go there they recongnize me and warmly welcome me back which brightens my day. :) Keep it up!
My only negative remark is the price, it’s quite expensive but besides that, I understand that the high quality dishes deserve the money.
Recommend this 100% if you’re passing by Marina Mall.
Shake shack is one of my favorite places for burgers in Abu Dhabi. I always recommend the shack burger. Their bun is really soft and mouth watering and their fries with cheese are one of my favorite. The service is self serving in the case of selecting your sauces but the waiters are very friendly and would offer for help always. Even in my diet plan I would always choose shack shack in my cheat days.
I dont like beef. But this is the only place where I just love to eat beef. New mushroom beef burger is just love. I am craving for it again. 😋😋😋
Very nice hamburger here. One of my favorite in Abu Dhabi. So so juicy meat, good taste bread. I like here a lot. I wanna try again. Will come back soon.

it's my first time here and i heard that the food here taste good. i really love burgers and shake shack exceeded my expectations. first with the buns of their burger its super soft we tried the mushroom burger and shroom burger..it is not oily and the patty is very tasty and juicy. 2nd the red velvet concrete tastes really good..it's an ice cream cheese cake top with red velvet cake..lastly the staffs are very accommodating... this is a MUST TRY, if you check maybe its a little pricy..but its worth the price.
Regularly visiting Marina Mall branch. I had great meal with their mushroom swiss burger one of my fave, love also their red velvet ice cream. Very friendly staff and approachable...
Their burgers are exquisite- not too fancy with all the spicy yet it captures the essence! We ordered the vegetarian option (And it's as good!) and the Shroom burger. We downed it also with lemonade and chocolate ice cream. It's a burger to remember. (Thumbs up!)

We had called for the shroom burger and I can say it didn't disappoint! It was totally amazing to eat with their sauces and super soft bread! Wish they were available at the airport too, would have definitely packed a few for my return :P

One of the best burgers in Abu Dhabi, with fast and excellent service and also they serve the best cheese fries in town and nice ice cream for dessert.
We ordered their ShackBurger and Chick'n'Shack. Amongst all fastfood burger places, this place has the best tasting beef. Perfectly done. Same can br said about the chicken too, very flavoursome.
And we love the Shack Sauce. Simply the classic.

The concretes and milkshakes, especially red velvet, melt in your mouth with an explosion of flavors and creaminess.

How can you go wrong with some of the best burgers and shakes in the world! This place is great, check the seasonal menus and always order a concrete shake!
First thing I have to commend is the great service of their crew. They were very accommodating in assisting us with all the queries we had and also in providing us a great dining experience.
Shack Burger (Double Patty) - This is the most remarkable order we had. And this goodie left my tastebuds wanting for more. It's so yummy I want to eat it again and again. And again!
Overall, the downside is the price.

Visited Shake Shack in Marina Mall. Ordered BBQ ShakMeister Burger and Crincle cut fries. Staff were friendly. Burger was good. The fries also were good with the bits of bacon on them. A little bit expensive though. Nevertheless a good place to eat burgers..
Shake shack burgers are one of the best no doubt. But in this branch burgers were served not piping hot. Staff is courteous and service was good.
I am not a fan of fast food in general but sometimes human craves for some. Me and my husband decided to dine in while taking a break from shopping. Except the fact that it's overpriced for their type of meal, they have very thick shakes (caramel one is my fav) and good presentation of food.
I ordered a chicken burger which I never do but wanted to be a bit different. It was very tasty and a really decent size but needed a bit more sauce so I added some mayo. My friends had the shake shack burger (the cheesy burger) and it was good too (had a bite), it was juicy and really good. The chocolate milkshake is thick and delicious, it's definitely worth adding a shake to your order. The fries however were a bit disappointing for me. I like my fries soft and sloppy with vinegar and these were very crispy and dry. It's a good place for good old fast food though but it is not cheap! In fact the prices are the only thing that would really stop me from going back...
This was not the first time I visited Shake Shack, however, this was the first time I tried their burger out. Im already a huge fan of their desserts and shakes and today indeed a fan of the burger too. My brother and I both being vegetarians ordered the Shroom burger and oh my, it was one of the best I've tasted. Good things were the food tasted super good, presentation was great, loved the whole rustic look with the grey trays and all. The bad thing was the burger was too small. Maybe they could do something about the size because for the price the burger was pretty small. Nonetheless the food was good, service was great and I enjoyed my visit.
I went to this joint only because the burgers look appealing. The vegetables in the burger look so colourful and fresh.
Ordered for the Shroom burger Frenchfries and the flavour of the month the Red velvet milkshake.
Loved the size of the burger was really easy to hold and the contents do not displace. Really nice big piece of Portobello mushroom with types of cheese. Great option for the vegetarians.

The fries look appealing but I felt it was more soft than crisp and lacked salt.
They should come up with more appetizers make more variations in fries. Please do keep some hot beverages along too.
The only thing that I mind here is that WiFi never works.

Shake Shack is one of my best destinations for burger, although it's over priced but you can't ignore the quality, I liked the service at this branch which makes me come again and again, and the location of this branch is really good since I don't prefer the food court areas 😑

I had the single burger and it was a bit small but enough. The fries were fresh and crispy. Ketchup and condiments were prepared in small containers for you so you don't have to do it yourself. It's these small things that count!

Their cheesy fries are a bit of a let down because of the cheese quality (chain wise) but I guess there are people out there who love it.
Tried this branch for the first time having the same great service and amazing burgers, so tasty and the milk shakes are spectacular, so delicious and fresh
