Came here with so much expectations!! The burgers were pretty good!! But it wasn’t worth the money that has been paid for!! Expect them to either increase the portion size or reduce the price for the quantity being served here!! The ambience was pretty good and spacious here!!

I have been a little late in trying out shake shack and I’m honestly sad I haven’t tried this place early. Holy moly the burgers are wonderful! Absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest. The red velvet concrete was gorgeous!

The chicken burger topped with caramelized onions was great..it tasted heavenly..however disappointed with the fries topped with cheese and pepper..the fries came to us soggy and cold..their special shake shack sauce is top notch!! Please make sure you do not deliver SOGGY FRIES next time.!!!

Always a safe option. You know exactly what you are going to get every time. Good quality burger with accompaniments and drinks. I love their chicken burger but the real winner is their beef smoke shack burger. Top notch.

It's either my expectations were set too high, or they really weren't worth 5 stars for me. Don't get me wrong, the food was good. It's the quantity and price that turned me off. I was expecting something bigger, or at least cheaper for the quantity that was served. Come to think of it, they are not that expensive compared to other burgers in the area, but somehow, I felt like I didn't get my full money's worth. Blame social media for hyping Shake Shack up for me. It's probably the closest to In n' Out that I can get my hands on while I'm here in the UAE.

My least favourite shake shack location in Abu Dhabi. Yes, I have been to all of them in Abu Dhabi. But, the product is consistent. I probably love their shakes more than the burger. I love their chicken burger. They always cook it to perfection and their grarlic mayo is better than the others.

This is by far, the best Shake Shack branch that I have EVER been to! Every single burger is extremely juicy, delicious and filling along with the fries. The beverages are all very fresh and thirst-quenching, I would drink them all day and everyday if I could! The lettuce and tomatoes in the burgers are the best part, so fresh, cool, refreshing and crunchy. My favorite concrete is the strawberry cheesecake one, the sauce tastes like fresh strawberries and the concrete itself is the creamiest i’ve ever tried! The cherry on top is the hospitality of the staff, whenever I go there they recongnize me and warmly welcome me back which brightens my day. :) Keep it up! My only negative remark is the price, it’s quite expensive but besides that, I understand that the high quality dishes deserve the money. Recommend this 100% if you’re passing by Marina Mall.

Shake shack is one of my favorite places for burgers in Abu Dhabi. I always recommend the shack burger. Their bun is really soft and mouth watering and their fries with cheese are one of my favorite. The service is self serving in the case of selecting your sauces but the waiters are very friendly and would offer for help always. Even in my diet plan I would always choose shack shack in my cheat days.

it's my first time here and i heard that the food here taste good. i really love burgers and shake shack exceeded my expectations. first with the buns of their burger its super soft we tried the mushroom burger and shroom burger..it is not oily and the patty is very tasty and juicy. 2nd the red velvet concrete tastes really good..it's an ice cream cheese cake top with red velvet cake..lastly the staffs are very accommodating... this is a MUST TRY, if you check maybe its a little pricy..but its worth the price.

Their burgers are exquisite- not too fancy with all the spicy yet it captures the essence! We ordered the vegetarian option (And it's as good!) and the Shroom burger. We downed it also with lemonade and chocolate ice cream. It's a burger to remember. (Thumbs up!)

Our favorite go-to restaurant in Marina! 🧡 Love the ambience, not too crowded, the place is very neat and the staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Every single time we visit here, we always experience quick service! In the photo below, we ordered the regular Shake Shack burger, with french fries, Vanilla shake (which is also my favorite) and blueberry lemonade. You should also try Shackmeister. The best burger ever made 🧡

It’s so expensive for nothing, the girl on the cash convinced me to take a new promotion sandwich which it’s so spicy but I don’t like spicy at all!!! They have to give the customer things we love, Not anything just to increase the sell of the new promotion. The sandwiches are so small you have to buy a 3 sandwich or 4 to get fully and they are expensive, And they are not that tasty food!!! Disappointing restaurant

Great food and amazing ambiance. With a mixture of friends and/ or family, the experience will be extremely lovely. The concretes and milkshakes, especially red velvet, melt in your mouth with an explosion of flavors and creaminess. The mouth-watering cheesy fries will take your breath away. The cheese is of good quality, is highly rich and decedent. Shake shack will not let you down! Ever!

First thing I have to commend is the great service of their crew. They were very accommodating in assisting us with all the queries we had and also in providing us a great dining experience. Shack Burger (Double Patty) - This is the most remarkable order we had. And this goodie left my tastebuds wanting for more. It's so yummy I want to eat it again and again. And again! Overall, the downside is the price.

I am not a fan of fast food in general but sometimes human craves for some. Me and my husband decided to dine in while taking a break from shopping. Except the fact that it's overpriced for their type of meal, they have very thick shakes (caramel one is my fav) and good presentation of food.

I ordered a chicken burger which I never do but wanted to be a bit different. It was very tasty and a really decent size but needed a bit more sauce so I added some mayo. My friends had the shake shack burger (the cheesy burger) and it was good too (had a bite), it was juicy and really good. The chocolate milkshake is thick and delicious, it's definitely worth adding a shake to your order. The fries however were a bit disappointing for me. I like my fries soft and sloppy with vinegar and these were very crispy and dry. It's a good place for good old fast food though but it is not cheap! In fact the prices are the only thing that would really stop me from going back...

This was not the first time I visited Shake Shack, however, this was the first time I tried their burger out. Im already a huge fan of their desserts and shakes and today indeed a fan of the burger too. My brother and I both being vegetarians ordered the Shroom burger and oh my, it was one of the best I've tasted. Good things were the food tasted super good, presentation was great, loved the whole rustic look with the grey trays and all. The bad thing was the burger was too small. Maybe they could do something about the size because for the price the burger was pretty small. Nonetheless the food was good, service was great and I enjoyed my visit.

I've been here today, I ordered take away, the food is worth of 1495/- dirham and i ask for help to bring the burger to the car, one of the staff said "NO WE CAN'T " . They're not even thinking how one customer can bring 12 paper bag including beverages alone. They should have an initiative to do an extra service for regular customer. WORST SERVICE EVER 😤

I went to this joint only because the burgers look appealing. The vegetables in the burger look so colourful and fresh. Ordered for the Shroom burger Frenchfries and the flavour of the month the Red velvet milkshake. Loved the size of the burger was really easy to hold and the contents do not displace. Really nice big piece of Portobello mushroom with types of cheese. Great option for the vegetarians. Red velvet milkshake was really good as well not very frothy and heavy. The fries look appealing but I felt it was more soft than crisp and lacked salt. They should come up with more appetizers make more variations in fries. Please do keep some hot beverages along too. The only thing that I mind here is that WiFi never works.

Menu is easy to read. Food is great and service was good as well. A great place to dine at Marina Mall. The decor is well designed and there is ample space for sitting. Service was good, from cash and order to food delivery or food pick up. People are friendly. The food is amazing, although a bit unhealthy but it tastes really good. I had the single burger and it was a bit small but enough. The fries were fresh and crispy. Ketchup and condiments were prepared in small containers for you so you don't have to do it yourself. It's these small things that count!

The usual finger-licking good greasy comfort burger. Food and service is consistent with all other branches in UAE. The winning formula - go for double patty! Their cheesy fries are a bit of a let down because of the cheese quality (chain wise) but I guess there are people out there who love it.
