The place is a hidden gem along Khalidiya. The interiors are nice even up to the restroom. It is simple, neat but has a cozy vibe. The staff are also amazing, cheerful, polite and friendly. The taste of the food was beyond our expectation. It was super nice. It was a delight to unexpectedly find a hidden restaurant being visited by a lot of people with nice food and resonable price. Will surely visit again soon.
Love the restaurant. The ambience and the service. We ordered Russian sushi and we loved it! We also ordered tempura and we liked it and we ordered vegetables noodles it was fine. We had the tokyo mocktail and we liked it. Refreshing. The prices are high but we're planning to come back again and try more of the sushi !! My kids enjoy the pasta and pizzas there. The quality of food is great and the prices are very fair for what you receive. Definitely recommend a visit

I love camacho so much. The staff is super sweet and very helpful and welcoming. Their food is soooo good and especially their sushi is amazing. I’ve been a regular costumer here for a while now and i’ve tried nearly every item on the menu and i can’t remember disliking anything. If i’m not mistaken, every Monday there’s unlimited sushi for roughly 160 dhs. Although i’m a regular customer I have never tried the Monday promotion; so that’s what my friends and I decided to try out and were satisfied with experience. It was delicious. It is the chef’s picks but obviously you can give them your preferences. I personally like sushi that isn’t raw so I requested crab and shrimp and yumm. Totally recommend.
They have quiet amazing ambience and hospitality...they provide italian and japanese cuisine..tried a bit from both ... i had tried the dynamite shrimp, russion maki and black and white fettuccini pasta..
I wasnt happy with the dynamite shrimp and their sushi..i simply loved the pasta ... was rich, creamy and spicy..
One of the best sushi to have in Abu Dhabi actually I haven't tried sushi as I didn't like it, but Camacho made me fall in love with sushi. It's tasty, fresh, packed with flavours. I always go for the Monday all you can eat promotion for 155 AED and believe me when I say it's worth every dime

Best sushi in town !! I visited multiple sushi restaurants in Abu dhabi but was nothing compared to Camacho . A total must ! I recommend the Russian sushi , the Mount Fugi sushi , and crab salad .
I am not into sushi so i ordered pasta. It was excellent. And then my friend pushed me to try his sushi. The blue dragon and rasha. To my surprise it was good. So the next time i come back i will order my own sushi. I should have listened to the sweet staff when she first suggested sushi.but hey, there will be a next time.

Food, especially sushi were great.but parking was horrible. It took us forever to park our car. Staffs were helpful since its our first time there.we'll be back. Hopefully get lucky with the parking next time.

Great place for Sushi! Haven't tasted the Italian menu though . The restaurant is spotless and has a brilliant ambiance . The service is great; however, it's a bit pricey .. All in all Camatcho is a great restaurant, must try!!

Camacho restaurant is one of a kind.. I had my visit there few days ago, I found it such a nice place. They serve fresh and good food. I ordered crab salad, tempura, carribean and crazy roll and all of those are very tasty.. my only concern is service is not so good and the food was served nicely but late.. when I went out from the restaurant I got a food smell in my dress....

Blue dragon sushi is a must to try and take your camera out & take a video of the waiter turn your sushi to a dragon... the resto prices a little bit pricy...hoped they have special offer, promos, discount for some company like ADNOC, Etihad Airways etc.
If you like mayonnaise in your sushi this is the place to go :) amazing salads sushi and if your going with a person that doesn't eat sushi Italian menu is there :)
This place is simply amazing, one of the best restaurants in the capital, i went for a dinner with my wife and everything was perfect.
As a starter we had the Tom Yam King soup and the Dynamite Prawns, the soup was good but not great, i guess it was missing few flavors but it was still good, the Dynamite shrimps were good too but the best was yet to come, the Mountain Fuji and Salmon Batera Makimono, they were mouthwatering little bites which we loved. Can't wait to visit again

Camacho is one of the best sushi's store. The best are rushin and Jano. The dynamite shrimp and adimami are also nice. However, this branch has some difficulty in finding a parking.
This is my "go to" sushi place in the 'hood. The food quality is good. The service is very good. This place is awesome. We ordered a variety of sushi, all of which were fresh, delicious, and creative without relying on mayo, sweet sauces, and tempura to give them their flavor. All sashimi are really fresh, and we really like the house special dipping sauce. They also have a pretty extensive list of fish that you can order. Even better Japanese food. Overall, I liked this place, and their sushi very much. I'd recommend a visit if you're in the area.
One of my favourite restaurants ever! I've been there countless amount of times almost every weekend. Their food is really good especially the calamari! The best! The sushi is really good too, I would recommend crunchy kani maki and California roll. The people working there are really kind and friendly and the service is amazing!
Camacho is one of the places I've actually enjoyed having sushi at. Ther spicy crab salad is really good (a little too spicy but I love it!) and their California rolls are not bad at all. Green dragon and blue dragon are their specialties😍 their pizzas and pastas are also not bad at all.

Place is class , food is decent , if your looking for a romantic spot , this might be just the place.
Pizzas are quite tasty here. They also have an interesting choice of sushi rolls, some of which quite innovative. Such as Mount Fuji and blue dragon (if you like a smoky taste). The Russian roll is more is a good option too for crab lovers. Rather rich and a bit too generous use of mayonnaise for some of the rolls, yet all in all, we always feel we had a satisfying meal here.
"Camacho" Is a restaurant that combines two cuisines Italian and Japanese .It offers all the Italian dishes like pizza and pasta . In addition it offers plenty of tasty dishes and excellent sushi and maki collection. You should try their "Gulf of Mexico pizza" and their sushi that cooked on fire it called "Blue dragon"🍱🍕.

I had different types of sushi, including sashimi and nigiri, while those were really good; i think camacho's strong suit is there signature rolls (blue dragon roll, bazooka roll, etc...)
The overall experience is good. they even have an Italian menu if your friends/family don't like sushi.

We visited Camacho and the place was so very silent that time. The ambiance was so cozy and nice. It is really perfect for couples and family for their very decent athmosphere. It’s our first time to visit here and we ordered on Japanese menu which are the Pirikara Shifudo Sarada, dynamites prawns and some selection of maki rolls like their famous Russian Blue Dragon California and Tempura maki. The waitress was so very attentive her name is Angeline and she suggested 30 pieces mix maki instead of having the california and tempura maki because it was included into their sushi combination which was so really affordable in price comparison. The food was so very tasty and perfect from the combination of their sauces. The manager was so welcoming in assisting the other guests and so as we. He introduced the other branch which is located on Al Seef, but we prefer here because it is joint closer into our place. I will be back here soon to invite my whole family and friends here. Definitely I will recommend. Thank you very much for a very nice dine experienced. Good staff and great food is a big credit for the management. Hence there’s no parking space.

This is my next 2nd best sushi place. What I love about it is the fact that I pay just 150 and gives a total of 30 sushi rolls. The 30 sushi roll has 5 different varieties of sushi and it is freshly made.
This is a must try.
When you have it in the restaurant it is displayed in a beautiful wooden boat.
The sushi menu is very vast to choose from but I felt this 150 was the most economical among the other platters.
Camacho also offers a variety of Italian meals such as pastas pizzas etc.
Ambiance – Romantic for a date, there is a sushi counters however the view to see the chef making the sushi is not completely visible. Varnished wooden furniture with white table cloth.

The best sushi i tried ever. And the mahito passion fruite the best. And they have also crab salad which is my favourite. But they have a poor parking which is very hard to get parking i hpe so they will find a solution for that.

Pizza: Pretty good but nothing special.

I have so say I like the presentation of the food, the Sushi plate looks like an old ship.

whenever i wanna go italian Camacho is the first thing that comes to my head whether i wanna dine in or have it delivered to my door step, best Italian dishes in town. and the sushi used to be delicious before i discover Zuma.
The parking is a nightmare!
The reason I gave Camacho such a high rating is due to their absolute freshness in every single order I have ever made. The food taste is exquisite and I was quite shocked but very happy to see that the prices are very reasonable, as I have thought it would be more expensive based on freshness and presentation of the dishes.
I have always been a huge fan of sushi, and so this place is very special to me, as it has AMAZING sushi rolls that never failed to impress my taste buds & the I would say the pricing set for them are just right. Usually, with sushi restaurants, its one of the two, either extremely high prices that are unreasonable or low prices for sushi with very low quality.
I suggest trying the following from the Japanese Menu:
-Blue Dragon
-Mount Fuji
-Crunchy Kani Maki
-Spicy seafood salad
-Salmon Temaki
and the following from the Italian Menu:
- Inferno Pizza (THE BEST WOOD FIRE PIZZA I TRIED EVER)
-Gulf of Mexico Pizza
- Risotto
Italian-Japanese a Good Combination i must say, We went here for a lunch date last tuesday and We tried the Corporate Lunch which has a starter, main course and Tea/Coffee, and yes we are satisfied. The food is sooooo good. Sushi is nice even the Pasta. the restaurant is small, but the ambiance is so cozy and relaxing. the staff are so friendly. We will surely go back to this restaurant. they also have delivery in Abu Dhabi City..
Camacho has great food and amazing cocktails! I would like to rate my overall experience there as 5/5!! Sushi night is incredible! They are very generous with their sushis and unlike another sushi night here in Abu Dhabi, their sushi is actually extremely yummy and so filling! other places i get all the dry sushi that literally all tastes the same, but in Camacho every flavor takes you to another world of sushi heaven! I recommend for everyone to try their sushi night! you wont regret it!

I love this restaurant it is Italian/ Japanese cuisine and my recommendations are as follows: Wild dragon, Russian, and Blue Dragon for the sushi. but start with their crab salad if you are starving cuz it tastes great.
So I would rate my overall past experiences at camacho 5.0/5.0; however, this time I tried the online delivery.
The delivery guy delivered my food right on time and without further directions besides the directions already available on zomato profile.
The food arrived cold, which is disappointing actually because I love Camacho and I have been eating there for the past few years now.
Being sushi obsessed we wanted to try Camacho, finding a parking here is a nightmare but we got lucky that day. Interior is very nice and it's a quiet place. we ordered the Mixed Maki with 30 pieces, loved it! Real fresh sushi... then decided to try the pizza, tried the inferno and peri peri pizzas... well I would say it was just average. Definitely a place to come for the Japanese food. The staff s are not at all friendly. Else it's a nice place for a quiet family meal.
I prefer the convenience of the parking at their Seef Mall branch, but this joint is closer to my office.
Chilled atmosphere, attentive staff and good food. Their salads are delicious. They serve intersting rolls, some quite innovative others more classic, yet all I have tasted so far were tasty. I come here for their Japanese food, but my friends told me that they serve good pasta and pizzas too. Exactly the same quality as in their other branch, yet for some reason the feedback is less positive here! Gastronomy is an intriguing subject :)
Sushi AND Italian hmmm... let's just ditch the Italian part for the time being, it really isn't that good. As for the sushi, it really is good. Especially their special rolls. Oishi is my favorite as I have a major weakness for all things unagi. Green dragon is good as is crazy roll. Really, try all those special rolls over a few visits and develop your own favorites list.
The decor and layout of the restaurant is really nice. They used to have a smoking section but got rid of it, a real plus. Biggest negative may be access as its located on a notorious one lane one way road in khalidiya along with 20 other restaurants. People are constantly stopping their cars and honking for windowside service from other eateries and parking is near impossible nearby.
Overall though, I would have to say this is the best casual sushi joint (not in hotel) in the city. Keep in mind its not licensed so if you're itching for accompanying sake go elsewhere.
My kids just love this restaurant and their sushi. Camacho is the right place to take guests who don't like sushi to. Many of their rolls are not authentic sushi, topped with mayo or some innovative ingredients. Result, most people enjoy it... I personally love their cooked seafood salad (Pirikara), and I usually order Italian. We are regular customers. I like their Italian food, and my kids love their innovative sushi. So we all have a reason to come back here!
I love ordering from Camacho! I've ordered pasta from Camacho recently and I loved it! I ate everything all up. I usually order sushi from here as well, since it's my favorite! Great restaurant, great food. Really fast delivery too.
We've been dine at Camacho Khalidiya twice with the whole family & friends, the service was very prompt and efficient. the Manager was very accommodating & very kind, I just noticed that he's taking care each and every guest on their restaurant, we found that he is professional, humble and very friendly, and I experience to placed an order on delivery. I've noticed that they are really busy most especially every weekends, yet parking was so difficult. Even from my first time to have a delivery from them that sometimes takes some delays but it is accepted because they still deliver the food as what we requested, We really love the sushi. I will recommend and be back very soon at Camacho. Thank you very much for the lovely experience and great staff.

Sushi is one of my favorite dishes, but I am very picky when it comes to eating sushi at restaurants. Camacho is my favorite please to eat sushi and I always recommend them to eat there. The atmosphere is very calm and quiet and you get your privacy. The service is brilliant, they recognize their regular customers; which I am because of the service mostly. The manager Oliver provides the best service and knows which place my friends and I like to sit in. And I had to post this because I havent been there in a while and I went today and I still got the best service as always. I really want to the thank Oliver and the rest of the team for the great treatment and for always smiling.
What I really like abt this resturant that it is causy comfartable and would be a quite nice place for a couple. The way how the food is served is good , but the problem is how long that food takes to come . I went there with my friends, and we were literally starving. We ordered some pizza pasta, and sushi, along with orange margarita for a drink. The food was fine , but not like amazing. The sushi was good and was recommended by alot of friends and family members. However, it wasnt the best just fairly good, so I was kinda dissapointed. Or maybe we didnt order the right choice. We had a spider roll and california for sushi. Now back to the drink. I can way it tastes just nothing like margarita. It was just too sweet.

Asian fusion is one of my favorite cuisines. This restaurant serves both Japanese and Italian but we all came here for a sushi feast. Ordered a number of rolls and all of them were so good! A bit on the heavy side since most are deep fried, my favorite was the blue dragon !
The place is nice , about the food , you have to try to make up your mind. I find some sushi toooo regular bit after trying i pick some favorites where they really taste good , i always as for extra mayo and extra teriyaki sauce.

I am honestly quite surprised that this place is not in the 'Super Sushi' section of Zomato. To date, this place has never disappointed me when it came to its sushi. It's our go to place when we have our random sushi cravings.
I've tried their Italian menu once, but decided to stick to the Japanese part of what they have to offer. My all time favourite dish is the Mixed Makki. It's absolutely perfect for a group of 3 or 4 people dinning. I also recently tried the Blue Dragon and it did live up to its name even with the mini fire show.
Overall, if you're ever in this part of Abu Dhabi and want a quiet place with a lovely ambience and great Italian and Japanese styled cooking alongside worthy prices, this is your place.
