Old, cold and not fresh

I hosted a birthday party at Berri’s and I couldn’t have made a better choice. Eric the manager was incredibly hospitable, he was present for the entire duration of the event and the staff were close by at all times. The service was amazing and the food was good! They set up a beautiful display of decor, to make the area feel inviting. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you would like to host a small party!

Lobster pizza & buffalo chicken wings are great! They give you gloves so you don’t eat your fingers while eating the wings

Very nice location with views of the golden sand and beautiful beach. <br/><br/>The Cesar salad and the margarita were nice but honestly I will come over and over for two reasons: the chicken wings and the lobster pizza. I strongly recommend to try these two dishes.

Named after its owner-Mr Raphael Berry, Berris Cafe in the sprawling Southern California City of America - Los Angeles is famous, and a favourite hotspot for the after-party of an enthusiastic crowd of the city. Fetching the franchise of such place in Abu Dhabi was undoubtedly a good idea because Berris Cafe in the capital is located at Al Raha Beach area -vicinity surrounded by expats from the Western Part of the World.

Excellent food, good menu options. Ambience is nice with a great view of Raha beach. Service is amazing. Worth driving down from Dubai. Will come back again.

A lot of people recommended this place and to be honest I left disappointed. It’s fine, not much more than that and the risotto was bland at best. Not for me

Poor service. The waitress was very rude to us and looked like she was forced to serve us. Overall, I liked the outdoor seating and the food but it would’ve been way better if the waiters were nicer to us.

I visited this place with friends for breakfast and we were large group of people and we got a table in their outdoor seating by the sea where the view is amazing. We ordered different things in the menu, for me i ordered shakshouka with brown bread instead of pita bread and then started the problem from the waiter who kept telling me that the order is out and he cant get me toast so i asked for sourdough bread and he kept discussing how pressured he is serving other table he couldnt tell the chef to change the bread on the spot so i was surprised of the respond and got upset of the discussion and asked for the manager when he got me my plate first to get cold without the bread until he gets it toasted and he said manager doesnt come until 12 30 so i required to get me my plate warm with the bread which is not a big deal to discuss over and over with the customers! It was a real disappointment for me the service with this waiter who cant handle couple of tables. For the rest of our orders, avocado egg toast, bacon egg toast and salmon cream cheese toast-which was not on the menu- no one praised the taste to be special. I dont see the place in this corner of really bad place given the location, i really think they can do more with the taste of food and the terrible service that is considered one of the worst i have seen so far in Abudhabi

I have trieds few of their pasta and lobster pizza at Urban Retreat. The prices are pretty decent and the flavors are as authentic. Loved the crust of their lobster pizza. Its similar to brick oven baked crust. Would love to visit the restaurant too.

Went there for breakfast with a couple of friends and it was a lovely breakfast I must say.<br/>The outdoor seating is amazing, and the food was pretty good too. <br/>We tried the burrata avocado toast, salmon Benedict and the shakshouka, all of which are really delicious! <br/>Even the coffee tasted good👌🏻

Always a fabulous place for breakfast!! The avocado toast is an amazing indulgence, and the staff are fantastic. It's great place to sit outside in the winter and inside in the summer.

I dined in and ordered several time and was never disappointed. The food is good and the ambiance cosy with nice staff. Love their burrata salad and the milanese chicken.

As whole, the only word I can think of when i got there was "Wow!". The overall dining experience was simply amazing! The actual dining area with its open kitchen was so airy and bright that you get the feeling of dining with nature and the ocean. The Manager who happens to be their Executive Chef was very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. The staff are super friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable.  Having coffee or tea on their Patio facing the ocean and simply watching the sunrise (they offer sumptuous breakfast) or the sunset or just people watching is simply a bliss... I had Avocado Toast for breakfast with their famous La Brea speciality coffee, Marvellous! is the word to describe it. So light but filling. A great way to start your day. I went back for Lunch and for Starter had a Lobster Arancini, a great new experience. The lobster and risotto combination Arancini in its sauce was to die for. The Fried Calamari was crispy but not chewy with a surprising twist, a fried slice of lemon which you eat well after you finish all your calamari and it refreshes your mouth and gets you ready for the next course. That got me excited. Then had their Cheese Burger for lunch. Oh wow! the flavor was just bursting in your mouth! Their special blend of beef patty enhanced by their Cheddar cheese selection is truly a magnificent combination. I've also had a selection of Risottos Mushroom and Seafood, simply the best! and of course, I cannot forget their Passion Fruit Mojito, cool and refreshing!<br/><br/>Over-all... A wonderful, excellent dining experience!  Well recommended!

Well I was originally planning to go to another place in the same area but when I saw this place I decided to give it a shot as it seemed very nice and that’s what we did, the food was good but it was average I mean it was delicious and good but nothing exceptional like you can get only in this place but again it was good the shakes were also good and one of the few places who give a good amount of shakes that will be enough o cover the whole meal not like others were shakes are served in small glasses the ambience was quite and beautiful the decoration as well and the prices are quite reasonable and not overpriced at all.

We ordered:<br/>•Quinoa Salad: we made some customization to the salad but still good but the amount of quinoa is very less.<br/>•Salmon: Nice, was the best.<br/>•Grilled Baby Chicken: Was fine, chicken was not that tasty.. better if they used normal chicken.<br/>Overall good.

good quitly food but pricey

For someone who's starting to appreciate coffee as I age, berri's cafe is the perfect place to get my coffee fix. I was able to indulge on their red velvet latte and flat white last weekend and I must say, it did not disappoint. Love rose has a character on it's on as well. These, together with their wide array of healthy choices on the menu makes berri's cafe a great place to discover coffee and savour food. Definitely going back soon.<br/><br/>P.s. their staffs were very friendly, accommodating and definitely know their products.

Pizza is delivered cold. No taste in the cheese & too much flower powder under the pizza

Red velvet pancakes and flatbread were ok. Classic Benedict not so special. Overall food was mediocre but ambiance is great. Probably won’t be returning.

The pizza delivered was cold and 3 pieces of the pizza came folded and looked like as if it was half eaten. The Chicken pieces were hard and tasteless and hardly any topings of the onion and the celery were visible. Extremely disappointed especially for the Price that i paid. (73Dms for a medium pizza)

Went there with a couple of friends on Friday evening. We sat outdoors and it was easy to find a table. Their food is quite good! We had the epic Lobster Pizza! A Beetroot & Pumpkin Salad and the Seafood Linguine Pasta. Food was good, except for the Seafood Linguine which felt like the seafood was not fresh and had a strange taste & smell. Their berri’s juices are excellent, had the coconut berries drink. Coffee was surprisingly small in a tiny take away cup. All in all, good food - but service can be improved (especially as we received our pizza as the first item , then our starter, salad and pasta came all together 15 minuets later).

Food is always great, but the service just lets it all down. The best Eggs Benedict in town, but why always barely luke warm..😡. Why do you have to ask for salt and pepper and cutlery! Coffee is excellent. Some of the ingredients for a great experience but consistently let down by the service and at above average prices it is not good enough for the money.

I stopped by here the other day for lunch with a friend.<br/><br/>🍳 •THE FOOD• 🍹<br/>We decided to order the coconut shrimp since the other items we wanted to order were no longer on the menu. The coconut shrimp was absolutely scrumptious ! It was well made and had a nice crispy coating accompanied by a sweet and tangy tamarind sauce. It was a really good combination.<br/><br/>I recommend getting this!<br/><br/>👍🏻• RECOMMENDATION • 👎🏻<br/>The place is really nice and big enough to even host a party. The view is really great and the aesthetics of the place is just amazing. Our service was really good and quick and the staff were nice. My suggestion would be to update the online menu. <br/><br/>I would go here again to try out their full set menu!

Average food at best. Been there twice and tried their pizzas, pastas and risotto. To be honest their food is a bit too greasy and oily. Nice ambience though and polite staff.

Quite impressed with the food, absolutely loved the avocado toast with sunny side eggs and the harsh browns are the best I’ve had in a while!! The lobster pizza was something else, if there’s one thing you should try it’s that. Out of the world

A diner tucked into a corner of Al Muneera resort overseeing the Al Raha beach. What more view goals are needed when you have the never ending water in sight and some natural light! Its a perfect place to hangout with friends or spend time with family. The decor is done well, offering a luxurious vibe whilst having the best comfort level taken care of in regards to seating be it chairs or opulent sofas for a larger group to be accommodated.

<br/>Friends decided to have breakfast and drove to Berri’s at the far off Al Raha Beach. Spectacular beach view. Elegant contemporary interiors. And the food are just so pretty. Particularly loved the granloa parfait and the yum French toast. We also tried the RV and Lotus pancakes and they are fluffy and not too sweet. Talk abou having cake for breakfast. 😜 I am not quite sure tho if Florentine Benedicts are supposed to have well-done eggs - i was just expecting a “runny” egg yolk. The presentation was never amiss.. everything is pretty and yum. My sight and taste are all very happy. ☺️ Guess we will be back for some pizza sometime. ❤️

Rest everything else was perfect .

A 2 rating goes only to food taste <br/><br/>Food quality and taste is delicious although served cold. Service in general is so slow in all the cafe , most of the people would wait at least 30-40 min to be served a normal breakfast dish ( eggs ) which should not take this long to be ready. Chefs and Staff should be trained more. Only one waiter serving all tables , take orders and clean tables as well...<br/>They serve a low grade tea brand with high price tag claiming that their suppliers from LA didn't deliver the tea they should serve, then don't serve tea to people until you have the quality tea you should serve.

Stopped by at the weekend to try out the breakfast menu having gotten a little bored of the breakfast options in the neighbourhood. We had a breakfast burrito and an order of huevos rancheros. The burrito was huge and well executed, no complaints there. The huevos rancheros was excellently presented, but a few things stopped it being as pleasing as the burrito. I was not asked how I'd like my sunny-side-up eggs cooked, so assumed they'd have a soft yolk like every other time I have tried the dish. Unfortunately not, rock hard yolk. Other than that, the ratio of beans to other ingredients was a bit much, I don't think any human can consume that amount of beans. And lastly, the salsa had the same look, taste and consistency you'd get from a jar of salsa you'd buy at a supermarket.  Not that it was bad, it just looked a bit out of place. All in all though, they are just minor niggles and I look forward to trying the rest of their menu items. Would be great if they could extend their children's menu to breakfast items too, and attract more of the families living in the area.

The newest transplant to Abu Dhabi, direct from the palm-lined avenues of Los Angeles, California is Berri's Cafe.  And, here in Abu Dhabi it has situated itself in one of the most L.A. like spots, on the ocean front of Al Muneera, overlooking the private beach club.  While the Berri's is open all day, it is not until the sun sets, that the restaurants, eateries and ice cream shops really begin to come alive.  Berri's fills with a stylish but relaxed crowd, and, in exact replica to the L.A. version, Berri's Abu Dhabi doesn't serve alcohol, but instead prides itself on serving modern, high-quality food, with a kitchen that is open until midnight (and after ,on the weekends).  From California to Abu Dhabi, they appeal to those looking for a satisfying meal before the night ends.

I've heard about this new restaurant a few days ago and really wanted to try their highly-favored Lobster Pizza. Boy did it not disappoint! The Lobster Pizza was really delicious without having that horrible seafood taste. It was really light and can be finished by one person although it was a 12 inch pizza. We also ordered the Buffalo Shrimps for appetizer which was really nice. <br/><br/>I told the waiter that it was my sister's birthday that night so they made a little surprise and got her a little cake. Very nice gesture. However, the surprise could have been planned better by the staff as one of the waiters came up to me beforehand and in front of my sister (the bday celebrant) who was sitting nearby me and whispered what kind of cake would I like. It was at that moment when my sister knew what was going on. <br/><br/>Nevertheless, this restaurant is top-notch and a must try!

We were surprised to see this place open on Al Muneera's beachside area. It is a bit out of place as a higher-end pizza place in the location. We had some time to spare after a flight and decided to walk and try it. <br/><br/>Lunchtime was empty and we had the place to ourself. We started with the shrimp appetizer and a bottle of sparkling water. They also brought us a bread starter. Both were good, but nothing out of this world. <br/><br/>We tried two of their pizzas (quite large btw - split for two) and for sure their lobster is the best one to get. Keep in mind it is mini Gambas and a lobster bisque, not actual lobster. Both were a good execution of trying new things. If you are looking for some nonstandard affair pizza this is the place. <br/><br/>With all of that said, including the above average service, our bill came to ~240 AED/65 USD. Yikes! While tasty, at that price it will be a very limited visit for us. Just not good enough to justify the cost. <br/><br/>

The shrimp was really raw and the calamari , shrimp plate was way too small for an appetizer for that price but the lobster pizza was quite nice.

Generally service is good, maybe because only 3 tables on the night we went. Starter choices are limited. Mainly deep fried. If there are more variety, it will be better. Room to improve

I had my dinner yesterday at berri's and everything is good specially the seafood risotto which I ordered this is the best seafood risotto so far in Abu Dhabi the serving is just enough. My friend order the Ramadan set menu for 89 dirhams with soup, salad, appetizer, entree and dessert is with it. The staff are very friendly and the ambiance of the restaurant is very cosy I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and I will comeback again soon...

If you are looking for a place like home go to berris the food is great it reminds you of your childhood when your grandma passionately cooking food at home specially when the whole family spending Sundays at Grandmas house. The Chef's of berris is so passionate and dedicated in cooking and creating a plate of heaven the best word to describe there food because you can feel the love in each plate. The staff is so friendly you feel like your in your grandmas house because of the warmth hospitality. That's what berris all about a Home a Family with Great food. We ordered 2 pizzas 1 margherita and 1 funghi,<br/>Both pizzas were half cooked and the other half over cooked ,despite the stuff was gently unfriendly <br/>The taste of pizza was not best we've tried <br/>Definitely we will not be having pizza there<br/>When we saw the menu the only traditional Italian pizza was the margherita the rest of the pizzas does not exist in the real Italian pizzeria <br/>

For starter, my brother had the BBQ chicken wings & I had the burrata salad.. both were delicious. We had pizza franco & seafood risotto for our main dish... one word: YUMMY! <br/>The pizza was just perfection and the risotto was delicious too, packed with yummy seafood. It was my hubby birthday and I had to plan something special this time. I looked into a large number of options. I don't think you can get any better then this LA Celeb cult hang out! The Lobster pizza is AMEZ and the views are perfect! Love the marble interiors but more so the food! Order a healthy smoothie so you don't feel so guilty about hoovering the pizza like my life depends on it!

Located by the beach front at Al Raha Beach, Berri’s Cafe comes with views of pristine blue waters of Al Raha Beach. Berri’s Cafe is one of LA’s Top 25 best restaurant who sees the likes of Madonna, Mariah Carey and many more Hollywood celebs! Having attended the dazzling opening of the Cafe I was soo pleased to be going there for a tasting to try out their famous dishes.

My favorite dishes in Berri's are The Lobster Pizza & The Caponata. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼<br/>As for the drinks & desserts I did not like anything in particular but it was all good. <br/>The place is spacious with a great view over the sea.<br/>The service was quick and the staff were so nice to us. <br/>I will definitely visit again to try some more food!

Came here for pizza on a recommendation of a friend after a 15hr trip, the food came within 15 minutes and was perfect, the assistant manager Harfser?? was very hands on and even spared a few mins to introduce herself and make sure I was comfortable, I live close by anyway so will definitely be going back. Thank you 😃

From Vivien that was great in welcoming us to Gayan the restaurant manager to our waiter who all just done their jobs more than just perfect. I had a table pre booked and set up for me. We began with salads quinoa kale Salad 🥗 and burrata which were made so fresh and light. Then moved to the meatballs which were not so good and needed improvement. The buffalo shrimps were so delicious and cooked to perfection. The ravioli the risotto were tasting so great too. The lobster pizza , the meat pizza and the chicken pizza were all made so well by chef Eric who made you feel you are eating pizza in 🇮🇹.The desserts were Nutella french toast which was satisfying the sweet craving and the tiramisu. The ambience in this place the service the music in this place are not to be missed. Will definitely come here again and i would definitely recommend this place to you all.

Excellent red Quinoa and Kale salad with another starter dish ; crispy shrimps / Tamarind sauce ... great service , the waitress was friendly and knew the menu !

Service is excellent. <br/>Everything I tried was very good (Lobster Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza, buffalo wings 😍, Caponata and last but not least Berri's Bruschetta).<br/>Lively with nice ambiance and music in a very nice community and amazing location on the beach.

Had dinner today with friends. We Ordered the lobster Ravioli and the pollo el Funghi. The portion is enormous and the taste is amazing.<br/><br/><br/>The venue lightings and music are great and makes you spend hours there without noticing 😎😎😎

Great place great food great ambiance. The service staff is ever smiling and attentive. They've got everything under one restaurant. Congratulation to them for this fantastic new venture!! The orecchiette pasta and the lobster pizza is a must try!

Buffalo Style Shrimp - Great taste, mildly spicy and sour. Perfectly cooked!<br/><br/>Orecchette Pasta - Not too creamy, broccoli & chicken in good proportions. <br/><br/>Franco Pizza - Loved it. Top notch actually, one of the best pizzas I've had recently. <br/><br/>Try the Coconut Berries Smoothie (very good & refreshing) and avoid the Mango Tango Smoothie (was tasteless). <br/><br/>Great location, a bit far from the city though. Has a perfect view of the Raha Beach as well. Staff was great & helpful!
