Since the new concept of Asia de Cuba is launched, the new managers are on board with the new staff, I must say this place turned to feel like home! It really improved a lot and the new menu just rocks! The place might have had ups and down but now they are just great and amazing! Give it another try and you won’t regret :))))
Went there for Friday brunch with entertainer. We liked it there! Food was very nice, wine was good and Chinese beer is always good! Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. I think it is the best time of the year to enjoy the outdoor seating with nice weather at this place.

Came here a few months back with some friends, very nice setting and the food was great. It was an event and the restaurant is great. Must try restaurant, reason why I gave a 4 and not a 5 is because there was nothing that was brilliant. But it was a great night. Thank you!
this is actually a late review.. i went to asia de cuba to celebrate my birthday. The staff were great. One filipino guy was incharge of our table and he was very attentive and even bought a complimentary cake with note happy birthday... even if we were only using groupon they still gave us a great service!!
You know Asia De Cuba... the famous "Chino Latino" restaurant with a happening bar scene.... Well, here in Abu Dhabi Asia De Cuba it is perched right on the beach front with prime views of the sand and sea. I have been for cocktails (my fav), lunch, and now the Friday Brunch. The interior dining room is calm and chic with sheer curtains and plush seating, but the outdoor patio is what really pulls in the crowd. A large outdoor bar, a great speaker system, and you are just feet from the beach.
Great location, excellent if you want to unwind at end of day/week or if you are hosting guests. Nothing particularly special about menu. Went there during their happy hour (buy 2, get 1 free) which applies for their selected beverages and excludes soft drinks. Those at table that had mojitos complained that they were watered a bit down. Unlike Catch, you don’t get nuts with your food but they have a bar bites menu.
The staff is very friendly and gives good suggestions, open to customising food as per your requirement. The quality and taste of food was amazing. They have a great view and have special outdoor cabins besides the beach.
Asia De Cuba is one of the best places to take your tourist friends to, either at night time or morning time.
Love this place, love their drinks and their duck salad! Food is too pricey and portions are small, but the taste is fantastic.

We had an amazing Friday brunch last 8th December. Sat on a chic sofa with amazing beach view, made our own shrimp ceviche, mojito and spoilt 'til our tummy burst with variety of food from starter to desserts.

Ambience - fantastic. The Cabanas have a very carribean feel and especially in the winter when the weather is just perfect.
Food - very very good. I especially like the spare ribs, the wagyu spring rolls and this eggplant stuffed with prawns ( can't remember the name).
Service - Very slow - consistently. The -1.5 is for the service. This was the case 90% of the times. And the drinks are super diluted.
Place to be on weekend ! Amazing crowd and music ! More on expensive end but worth spending your weekend night here ! I didn't tried much of food and cocktails here but my friends only place where ambiance and crowd will keep you on toes .
