Yesterday, we had our breakfast at Zaitoun Akhdar restaurant. It was the first time for me to try this place although I go to WTC very often. The ambience is very nice especially the outdoor area where we sit across the street. It gives you the real authentic feeling of dining in a Levant country as they also had Arabic music on all the time. The lady who welcomed and attended to us was friendly and courteous.
Now speaking of food, our experience was very good. We ordered Zaitoun Akhdar Breakfast Platter (Shakshooka Eggs + Makdous + Zait w Zaatar + Olives + Labnah Balls) + Tabouleh + Falafel Platter + Potato Spicy + Zaatar Manakeesh + Fatteh. The quality of food overall was very good and the presentation of the dishes was not bad. We liked the shakshooka and falafel (though the falafel was a bit dry, just a bit), but the highlight of the whole meal was the zaatar manakeesh. We really loved it! We didn't like how the makdous and labnah balls were presented, as if they were thrown into the plates. The labnah balls were so small and very dry. Regarding the fatteh, there is a room for improvement I think as the tahini sauce was too much there. I personally did not like the potato spicy. All in all, it was a nice meal. One more thing, I hope they prohibit smoking and hookah in the morning as it was very disturbing for us. Other than this, I think I will come back again - maybe for lunch next time.
The order was for Falafel Sandwich and soda (liver) sandwich. It was nice food. The falafel is very special. The soda is massive and so filling. The special thing I noticed is that the liver doesn’t have stinky taste and smell like most of the other places serving this meal. I’ll try other items from their menue for better assessment. But so far they are amazing
Everything was good; only the labna balls taste not that good
One of the excellent Lebanese restaurant in town, we really enjoyed the food with great taste, enough quantities.
Hope we will be visiting soon.
Zaitoon akhdar- its literal translation is green olive
The ambience reflects Arabic culture and has a tinge of green on each of its tables.
It has both indoor and outdoor seating, creating space and mood for Arabic food
The staff is friendly and smiling and know the tastes of their regular customers
I tried hummus beiruti for the first time- it is a slight variation to the regular hummus with parsley onion and lemon added on to it. Personally I found it a bit sour but not too bad for a try
The falafel were rich in spices and very crispy which made it an instant hit. Served along, were a generous amount of tahini, garlic sauce, ketchup and hot breads.
Their cheese manakesh is also not to missed- cheesy, hot and crisp!
The menu also offers Arabic and Italian fusion with a variety of pastas and pizzas.
Though the food seems to be overpriced, we had a pleasant experience.
Every dish is flavourful and beautifully balanced, satisfying without satiating. Expensive and worth every penny. This is your neighbourhood bistro, brought to its highest refinement without pretension or empty show.

I've visited this lovely place twice so far . Once for a lintel soup and cheese mankoosheh in a rainy day and the second for a late breakfast of fatteh pizza and french fries . I loved the food the fresh hot bread . The lovely philipina waiter was so welcoming . Everything was ok and i also liked the outside seating area under the wtc bridge though it was a kind of noisy . Recommend it .
This time ordered some sandwiches.... shawarma chicken and beef .... falafel as well ..... food is fresh ... meat was well seasoned with almost no chunky chewing peaces like others do ..... one comment is to be more generous when adding the stuffing of salads, tahini , garlic ... etc
Inspiring place to have a cup of tea with a friend or a light dinner. I have tried a lot of Fattah dishes around abu dhabi. This is one of the best. The location might not be your favourite but if you ever though of a refined oriental breakfast then give it a try.
The shawarma sahan was surprisingly good ! I loved their bread , something special not like all other restaurant which serves Lebanese bread
Very clean and nice place.
The service is a bit slow, sometimes you have to get up by yourself and call for help.
However, their food is very tasty, I would recommend it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Always fresh and smells nice. It's a small place from the inside though.

They have got some best falafel in d city. Their bread is amazing. I wud love to visit tis restaurant quite often to enjoy its hummus and falafel.

Had a late night dinner date.. very cozy place, decoration all green .. I felt like elves will start coming out from the corner hehe.. the menu is well thought out, explained and illustrated. The options were wide and had healthy options and some unique dishes. The waitress was very helpful explaining the dishes and portions. All the staff were very friendly, polite and attentive (rare in abu dhabi). Clean restaurant and very nicely designed and clean bathroom. Extra nice plates and tableware. I felt like every detail was done with great care. The food was displayed well and finger licking good. The juice I ordered was too cold and sweet for my taste so they remade a new one just as I wanted, within minutes. I promise I'm not paid to write this, I really think the restaurant put a big effort to be excellent and they achieved it. My friend was the happiest about the music (by a hot Arabic singer named Elissa). All in all I'd come back due to excellent service. A plus point is the outdoor seating option. Looking forward to a bigger branch with a swa view 😍
I ordered Zaitoon Akhdar today for delivery for the first time and had the Hummos with Meat plate along with a cup of Strawberry juice and I have to say it was amazing. The juice was very fresh and tasty also the Hummus was delicious and the combination of Hummus, pine nuts, olive oil and meat was just right! and on top of that their fresh and toasty Arabic bread, it was a perfect. Highly recommended!
Today I visited this little restaurant and tried out their Sheesh Tawouk Panini. On looking at their menu I was really confused as to what to try out. So my friend and I asked the waiter which is their best sandwich and he suggested the Sheesh Tawouk Panini. Well the quantity of the dish is really filling and the sandwich was just 'okay'. I was really filled but not contented. But that is what I as a foodie expects from a restaurant - 'contentment'. Maybe adding on a little more flavor would help as I felt the sandwich was plain. Other than that the service is good and the ambience is peaceful and very hygienic. Also their humous is excellent.
Had breakfast.. Great place.. Food has fresh spices.. Its unique, authentic and real.. Price and food great.. Place is low key and relaxed.. I would come here again
I always buy a breakfast from them, there food is always fresh and tasty, there foul ,scrambled egg , halloum cheese and humous are really tasty on the other hand there daily made bread is really special and tasty, but they put a small quantity of it in an order and you should request more if you needed, i didn't visit there shop so I can't rate it.
Good & quiet location, service is very good, we ordered hummus which was ok, labneh with garlic also ok, batata harra I didn't like, mix grill is very good
Lovely little Lebanese restaurant at the road side of Central Souq. The service is really nice, very friendly staff.
We were given fresh little arabic breads, straight from the oven along with pickles. We ordered 2 hummous and they gave us one free. They also gave us two plates full of free french fries. It was delicious and very generously served unlike other Lebanese restaurants I've been to. Our orders were a kilo mixed grill where all the meat was fresh, cooked well and didnt smell bad. Then came a really nicely grilled fish fillet. And also a cheese manakish.
We ordered a plate of felafel and meat manakish which they "forgot" entirely. We were actually glad they forgot and didn't bother reminding as it would have been a waste, we were stomach full.
The ambience is cosy. But heres a little tip for the management. Please replace your white tube-lights to yellow ones. It will make the place look warmer and be more soothing.
Nice place for some Arabic dishes.. loved their bread,meat fatte, spicy potatoes and falafel. Good place to sit outside on a cool evening and have some hot dishes. Friendly staffs and the service will add to the experience. Definitely worth a visit.

We set out in search of something sweet but not overly sweet. We were invited by the manager to try some desserts. We are glad we did. We had a light appetizer of mousakaa, hummous, and muhammara, served with fresh, warm flat bread and green olives. Mousakaa was my favorite. My husband enjoyed the muhammara. We topped our appetizers with muhallabieh (rice pudding cooked in milk) and crème caramel, both were light and not too sweet. Caffe lattes were the perfect balance to our desserts. We sat outside and enjoyed the cool evening. It can get a little noisy at times, but that's life in the city. We will definitely be returning. Zaitoun Azhdar, translates as Green Olives, theirs' are delicious. Our appetizer and desserts were aed 71. Can't beat a relaxing evening for 2 for under aed 100.

The place is also very well decorated & has friendly staff to tend to your needs! There is also outdoor seating for those in need :o)

行ったのは去年ですが。ワールドトレードセンター＆スークモールの地上1階エントランス付近の、割と分かりやすく目立つ場所ににあったと記憶してます。
カフェの様に手軽に入れるこじんまりとしたお店でしたが、料理がとても美味しかったのと、アルバイトと思われる女性スタッフもとても優しく丁寧な接客で、とても記憶に残りました。
是非またアブダビに行った際には、こちらのお店に行きたいです。
