Everything in this restaurant makes me recommend this place to everyone looking for good food & quality time to hangout. The grill stays warm because it's served on hot charcoal on your table (Brilliant idea). Egyptian grills is another story, not the regular lebanese grill you're used to. The TASHA (in hindi "Tardka") they do it front you so that you can feel the flavour kick out of the Molokhiya soup (Jute Leaf soup). The Tajeen dishes are to die for. Exolosion of flavours. Don't forget the Egyptian sosage (Sujuk), an amizing tasty appitizer. I will definitely pay another visit. ���

All restaurants provide food but less who will give you a food experience so I strongly recommend this restaurant for who like to try the Egyptian food. Food was delicious ,service was excellent,interior design really good mixed between the different culture of Egyptian and the price wasn’t much high. I hope if the entrance was better also I hope to keep the same level of quality forever not like almost of Egyptian restaurants who start with the best quality to lose it after sometime.

I ordered one pigeon stuffed with roce.. it came with frick and i swear part of it eaten or cut ...taste horrible .. i came to pickup my food the bill was higher than menu price and delivery fee were added though i am picking.. I almost leave without notice but i came back with bill and show it .. they gave me back delivery fees.the food was served in disgusting look and presentation Bottom line I hate this place and experience and definitely not recommend it for Egyptian food

First you need to train your staff to welcome new customers. Second the taste of food below the standards. Third even the Egyptian food that you should be specialized in your are unable to do it properly. Fourth I don't recommend anyone to even try it.

The worst food experience you can have from an Egyptian cuisine *The food taste was bad *We ordered mix grills with tarab kufta and lamb chops , and it was disappointed *The Molokai was cold and they replaced it after informing them *Also we ordered mombar which was terrible *Last but not least the food and hookah were over priced *The only plus side is the friendly staff

I went there with two of my friends.Really the food was amazing,it tasted very well also the service is very good as they have nice staff. We ordered different dishes and all off us liked what he ordered.I really recommend it to any one who want to try the Egyptian food.. Thanks for the taste and the service ,,Will come again very soon.

The food was ok people was too friendly the service did not toke long time . But after finish the food the receive was higher than I thought and some of the items have different price than in the menu , I understand the VAT 5% but we get a juice for 24 AD that was on the menu for 12AD than the rice 20AD they charge 26AD that's more than 5% . Hope someone can explain this to me

مطعم اكثر من رائع. فعلا يستحق المشوار. الشباب كلهم احسن من بعض وخصوصا خالد و محمود شباب مؤدبة و ودودة جدا. والاكل ولا احسن. بجد اكل ممتاز. الموزة تحفة والفتة و الملوخية والكوارع و المحشي باللحمة و خصوصا الممبار المشوي كان قليل الادب بس عاوز معدة فولاذ عشان الدهون و عليهم شوية سلطة ويسكي تحفة.

The food was not that great and kinda tasteless, the rice is always raw, the over the phone services is terrible (the guy on the phone “when I asked about the total amount for my order will be how much?” told me you will receive a bill with the order. and when I kept nagging about how much it should be I was surprised by how over prices a fatta plate along with half chicken for 70 Dirhams!

Best Egyptian food i had in UAE so far. We ordered a variety of dishes and all of them were tasty, a special thanks to Hani (he took my order) who made sure that all my requests were fullfilled and even called back to check on how the food was.<br/><br/>Favourites were the grilled lamb chops and Falafel stuffed with chili paste.

Lunch is good breakfast isnt maybe they should update or change the breakfast menu

Nice outdoor sitting place. The food quality and taste is really poor. Ordered for mixed grills, the meat was low quality. Orange juice despite of asking for sugar free was with sugar. And um ali dessert was the most dissappointing, overly sweet, very runny and undercooked, no nuts, upon asking tje staff gave a poor lool, saying thats how um e ali is.

Unbelievable I found a stapler in the rice !!! That’s really bad such a famous restaurant . I will not order from this restaurant again !

The food is really amazing, fresh and well done cocked. I have a great lunch with family at home today with the food delivered from Tasha hot and smell make you back to days when I was living in Egypt. Thanks to all Tasha Staff and chefs.

I wasnt familiar with Egyptian barbeque until I tried TASHA and I can honestly say I prefer it to Lebanese now! The grilled chicken is incredibly tasty and spiced perfectly, wasn't dry, and the same for the meat. I had a few items off their breakfast menu when colleagues would bring in breakfast and it was also really good.

Hi , even though u have amazing cuisine; tonight i ordered falafel sandwiches it was horrible, it had no salt the dressing is tasteless it had no flavor ; the falafel is so thick feels under cooked not crunchy am sad

Delicious egyptian food . Ordered lunch and it was bang on time hot and crisp .<br/>Fatta with lamb perfect , mombar with beef was delicious, hawawsh beef was crispy and yummy , loved their eggplant pickle tomato ..<br/>Huge in quantity one plate each if filling for two pax.<br/>Highly recommended ..

Very good restaurant for egyptian food. I highly recommend tajins, it is really feels like home. They need to improve other stuff like Rokak. Overall very good restaurant.

To be honest the food was good 100%tasty but i think the manager is not aware of the promotion,i order twice at the same time w/ the promo code and he called me & said they cannot accept it for his reason its lost for them the discount that i get,so for wht u are partnering w/ zomato!!!they deliver the first order and they hold the 2nd order till i spoke to the zomato customer care then they deliver the order after 45mins.

0 in delivery service as i order by 1 pm one order to be delivered by 6:15 AM i got my order by 7:40 however i ordered it since 1 pm sooo bad service

We booked a table in the morning for 8:00pm the same day. They took the contact number, and confirmed the booking. However, we arrived a bit late to a very incompetent short, well built, Egyptian man who told us the booking must've been cancelled and asked us to wait for a table to get free.<br/><br/>We refused to wait and left the restaurant. This shows complete lack of professionalism and customer care.<br/><br/>A place without the basic ability to reserve a table for their customer should not be allowed to run, and should be penalised.<br/><br/>There are many restaurants around the capital with a similar cuisine and a better customer service.<br/><br/>NOT RECOMMENDED.

The food was good, one piece of mombar was not good, not eatable, and hard to bite., but the rest was good.<br/><br/>كانت مفاجأة اني اذوق أرز معمر بدون لبن.. طعمه كان دون المستوي<br/><br/>Delivery also took 35 mins more than promised.

the taste is very nice and they cooking their food well done also they delivery on time with good presentation and the grooming for the delivery peoples are nice... and it's value of money.

Bird Tongue with chicken is strongly recommended<br/>Negresco Macaroni is delicious and has that Egyptian taste<br/>Chilly Mombar is crunchy and amazing<br/>Hawawshy is so delicious although it’s so oily though<br/>For the dessert you can take oven rice pudding which could be enough for two people<br/>*but I don’t like how workers behave at certain times but overall the place is comfortable

Delivery time is very bad and it needs to be improved, it takes 2 hours since placing the order in order for the food to get delivered. And this is not the first time that happens to me

Fantastic food, they still burn the chicken rather to grill it I hope they stop that , eating black chicken is not healthy , overall it is a nice Egyption food.<br/>

The food there was so yummy . I went there in weekend I found the service so quickly ,polite and helpful. I ordered mix mahashe and Tasha Grill and they were awesome. Molokai is mist try dish so yummy and they mix it in front you . Sure if I went to Abu Dhabi, I’ll definitely visit the restaurant again. And thanks to our waitress Saied ( I think he is not Egyption May by from Tunisia ) keep the good work Tasha

Newly opened resturant serving traditional Egyptian cusinie and in my opinion is the best place in Abu Dhabi to try all kinds of Egyptian dishes as all are good but Molokhya is legendary really.<br/>Friendly and professional staff only if they have more specious sitting area I would give 5

Generally speaking, good food especially Molokai was so tasty. Kabab and Kofta was not that tasty as expected. The meat in Molokia was not that good as well.  Hwawshi was the worst Hawashi I ever ate, so don't try it pls. Konafa with mango was great and I do recommend it. Staff is very good except the guy on the counter  looks after the bills who keeps the change for himself without any authorization that I have never experienced in Abu Dhabi before. I still need to try it once again.

Even though the Food came on time which was great but the food was cold and packaging can be better as the grease was leaking all over the bag, Ordered the grilled Kofta which was just normal and not the best I had and Tarb is the problem, it was Absolutely disgusting and and there was no way to chew it and felt it was raw, mixed mahashy (stuffed vegetables) was ok and the best item in the whole order. Don’t thank I’ll order again.

I don't know why it is so difficult to get a decent place that serve Egyptian food in Abu Dhabi.Egyptian cuisine is very rich in flavors and varieties but still couldn't find a place to impress me and remind me of the good taste we find back home.As all Egyptian restaurants this place started good but fell over the hill quite fast when started to be known and having too much customers.All food is oily with no egyptian flavor at all, the place is so noisy especially in the evening.Staff are good and Friendly.In general the place is much better than the other Egyptian restaurants in Abu Dhabi but still could be better and more authentic,I will definitely come back but just because I don't have a better option.

First time here and staff are so welcoming and friendly, it really feels warm and like Egypt here! The food is amazing, quality and quantity are perfectly kept at high standards! Couldn’t resist but take a bite before taking the picture 😂

November 2019 Edited :<br/>I had revisited the resturant many times later , enhances their service to an acceptable level , so i’m going to re-evaluate to be fare .<br/><br/>My one and only experience with Tasha was today ,( Friday 20th of July ) , the place is a bitty crowded and noisy as most of Egyptian restaurants , food is lower than average , took more than 40 minutes to receive our main course , received two of 4 side dishes till we decided to leave , they serve tables randomly and without any respect to the role of first come first serve , the staff are friendly but missing the professionalism, decided not to visit or order from this place again .

Seen lot of FB & IG ads for this place, especially in Ramadan, so I got really excited to try their food. I ordered food for delivery. When I called to order, the gentleman who took the order was very supportive. Food came just on time. The food was a bit salty (all the food), mixed grill included grilled liver, which was not as per my request. Kofta is not exactly Egyptian, Kawarea was over cooked. One of the kebab pieces (which I picked to eat - thanks God it was not one of the children who took it) had a thin metal (about 3 cm long) stuck on it. In terms of value for money, I consider it over priced. Not really excited about it anymore, and don’t think I will order from there again.<br/><br/>Suggestion to the MGT; being an Egyptian place, it would make more sense if the bread is more authentic Egyptian.

the tamia is amazing really amazing cant find the same taste in any resturant but the foul sandwich 50/50

Their branch in Khalifa City is open now and i had iftar in it!! The food was terrible and the service was bad! All the courses we ordered had no taste, even the desserts and juices and salads!! It was supposed to be a buffet but we had to preorder our main courses. But they were still one order short! Their mulukhiya was tasteless and the desserts were pathetic! I paid 70aed for nothing!!

tasha i can say is a hidden gem inside the city. they have sittig area outside and at their second flr. with some number of tables and a family area as well. they do provide a complimentary soup, their food is tasty and affordable and we found this birds tail with meat and became our favorite. the meat is so soft and so tasty. they have shawarmas and other pastries as well.

Bad experience

i was there for lunch , it was friday & place was crowded , in terms of ambiance , it was nice but a little crowded , no much space between tables , staff were nice but it seems that the place is busy making them little bit confused , they made some guests changed places couple of times while i was there , also small water leakage started from AC in the sealing which made them more confused .<br/><br/>in terms of food , i liked very much alex liver & in general some plates were very good , while others were just acceptable .<br/><br/>prices were very reasonable .

Tasha Mix grill was not as promised. No tikka no Tarb, replaced by Mombar and poor made Hawawshi (quarter). Disappointed as the menu was promising.

Was normal but not bad

The place is simple with old style true Egyptian decoration, and the most important thing is that it’s hygenic!.The staff is so friendly and food is amazing, besides it’s considered pocket friendly for the quality they serve.

First visit to the place, simply they are now ranked number one for me in thr Egyptian food category in Abu Dhabi. <br/>Food was very good<br/>Service was good<br/>Ambiance was good but stuff are a bit noisy.<br/><br/>They also have a small outdoor searing area which is not a bad idea in March.<br/><br/>

The rating is for the friendly staff as well as their tasty Kunafah.<br/><br/>The grill was just horrible, with no taste. This is a very expensive restaurant.

I was interested to try this restaurant becuase of the way they markted themselves on Facebook and I thought I can finally taste real authentic egyptian food in abu dhabi. Well, the experiment turned 180 degree opposite. ordered grilled mumbar and as you can see in the photo this is far away from being a grilled mumbar by any standards. it is a fried one where you can get easily in Abu Dhabi. I orderd Neifa platter and as you can see from photos served on a potatos and beans!!! beside the portion of each piece is big and not the authentic way to serve it. last thing the grill platter had only one piece of lambchops!!! seriously? the taste of kofta was as it was cooked on the grill not on the charcoal as it should be. Very disappointing experience and the price is not cheap

Great service. Tasty food! It's a new restaurant in town serving delicious middle eastern and Arabic food. The Mix grill was from a different world and the very attentive service certainly complemented our experience there. Would certainly love to come back to try all dishes especially beef tagine looks yummy!
