Outstanding burger and fries! I had the egg and bacon burger and cheese fries. They were excellent! I would note that the building is small and there is not much available seating, so I would recommend either ordering take away or trying to get there before sunset on weekends, or you may have to wait several minutes for a table to come open.

I wanted to try this place from a long time. I went there, its a small place but was packed with people, had to wait 30 mins to get a table, they have outdoor sitting but in summers we didnt opt to sit outside. The burgers are delicious, and big in sizes,but the buns are creating extra volume, patty isnt that big. Burgers are fresh. Grilled chicken burger was verrrry salty, the angus beef burger was yumm but my favuorite was crispy chicken burger. The loaded fries came with bacon cheese and jalapenos, the bacon is very unsatisfying as it was not real bacon but ordinary beef mortadella chopped. Please improve that. I would give more marks if the sitting is spacious

This is a very well appointed and quaint Lil diner in Khalidiya. Ambience: 5/5 Our orders were taken by the super friendly manager Zahir. He arranged for us to taste the different house sauces to help in our decisions. Service : 5/5 We finally decided on: The wall street burger: a seriously well made burger with real depth of flavor in the mushroom sauce. The added cheese injection adds another dimension to the burger. We ordered the combo and it came with freshly made and wonderful herby French fries. 5/5 The Rustic: which comes with their house made sauce and a potato bun, fresh onions, tomato and lettuce. Again, the cheese injection makes everything better. 5/5 The outlet also offers great value for money and does offer a 15% discount on your bill if you are a Zomato Gold / Pro member, but you need to inform that before you order to avail this benefit. 4/5 Definitely will be coming back with friends and family to share this wonderful burger experience.

The chicken burgers were excellent both fried and grilled. The fries and mozzarella sticks were delicious. But the beef burger wasn’t a hit. We didint like the meat . Too much bread and mayo in all the burgers.

My experience in Firefly Burger Al Khalidiyah Branch was PERFECT!! The interior was really attractive and enjoyable to have your lunch or dinner in which they have dine in and out sitting areas. I tried Bucharest Chicken Burger, Grilled Chicken Burger, French Fries, and Caesar Salad. The burger size was big enough and fresh hot burger which I didn't see similar burger huge size in any other burger restaurants. The taste of the two burgers were AMAZING!! I really liked the crispy chicken in the Bucharest Chicken Burger and the Grilled Chicken Burger was super tasty as well. The French Fries have a special taste which I guess they made them with love and super delicious spices that made them taste very delicious. The Caesar Salad was also nice to taste and full of Caesar Salad familiar sauce and the grilled chicken strips on top were grilled very well and tasteful because of the grilled taste. I would really recommend this burger restaurant to try as one of my favorite burger restaurants.

I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to recieve my order... and when am trying to call the restaurant for updates it sends me to voicemail.. i eventually recieved it cold both burger and fries and my drink is warm...the burger tastes less than average... theres much more original and better burgers out there, not worth the money.

Worst Customer Service Ever. the Place is 15 minutes away from me. i had to wait 2 hours!! on the top of that the Diver asked me for whatsapp location which i provided. then he later said he didn't have Data.... so not only the food is two hours late. the Resturant's Driver doesn't know a place which is 15 minutes away from his work place, asks for location and don't use it.... i called management who kept throwing lies to defend their staff ofc... told me owner will call me which also didn't happen. now do i think that staff and management like this are able to deliver good food? i think its all about money for them and zero about us customers. worst order in 2019 for sure.

The burgers were nice. But that cheese injections options is basically for instagram (social media lovers). And don't expect to see the injection what you saw on social media. Taste wise its obviously cheesy. The staff that greeted us on Friday afternoon didn't seem to keen in serving us. Overall the food was good and some of the staff was nice.

Firefly burger is my #1 burger joint. And i was never served anything that wasn’t fresh, tasy, and juicy. Their special sauce is to die for !!! You may see it as a little over priced but so many other burger joints such as shake shack (which is good) serves a tiny burger for almost 30 dhs and firefly serves huge burgers and i think it’s worth the money. I really advice you to visit it, it’s got a great ambience and great staff and most importantly great food, oh and their fries are like no other it’s so amazing

They do have good and decent burgers but they honestly aren't worth the money we spend on them. Dissapointed with the amount of cheese they put in the burgers with the cheese injection too. The videos show them overflowing with cheese but no such thing was observed. The fries were really great though maybe even our favourite yet

Firefly burger is good, especially kamikazi burger. The fries you can eat only in the resturant and really I like it, but if you order delivery it will be delivered to you like it's old or let's say it's losing its flavour and freshness but I know due to the delivery time. As a huge fan of burgers, im in love with this place! I have tasted almost the whole menu and whatever i had was tasty.. Have to admit that the "quality" (which is the first indicator of a good or bad burger in my opinion) of both chicken and meat is amazingg! The portions are big, worth the price.. Affordable for almost all customers let me say.. The service is very good and the staff is very polite and friendly.. I highly recommend it as i see it is one of the most competent among other burger restaurants. Dont forget to try the cheese injection, you will definetly not regret!!

Firefly burger is right across my place, always been meaning to go, seen all the drool worthy instagram posts but sadly when I visited, I had the most driest angus burger ever. It was so overcooked that I managed to eat just few bites. Also, I am not a person who has preferences about how the patty gets to be cooked. I just eat how the chef makes and it has never been a disappointment anywhere. The portion was huge but what’s the point if the patty almost felt like chewing on a cardboard. I was disappointed to say the least. On the other hand, the service was good.

Ordered from firefly burger for delivery and let’s just say this was the worst burger I’ve ever had! I don’t think this was made for human consumption. So huge that it’s not edible and it was just so saggy! The meat itself was over cooked and very dry. Never again.

Kinda expensive, but VERY GOOD portions and amazing taste especially the fries. Had a Grilled Chicken burger and the size was just BIG. Everything was fresh and hot. Also tried their Jalapeno poppers and Mozarrella Cheese sticks which were awesome BUT....it's expensive, 20dhs for 5pcs. Worth trying it out cos of it's different taste, portions and interior as well.

One of my worst experiences ever. I saw it was very highly rated and decided to give it a try, however, I was very disappointed. Tastes like cafeteria food, actually cafeterias are way tastier. Quality of meat used in the burger is very poor. You can find way tastier burgers literally anywhere else, even cook one at your own home.

Lack of management & lack of experience among the staff. I placed my order through Zomato to assure accuracy of location and to track the status of my order, after they confirmed my order they used an old location of mine saved in their system rather than using the current one in my Zomato Order. their driver got confused and i had to direct him. Moreover, the status of my order kept on “in the kitchen” where apparently they are not updating the status of the orders on their Zomato app/system. I hope my review will help on working on some improvements as the food is great though.

I really enjoyed the ambience and the outdoor sitting option, using the entertainer I found their firefly burger to be filled with extra sauce on a dry beef patty and a large bun. Seasoning on the fries were too much so I would say its just ok. Overall the food is average but fulfilling, good service and ambience.

Im addicted to this burger in amman but when i come to abu dhabi I give it a try and first time was in Ramadan i was fasting but from the disappointment I didn’t eat.. the meat quality i can give it -5... They told me maybe cuz of Ramadan.. so i tried it again yesterday and from the first bite the meat smells really bad and the taste I can’t describe!!!! I only give this place 1 star for fries.. Don’t waste your money for such places!

Got the chance to try this Burger restaurant for the first time. The ambiance was great, some of the interior details are remarkably nice - like those frames on the wall and the steampunk design. With all the hype from social media i thought we can never go wrong on this one. Above all burgers that they have in the menu we chose to try their Angus Burger. Something is just really off and missing in this burger, most of the stuff that they put on the burger were not binding (the Angus patty was dry and taste generically frozen with lots of extenders, same with the few pieces of bacon, the hint of the firefly sauce wasn’t distinct) Lot’s of burger joints in town are way better than this. 2-3 servers were there in that small space but we have to call them at least 3 times to come to our table to get our order. What is all the hype about?? We have been looking forward to visit the "best burger place in town". The place is small, but well done. The seating and the overall ambience is nice. There were 2-3 staffs at when we visited and they seemed to have a quarrel among themselves. They were more engrossed in their personal matters than serve us. Next, the food. Honestly, we can make better burgers at home than this. Only plus point is their size is huge. Apart from that, there is nothing remotely good about the burgers. The fries were okay, not bad. Variety in chicken burger is none. The burgers are expensive too. Save your money and time.

So, finally tried this out today. Passed by it before and thought the interior looked awesome, it’s even better on the inside! Gives you this Texas cowboys club’s feel. Yeehaw! Okay, back to the burgers, they were HUGE and extremely filling. Not to mention they tasted awesome and I would def go back. Had ordered the Crispy chicken and Angus beef burger. So we have been eyeing this place since long finally went there also happened to use our entertainer voucher. So we tried the Mystic Burger and the FireFly Burger. They almost taste the same just that Mystic has BBQ sauce and FireFly is without the BBQ sauce along with Bacon. I love the ambience and the interiors it’s chic in its own way and good place to hang out with friends to watch the game or even probably sit outside if the weather is good. But the burger bun seems a little bigger than the patty and the burger patty tastes good but kinda dried out. Service is fine. We didn’t try the cheese station so have no idea how those taste. The fries were just too amazing. It’s seasoned and so freshly made and not oily or soggy just crunchy and yummy. Love how they have ketchup, mayo and sanitizer on the table.

We had visited the restaurant for iftar . They were super busy with a limited seating area - it being small inside and way to hot to sit outside . We had order the firefly burger with fires - amazing juicy burger , big real beef patty ,a big serving and the fires were seasoned to perfection. My kids had the mystic burger also delicious but a little too much bbq sauce for my taste. Overall it was a great experience.

After I visited this restaurant I realized the power of the marketing through the social media, where u can find food pictures look amazing and almost feel the good taste from dazzling photos. This restaurant is getting a reputation and tge branding without a single strength point that brings the customers back again. I ordered two burgers, the Angus "as they call it" and the Firefly style, adding the Lava cheese on both. What I can say that was the worst experience to me at all times eating burgers "as I'm Burger Champion".. Starting from the handing the sandwich was not coherent and messy and all stuffings fall down.. All of the ingredients were tastless and can be prepared at home, and I couldn't find a difference between the two sandwiches. Coming to the beef patty which had nothing to do with the burger flavor. It was absolutely taste bad when I ate it alone, plastic texture indeed. With a bad seating and not cooling AC, I could say it was not just good enough, but it ended worse when I got a horrible stomachache that remained till the second day.. Just from eating a sandwich only! Really one of the worst food experience and I don't recommend anyone to try it.

Although we came here for a great burger, the service was miserable. All the staff were so unfriendly and only spoke in Tagalog to each other loudly. We had entertainer vouchers which we wanted to use. One staff is asking the other if they can let us use the vouchers. Later when she agreed to let us use it she kept coming back and claiming half of the items we had were not covered. I would never go back thanks to the poor service received and make sure it spreads through word of mouth. Staff should not make any Customer feel like they are doing them a favor. Business can shut thanks to bad service.....

We ordered the Ramadaan meal delivery which for us consisted of two Wall Street Burger meals and free Dynamite shrimp, 1 Classic burger and side of cheese fries.The order arrived within the allotted time frame and was warm. The burgers were huge, in that the bun was huge in comparison to the fillings, but the wall street burger did not impress. The "wallstreet sauce" which seemed like a mushroom sauce to me, was way too much and destroyed and overpowered the overall taste of the burger which became a soggy mess unfortunately. Also the "spice fries" were bland. I enjoyed the cheese fries but my daughter's classic burger also disintegrated in her hand although she appreciated the taste. We couldn't finish our meals due to size, but we didn't find anything special.. ...just meh unfortunately.

Worst delivery ever.. my order was supposed to be at my place at maghrib time as i was fasting the whole day ..now it s 7 45 and didnt reach yet because their delivery guy needed to go to eat and pray ..plus they never pick up the phone..horrible service
