Tried out the Power Booster Bowl. It’s a good choice if you enjoy mixing and matching ingredients as it let’s you choose the greens and proteins you prefer. Delivery came in on time, and the ingredients used were fresh.
Ordered the iftar deal & for the main, I chose the Peri Peri chicken which was delicious. All this was accompanied by a mini salad, mini soup, dates, juice and a dessert. Also ordered famous Banana bread (my first time having it) and I LOVED it. The Acapulco Burrito bowl was quite filling.
If you are looking for a healthy start to your day or craving to boost your energy levels with some throughly chosen ingredients for a well balanced meal, then this restaurant is the right place to get your meal from.

Ordered pan seared salmon and acapulco burrito for pick up and it was the best idea ever! Food was hot and ready as per the promised time and I was also able to grab a fresh orange juice to-go. Salmon was cooked to perfection and the skin was crisp (my other half and I were fighting for this piece 😂). Acapulco has been a long favorite of ours and still remains to be so there’s no doubting that we loved what we ordered.

We recently moved to Reem island so this place was so convenient for us, it’s located at the arc tower attached to Sham’s boutik. Features an open welcoming restaurant focused on well being and healthy options. Loads of tables and great area with lots of foot traffic.
The staff was really friendly and suggested really delicious options for us. Their menu is not too big but sufficient. We went for the more popular options which is their vegan burger (first time trying it) their poke bowl (a go to favorite), chicken strips and a veggie soup. We ended up opting for the vegan burger for the first time because it looked really appetizing from the photos in the menu. They did a great job on the presentation. It tasted quite nice and because we made a healthy choice, made us feel even better about the dish.
We would definitely order it again. It came with a side of sweet potatoes fries as well.
Poke bowl is my go to favorite. That was the first thing that attracted me to the restaurant. It was fresh and delicious. I love the protein poke bowl but wish they had a few variations where we can change certain ingredients. Very veggie soup was pretty satisfying. One of the more interesting apps we’ve had is the chicken strips, it is actually breaded with quinoa and it was super tasty!!
Lastly we ordered a moist carrot cake to share.
This place was really good. Would definitely come here again since it’s also very close by.

This is my 3rd visit in soulfull with my son..i love the food and very accomodating.. ihave been friends now with the crew named danesa and esther.i will keep on coming back...highly recommended 👍👍

My most favourite healthy eatery in town. The ingredients are indeed fresh as they claim. This time I tired the naughty burger 🍔 that has a Wagyu beef brick (can’t call it a patty as it won’t do justice) with the usual veggies. The taste of the Wagyu beef is very earthy the burger gets so juicy as you consume it that it simply melts away.
It comes with baked sweet potato fries which I love most but sadly they were cold but I finished them nonetheless. A small portion of grated cabbage was a nice taste breaker.
The staff is very friendly if you engage them. Had loads of fun over the naughtiness of the burger.
Also tried the Soulful poke bowl which was really good. My colleagues tried other dishes like the grilled salmon and the trio grilled platter or something.

Stopped in with a friend early in the day for a brunch. The menu was more exciting than I could’ve ever thought of. The kind I would love to visit over and over. We ordered lunch box for 49 aed which includes sandwich, soup, juice and energy bite. The food was fresh and fabulous and the service was just ok.

If you're looking for healthy food on Reem Island Soulfull is a good option. I have had the Greek salad, naughty soul burger and the sprouts. All were good and tasty. Mains are around 35 to 55 aed so not super expensive but not cheap either. Service has always been good.
