One of the worse non friendly users and stupid staff ! They r rude and impolite, i used to priase dickeyes for their overall service, i have been using entertainer for a while now recently they started introducing silly rules (out of their own) allowing you to use entertainer only on Single meat dishes and small sandwishes only ! This rule is from the restaurant solely and has NOTHING to do with entertainer rules ! Am supposed to use the entertainer buy one get one free on any Menu Item as per entertainer!, but their imbecile staff insist this is not allowed, also to make things worse they say as per their rules you can use entertainer Once only if you got 2 members in your party which is pure nonsense!... dickeyes always used to allow the usgae of entertainer on any of their meat dishes, now you can use the buy one and get one free only on certain dishes claiming that those r their own rules ! They don t respect entertainer rules and they are full of nonsense, i called the the restaurant manager Adil and he was basically repeating himself over and over again without giving any logical commin sense and just keep saying its not allowed, and the staff over phone who picked up my call was simply impolite ! My family ended up paying the FULL BILL after we were told we were not allowed to use entertainer at our last visit, i actually purchased the entertainer online when i was at their own restaurant, and i ended up paying double the amount and was unable to use it, such an imbecile nonhelpful and trash service !.... and their manager Adil was far from being friendly or nice to their REGULAR customers. Trash service/outlet !...<br/><br/>

The food was average the Brisket was too dry I wouldn’t recommend it. I tried their Ceasar Salad absolutely tasteless. We tried their beef ribs I would say it was average, the service in general was good. My overall rating for this restaurant is 3 out of 5 I wouldn’t honestly go back again as there are many better options

Delicious juicy bbq with great flavours that take your taste buds to another level, the short rib is so tender and juicy that it literally melts in your mouth, the burgers were to die for ,the cheesy fries were simply yum ,we relished the delicious chicken wings with the scrumptious sauce, pink lemonade was so refreshing and fresh, the cookies shake was so yummy, the brisket has my heart ,the irresistible sides and not to forget the worth trying Icecream Sundae and browdae Dickeys Bbq pit surely deserves 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dickey's Barbecue Pit Yas Mall Abu Dhabi. Located on the first floor. Now that the Mall has reopened it was a good day to get some BBQ. We ordered the two meat plate combo which comes in beef and chicken, served with two sides. I chose the Mac and cheese and coleslaw. This was a takeaway order. Dine has opened but I prefer to order a takeout today. Nice big seating area. Good size tables for hosting friends and family together. Restaurant wasn't that busy so my food was ready in 15 minutes. Mac and cheese was fantastic 😋 just the way I like it.<br/>Coleslaw was great, not soggy and not to much onion. The beef was good, but the chicken was dry and lacking seasoning. I would suggest adding some fries in the meal. Price was ok. Servings were small. Good customer service. Large parking space is available in the Mall. Wheelchair accessible.

This is an authentic Texas style barbecue eatery located inside Yas Mall. The staff at Dickeys welcomed us soo warmly! <br/><br/>Came here on Valentine’s Day, unfortunately Zomato Gold wasn’t available only on that day. Anyhow, for appetizers we ordered Nachos (the portion size is pretty good enough for sharing), for main course we ordered the two meat combo platter (tried the beef brisket & the smokey jalapeno chicken, and since this platter comes with two sides we ordered mac & cheese and waffle fries). Everything was absolutely savory and I absolutely love how Dickeys use thick consistent cheese. <br/>We also got a lil’ yellow cup of coke which is refillable.. 😁<br/><br/>My personal favorite was the Nachos & Smokey Jalapeno Chicken, definitely a must try if you’re heading towards this place.

This place is always a pleasure, and great value for money. <br/>I have eaten there many times, and staff are always very pleasant and accommodating. <br/>If there is one thing I could critique there, it would be that the meat is sometimes a bit dry. But this hasn’t stopped me from going back!

I was served by Chance, she did amazing when suggested to go with three meats plate (beef brisket and beef brisket burnt ends and Marinated chicken breast ) highly recommended. The amount of food is more than enough.<br/>Definitely going to visit again. Thank you Chance and Jean.

Located in the first floor of Yas Mall, this beautifully designed American restaurant is amazing of its own kind. We got to try out their newly launched breakfast menu. They have two types in their menu which are either meat burritos or egg stacked meals. We got to try out their meat sausage, Smokey chicken egg stack with bbq sauce and one with jalapeño infused spicy Smokey chicken and meat burrito with onion rings, French fries, baked beans and Caesar salad as sides. I must say we were very much impressed with the quality and quantity of the meals they’re serving. It was probably one of the best American breakfast that we had till now in UAE. Their taste of egg stack food items was so good that we got to try out almost 3 of their items out of 4 in the menu for egg stacked dishes. Their meat burrito was nice too. Their menu is quite reasonable in prices and quality of food is ensured. Staff was polite and courteous and ambiance was cozy. We loved visiting them and surely will go again. I visited Dickey’s Barbecue restaurant with friends few weeks ago. While entering inside the restaurant, hostess greeted welcomed us and offered us a comfortable seating. We tried their Brisket, beef short, lamb shank, Grilled Chicken ana assorted appetiser.<br/>Brisket- it was little Dry <br/>Short rib - Great <br/>Lamb shank - delicious <br/>Assorted appetiser - sausages were awesome<br/>Sides Dishes - i loved the coleslaw.<br/>Suggestion- you guys should provide sharing plates while serving group of people. When we asked for sharing plates . We got some big rectangular sheet pan . I recommend to keep some decent plates to the restaurant.<br/>Overall, we loved the food and service. Special thanks for Manager Dorly who were taking care of our table .she was very friendly and welcoming and showed us their smoker and explained the process of smoking.<br/>Thank you guys for the wonderful experience. 👌👌

I liked the brisket sandwich and the brisket meal. The beef was tender, well done and tasty, the barbecue sauce was very good too. I didn't like that they added a lot of black pepper on top of the meat and that the french fries had garlic. Otherwise I'd go there again.

Ordered Spicy Beef Sausages along with two sets of Beef Brisket with the following side dishes - Creamy Spinach, Rice, Mac n Cheese & Barbecue Beans. Overall, everything lacked flavour and tasted average except for Spicy Beef Sausages which was quite good as compared to the rest. the brisket was too dry, barbecue beans lacked flavour, rice was too bland and was highly disappointed with the Mac n cheese - it's not a very challenging dish, should've been easy to get it right - there was absolutely no taste. Although the ambiance was nice and staff was courteous, the food ranged between average to below average.

What a fantastic place. The service is excellent and the food is terrific. Love the beef brisket was out of this world. The portions are not too big which is just what I wanted. I will definitely be going back again to try more of the menu options.

The staff were friendly, the place was cousy, but the issue was the food was very low quality, the beef brisket was tooo dry and cold i asked them to replace it and they just put that brisket in the microwave and it was horrible then i asked the staff to replace it again because its still dry and its been heatin in the microwave, the staff asked me if u want a brisket with fat i was like omg ofcourse i want it with fat it should be that way they got me another one but unfourtnetly it was still dry and it had a little of fat, anyways i would never come back here again there are a lot of better places out there.

A chance encounter of the name barbecue led us to explore this place at Yas mall. True to its name, it had a nice ambience and setting, reminding of typical American barbecue eateries with long benches.<br/><br/>There are a variety of options to choose from with several sides as well.<br/><br/>We were a group of 4 and so had the chance to try the Beef brisket, beef short ribs and two meats (combination of 2 types). The brisket was the standout winner and tasted delicious. The ribs were huge and good, so was the chicken and spicy beef sausages.<br/><br/>The sides, onion rings, Mac n cheese, fries were also good.<br/><br/>Overall, a nice place to hang out for some excellent barbecue.

It is a good restaurant. The sausages are amazing and the brisket are very good. I didn't like there waffle fries, but at least the coleslow is good. I'll try it again. All in all it was a good experience as I believe dine in would be much better than delivery.

Friendly staff. Very quick service! I LOVE their baked potatoes they’re to die for!!! My husband tried the brisket with a side or fries and onion rings and he loved it. Except for the bread unfortunately it’s not good at all. I tried the onion rings as well and they’re really good and crispy, not soggy at all 💕 overall I had a great experience.

However, this is a place that I would come back to notwithstanding the fact that the Sunday was okay and nothing more than that.<br/><br/>The concept is simple: and American-style smoky barbecue diner, with rows of booth seating, Darkwoods and nodes to Americana midwest artwork everywhere. The focus here seems to be particularly on their brisket which unfortunately I did not get the opportunity to try.<br/><br/>The brownie sundae in question was being promoted quite loudly and in an unusual moment of spontaneity towards deserts, I decided to go in and try it.<br/><br/>True to form, this American style diner delivered quantity in large portions. What emerged was a large cup of vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream and studied with gooey fudge brownies. To be honest the brownies were the best part and actually the ice cream and the whipped cream I did almost nothing to the dish because they were relatively bland. That said I would easily eat a giant portion of these brownies any day of the week.<br/><br/>The service here was friendly, entertaining and engaging for the few moments that we were here. They certainly seem to create the fun devil may care attitude that is consistent with the concept.<br/><br/>If I find myself back in Abu Dhabi and this small, I will definitely come back to try out some of the more popular barbecue items.

Awesome experience at Dickeys BBQ Pit YAS mall. Actually it was my first experience to ate smoke meat I ordered brisket with side dishes of mac cheese and bbq beans and the taste was very good. The staff are very friendly and accommodated most of all alive in fact I ate around 9pm. Surely to come back again and invite my friends to try also. Cheers for the very good experience.

Haven’t seen many of this type of smokehouse/bbq restaurant in Abu Dhabi so we just had to change plans and eat at Dickey’s when we saw it at Yas mall. The brisket was spectacular. The beef rib was tasty, huge and value for money. The spicy sausage was nice. The sides were all good. The only let down was the chicken but they still get a 5 because their service and friendliness was second to none. Great place.

How awesome.<br/><br/>Being a lover of smoked meat, I had some expectations.<br/>Long have we heard of their famous beef BRISKETS.<br/><br/>We had a chance to try quite a few of their items on the menu.<br/><br/>And like I suspected at the beginning, their brisket is amazing. But if I had to eat one thing from Dickeys for the rest of my life, I'd choose their smoked ribs. They are fall off the bone super duper delicious! I could eat those ribs all the day. They don't overdo it on the sauce but the method they use to slowly smoke their meats is just spectacular.<br/><br/>The flavours are not too strong or overwhelming but it has enough to make you want more. It's also healthier without all that sauce (unnecessarily calories hah). All their meats are straight from the US and all their vegetable dishes are freshly made in the kitchen.<br/><br/>Their lemonades are a bit too sweet for me but I know that some people love their sugar which leads me to talk about their dessert. Their famous browdae! It is famous indeed. It's got chunky pieces of chocolate brownies in a bowl and then add on a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream. To top it off, they drizzle some hot fudge syrup. It is a sugar paradise. Unfortunately, I'm not too big on sugar but my wife enjoyed it very much. I did try it though and boy, is it sweet?! It's a good way to end your meal.

Just finished eating from this place and am totally stuffed and satisfied. We love American smoked bbq so this place definitely delivers great quality meats at a good price too! Must order is the beef brisket, the slow cooked ribs, the stuffed Baker and spicy jalapeño beef sausages. The brisket is amazing with their bbq sauce. The slow cooked ribs was fall off the bone and pretty juicy. Stuffed Baker is a huge potatoe with cheese, veggies, and you can choose to add meat in it too if you like. They mix it all together in this baked potatoe and it’s totally delicious. Such a huge portion, I would be surprised if anyone finished it themselves. We also tried the Mac attack which is meat with their Mac and cheese. Love Mac and cheese and they say they make everything in house too. Their spicy cheese sausages was my favorite item on the menu. Love the combination. Lastly we finished dinner with the browdae which is a mix of brownie and sundae. Simply delicious and will satisfy any sweet tooth. i also tried out some of the drinks, the lemonades i felt were too sweet, I enjoyed the unsweetened iced tea a lot though. Overall i love that Dickey’s is finally here in UAE!

Instead of candle-light-dinner for 2019 valentine we thought ‘Why not a bit different?’ and we the meat-lovers chose Dickey’s right away. Dickey’s, the popular Texas barbecue chain is all about slow cooked meats in specially designed smokers. Dickeys Barbecue Pit, which has nearly 600 restaurants in the USA has opened its first international branch in Yas Mall- Abudhabi. Needless to say how lucky we the Abudhabi-foodies are ! The place is conveniently located at Level One, Town Plaza at Yas Mall. The restaurant features open kitchen so diners get a chance to view Pit-Masters at work.

My friend insisted I try this place and took me. I’m glad he did! It has a very homey feeling to it. The staff are very friendly. The menu is very to the point... as an indecisive person, I was very satisfied! <br/><br/>We went for the chopped brisket meal and a combo meal with turkey and chicken breast. Our sides were the creamy spinach, mac & cheese, waffle fries, and onion rings. EVERYTHING was perfect: the juiciness, the flavors, their bbq sauce! But their bread crumbled a bit...I expected it to be more fresh and fluffy. Otherwise 5/5. Also, their prices could drop a bit, or they could have a reward card... I’d still go again with their current prices. And the best part... you can keep their awesome soda cups! <br/><br/>Great experience! Hope to see more branches around the UAE!

This was the worst. The Mac n cheese is drowned in some cheese sauce. The spinach side is just bad bad bad. The stackers are bad. The only thing edible was the rib.<br/>Just a bad experience

First go to Dickey’s and really enjoyed it!! My friends had the baked potato with brisket on top which looked delish my other friend the rib couldn’t resist stealing a bite!! I had the Mac stack with brisket and wasn’t disappointed. Very good value for money and accommodating staff. There was a bit of confusion with the onion rings but they sorted it out immediately and gave us some extra. Definitely go back.

Dickey's BBQ Pit was good but I had higher expectations from it.<br/><br/>I ordered the beef brisket (sliced) with a side of mac & cheese, and waffle fries.<br/><br/>The portion sizes were perfect for lunch time and the meat was cooked to perfection. However, when it came I did feel like I was in a school canteen with the presentation of it and the fact that you have to order from the counter. <br/><br/>There was no atmosphere and was pretty quiet when we visited. I think, without a doubt I automatically compare with other restaurants in the same mall, and honestly I think it's worth paying more elsewhere for a better portion of better food. <br/><br/>I think it's good to try once or twice, but not one that I look forward to visiting again unfortunately. <br/><br/>Hopefully, I get to visit again where theres more of an atmosphere and the food is better.<br/><br/>Until next time Dickey's!

We opted to eat here as it was yet to open in Dubai and we wanted to try something new. We ordered the beef short ribs and two meats (spicy beef sausages and beef brisket) for our meat plates. So each order comes with 2 sides and a bread roll. For the sides, we had 2 servings of rice and 2 servings of mac n’ cheese. For drinks, we had the lemonade and pink lemonade. Their serving size were huge. Value for your money when it comes to taste (not too pricey btw). I especially loved the brisket. Food was served in less than 10 minutes. Service staff were very accommodating. Would definitely visit them again as it seems that they’re opening a branch in Dubai.

First visit here. Decided to give a try. The interior is good. Not bad. We ordered the beef brisket (along with creamy spinach and waffle fries) loved the the creamy spinach was more of spinach than cream. Loved it. And along with that we ordered two meats (can select two option from the menu) for that we had turkey and chicken breast. (along with steamed rice and steamed vegetables) This was okay. I just felt that something was missing. And for the drinks we had the peach ice tea. Overall, it was good. Not bad.

Great new place, need a bit of work. Didn’t like that I came in and asked to pay the bill before even getting my order!! <br/><br/>Short ribs was nice, if not a bit dry to my taste, the steamed veggies were soggy, and the ice tea is more like flavoured water with syrup.<br/><br/>Standards and taste should be up on the list for this place to make it, otherwise they will end up closing just like the previous business in its place. <br/><br/>Hopefully good reviews will follow once they work on quality control. <br/><br/><br/>Good luck.

Ever since I read that Dickey's had opened their first international joint, I had been waiting to try it out. And it does not disappoint! The slow smoked Short Ribs are full of melt in your mouth goodness. I enjoy it with sides of Waffle Fries and Creamy Spinach.<br/>Another menu item I really like is the Mac Stack with spicy sausage. The spicy sausage provides the perfect complement to the cheesy pasta. <br/>And if I didn't order the Chocolate Milkshake, then my big cheat is the Browdae! OMG! What's a browdae, you ask? It's a BROWnie with a generous helping of vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup (aka sunDAE)! Yummmmmmmmmm!

Amazing, really enjoyed the authentic Texan experience. The short rib was my favorite, it melted off the bone. This was closely followed by the soft tender chicken. Massive fan of the waffle fries and beans. Looking forward to going about when next in Yas Mall.

Tried the brisket and the spicy sausage platter, the brisket was good but the sausage was taste less and the skin was super thick and seamed not edible ! The side are so-so tasting like ready made and the bread roll dry ! Nothing particular to this place and the price tag is high for the quality, will not go back ! Not recommended

Amazing! Just the meat we’ve been looking for. Delicious, tender beef, sausages and the most moist chicken. A winner of a menu. Highly recommend.

Wasn't impressed with their bbq, I ordered the ribs with Mac-n-cheese and waffle fries and my friend ordered the brisket with baked beans and onion rings. With side order of coleslaw<br/><br/>When i first entered the place it felt like a classic bbq spot and was going to be served some of the best meat. What i expected was a unctuous mouth watering rib turned out to be dry, cold and sadly unsatisfying. Its supposed to be smoked but didn't taste any smokiness and the bbq sauce it was basted in I could mainly taste sweetness only.<br/><br/>The brisket was even a bigger disappointment along side the mac-n-cheese, baked beans and onion rings all were cold strangely. There was little to none seasoning on the brisket.<br/><br/>What i enjoyed was the pink lemonade.<br/><br/>Despite all this I'll give it the benefit of the doubt as it is fairly a new place maybe the cooks, the pass and servers are still getting used to how to run things and prepare the meat. I'll give it another try in a month or so.

Went today for lunch and ordered the Brisket sandwich and baked beans.. first, the brisket was old and appears to be leftovers from yesterday. Second, baked beans were cold and not heated properly. Sent the sandwich back, and it came back with similar cuts from what appeared to be yesterdays bbq. Utterly disappointed and wont come back if they try to cheat customers with previous days bbq beef.

Overpriced for the standard of food. Mac n cheese tasted like it came from a can and ribs were over seasoned with pepper. Brisket tasty but way too fatty and my stomach did not feel well after. Only pro would be quick service.

The food was overpriced and I felt ill after it. Very disappointed considering how much I love bbq!! We got the brisket meat plate and the beef ribs meat plate. The brisket was mostly fat and the bbq ribs had way to much black pepper on<br/><br/><br/>

Randomly discovered this place! Newly opened American based restaurant chain right next to The Cheesecake Factory. I had tried the meat plate.<br/><br/>Pros: many side dishes to choose from, the coleslaw goes well with the brisket and the onion rings are juicy! Meats are flavorful but a tad bit dry. Lovely servers and very quick on their feet.<br/>Nothing special bout the mac and cheese.<br/>Cons: the portion size of the meat and the amount you are paying for the meal doesn't match. Either the price needs too be reduced or the meat serving needs to increase.<br/><br/>All in all, service was good, nice vibes, bold flavors and too pricey for small cuts of meat compared to other meat chains in the same mall...

Real Texas bbq. Both meats were smoky and delicious. The best bbq you can get in the UAE. Highly recommend the brisket sandwich, not skimpy on the meat and the spicy bbq is perfect addition.

This place will not disappoint you if you’ve got a thing for meat. <br/><br/>The service is great and quick. We ordered the brisket and the spicy sausage. Both were delicious and without any mistakes. We originally wanted to try the ribs but unfortunately they were sold out. <br/><br/>If you love barbecue and full flavor, definitely give this place a try. (P.s. I wouldn’t bother with the deserts)

Decent quality BBQ. Not quite the same experience as an actual BBQ restaurant in Texas (where Dickey’s originates) but good enough for Middle East market. Obviously missing one type of meat but curiously they’re also missing some Texas BBQ staples like potato salad and pecan pie. Iced tea is not refillable and their prices are considerably higher than their US branches. A 3 meat plate option would be welcome too. <br/>
